Great lunch with family, chicken was well cooked and wrap delicious. The restaurant was busy and the food came out quick.

Food was really good. Love the selection of sauces you can bring to your table to add to the sauce you chose for the chicken marinade. Staff were friendly and despite it being busy, the food came in good time. Prices seemed higher than last time I went (might have been a while ago) but the side portions seemed bigger than before so we all had a full plate of food. That said, we all had a starter, main, dessert and unlimited refill soft drinks for £25 per person. That was good value I feel. We all left full and satisfied!

Amazing food, service was fast and efficient even though it was almost full. Couldn't fault anything.

Arrived at restaurant told it was a 20 mins wait which was fine but was told we had to wait outside as it was company policy!!! given that it is -5 degrees tonight we were pretty shocked at the absurdity and poor customer care! Will not be returning. It’s nice food but not that nice Nando’s!

Turned away at the door at 1:45pm. Only wanted a table for two and there were tables available. The waiter stated it was because of staff sickness but it was half empty.

I used to like a Nandos, so I was quite looking forward to our lunch here. I don't know what's changed but I just don't feel the portion sizes fit the price anymore. I was still hungry after my meal (loaded fries to share, a chicken wrap, coleslaw, and a corn on the cob) and I'm sure I never used to be. Have the portions gotten smaller? Plus having to pay extra for perinaise sauce seems a bit of a liberty. The staff were friendly enough, but it's a Nandos so they just show you to your seat and bring your food and an empty glass over, you know what you're getting, and I can't fault them there. I don't think I'll go again. Edit 22/12: received a reply but I'm not sure they read the right review. I never once criticised the staff who were all friendly and I gave service five stars. The model is they show you to your seat and leave you to it. That's not a problem. The problem was the shrinking portions and the fact you now have to pay for condiments, which I found weird in a sit down restaurant. It's just not what it used to be.

First ever visit to a Nando's. I am very impressed with the quick service! The staff were friendly and nice too, the food was hot and really nice. I think I shall be returning in the new year.

My brother told me to try them out 9months ago and I never did. I tried today. Yummy, chicken was delicious, fries and mashed potato. Will definitely visit again. Fully endorsed

First time visiting a Nando’s. Food was amazing. However the whole experience was really made by Owen. Absolutely fantastic member of staff! Made the entire experience better than food alone ever could! Thank you for such a delightful visit with your fantastic service and generally welcoming demeanour.

Really great spot for a lovely catch up with some old school friends! We were served by a lovely young lady called Sian who went above and beyond to give us the best Nando's experience as it was our first time !!!

Cannot recommend this Nandos enough, they are so accommodating and extremely friendly. Joel (Assistant manager) goes above and beyond to ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction every time. He is a warm and welcoming face and enhances my experience every time.

Typical nandos food. Not normally too busy and service is always quick. If you like a nandos this is a good one to visit.

Since when did Nandos become so expensive? two beers, 10 wings, coleslaw and chips £30? The only service you get it being taken to a table and getting told to order on the QR code. Chips not hot, the chicken wings were tiny and one was off/funny colour and coleslaw was bland. The restaurant hasn't been refurbed since it opened back 2008 ish and it shows. The staff are pleasant but not well trained which isnt their fault. I used to love Nandos and come here all the time - next time I think ill just make it at home.

Best Nandos I've ever tasted. The only thing that drives me crazy and only gave 4 stars is the ordering on the App, I go through the whole thing and it always has an error at the end after it's taken the money and then it refunds. Wastes so much time and I end up having to order from the till.

Came here for a meal on a Friday was a bit busy so had to wait 10 minutes for a table. We were able to leave and they sent us a text when the table was ready staff were very helpfull and freindly. Food came very quick after ordering even though the restraunt was very busy. Very good food and service.

I came into Nando’s in Chichester today where I was greeted by a lovely young man by the name of Sam, he was very welcoming and really made us feel at home, we had brought our friend who is visiting from Spain and struggles with the language barrier and Sam made him feel very welcome also, he was very quick, vigilant and thorough throughout the seating process and insured we were happy and comfortable, he was extremely polite and attentive, helping us in the ordering process when we found difficulty, me and the family will be coming back because of Sam and couldn’t have asked for a better experience

Food 10/10. Services was OK. Always forgetting the paid sauces and having to ask. Atmosphere brilliant like always.

