Great food really nice customer service would totally for recommend for anyone adults and kids. The manager was really kind.

We have recently rediscovered Nando’s. After a gap op 4 years it is good to be back. We do get a friendly welcome in the Canterbury restaurant. The manager was kind and understanding of my husband who has dementia. He left a plate on our table with 2 complimentary Portugese Nata’s. All the other staff were friendly too, Kieren stopped by for a little chat. We enjoyed our visit and will make it a regular break when we visit Canterbury.

We had a delicious meal here whilst on a day out in Canterbury. Great staff and as always great food. We can never fault Nandos as the whole experience always makes us full and happy.

Nandos Canterbury, what can I say. It's a lovely place in the heart of the most wonderful city in the world. I love chicken wraps.. and the loaded fries are simply the best, better then all the rest..

Usual delicious food at a reasonable price. Relaxed setting at the end of the High St, plenty of seating and great service. There always seems to be something fresh and new on the menu, so you never get tired of the choices.

As per usual - 10/10 - it gave exactly what it needed to give! I was eating with 16 of my friends and the waitress was extremely accommodating and the food came so quickly and she was really efficient im not sure her name but God bless her!!!

I’ve been to this Nando’s both times I’ve visited Canterbury and both times have been great! Great food, service and atmosphere!

We visited yesterday with my son who has multiple food allergies. We were served by the manager who prepared and served my son’s meal. He was so thorough and extremely helpful and went above and beyond to provide excellent service which made me feel very confident that my son was in safe hands. A big thank you to the Canterbury branch manager- fantastic job!

Situated on the main street of Canterbury, this premises offers the usual selection if flame grilled chickens you normally find on Nandos. Staff were friendly and helpful. The place is children-friendly with nappy change and high chair.

What you expect of Nando's. Used the app to order and quickly cutlery and glasses arrived. There was a small bone in a boneless piece of chicken,so be careful.

The Nando’s food you expect, but the service is always exceptional here. The staff are all friendly, and they expertly manage and accommodate allergies

I don't know what the fuss is about..it's just chicken. Nothing special about it. I didn't like it but that's just me. The food was still good

I had an exceptional dining experience at Nando's! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service provided by the manager, Szabr, was top-notch. Szabr & Vlad’s attentiveness and friendly demeanour truly made the meal even more enjoyable. The ambiance was inviting, and the flavors of the dishes were outstanding. I'll definitely be returning for more of their delectable offerings. Five stars without a doubt!

The person greeting sounded like they were reading a script super fast. I think the training may need to change and ensure it's now personable. "Have you been to Nando's before any allergies?" as all one question is very confusing. Especially in a noisy environment.

Sat here with our bikes, fast attentive service and bonus music from the pub opposite. A great end to a day's cycling.

Food was delicious as a nandos always is, the service is awful. I had a women who clearly has no clue about service come and demand to take my plates away while I was still eating. When I told her that I was still eating she laughed and said “hurry and eat your chips”. Absolutely shocked.

Having previous experience with other branches of this restaurant chain across London and kent, our visit to the canterbury branch was unfortunately disappointing. In other branches, normally the staff and management have 'interaction' with the dining customers (ie asking customers if all is ok/ any other needs and if they are enjoying their meal etc). - just the normal and 'expected 'buzz' that you receive from most Nandos. But unfortunately, customer interaction, service and care was completely lacking and missing from this particular branch. The ratio of staff to customer business peak, (this being a very quiet time of day) was completely off and looked like bad staff planning, with 3 grill staff, 1 till op and and '6' servers. A total of 10 staff (11 including the manager). At the time of the visit (late afternoon) the branch was empty, with only 3 interior tables occupied and 1 exterior by customers and the rest of the restaurant was completely empty. (it seemed to be staff rotored more towards a 'London based branch than this one) . All of the aforementioned staff (including the manager!) where huddled around the till and grill area laughing and joking, completely oblivious to what would be expected from Nando's senior team and customers present. To the point that there was food sitting under the hotlamps without anyone immediately serving it. From the branch managers perspective this was not great staff organizational management leadership skills or great customer awareness. Perhaps it is down to the younger, college/school age demographic that frequent the branch that gives reason for the evidential lack of customer awareness and expectation that you would normally always receive when visiting a more 'age diverse' (because with that comes greater expectation.

Great experience with dinner at Nandos, it was a busy day but the staff was very fast and delivered food without delay, good atmosphere..

Estuvimos la familia de visita, y comimos alli 2 niños de 7 años una de 12 y dos adultos nos encantó. La atención fue excelente al igual que las recomendaciones. Sus salsas picantonas y sabrosonas y si no te gusta pides que te reduzcan o simplemente sin ellas. . Al pagar les compré un bote de sus salsas y me respondieron con bolsitas de regalo. Recomendable y para volver a comer allí

Had one of the best nandos here for a long long time. Made them aware of the fact that im they made sure everything was safe for me and i didnt get sick! Great staff as always.

