Came down on saturday to eat with my family was very busy being a saturday, exceptional service from the workers and food was great, yousuf was a star looked after us very well and made sure we had everything we needed, hats off to him

Went to Nando’s with my friend to have some lunch and was such a lovely environment staff all so friendly the two that served me and my friend were Bali and shak thankyou both for the food and helping up with the menu and drinks definitely recommend

Came all the way from leeds was in the area so came to nandos with the family, the food was really good and the service was exceptional despite being really busy, our food was served by Yusuf who was very nice and friendly and kept checking everything was alright.

Was served by Yusuf, he was exceptional and extremely polite and helpful. He came with a smile on his face and nothing was too much trouble. Would come again

Georgia was absolutely brilliant during our visit there. She provided exceptional customer service, definitely deserved a pay rise!

Small boy seen sucking and licking the tomato sauce bottle, still had this on his table 15mins later, seen and observed by a staff member who just said " don't do that ". Ordered a vegan bun £7.95, looked small and lonely on the large plate.

DO NOT COME HERE. Wow worst food I’ve ever received normally come here and it’s a good spot for food came today was the worst food I’ve ever eaten . The sever was rude from the beginning to end ordered hallumi fries they came and was burnt and cold how they managed to do that is crazy got a half chicken took 40 mins to come was absolutely vile the sever didn’t say a word slapped the food on the table and gave me a dirty look same again food burnt and cold . Got asked how our food was told them awful and they started laughing do not come here stay far away from here only thing that was ok was the coke from the machine.

Came to celebrate my nephews school rewards and ordered a full platter. Food was delicious and the service was excellent. Shout out to Bally she was a gem and really looked after us. Happy customers 🥰

Picked up an online order. Gave it 40 mins to pick up. Waited another 20 mins to be seen by a member of overworked staff. Some of it wasn't ready so had to wait another 10 mins before the order was completed. Not a great experience.

I've come to Nandos for a fair few years but I love coming and seeing Ismail, his mum and Moblessings (Mobi). They are all so friendly and have a warm energy. My dates with my wife (my best friend) used to be on a Thursday but this has now changed to Tuesdays to see everyone :-)

Being obsessed with Nando's, iv had a variety up and down the country however tonight was my first time visiting this specific location. This was one of the best meals iv had out of all the nandos iv ate at. The burger bun was super soft whereas usually it’s like biting into a brick. The customer service was very good - lovely gentleman got our food out to us within an efficient time frame which was excellent considering it was quite busy at the time so we anticipated a longer wait. As usual staff check in if food is okay and anything else is required and the lady who did so was really sweet and friendly! Definitely be visiting here more often and even when I’m not in the area, it’s worth travelling the 45 minutes for.

This place really has gone downhill. The food is shockingly bad compared to other Nandos outlets. We were given the wrong order twice and whilst the server did apologise, it meant having to wait around a lot longer for the right order. Needs improvement.

Great Service from the wait staff , very welcoming and helpful

Busy Thursday evening, so take this with a pinch of salt. 6 of us seated near the front door, which was constantly open, blowing a gale, with people queuing waiting to be seated, merging with people waiting to pay for their meal. Not very organised. Not told where cutlery or condiments were stored (happened to be the other side of the restaurant) 10 mins to get drinks after ordering on app, then the second took another 20 mins after ordering. Nearly 45/50 mins before first food arrived. Normal quality food, staff all had stressed smiles on, insanely busy so nothing against them personally, just felt a little stressed eating there myself?

Rather than leaving me to wait, Ismail took the time to sit down and check in with me, making sure I was comfortable and well-informed about the status of my order. It’s rare to see this level of care and personal attention in customer service. Ismail genuinely turned a potentially frustrating situation into a pleasant one. As a gesture of kindness, he even gave me a free cake as an apology for the wait, which he absolutely didn’t have to do. Ismail is an excellent worker he went above during my visit and honestly, I wish I could take him to the Nandos branch in London due to his excellent characteristic and vibrant attitude and spirit. I was impress with his level of service and he ensured that I was dealt with the most outstanding customer service ever. Now I will be coming again just for his service before I head back to London. So people when you go to Bradford Leisure Exchange centre Nando’s please hit Ismail up truly amazing staff at the Nando’s 🤩🤗

Not a good experience. Customer service was poor. Poor communication from the younger staff. A female waiter started to cleaner the food warmer with spray whilst food was underneth the counter. I watched the spray falling, not knowing what it was at first but then realised she was cleaning and wiping all the dust/dirt off the surface, whilst food is still plated below.

