Food was really nice and tasty - good level of spice for what I ordered

I didn’t receive my order the restaurant wasn’t helpful at all

Been with my fiancee who's from Thornton for 2 n half years(I live in York) This is by far the best curry I've had since being here every weekend!!! Absolutely stunning!!! Keep up the good work 👏!!!!

best pizzas I've had in a long time

Ordered some food, said it was an hour wait, an hour later they just randomly cancelled, don't even bother with these clowns

I orderd my food for 20.25 and its all most over an hour for the food to arrive rang the takeaway they said delivery driver set of 20 minutes ago no sign of the delivery driver this was my first time ordering food the food was cold when arrived

didn't get the food as been delivered to wrong house and now need to wait in a hungry tummy

Never go.disgusting food,and staff and prices. Can go to a decent curry house including taxi for price these rip off merchants charge for mediocre food.my advice is don't bother,YOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED!

Ordered the pizzas got told 30 minutes and it was excellent service staff very friendly pizzas good texture good ingredients and very good to eat 😀 😋

The order took well over 2 hours to arrive. If you don't have time to deliver an order, within the time you specify, you shouldn't accept it in the first place. Food wasn't great when it finally arrived either. Probably due to it being kept warm for so long. Definitely won't be ordering again.

This takeaway is a shambles, they don't list correct ingredients, they send dinner across cold, then refuse to sort it all they say is well that our menue , reason for being cold is I'm over 5 miles away if they can't ensure hot food they shouldn't be catering this, I'm sorry but this has cost me 30 quid for a dinner I can not eat , so I will never recommend this takeaway and I hope people see they are not great , I will be making this know and I've contacted trading standards regarding false advertisement of correct chicken

I’m not the one to complain but ordering on here at 5 pm to be delivered at 19.00 then to get a notification saying it’s set off at 18.00 so called the restaurant and they said oh sorry we won’t send tilll the correct time then it came 45 minutes late and was flat cold , absolute shocking , 4 phone calls in total and they wasn’t even bothered

I ordered a chicken doner in naan, i received a chicken tikka in naan that was very salty and the chicken was way over cooked.

Shami kebab was absolutely hard and so dry and half burnt had to bin it it came in a roti when I ordered a kebab sandwich

Items missing from order donner meat arrived and was grey never seen anything like it. Mixed grill starter was burnt and all bajis/samosas saturated in oil (there's such thing as absorbent towels that drain excess oils). Will never order from here again

Really disappointed, £5.50 for onion Bhaji’s and no mint sauce or salad. Really bad value for money. The pizza was average for the price. Kebab hut used to be good food for a good price. It’s gone down in quality unfortunately. Won’t be ordering again I’m afraid.

I have ordered from Kebab hut for a number of years and always enjoyed the food. But recently i have felt the price increase to be astronimical, £16.40 for curry and chips compaired to most other local takeaways at £10, and the curry was very watery and chicken rubbery.

Ordered for 7pm to enjoy a nice takeaway. Arrived at 6pm in the middle of bed time for our child. Was also cold unfortunately.

The Food arrived very quickly it was Rushed out to me with missing items. (The cheese burger.) And Cheesy chips. I would prefer it if you took your Time and brought Everything I paid for.

Absolutely recommend this place from its curry's kebabs pizza deserts and much more I never thought a takeaway could do such a varied menu and be good at them all but they are. Prices have risen recently but the quality is well worth it.

The food was lovely although a little cold but with it being a Friday night I appreciate they would be busy. However, they missed items of my order. I spoke to them and they said they could bring them items but they had no idea when they could get to me. Hoping when I order in the future they will these then.

Ordered two fillet burgers guy on counter charged £13 I asked why so expensive he we charge VAT that was I never heard before, I can share photo of burger if you would like so you can see if it was worth £13 for frozen chicken fillet,

After confirming order over the phone TWICE, we received the order and apparently ‘doner kebab on naan’ is actually ‘doner meat on naan’ - no sauce, no salad. Essentially a dry doner meat sandwich… I phoned the takeaway to let them know that they had sent out something that we didn’t order and their reply was “well can you come pick it up or we’ll charge you for delivery” …not really good enough considering it was their mistake.

