Everything was good, on my take away order. It was busy nite for these guys, and everyone was well lookafter by Milo while waiting for tables or orders, great customer service well done!! Would recommend it to tourists and family

My experience was good. I went there with my wife. Service and food both of them were good to me. Recommended.

Took nearly an hour to receive our food. Had to ask for drinks glasses after waiting for 20 minutes. Group of staff just stood around till chatting. Approached one of them to ask for an update on food, as it had been 45 minutes. He said he’d check, went to the kitchen, then went back to the group of staff to continue chatting and didn’t bother to update me. Left me standing there at the till. I had to go back over to him and the group of staff to find out what the kitchen had said. Apparently they were waiting on the thighs… no apology when food did finally arrive. Missed beginning of our film at the cinema. Won’t be going back.

The food was good and service quick.

The food was good and the atmosphere was relaxing. The staff worked very hard to ensure that the food was delivered hot and on time. We were ushered to our table by Joseph who was very good at his job and desplayed excellent customer service. Overall, the staff appeared very hardworking, though, Joseph stood out as he was directly serving us. Thank you

Took someone who hadn’t been to a Nando’s before and we went to St. Mark’s Square Nando’s today and ordered at the till … not a good experience 40 mins and no food had arrived ‘printer hadn’t printed out & sent to kitchen’ or something (?)

Visited this store before a cinema trip. I had to flag waitress down after waiting atleast 10 mins for glasses. My food didn’t arrive until 30 minutes later after asking the waitress where it was. My husband had nearly finished his food before mine arrived. When it arrived the corn was burnt - strange how the chef and waitress didn’t notice this. Garlic bread was cold and non existent chips. No one had asked how our food was. Very poor service!

Awful service last week when visiting. I came in with my family and was served by a blonde tall lady, she was very blunt, didn’t pay attention to us and she dismissed me several times. I understand the restaurant was busy but the service from her was very poor. One of the workers informed me she’s is the manager and her name is Renata when I asked to complain which I thought was disgusting. Such management shouldn’t be in charge and I would not recommended coming to this nandos unless you want poor service!!!!!!

They cook the food, leave it on the side, have conversations over your food getting their breath all over it, then when they're bored enough of standing around doing nothing they will bring you your cold, breath-infested food.

This is my second and last visit to this place. Food sits on the side of the counter and gets served cold. I’ve never seen worse service at Nando’s. Avoid !!

This is my best night since have been visiting Nandos. Mr Milo, in honest you're very awesome guy, you makes my night worth coming to your store. Your service is very superb, efficient, very friendly and your customer oriented. Everything about you is on point. My friends brought me here because I lost my dad but you make me feel happy. Thanks for attending to us. Nandos pls keep this guy, I wish someone like you can be in every nandos to make customers day. God bless you

I ordered a collection. I chose a time of 15:30. 30 minutes in advance. When I arrived the rude manger said they hadn’t even started and it would be another 10 minutes. After another 20 minutes I asked where my food was. I was told they still hadn’t started. I said it was 20 mins late. The manger said she couldn’t be bothered to talk about it and I was lying about the times!!! After another 10 minutes the food was handed over. It was half cold and bits missing. The rude manager didn’t care. The restaurant was Smokey. Half the staff where outside smoking. The manager was a joke. Never again.

Nando’s is Nando’s. Fast service and food was as expected . Next door to the Vue cinema so great for a pre film bite

Really poor quality, all of us had shriveled recooked pieces of chicken, it has gone massively down hill. They had a huge amount of deliveries and a full restaurant, feels like they have gone for quantity over quality. Avoid, which is a real shame. Advice to Nando's - be a delivery takeaway or a restaurant or make your kitchens bigger to cope.

Lovely meal out with the family. Even though it was busy with take away orders and restaurant diners, serving staff were very friendly.

Very pleasant place to have a tasty meal for a decent price. Beats a Toby Carvery anyday, no 'waffer fin' slices of meat hear. And everyone loves Bromley wouldn't you agree.

There was great customer service, especially from Milo and Shanwo. Very kind and patient and there was plenty of good vibes. Would definitely recommend this branch. I highly recommend.

Lovely branch of Nandos, friendly and good-humoured staff who are really kind and helpful ♡ I visit this area every three or four months or so with my family and this branch of Nandos is consistently a nice place to be ♡ My adult son brought me here late last year and we got some Nandos in and - again - it was a nice place to be, kind staff, tasty food, nice chilled vibe - we had a lovely time then, too ♡ Thank you ♡

Food took a little while to arrive, but the service overall was great and friendly. Location is nice too.

Rude staff in here. Told off for standing at the wrong till like I am supposed to know what working till you are choosing to use, got looked up and down by a frowning woman staff member you want something she barked, well I would like to be served I replied the best she could do was poke a bony finger at the other till and mumble over dare and look away from me like I'm the pleb. Won't be hurrying here again for my chicken fix. Always the same in nandos great food but get em in and take there money and get em out again double quick. There's nothing like great customer service and in nandos there really is nothing like great customer service.

Truly shocking. No chicken, no chips, no garlic bread, and next to no customer service. Staff were too busy arguing amongst themselves to serve the food sat on the side. They even sent my meal to another table — while I waited 40 mins for them to recook my order! Waste of money, waste of time.