Terrible customer service and when we got our food the bread was rock hard and chicken burned a bit.As soon as i finished , i got a headachr and i felt very sick . The staff were very rude .

I would give this store a 0 star if there was a option most horrible nandoes ever.. the kids chicken the just get out the warmer and a few chips and slap it on a plate they don't even check If it's warn or not.. the roof leaking and tbey don't even care jst water dropping everywhere no salt no straws what so ever and if you staff they say sorry we dont have any.. it's the worse nandoes ever and wil not be returning here

Was staying at the Holiday Inn opposite so walked in around 7.30pm on a Friday. Hostess escorted us to a table after warning us that we would need to wait for food which I was fine with as we would have a drink. But when I walked up to order a chicken platter the lady behind the counter turned around and asked her colleague if they had enough chicken before she accepted the order?!?! Anyways food arrived quickly but taste was not as great as usual (example the marinade was not applied enough while cooking and seemed as if the food was rushed). We were tired and hungry so just ate and left. Might try the other Nandos in Centenary square next time

Ismail the manager here is so nice and polite. He always serves us with a happy smile and his customer service is always great 👍 also i have a gluten allergy and always ensures its sorted it. Also he has the most amazing beautiful eyes 👀

I took my daughter tonight and there was a lovely waiter called ismail. Wow. What an absolutely beautiful soul! He was so welcoming. He chatted to us and made us feel so so welcome! He complimented my daughter’s hair! Got talking about his wife and ethnic background! We’re both mixed race!!! Lovely lovely gentleman! Makes us want to keep coming back! Thankyou Ismail!

They cancelled our booking. We had spoken to them over 4 weeks ago asking if they could accommodate a group of 22 people. There were no problems until 4 days before and then to be told they won’t accept the party, citing « it’s our busy time, we can’t accommodate that number of people « !!! What’s wrong ? I thought you was a restaurant, or is that some sort of pretence ? No worries, Pizza Hit accepted us, and we had a great evening and they got a very large amount of money that night.

Me and my family We’re seated near the kitchen and where the orders are taken. Worst seats to offer.our table was pushed into and delivery drivers knocking tables with their bags while trying to eat. Hardly no staff, poor service. Usually visit the other branch in Bradford as a much better experience. Food was poor also.

I recently visited Nando's and had a mixed experience. While I enjoyed the food, I was disappointed with the service provided by the Asian lady who served us and the manager with red hair both failed to provide a service with a smile. However, I want to express my gratitude to two exceptional employees, Rahil and Ayat, who made our visit comfortable and enjoyable. Despite the lack of a warm and friendly service from the Asian lady, Rahil and Ayat went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant dining experience. Their attentiveness and friendliness made a significant difference in our overall impression of Nando's. Rahil and Ayat were both sweet and provided excellent customer service. They were attentive, answered our questions, and made us feel welcome. Their positive attitude truly enhanced our dining experience. Thanks Rahil and Ayat.

Hi went for a staff meal.food was good and served by a lively friendly waitress called bally.Excellent friendly service

Staff are incredibly welcoming, accommodating, approachable and friendly. Specifically the male Asian member of staff, on multiple visits he has come over to make conversation with us, usually starting with a compliment, so friendly! Food always tastes amazing and quick to come out and the restaurant has been clean on all our visits. The Mac and cheese was amazing!!

As I limped nervously into Nandos, starved and malnourished, the hot summer rain instantly evaporated upon the warm embrace of Ismail's presence. My once favourite sauce; Saka, was swiftly replaced with the Peri Tamer due to a proactive suggestion from the wise Ismail. working through chronic pain, day in, day out; the humble Ismail stepped down from his deserved manager role to further embrace his charismatic approach to customer service. My thankful tummy reminds me in times of hunger that we eat not only with our mouths, but with our eyes- and god was he easy on the eyes. Special thanks to our server, Ismail, for consistently guiding our culinary experience as we navigate the ever changing menu with grace.

