Customer service is good. They are friendly and helpful. But the chicken was boiled chicken- nothing tastes like real Nando’s. Also the toilet facilities were horrible!

Nando’s Bexleyheath are always great. Their customer service is brilliant. The staff are always so friendly and always happy. Sandra and Ed who have served us on several occasions have excellent customer service and are a credit to this store and are part of a great team here. Well done. And thanks to the staff whose names we do not know and who are also excellent.

Really friendly staff, lovely atmosphere and decor, great food and speedy service. Good wheelchair access too. Only complaint was that the broccoli was a little tough, but still tasty nonetheless 😊

We had a booking for a local place for 9 people, got to the place and it had a sign, closed for bereavement! It was my nieces 15th birthday and she was so disappointed. Nandos, Bexleyheath was around the corner and being such a large group with no booking thought we'd give it a try a ages 11 to 81 in the group. The staff couldn't hv been nicer after explaining what happened. Really pulled out the stops to make her evening lovely again. Would really rate anyone going there, such a lovely thoughtful bunch, where customer service means something. Food was also lovely, but would go back again just for the staff.

This is our local gem of Nando's and after watching Oppenheimer on a rainy Sunday, this was always going to be our go to place for dinner. Food is always good & the service is always fantastic. Grab yourself a booth if you can as they're super comfortable!

We visited from out of town and I can honestly say it was one of the nicest experiences I’ve had in Nandos. We were made to feel so welcome. Nic popped over to say there was a wait on our food which was very much appreciated. We had to send the chips back, but the staff were so understanding. And once we had the fresh chips it was all 10/10. Big shout out to Nic who was honestly so lovely to us. You don’t get service like that routinely, so she stood out for all the right reasons. Thank you.

This Nando’s is a shambles. Me and my wife arrived here at 8pm for a nice evening meal and we was told it was a 45mins wait when there was clearly lots of tables available. When we pointed out that there was clearly lots of space to sit down, she said they couldn’t accommodate us because they we’re short of staff. We suggested we was happy to sit at a table for as long as it took and she said it wasn’t possible. She was not willing to accommodate us at all and happy turned us away. Never have we heard such nonsense for not letting us sit in. We will not be going back there again. Obviously they dont need the custom. We are fuming!! Terrible hospitality.

Great friendly service. Welcoming and prompt service. The staff were very happy to help with the app and anything we needed. The food was hot and delicious and they were efficient and getting drinks refilled and sauces.

Went with a party of nine and had a really nice lunch, good value and good portion sizes. I have tried different dishes and have liked them all.

Today I decided to Surprise my daughter Ellie . She had just done really well studying for an exam so I treated her today . We decided to go to Bexleyheath Nando's it was awesome Starting from the lovely and genuine hello and greeting from the lovely Brazilian lady Claudia on the tills Next a lovely young lady called Emily showed us to our table politely and pleasantly, the table was clean and well presented. My daughter Ellie ordered the Chicken Butterfly and I had the Livers / Hummus / and Halloumi It was hot tasty and very appetising indeed We will recommend this restaurant to everyone we will meet in the future Amazing meal , very good quality well done everyone from Nando's from the till staff to the waitresses to the Manager , above excellent and top draw . We love Nando’s peri-peri chicken. So we agreed to have lunch there today when we saw this restaurant near Bexleyheath shopping Centre. The venue was perfect, and staff were friendly. Service was quick and the chicken was delicious. On top of that they accept NHS discount.

Typical nandos food! Great flavour and good variety. I really like nandos salads, always have fresh leaves that aren't wet. Nice variety too! I like to add chicken thighs as too often find their breast meat is dry. Sometimes I'll go for a kids meal, portion size is not too small, but it's only about £6! Usually not too busy if you go nice and early, but they can struggle when it gets busy. Takeaway is always packaged well. Tend to go about once a week when in the area to earn my chillies for the loyalty scheme!

Ordered a delivery on Tues 2/7. Arrived promptly but was cold, chicken dry, chips soggy and the garlic bread we ordered hadn’t been included even though I was charged for it. Based on this experience I would never order a home delivery from here again. F.Y.I my address is within a mile from Nando’s so I would expect the food to be warm when it arrived. Sadly this was not the case. Disappointed.

This is actually a Portuguese/Goan restaurant with great interiors full of rustic charm.It has Atmos and lovely Chicken liver curry and some nice burgers.Lovely puff pastry egg custard better than the English version.Don't go there anymore as I became halal and has no or very few veggie dishes.Not expensive.