Had half a chicken and the skin was dry like leather no flavour at all

Was very busy and they were turning people away. But the waiter managed to squeeze us in because there were only 2 of us. Food was standard Nandos. No one collected our black chicken or asked if everything was ok, like they normally do but was ok night

After going to the Nandos in Widmore road yesterday for my daughters' birthday and being told that the wait would be 40 minutes. I decided to go to the one in St Mark's Square. I've always loved this Nandos. We were in a group of 8 and got a table straight away. We were greeted by a lovely tall young guy, didn't get his name, unfortunately. But, thank you for making us feel so welcoming. Foods were yummy, as usual! ❤️

My daughter and I visited the Bromley St Mark's Square branch on Sunday 11th December. We were greeted by a very pleasant young chap. I tried to place our order, using the QR code but the reception in the venue was poor. A lady by the name of Raquel noticed I was having trouble ordering and came over to try to help. I explained that I find it difficult and frustrating placing an order in this way and asked if I could just order at the counter. Raquel flatly refused saying that the counter was reserved for cash and gift voucher payments only. She also offered to "TEACH" me how to connect to WiFi! I found this to be an unreasonable and borderline rude response and asked to speak with the manager. Raquel told me that she was the manager, so I asked for the email details of the area manager. Whilst waiting for these, the young man who greeted us noticed something was wrong and came over to see what was going on. I explained the situation and he immediately said "No problem at all, Sir, I can take your order at the table" All this unpleasantness could have been avoided if Raquel had done the same. Eventually, she returned with a post-it with 2 names on it - hers and that of the area manager, no email address. Food was great as always.

Ordered a takeaway again this week via Deliveroo as I am having a new kitchen fitted so I currently have no oven. I ordered a 1/4 chicken. Normally 1/4 chicken means breast of chicken with a wing, sadly this was not what arrived. It was the smallest piece of chicken they must of had in the restaurant. I’ll be completely honest, there was more bones than chicken! No extra sauce was provided either when normally they always do. I don’t know what happened today but the food was not at all how it normally is. When I brought it to Deliveroo’s attention, I was told there was nothing they could do as it’s to do with “how the food was prepared”. As everyone knows, Nando’s isn’t a ‘cheap’ takeaway, my order today came to £65+. I’m very disappointed with Nando’s and Deliveroo. I will for sure not be getting another takeaway from Nando’s Bromley. Extremely disappointed!

Good ambience, clean and presentable staff. Our food came quite quickly, I did notice a little hiccup with the order, and the manager wanted to rectify it immediately. Great service overall.

Every single time we go they’ve closed off half the restaurant so everyone is packed in like sardines, despite them still being open for another 3+ hours. When asking to sit in the quieter part of the restaurant due to sensory issues and struggles with the noise, we were told no. Not very inclusive, especially as 10 minutes later more people came and were placed in the spot we asked for (same party size). Always a long wait to be greeted at the door too. And while staff aren’t rude they aren’t particularly welcoming either. We waited over 45 minutes for our food (we were told it would be 20 minutes). I!”n the past when this has happened at other nandos we’ve been offered complimentary dessert or starters. However, I have to say when the food did arrive it was really good. Our neighbouring tables were all unhappy with their food but ours was lovely. The tall guy in the red t-shirt was really friendly too.

This was our first time visiting this Bromley Branch as we tend to use the other branch. The customer service we received from the minute we stepped in the door to leaving after our meal was fantastic. Raquel went above and beyond to assist us in any queries we had and was so accommodating. The food was amazing and served really quickly 😋

Have to change my rating after my experience yesterday. Ordered a delivery which arrived after an hour! I live 7 mins away. Food was cold. Tried getting in touch with Deliveroo but their driver was already waiting at the restaurant for half an hour. Called the restaurant and it was impossible to find the order number on the email. I've left one star for the good service I received once while dining in.

Bobby has been amazing. So sweet helped me out with the app points situation without the Nandos card. Legend! I also dropped my garlic bread on the floor he kindly spoke to his manager Skye who sorted us out with a new one. It’s the little things that make a big difference guys. Keep up the great work. Apr 2022- get seated at the table, log in to the free WiFi amd scan the QR code on the table to place your order via an app. It's well designed but a bit cumbersome to pick the options you want. You pay when you place the order and the food is brought to you once its made. The main are was well maintained and clean, as were the toilets. We went early evening so it did get quite noisy.

Food was very good and 1st class service highly recommended

Never ordering from here again. The last few times numerous items were missing, food was either burned or freezing cold, order kept being pushed back and we were left waiting over an hour and a half. Complained and we were told there’s nothing that can be done. Very poor service and customer service is terrible. This place needs to get their act together. Waste of money. Avoid at all costs if you want to avoid disappointment!!!

One of the best Nandos stores I have visited. Friendly enthusiastic staff. Tentative, kept checking we were ok. Food was delicious. Loved the chocolate and ice cream desert. Convieniant for the cinima and town centre.

My chicken was a bit dry and disappointed they had no frozen yoghurt! Otherwise not bad.

Always a disappointment for takeaway. Either something is missing, chicken is tiny or as in the case of last night the chicken was completely burnt! (Black all over). These guys need to seriously up their game - currently best avoided.

Hello lads it’s Kay here from the lack of pampering I’m gonna receive on Friday. So I went to this Nando’s awhile back with my wife. And when we received it there was no problems until my wife bit into an undercooked piece of chicken. We was absolutely HORRIFIED as I prefer the taste of BBQ sauce to salmonella. Quickly we called the staff over who was very apologetic and my wife received a free dessert. Didn’t get sick after so that’s a plus but definitely don’t like my chicken like my lack of appreciation, RARE

Excellent service at this restaurant after an aborted attempt at the one in widmore road where they tried to squeeze the 3 of us onto a table fit for two never going back to that one again shockingly run claiming back part of the restaurant closed even though it was only 7pm no way to run a business if you ask me