We have family staying from Australia and we had friends over too tonight. We’re a big family anyway so there was 2 orders placed, the second a large one. We had various foods and they were all lovely, no complaints from anyone. All the food was really tasty and it was all warm too. Thank you!

There is nothing I have had from this establishment that hasn’t been less than 10/10. Absolutely amazing food and delivery/collection times are always punctual. Superb!

Kebab Hut is our favourite place to order from. Food always arrives piping hot & either early or on time. The burgers are AMAZING and the mixed kebab on naan is beautiful. My hubby loves the currys and says they are full of flavour but not too spicy. Would highly recommend 👌

I was very disappointed as I used to love food from here however this time round the food couldn't be eaten, the kids meal (pop corn chicken and chips) came like it was microwaved the chicken was hard the chips was full off black bits and tasted of oil the curry was sickly

I would’ve given the food 5 stars if it had arrived on time and hot, but it took 30 minutes from the text saying it was on its way to the food arriving and at best it could be described as aired. This was a shame because it tasted delicious, the portion size was good and there was a good mix of meat and salad. I’ll probably order again to give them another chance based on how tasty the food was.

Usually I collect and these guys run like clock work, straight in and out with no hanging around. Lovely food also. Love it.

Told them just lettuce as salad, items came with onions, tomatoes, cucumber which I am allergic to so couldn’t eat it. Also came way too early, very in convenient.

Didn’t even turn up, awful performance. Never answered the phone when we tried to ring. Not even a new customer had loads from them. Took money this time no food, nobody answers but money taken

Kebab always doused with sauce, always too much chilli and not enough garlic mayo, ruins the taste.

Nice little takeaway that's been around for years. They make really nice pizzas and if you want the curry to be a little spicy ask for chef to make it "Asian style" will hit the spot then. I ordered a meat bhuna Asian style and it was really very nice so I'd recommend that. Starters aint their strong point though, their super Donner is a big munch and quite good too

Really really bad new exactly what they was doing confirmed food had been delivered when hadn’t then when I rang said 20 minutes then when I rang back 40 mins later said another 20 at which point I stated well it’s for a child we’ve already waiting 2+ hours to then never coming

Ordered 2 hours ago, still no delivery

So delivery time was stated for 00.50 to 1:10am, got a text message at 00.30 to say driver couldn't find my house, I called back and said he has not been to my door, my doorbell hasn't rung nor has no one knocked on my door believe me my dog would have been at that door going insane! Bit arsey on phone at the restaurant because I missed the call!! You were 20mins early !! Driver eventually came back 20mins later with a clapped cold pizza and some soggy chips! But called me and went to the wrong house then got to my house and showed me a photo of my door from earlier, I said that's fine but you never rang the doorbell or knocked, I am literally sat next to the door! Tried to call but they are closed, Fair to say it hasn't been eaten. Won't be using this place again

food is absolutely stone cold freezing kebabs defiantly not worth the £9 each that they was very very under sized not alot of meat burgers were freezing cold overcooked and felt like chewing on a rock too dry and tastless

Food arrived cold. Took 40 extra mins to arrive since stating it was on its way, clearly not in anything to keep warm. Unfortunately too late to ring up and request a re order as needed the food now. Will have to rustle something else up, such a waste.

I never got my food, they said they were open when they weren't

I placed the order at 19:43pm i was told it would arrive at 20:25 latest, i got the order at 21:25 a whole hour late, i paid for extra green chilli snd barely even had any chilli in it, simply not acceltable what so ever! Very disappinted Just Eat. The food was not even warm after waiting all that time had to eat it cold as i did not have the energy to reheat as i was fasting so was really hugnry as you can imagine.

It's really gone down hill. Top notch price for average/bland food served in the smallest container.

The curries were cold. My vegetable curry was just mushrooms (which I hate and I’ve never known to be in a vegetable curry before) and undercooked cauliflower and the other curry was supposed to be chicken but only had four tiny chunks amongst very watery base.

Donnor kebab and donnor and chips, flat cold had to warm up with salad on, usually spot on but not this time

my favourite place to order from. the food is always incredible and still piping hot when it arrives not like most places. delivery can sometimes take a while because they’re popular but totally worth the wait. really quick if you order out of peak times i’ve had my food within 25 minutes

Always delicious food, however, could arrive hotter as we always need to boost in the microwave.

We paid extra for 'Cheese on Chips' but it wasn't done.