Come on Nando’s you can do better than this. I ordered a click and collect for my sons birthday. Waited 40 mins past my collection time, no apologies, no updates. Deliveroo was clearly being prioritised. The spice levels were all wrong, my sons extra hot fino pitta was medium at best and the chicken wings had little to no heat and we ordered hot. I don’t see you making any response to these poor comments. You need to. If I had been in the restaurant I would have been given some sort of recompense. What about people who collect?

Sad to write this review because we do like Nando’s, but tonight we was very disappointed we waited 50 mins for our table then to wait over an hour for our food, there were people on other tables requesting refunds waiting over 1hour 30 for there food, on asking where our order was we was told there was a cover Staff team in tonight are order be with us soon, we got our food around 20 mins later. Shame Really clearly short staffed that can’t cope with the pressure

We arrived at NANDO’S 6.23pm and were seated at table 9 the young lady who took our order was very polite we ordered butterfly chicken Brest with two regular sides, which arrived promptly Issue was the chicken breasts were the smallest I have ever seen ,no larger than 10 cm measured both it was dry and hardly had sauce on together also the shallow plates the sides came in contained no more then a table spoon and a half of spicy rice The rainbow salad without any dressing-was limp and had been sitting around for some time. I honestly thought we had been given starters by mistake I did not complain at the time because it was an occasion and I did not want to upset my guests Date of visit 22/09 2023 No photos as it was not appropriate to do so

I came here after the cinema, just to finished the evening off, so to speak. We were led to our table quickly. The table was the one we wanted, good start! Sat down to a sticky table. Ordered our food. I dont understand the 'added tax' what is that about. So i pay tax on the food and then more, why is this, they cannot afford to pay a tax bill! The Peri Peri bottle I picked was dirty and a fork. We were given our starter by a person who needed a shot of excitement or maybe a strong coffee as he acted half asleep. Reminded me of Neil from the young ones. Yes im old. Anyway, I think he hated his job. To top it off, our meal came to the table, which was a sharing platter, and the plates we were given were also dirty. They were changed by a different waiter, and there was a bit of justifying why they were dirty! Food was ok, nothing special. The coleslaw was factory tasting, and the chips from a bag, as most are nowadays. No proper chips. The thing about being older is we had good food in cafes and restaurants. Homemade decent tasty food and NO ONE said Hi GUYS all the time. Another awful American saying the young have adopted. I'm not a guy as David Walliams character use to say "I'm a lady".

Greeted half heartedly by a young man with very few people skills, as if he couldn't be bothered. Sat at a table which was sticky. The condiments bottles were dirty and covered in dried sauce. Ordered food a halloumi and jam starter advertised as suitable for 2, when it arrived I actually laughed and said is this it? It consisted of 5 small pieces of grilled halloumi and a small container of jam, definitely not enough for 2. The main course was just a plate of frozen fries with 4 pieces of greasy/oily chicken accompanied by a bowl of mass produced tasteless watery coleslaw. Overall not a great experience and why are we being charged a tax at point of sale. W'ont be recommending or returning.

I have the best experience ever in this Nandos, the food is so tasty, the best I had so far and believe me, I have had so much Nando, the atmosphere is welcoming and inclusive.

It was once my mission to complete every Nando’s in the UK. I’ve now lost count of how many I’ve done but Chichester is up there as one of the worst. Firstly, it’s filthy! The tables are so old they seem to have absorbed everything, sticky, scratched and grim. Food debris all over the floors around the chairs and tables. Its clearly never been deep cleaned. Toilets are grim too. Pretty sure it’s never been refitted in the 13 years + its been there. Drinks we had were and always seem to be flat. Sauce bottles are coated in old sauce - proper grim. Chips, the tiny handful you get, taste like they’ve been sitting in old oil. Come on Nando’s, sort it out. Been to better burger vans!

This place is filthy. It is crying out for a refit. If not a refit then maybe some cleaning! It is so dirty around the tables etc!

Wouldn’t seat us when over 10 tables were free, wouldn’t get a manager to discuss, wasted trip.