QR codes... Everywhere it's good but at the same sad that nowadays there's even less interaction between customers and hosts in restaurants. I love a bit of chat while ordering...

A post work venture, this was waited with eager anticipation. Oh boy good things we’re coming and they were delivered. Superb efficiency from the staff with good customer service but wouldn’t mind having 1 bite of my food without being asked if it’s alright! Can’t complain though, it always does wel!

Food was ok, usual hit and miss, chicken tasty garlic bread stale and cold, but the service was awful, waiter really didn’t want to be there, everything was an effort, if you don’t like your job don’t do it!

Foods standard nandos quality. Can't overly complain, but as with all nandos places the chicken can occasionally come out dry! But this isn't specific to the venue unfortunately. Once again quiet both times I'm been.

Had lunch here with a friend of mine, and the food was amazing! Our chicken was a little dry but other than that, service was excellent! Interior is cozy like any other nandos as well. Would recommend this place to a friend for lunch/dinner xx

Découverte génial du concept de ce fast-food. Très impressionné par la qualité de la nourriture qui est très saine. Poulet grillé, brocoli, riz, purée et j'en passe 😍 Service en fonction du concept, commander au bar puis aller chercher sois même les couverts, les boissons, les sauces. Le plat étant servi à table. L'emplacement de ce Nando's est situé dans l'artère principal pour se rendre au centre ville. Super bien manger. Attention, plusieurs niveau pour la sauce qui est de base pimenté /épicé. Le niveau de base étant déjà réellement relevé, mieux vaudra commencer bas et aller rechercher sois même les autres sauces plus pimentées. Bon appétit !

Came in yesterday and it was Probably the best Nando's I have personally had in awhile! Not only was the food great the service was fast and efficient, I must applaud the team and management for such a great experience and atmosphere. Managed to speak to a manger also in regards to careers within the Nando's family, They were very professional and informative.

2 grill chicken and 1 chicken burger for 5 people make us Very full Spicy taste is so good

This Nandos doesnot meet the regular Nandos standard, known and appreciated by the public. The food and service was not so good. Waiter forgot butter for the corn. Burger bun was hard and lettuce wilted. Definitely below Nandos quality.

Now I have a funny story about this Nandos. I recently moved down here, then went to this Nandos about 5 weeks ago and got my usual which is the double-breast burger meal. Great service and nice food. Then two weeks later I went in and asked for the same thing. Then the young lady at counter spun me a weirdly long illogical tale of why there have been no double-breast burgers on back of the previous lockdowns (a lie), apparently to reduce Deliveroo rider load (this was laughable), and that they were being put back on menu in a couple of weeks. I listened at same time as laughing inside - why she was telling such an elaborate lie? :D Hence not eaten in there again. The incident made me laugh, but no way am I going back somewhere, where they lied through their teeth at me. The star rating reflects that. The food was good.

There was a queue, despite this we were promptly given a table. The staff were friendly, and the food was so much better then my local Nando’s. The portions seemed to be bigger also.

I haven't been to a Nando's in over 2 decades but when we were tired and hungry after a long day in Canterbury, the chicken on the window called for us to go inside. I was pleasantly suprised by everything. The service was great and the food was above expectations. I had wings with fries and coleslaw. The wings are small but taste good. All in all I had a very good experience.

Enjoyable, standard nandos experience. The food arrived extremely quickly and was mostly delicious. The reason for dropping a star was the mash had clearly been reheated and wasn't great. It had a skin on it 😂

From the moment we entered I could tell there were going to be problems. Went an hour and a half before closing and the staff clearly didn't want us there. We had a really long wait for wings and weren't allowed to use any of the sauces in the bottles.

It’s a standard nandos - nothing really stand out one way or the other.

No welcome at all, 3 staff members at the front all looked elsewhere as we walked in and we were just shoo'd to a table. No warm welcome guaranteed here. Food was mediocre by nandos standard and cold. Was only checked back on food as we finished. Tables sat dirty for our entire stay.

Hmm. Used to go to Nando's in Hounslow, London for lunch. Always good. This was.. well.. not good. Sloppy food, they let us order through the QR code on the table (COVID is over, people!) Disappointed.

Kids menu is good value and has something for all tastes (including very plain).

Again had the chicken livers, the best prepared out of all of the nando's visited well done 👏🏼

Staff were brilliant, food was cheeky as you like and, vitally for us with young kids...food was on the table fast. The atmosphere was great, we got a great table. First visit (I don't know why, I assume we think it is always going to be busy!) But we will be back.