Visited tonight & service, all the staff the young girl in hijab who took my order, the Caucasian gentlemen who served our food & lovely Ismail who also served us were absolutely amazing. They were on the ball, polite, friendly and although it was so busy they were on top of it. Couldn't commend them enough x

The food is great as always however, we had two infants with us and no space for a pushchair and a highchair. The highchairs are very uncomfortable as well

When we first got there, the place was full. They took our number and asked to call us in 30mins when a table opens up. We went across to wait because there were so many people in the line. In less than 30mins we got a call to come over and our place was ready. As usual, Nando's, for me, is always a beautiful experience. This time, we order the family platter and 2 extra sides of garlic bread and corn on the cob. The order came quickly, and we had a good time.

My sister in law found a black beetle in her chicken wrap… the manager was not helpful at all .. she wanted to diffuse the situation and did not handle this correctly… very disgusted in how this was handled… my sister can not stop being sicka

Normally it would be a 5 star, however, had to wait 30 minutes for food, ice machine was broken and the chips were cold. My worst experience to date

Shocking service server picking up food with hands before taking to the table, food coming out at the wrong time, had to get own knives and forks own drinks own napkins. No toilet paper in either woman’s, staff not very fussed

I recently dined at Nando's and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. My order was incorrect, and when I approached the manager to address the issue, the encounter quickly turned unpleasant. Despite calmly explaining the mistake, the manager rudely spoke over me, dismissing my concerns. Their attitude was unprofessional and left me feeling frustrated and unheard. I also felt talked down to as a female and it was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority. Our female server (name beginning with an S) was nice and tried to help and sorted our wrong meal out straight away but the male manager and the other male employee were rude made us very uncomfortable and we will not be coming back and being talked down to.

Pick up takeaway meal for 4 food was good however dismayed that no sauce sachets were placed in the bag . On previous visits we have received loads of sauce sachets . Why know sauces Nandos ?

I have been a loyal customer of Nando's for over 12 years, and I have always enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere and pleasant staff. However, my recent experiences have been disheartening. In the past six months, I have noticed a change in the behavior of the staff. What used to be a friendly and accommodating team has now been replaced by new faces who are consistently rude. I understand that work pressure can affect people, but this has become a recurring issue. While I cannot fault the delicious food at Nando's, the declining service and the disrespectful manner in which the staff speak to customers is deeply concerning. It has become embarrassing to dine there, especially when I'm with children who have social anxiety. The once enjoyable experience has been tarnished, and it's no longer the pleasant place it used to be. Regrettably, I have decided not to return to this particular Nando's location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issues at hand. Lets hope centenary square one is better!

I would give this Nando’s 10/10 stars if I could. We was greeted excellently and as we sat down we ordered through the QR code. A little mistake happened with the flavour of our chicken, but the staff were quick to rectify and standards didn’t drop. A mistake is normal, but to act on it how the team did was what makes the experience that much better. I would recommend this Nando’s to anyone, I’ve never felt more comfortable at a restaurant in my life. Thank you to the team! You were all excellent.

I always come in to collect on a Thursday. A few times now I seen the lady manager. She recognised me and came and sat with me whilst I waited for my food, felt like I was talking to a mate! She made it feel like home and she introduced herself she’s called Bally. Will always lookout for her on Thursdays, such a rare thing in food places but she was absolutely brilliant!

Just a brief review to express my appreciation for the excellent and welcoming staff. We visited on New Year’s Eve - at a very busy time - and were immediately accommodated by a very friendly and helpful server. Our daughter is gluten free … and it was absolutely no trouble, despite a nearly full restaurant.

I don’t understand why I was forced to order using the QR code system. Asked the Manager if I can just pay at the till, but advised not possible as the tills are cash only. Stupid rule as every other Nandos let’s you use the tills even though you want to pay by card.

It may be my false idea but somehow the food in downtown Nandos tastes a little bit better. The service was perfect and we enjoyed our day out.

He such a great person and makes my day when he comes to speak to my daughter, who is special child. My daughter looks forward to going to nandos and always looks out for him when we go nandos. Fingernails in food!!!!! I ordered a delivery from this Nando's and was absolutely horrified to find TWO fingernails in the peri salted chips!!! Upon noticing one I started to check the food and sure enough there was another fingernail amongst the chips. Disgusting!! I have contacted Nandos as this is completely unacceptable and quite frankly vile. I understandably did not eat the food I had ordered. Would not recommend, stay away!!!! 🤢🤢🤢

My recent visit to Nando's was completely ruined by the rude behavior of the manager. His dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism were evident from the moment I walked in. He seemed uninterested in providing a pleasant dining experience and instead focused on exerting his authority in an unpleasant manner. I strongly advise against dining at this location due to the rude manager.