Chicken was a bit dry, I only mentioned it in passing to the wait staff who without asking sent over the duty manager who was very apologetic and went way beyond what we expected. Service is what saved our experience today

We went to Nando’s for a bite for dinner before our trip away to Malta. I am coeliac and have a dairy allergy and we were assured that they had gluten and dairy free options and that the cross contamination would be dealt with appropriately as you can see the grills from the counter. I had the butterfly chicken, chips and Corn which seemed to be okay. I have now returned home and have a horrible stomach cramp and feel extremely nauseous and unwell. Will not be eating here again and if you have allergies then I recommend turning around and going somewhere that is better.

Best place to be if you are looking for the best food...

I love that you pay first so when you are done you can leave straight away instead of having to wait for the bill

Popped in with my two boys for a Nando’s service was amazing staff all so lovely and happy which is nice . Please can you give credit to Georgia who brought the food out and hit me an extra tomato slice . own who showed us to our table and who took my order on the till . And also to Ben the chef as I asked for all there names . If management see this please give credit to the 3 staff we had s lovely evening and staff are a credit to Nando’s . Thankyou keep up your amazing customer service fabulous team .

Food is consistently excellent. Service is pleasant, although not always quick. Atmosphere is nice but not amazing.

Spot on service!!!! We had just previously been somewhere else and it was poor. But well done nandos Chichester. Great table great food. The staff are all an asset to your company. The frozen yogurt machine wasn't quite working so they gave us ice cream instead at the same price till it was ready.

Food was cold except for the garlic bread which had another type of food on it. The wrap wasn’t wrapped and fell out everywhere.

In my honest opinion this is the dirtiest Nandos i've ever been to in the UK.When you enter,you are greeted with a filthy front door.When you're seated,you can visibly see the dust on the wooden panels next to your chair.The men's toilets are disgusting! Even the tissue paper bin next to the handwash basin is covered in grime.This is meant to be a restaurant serving food!Hygiene is a minimum expectation.On the hand the staff were friendly and polite.

Always a pleasant experience dining here. Staff are accommodating and polite. Only criticism is that the toilets are really sub par; predominantly clean but faulty, smelly, and broken fittings.

Nandos is always spot on, never disappoints. This specific restaurant has quick service and there are tables whenever we come. It does get a bit messy on busy days, the toilets could be checked every hour but it's not too bad.

Honestly, this was one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been too. The atmosphere was incredible, the staff was so friendly and happy to help with anything we needed. The restaurant was exceptionally clean!! The food, wow, just wow!! Now I’ve been to a couple of other Nando’s before but!! This is definitely in a league of its own. We both had the butterfly chicken and it was cooked to perfection. There were a couple of things that were out of stock but, going by the quality of the food we had, you can honestly understand why it was out of stock!! Obviously it was of high demand. I had the cheesecake for desert and OMG!!! Truly one of the best I’ve ever had in my life. I honestly cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. A massive well done to all of the staff here. They definitely ALL deserve a huge pay rise.

Very nice evening meal for my daughters 19th birthday, we arrived unbooked 6 adults including 1 pushchair. The service was fast and the food was amazing. I will certainly return and recommend

I kept hearing everyone talk about Nandos chicken so I had to try it. My partner got it shen we stayed at his mums and it was his mums first time having it as well as mine. We loved it. He got chicken and also wings and some rice and slaw. All very good.

It was our first visit to Nandos, we were shown to the table given menu's. Nobody explained how the restaurant works, so we sat waiting for someone to serve us, but we were pushed for time. So after 30 minutes it was too late to order, so walked out.😒

Can't knock the staff's lovely young bunch, the food though was pretty average chicken breasts I think must of seen about 10 seconds on the grill, as they just seemed steamed cooked and definitely were not grilled and basted with marinade. The burger bun was also as rock solid and ideally needed a steak knife to cut it which they don't do.... Filled a hole though, don't think I will be going to this one again thou

We phoned up earlier to ask about arriving with a party of 18, we knew they couldn't do bookings but we hoped they could make room for a large booking. They said they may possibly, but there will be a wait. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised when they had pulled a couple of tables together for us. The staff were very catering towards us and coped with all of our orders well. 10/10.

I have been to many Nando's, and they are always good, but this one is the best yet. Food and well seasoned, and staff were incredibly kind whenever I asked for something. Toilets were incredibly clean unlike some chain restaurants. Located in a good area too, near cinemas etc.
