Nando's - Camden in Camden

Food the usual Nandos standard. Incredibly uncomfortable chairs upstairs, drinks and starters arrived the mains.

Excellent restaurant, friendly and efficient staff, fast service, the price quite high on the other hand. Quite a choice and ordering with the QR code is very practical, I highly recommend.

Giving them the benefit of the doubt with a 4th star as my corn on the cob was burnt and my burger didn't taste amazing (but maybe that's because I'm not mega keen on chicken burgers). Some of the waiters couldn't raise a smile either.

I mean it’s Nandos, of course it’s going to be 5*! Staff were really friendly, great location in Camden! And plenty of seating! Only downside was that they were out of chips when we went, but of course there are many other side to choose from!

I recently dined at Nando's in Camden Town and was thoroughly impressed. The service was excellent, attentive, and friendly. My business associates also thoroughly enjoyed the flavorful dishes. I can't wait to visit again soon. Highly recommended for both the delicious taste and impeccable service!

Walked into the restaurant around 9 an hour before they closed with a friendly welcome. After being sat my friend and I were trying to order a shared platter and said we couldn’t. Asked the manager and tried to order food they told us they had 1/2 a chicken left and still had people ordering and being sat. I said then what am I supposed to eat and left, manager didn’t accommodate us at all.

It took me a few minutes to understand that after being seated I had to go and order at the counter. For the rest it's correct, the wings go well

Just around the corner from Camden Lock. This was an easy meal for our family of four. Service was good and people were nice. You order on the app and just choose the table number. Food was delicious. (Our first time at Nando’s). Would definitely come again.

Good experience. Eating gluten-free was no problem here. However, the restaurant was completely full inside so we had to sit outside. We went in March, so it was still quite chilly to sit outside. Fortunately it was dry and the sun shone a little

Best Nando’s I’ve been to! Friendly, super quick service and better than usual standard food than other restaurants e.g. the corn was actually cooked which was so nice. No faults whatsoever.

Good food, alright service. It was kinda hard to understand the system and we wished a little better guidance, but it was a nice experience.

We wanted to move tables upstairs because the atmosphere downstairs felt a little bit off to us and the server we asked to help us with this couldn’t have been more accommodating and lovely! The server had glasses, a long blonde ponytail with brunette roots and an undercut, not sure of their name but they were probably the nicest server we’ve ever had at a Nandos (and we come a lot!). The server made sure we had everything we needed and was very attentive. We felt very well looked after and would love to be back soon :)

The dining environment was very clean and the clerks were all very friendly. The chicken was juicy the fries were also crispy and seasoned very deliciously. Great dining experience and highly recommended.

German tourist here. Food came quick, warm and delicious. Service and employees always on point. They asked if all was good, made sure you enjoy your stay. This Nandos is starting to look quite shabby. Still great Nandos chicken, though.

Usually at this branch the food was good however this time the food was diabolical. Waited 40 minutes for the food and it was not even busy, when the food arrived at our table chips was cold, chicken was also lukewarm and tasted old, the chickpeas burger was also cold. It is not acceptable especially after waiting 40 minutes for food

Nandos was a restaurant I always ate at, but this time I had urgent business and just wanted to use the toilet. I was disappointed because they didn't let me use the toilet without purchasing something and I had to shop with my money, which is not appropriate for such a big business.

My brother had never been before so while we were in the UK thought we should introduce him. Food was excellent as usual and Vicky was an incredible host. She was a treasure to talk to and made sure we had an amazing time there give her a raise.

AC wasn't working and it was boiling inside!

This carbon neutral restaurant featuring food inspired by Mozambique was DELICIOUS. It tasted so fresh and was delicious. We ordered every appetizer and they were all excellent. Our very favorite was the sweet potato fries followed by the hummus. I got the chicken thighs and they were perfection!

Had the most amazing late night munch here tonight, food and service was impeccable, didn’t quite catch the name of the lady in the yellow shirt but she was attentive and made our short experience so much better, a real star! Will be back for more soon!!

Having never visited this nandos before, I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful art work. The staff members I interacted with (at the till and throughout my visit) were very friendly and polite. In terms of atmosphere, there was nothing particularly outstanding anout it and it wasn't offensive in anyway so I've given a 3 star. Finally, the food was very tasty and well presented. I had the spicy chickpea wrap. Would be nice if you offered gluten free options for those of us who suffer the consequences of eating wheat.

