Mama's Pizza in Bradford

Two absolutely lovely pizzas. And the Mediterranean salad was very nice!

This hot shot pizza with garlic butter is just heavenly, a serious guilty pleasure if you love pizza and pepperoni.

I have never had a bad order from mamas pizza, whether it's the parmesan burger or pizza, Even the chips are always fresh. I order pizza from here regularly and one of the reasons I choose mamas pizza over all the others is consistency, in the almost three years I have been getting food from here either at home or at work, had ALWAYS been excellent, fresh and piping hot. The staff are friendly, professional and passionate about Their work and it shows in their customer service and definitely in the food.

ordered a half pound cheeseburger, received a quarter pound cheeseburger. other than that, no complaints

If it had been clear from the start I wouldn’t have placed an order for delivery I w pi I’d have just collected. It should be communicated clearer how long it will take, updated regularly and the option given to collect.

Unfortunately on this occasion our order was a disaster. 15m over the latest arrival time (after chasing) and when it did arrive food boxes were squashed sweaty, pizza stuck to the lid and munch box was absolutely stone cold not even slightly cold no heat what so ever. Rang and was offered a replacement in 40 min which after waiting over a hour already with a hungry child was not a option. They did say ok to full refund however Just Eat only offering partial refund as only refund a percentage!!

Mixed kebab , tasty and devoured

I worked in the best pizza joint 2nd to pizza hut in Bradford for years, I saw the passion and work that went into the food everyday and the secret of the dough and cheeses where key to its success, mama's was an enjoyable pizza but still no "Pizza Pachinos" - RiP

have ordered from here a few times and it's been fine but this time it took 90 minutes and was flat cold when it arrived...not sure if I'll be ordering again...

Ordered munch box it turned up 90 minutes late and when it did arrive it was cold so just sent it back.... Have ordered before and been ok.... Not sure if will be going back..

Food arrived cold and garlic sauce had spilled all over the bag and chips and there was none left in the tub. I order from here a lot and this was definitely the worst a delivery has arrived. This was nit worth the money :(

My go to takeaway around bd10, bd18 & bd2, food is always nice fast and quality service, any problems that I have ever encountered (very minor forgot sauces ect) have always been resolved, Highley recommend this takeaway

Huge portions! Really good value for money! I got a chicken salad and my partner got a large donner kebab and chips, both of us couldn’t finish the portions! Good quality ingredients, I couldn’t believe how fresh the salad tasted! Will be back again!

Food was fine, spent over 30 quid on pizza and asked for some garlic mayo when collected, couldn't pay on card as no card machine and refused to give a 50p sauce, really poor service, not going back.

We haven't had pizza from this place before and ordered because Sambuca had no slots. We weren't happy with the quality of the pizza for the price paid. The pizza was cooked fine and it was delivered pretty quickly so can't complain about that. But the pizza was the standard of one you'd expect to cost £4 or £5. We paid £27 something for a margarita, a pepperoni and a portion of regular fries (delivery too). We'd pay £24 at Sambuca and that is restaurant quality food. We expected similar because of the price, but the quality was way short. That was our mistake but a review like this one would have been helpful.

Kids chicken munch box goes down a treat fed 3 really good value for money.

Ordered a spicy chicken burger and unfortunately when it arrived it was soggy from bun to burger. Chips were pretty nice and crispy. Also ordered the double pepperoni pizza and again the dough was soggy and it didn’t have much flavour to it. No crisp on the crust. Odd because it turned up pretty quick. For the price it wasn’t worth it. Sorry just wasn’t good. I’d give it a 5.6/10

Just been delivered THE BEST PIZZA……EVER. Mamas never fail to provide the very best pizza I’ve ever eaten. Number 1 of all time. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

Only think wrong with the order was the paper stuck to the bottom of the parmo. It actually melted to the parmo

Me and my partner just tried this for the first time got a spicy meat feast pizza and all we can say is wow this is one of the best pizzas we've ever tried 10/10.

I regularly get food delivered from Mamas. When I phone I request a specific delivery time (I phone at least 90 mins before my requested time). The staff who answer the phone are friendly and helpful and my food is always delivered at my requested time. Very enjoyable food too.

Ordered a special kebab on garlic naan. Received only chicken on a plain naan. No donner meat and not garlic naan despite paying extra. Rest of the food was ok

The original expected time 30-35 mins, was an hour and 5 mins and arrived stone cold. The garlic bread cold and chewy, potato wedges rubbery and cold and kebab/chicken was cold. The dip was missing so had to add own mayo, which didn’t really work so after a few mins all ended up in the bin. Shame because I’ve always loved Mama’s and always recommended in the past

ordered usual order as I would usually directly with mamas but due to having no cash I ordered via JustEat. Food delivered and the chips were inedible as if they had been sat out far ages. Called the store to advise of this and was just told they haven’t done anything different. No apology, no option for my dissatisfaction of the meal I order regularly. As a regular customer I am very disappointed in how this was handled and will not be ordered again!

Nice food fresh and hot i got the mixed kebab

Burger and chips arrived flat cold and forgot both cans of pop. I asked to send another with the missing cans of pop, burger arrived still cold cheese hard on the burger and still no cans of pop. I would like refunding for the cheese burger and chips and both cans of pop.