I have often ruled out going to Nando's on the grounds that I (wrongly) believed they just did chicken! In fact there is quite a varied and tasty menu; and a number of appealing vegetarian dishes to choose from. I will definitely consider another visit.

Excelente experience on our visit today. Great welcome, not long wait for table even thought that it was busy. Have ordered 2x chicken livers with chips and always request extra sauce on the livers. And that's exactly how they arrived, with plenty sauce, very hot in temperature. All was washed down with a glass of white for my wife and a couple of Sagres for myself. Well done to management for running a tight and efficient team.

Popped out with my Wife and adult kids for a cheeky Nando’s. Usual good grub, great chicken and you’ve just got to love that peri peri sauce. Nice staff, quick service and not too busy

... you’ll still have to wait ages to collect your order. Absolutely no point in ordering online. So slow!! No sense of urgency or priority. Won’t bother again.

Came here in late September with my family. Staff were lovely. We waited for a booth which was no problem at all. Will be returning soon.

My sister and I attempted to eat here last Sat eve. There was a 10 min wait to be seated (which we were more than happy with), once we'd looked at our menu's went up to order... ordered the food and about to pay when the guy on the griddle said to the two taking orders - are you telling people about the 30 min wait for food... you could tell by their reactions they hadn't been.

Chicken chicken chicken :) can’t beat it :) there sauces are out of this world ! There sides are amazing too

Nandos is a chain restaurant in England. Its all about their grilled chicken. Couple of unique things about Nandos is that they have about a dozen (hot) sauces to put on your chicken or other side dishes. For the Americans to know, they offer FREE refills on your softdrinks which most of England does not. They also have ICE to freely fill your glass with. (Most Englanders do not put ice or that much ice in their glasses.) Very good chicken. Beautiful restaurant. Centrally located in Bexleyheath.

For what we got was very expensive but the food was nice. The staff was friendly and food came out very fast. Most likely to visit again.

Visited Nandos Bexleyheath on Sunday, entirely unaware that it was also Mothers Day. The restaurant was incredibly busy and quoted up to 40 mins wait time. We put our name down and said we'd pop to the shops and come back within 20 which we were told was fine. When we arrived back however a different member of staff advised that we had been removed from the list since we had left the restaurant. No apology was given from the misinformation and no attempt was made to get us closer to our original position in the queue. I usually believe that you can't go wrong with Nandos but poor hosting by bexley Heath proved me wrong...

This Nando’s can get busy sometimes especially with teenagers. The food is always good, service prompt and staff friendly.

I regularly visit Nando's Bexleyheath with my partner. Usually have good service and great food. Staff are friendly and are always looking to see if there's anything that they can help you with. Unfortunately the service isn't as good as Nando's Woolwich or Bluewater.

Place was packed ( as you’d expect it’s Nando’s after all ) was welcomed by a waitress who showed us straight to our seats , showed us the Menu , we both had the butterfly chicken burger with chips and garlic bread . Was amazing

Oh my god I love the Nando’s franchise! Never lets me down! Amazing food, lovely friendly staff and the atmosphere was perfect! Always value for money. On arrival with 4 adults 5 kids and We had a buggy and wheel chair, they helped seat us in a great table perfect for our family and gave the kids plenty of colours and paper to keep the kids entertained, the holiday decorations was stunning and helped us feel welcome at 4pm New Year’s Day!

Ive only started coming to nandos recently but this one was the best so far, food and drink great and quick, Amy very lovely and attentive although nandos is half table service we still had staff around if i needed anything. Coming back tomorrow 👌

Service was good and staff friendly so no complaints on that front. It was the food, it's always 50/50 at this restaurant, should've gone to Crayford as it's nearly always great. Wasn't confident in the chicken and taste, sweet potato wedges had be sent back as rock hard. Next batch came and still rock hard. Hasn't put me off Nando's just the Bexleyheath branch.

Es muy llevado a mis dos hijos por adultos Día de la madre. Todos nos lo pasamos de pollo, arroz, patatas fritas y ensalada de col. Días felices.

Estaba sentado directamente en el restaurante y la comida llegó en ningún momento! Realmente Limpio dentro y parecía que la habían renovado, así que nos sentimos muy moderno!

Nando's is a nice chicken restaurant in which you get quick service and food quickly, though it does not feel like you are eating fast food. The music usually on is interesting and the food is delicious.

