I am Spanish, I have been paying a fortune here for two days for dinner and the service is fair, and on the last day I found this restaurant and I want to share it, the service is spectacular, Grabiel and María served me, speaking Spanish, and I felt at home I recommend it without a doubt, also for price, don't hesitate

Exactly what you expect from a nandos, good food, quickly, and at a reasonable price.

Food can be a bit of a hit and miss. Sometimes I don't think the chicken is fresh leaves an after taste.

He has trained his staff well to bring the food out on time and customer service from his staff including himself was exceptional. A real hard working gentleman. He is an Asset to this branch. Top service - the staff do everything possible to allow a superb meal out.

The person on till doesn't understand the order well as I had ordered vegan spiced chickpeas burger and the give the chicken burger. Should improve the customer service and listen to the customer properly.

It's a nandos, what more can you say

Never disappoints. We were greeted by a member of the team who opened the doors for us and found us a quiet place for a family. We ordered at the till as we wanted more information on some items on the menu. We ordered a platter as well as pita and loaded chips. I think the loaded chips portion was little small considering it should feed 2-3 people. Other than that the rest of the food was lovely.

Great food, great service, friendly and helpful staff, especially Ian and Gabi. I would definitely recommend!

Unfortunately this Nandos consistently delivers slow service compared to others and the staff are generally not very attentive.

The staff were so lovely, polite, kind and courteous and the atmosphere was reflective of that, lovely chilled vibe ( much better than the teesside park venue)

NOT HALAL as uses stunned electrocuted chicken. Lovely to see so many reviews by Muslim customers here happily eating haram.

We got seated immediately. But found we had to go and get our own plates, cutlery and napkins. Food was great. Only downfall was we couldn't relax as at 9pm there were children running sound and screaming. There was also security inside the restaurant.

Visited nandos a while back and it was awful. So we got a voucher this time and decided to go back and it was absolutely beautiful, couldn't fault it at all.. 10/10 for the food n service. Now keep this up. Don't know if they have changed the chef but they done something right

Tørr kylling,kald ris… folk stod med sprøyte utenfor vinduet mot vann fontenen .. det var til og med to ungdoms gjenger utenfor vinduet der vi spiste som stod å rullet weed røyker! Den ene gjengen ble jaget bort av to vakter som jobbet her.. skuffende og trist. Litt uvanlig og betale for maten på en resturate før du spiser…. Men det er kanskje bare jeg som ikke har vært der før … eneste positive er at hvis du liker dispenser brus, så var det bare å ta så mye du ville samt chipsen var godt stekt da

I came to nandos yesterday but didn’t know what I wanted , I was so confused what to get a very nice friendly lady called rimsha made me feel welcome and helped me decide what to get to eat. She was so amazing and very helpful I was so pleased with the service she provided, her service was 10/10 I would definitely come back to this periodic nandos to dine in or takeout, thank you so much rimsha for your excellent service you provided.

Great service from the welcoming staff.We were given the option to order over the phone via QR code. As soon as we ordered and no longer than 15 minutes, we had our food and it was a great standard and overall the place was clean and staff was accommodating. I love this branch anytime. Food is absolutely fantastic. I would definitely recommend a visit.

I love the fact that the restaurant looks like an African setting, we were attended to so well and I must say it's worth coming back again. Was given fee drink because it's was our wedding anniversary 😄. Thanks to Nando

Overall I have to rate this nandos 5 star. Food cooked to perfection (my last 2 nandos at a different location were dry and tasteless) fantastic customer service from serving staff to manager. Only 3 stars for atmosphere down to the fact that outside stinks of weed and drunks. As a guy on my own I was happy to walk through but if I had my family with me I would have gone elsewhere. Such a shame as its run well with fantastic staff. Come on Bradford Council.....sort it out!!

I took my lad there for the first spicy food. He loved it. The food was great, the staff were very good, talking him through what's hot what's not.

Today im really disappointed. Our table was still dirty. It was sticky and there was still crumbs on the table. I had to ask someone to clean it. Second, our food was burned. The garlic bread wasn’t cook properly or was old. It was like stone really hard to chew. Third the boneless chicken was over cooked.

My most goto place when I dont feel like eating. The food is amazing.

Food is always spot on, service is great; Fiaz and the team always looks after us. However the drinks machines need working on, they aren't always fizzy and can sometimes be a downer on a good meal.

Loaded fries that has only fries but very less chicken n little cheese and no veg. Love the theme of restaurant, very nice atmosphere, very clean and stylish roofs and celling work. Staff was also very kind.

Great tasting food and staff, just disappointed it only had halal options(so I had to get veg options). If I ever want Nandos, I travels to Southport for chicken, but would be nice to get it as an option at more restaurants. Again nice food helpful staff, just wish they had a none Halal option👍

Looking for food a little bit close to home as a Nigerian in the UK then you need to try the meals at Nando’s. We had the spicy rice and chicken on bones which was super yummy. The service was also very good and ambiance kid’s friendly.

I’ve never had a problem when I go to get served at Nando’s, the food is amazing and the service is always with a smile but they did forget about my cheesecake, but it was really busy so no harm.

Came at fast opening time during the month of Ramadan, three staff worked really hard to get out on time or provide something to open fast with while waiting. Good food, can't go wrong with a nandoes can you?

Great service always Food has been good consistently. Order sometimes takes a while at lunch time but this is understandable as we are told politely in advance by the staff.

Poor customer service, took food that was not consumed off a customer and refused to give them a refund as they weren’t happy with the portion size.