Exactly what you expect from a Nandos. It's not fine dining but it's spicy and comforting; and deserves the 5 stars for the food and service within it's category. With amazing staff like Vicky, who was quick and efficient. The actual meal was fresh and hit the spot after a long day and a craving for Nandos after landing in London.

Came back to Nandos and thought I’d give it a try, since the last time I had a bad experience. Safe to say this has reignited my love for good quality grilled peri chicken with good service. Shoutout to Nick for the excellent customer service. :)

The food and atmosphere was typical. The first level is very small but they do have outdoor seating and I think upstairs too

In all the nandos I've visited the food has tasted the best here! The chicken was cooked perfectly and just fell off the bone. I've visited twice this both times I enjoyed the food. Also friendly staff too :)

I got a takeaway a few days ago and I wear a hijab is all I am going to say, the transgender individual constantly smiling laughing as I order and the manager I am guessing or person at the front moustache ridiculous hair said very rudely I couldn’t pour sauce to take away at the front he could have said it nicely instead of making a gross face at me. Staff are not friendly at all racist and rude!!!!!

Vicky graciously went over the menu with me and helped me choose the quinoa bowl with lemon herb chicken and it was absolutely fantastic! It was exactly what I wanted. Perfect portion for lunch and left me feeling satisfied. Get this person a raise!

Has to be a serious contender for best Nando's in London with full credit to the enthusiastic, vigilant, customer service oriented team working here. As Nando's should be rather than Euston's bedlam and poor data connection, Kilburn's slow service and Farringdon's whatever.

La comida no está mal, el pollo escueto pero sabroso. Lo que no nos ha gustado ha sido la propina preestablecida del 20% sobre la cuenta final. También el autoservicio respecto a auto servirte cubiertos, servilletas y demás.

Honestly the nicest staff I have ever had in all my Nandos experiences! They are organised - food was cooked to perfection and so helpful to us with accommodating our large group with young children

La commande se fait en ligne par l'application ou par le site web de nando's .attention a la commande on vous demande le taux d'épices dans votre plat. Ne vous trompez pas a se moment là. La cuisine est très bonne . Boisson basique a volonté. Un petit moins bon point pour les dessert pas très varié ni extra.

Not a bad nandos. The customer service was great. The food was the same old nandos. I just hate this branch's chairs. Why. Why. Just why. Other than, that, just your avg nandos! Ah tho they were very attentive about my partners dairy allergy which is why I loved the service so much. & the manager on shift brought us a full cup of coke when the syrup ran out. Felt cared for overall. (Yes, this is the one pic I have. My cousin's place with three blobs of sauce that mixed together lmao)

It is a standard Nando's. I had to wait a bit longer than average for a chicken burger. The fries where almost uncooked.

Waited 15 minutes for a chicken wrap that was full of lettuce , I was charged £10.50 for lettuce in a wrap absolutely ridiculous! Manager offered to make another one but I was on a 15 minute break so couldn't wait around! I definitely will not be going back to nandos if that's how they do their customers by ripping them off!

We sat and order trough app paid and wait 20min and nothing, then ask about our order and lady told us that sometimes happens ppl order in the app and don’t get trough the system. So I have to go down stairs and order at till. Paid 2 times and now i have to wait for refund. Nando’s no money for a proper order system?

The location is good but the restaurant looks tired and cluttered My food arrived promptly but was cold and poorly presented Not many people in the restaurant but very poor attention to detail and not to nandos normal standards

Quite small and felt fairly basic. Food arrived quickly and was standard nandos. Coffee machine wasn't working which was a shame

It's just OK. The chicken is made of real leather. Ordered by phone outside when cold. Not even that cheap. In fact forget it if you want a decent place to eat in.

Buen Nando's cerca del mercado de Camden. Restaurante ideal para comer si no te gustan las aglomeraciones de dentro. Tiene un pollo muy bueno y con un plato para compartir es suficiente para dos personas.

Came in late and I think staff were on their last energy. Lots of available seats. Attentive staff.

Outdoor space is great for when the weather permits. No smoking at the tables but did have a cheeky vape. Located near stables market which has a million options for food but if you are looking for something familiar, simple and good quality without have to have kcals the equivalant of three meals, this is a good option. Decent prices for what they serve.

Exceptional taste by comparison to my visit to another branch.. acceptable service.. Everyone in the store was on their phone during my visit.. and whilst the store wasn't particularly busy only one girl attended to us. I was a bit offended by their apparent lack of interest based on their "screen time"

Don't think I've ever had my food come quicker than it did here, same options as you can expect from any nandos, but I'd say the food here is particularly delicious!