Excellent service provided from start to finish from the waiter called Mo who made us feel welcomed and also Adam at the counter very professional taking our order enjoyed the service given by both staff real gems to have at this branch

Nice atmosphere, spaced out well, food was best nandos ive had at this one and the staff were warm and friendly which thought was lovely. They said buy to us with a smile, also when leaving. Nice nandos this one.

Always a pleasure coming here nice and clean place in central location in city park nice atmosphere. Food is nice and very spicy if you want it to be (they actually mean spicy just how i like it!) and they really are taking care of customers who are fasting😀 they have some good vegetarian options! Nice server named Mo too very friendly and professional. All the servers are nice and helpful too☺️

Atmosphere was great. The staff were lovely & helpful. We got some beautiful food as always & forgot to order drinks, but the manager noticed on the order & brought out 2 glasses. Really enjoyed it here & think Bradford Nandos is the best.

The worst location with *some* of the worst staff and the worst food. Waited 5-10 minutes to be seated by staff who were sat chatting at a customer table, one of whom was the chef who sat starring at us the whole time. Staff pointed at a table for us and walked away. Two of the female staff on shift were very polite but I think the men need some customer service training as the have no manners at all. Could hear the guy serving us messing around and hysterically laughing obnoxiously loud. The chicken was the boniest I’ve had at a nandos with very little meat. I made a complaint through the website and was contacted by the manager who seemed slightly apologetic and said he’d have to check the cameras to verify my story. One week later, I’ve heard nothing back. Didn’t seem to be taken seriously at all. I’ll avoid this location going forward and recommend everyone else does the same.

There 1 old man working on front counter he is to rude any 1 tell him some menners v disappointed today I give him 0 Star for his unprofessional service.

Came to Centenary Square Nando’s today with some friends. Never have I known a manager to go above and beyond for his customers, Fiaz has an extremely polite and very friendly customer service manager, it was evident that the relationships he has with his colleagues are a reflection of his own personality. He made our night and I would highly recommend this branch purely based on the fact that it is ran by such an individual.

Too expensive for that small bone carcass, also chicken wasn't very fresh inside, having a stomach cramps now. Table was unstable and glases were filthy. Friendly staff. I'm not coming back again, sorry 😔

Food is beautiful but come on guys! Customer service was appalling! They take ages to bring drinks, they werent sure of the order. They said we didn't order desserts even though we clearly paid for them on the receipt! Food is top notch though, their brocollini is unmatched and the sauce on the sunset burger is muahhhh

Not been here before, but have to say very impressed, nice place, great staff and lovely food, sometimes I find Nandos to be a little disappointing but not this one, and my wife tells me it's one of the best salads she has eaten in a Nandos in a longtime. Well worth a visit if you are coming to see a show at the Alhambra

I ordered takeaway and had to wait a bit for it to be made and packaged. The chicken wings was average.

I wish I could put zero stars, food was very burnt and inedible. I contacted them so many times and nobody got back to me kept getting passed from person to person. No accountability. Order from the other Bradford nandos, they don't care about their customers. Ended up giving up out of frustration.

They will have to do more with their rice. Topnotch service,brilliant atmosphere for hanging out.

This is right in the middle of the city and very close to Bradford Interchange Train station. There is a cinema just opposite and hotels around this Nandos.

First time here. Never tried it before. Popped in for lunch on my own. A lovely experience. Food really nice. Two young ladies who served were very polite and helpful. Didn't get their names ...my receipt said Wania. Very impressed with the level of friendliness and customer service. Will go again.

Good food as always, service is normally really good and if an item comes out too late or is forgotten about, the staff usually compensate for it with a complementary item. Overall, good food and good service.

Had some negative experiences previously in other Nandos branches so I wasn't keen on visiting yesterday but the Bradford Centenary Square branch was spot on! Food was beautiful, atmosphere was great, service quick and attentive and the staff were really friendly and full of banter. Will definitely be visiting again 😁

-Total disbelief and disgusted with Nando's - Had to wait 30mins for them to accommodate 6 people and numerous excuses given for the delay - No table service available - Told to order online using their app 😠 😡 - This took ages when not familiar with online food ordering, not everyone is tech savvy !!!!!! Surprised they don't prevent entry to those who can't or would find it difficult to order online 🙄 😠 😡 - Finally received food approx 1hr after arrival - Food brought to table however no cutlery, drinks or seasonings brought with same. After requesting these items informed we had to get our own from the service area which caused disruption with our seating arrangements given limited space available to constantly get up and down to obtain same. - Requested hot drinks has none visible on the menu. Informed hot drinks machine was removed during Covid restrictions and not returned. Absolutely appalled and unacceptable when your faced with limited chilled options unsuitable or palatable for customers therefore, overall choice options not available. 1 positive - Food was good. Will not be returning to any branch whatsoever for reasons stated and lack of personal customer service.

Definitely the best Nandos I have been to, me and my partner are regular Nando goers and try a lot of different ones but this has to be the best one and that is simply down to the customer service there especially from the managers. They always go above and beyond especially Fiaz. Would definitely recommend

As i waited at the till to order, I watched as the chef dropped a chicken leg on the floor, picked it up using his tongs and continued to cook..... he didn't even break pace... clearly a run of the mill incident....needless to say I didn't place any order.

Went today for a nandos. Staff were all so lovely and smiley nice to see they always had a smile when you looked at them. We were looked after so well especially by Maria and Adam who were extremely pleasant and made sure we were okay throughout our visit. They were both always so helpful and checked in on us to make sure we were okay thank you so much and we will definitely be coming back again! Food was very nice and definitely worth the price :)