Had a buggy and 2 small children, very accommodating and helped bring over high chairs and entertained the kids

Had a quick Sunday lunch post Christmas shop here. This was my first Nandos experience. I did not find the staff too helpful at the beginning but the meal was very nice and good value for money.

A couple of friends met me after work and we decided to go for a catch up & some food. We love nandos so it was only right that we went on this occasion. We were offers a table straight away but was never asked if we had been before. That was fine for us as we had but I had seen a few comments on here regarding people's first time at nandos & not knowing how the ordering process works so their staff definitely need to bring back asking customers if it was their first visit! We all ordered separately one after the other as was paying seperate. My food came first yet I wasn't the first to order and my other friend had to wait an extra 10 minutes before we got ours. I think the food should all be served at the same time if we are all there to eat together as they could clearly tell by the table number they were waiting on. Overall still delicious food, nice size portions and happy with the visit.

Waited over 30 mins for service after being shown to our table. We asked twice for service to no avail. The staff could clearly not deal with the amount of customers but there were not even that busy. Eventually we walked out and the queue of customers waiting to be seated was so long despite there being many empty tables. Our night out was spoiled. We went to Frankies & Bennys where the service was great and so was the food. Take a lesson from them Nandos.

Quick lunch with family, chicken always taste good. We all love the Nando's sauces!!! Been to different branch of nando everywhere in London but I personally do not like the environment there in bexleyheath. Not feeling comfortable at all, I do not know why!!!

Although Nandos food should be standardised, although I've eaten at a number over the years this was the worst. The double "two hander" wrap was very small and tasteless.

Use often.Goid service and the food is nice.My grandchildren Love it there.The food is served quite quickly and the family platters are good value

My girlfriend and I went there this afternoon. Served by a bright young woman and given a tip to try the summer fruits rosé for my girlfriend (who loved it) we had a simple but enjoyable meal. I have been to many nandos and sometimes the chicken is hard or dry but all the food we ate was fresh. The main room had quiet music and well decorated which usually is standard with nandos in general, the sauces were put into compartments on the table and seemed very practice. Will be returning for sure!

Was in Bexleyheath for the night and wanted somewhere to eat late night. Saw Zizzi and Frankie and Bennys but didn't really fancy any of those so thought we would go to Nandos. It was certainly not one of the best meals I had and I only give it a 3 out of 5 for food. The chicken was nice but I just have had a lot better meals in restaurants. The service was really good and the restaurant had quite a nice lay out, so that pushes this up to a 3.5 out of 5. However, I cant mark it 3.5 on here and a 4 out of 5 means very good so I am going to stick with 3 for that reason. It was good but nothing exceptional

The food is always very good here, the staff consistently friendly and the service quick and efficient. Everything is usually kept on top of in terms of stock (like napkins and drinks topped up), which surprisingly, some restaurants can neglect. Overall impressive, given the constantly busyness of the place.

After free fit club we headed to nandos for some grub. Very friendly staff. Nice food. Reasonable value. Lots of tasty options. How hot do you go ;)

I love the staff here, always friendly. Food great as usual, miles better than the Bromley branch. Only gripe no napkins out so had to go hunting for them but a minor issue, will visit again soon

please note this is my opinion only after giving this nando's a good review last time !!i think the standards and customer service has dropped !!on our latest visiting , ordered our meals , and i asked the waitress if she would kindlybring my dinner over while it was hot , which she did the rice was cold , so ask for hotter one that can back just as warm :( the chicken was warm and seemed under cooked ;(so after eating small amount , ask for fresh meal which they did , but that came back not much better but eat it very disappointed with the service must say one young waitress did check if i was ok and showed concern thank you Hannah now I'm writing this re-review from bed :( due to gastroenteritis from the mealthat is my last visit i think

Being Portuguese, I tried this place as in Canada we have them as well. Was very impress with food. Excellent food for the price.

as per usual food was predictably good quality and consistent, however tonight Nando's really did us proud, 35 of us turned up from Bexleyheath 24 Fit Club for our xmas meal. With only an hours warning Nando's joined together tables and made a table for all 35 of us. The service was super quick and the staff were so friendly and accommodating, thanks Nando's you made our xmas meal superb.

I was meeting up with a friend and we decided to eat at Nando's. I have to say I was impressed. The restaurant was conveniently located next to the shopping centre and buses. The place was clean and full but not overly crowded, the music was pleasant but not overbearing, and the food was tasty. The service was good.What I really liked was that we could sit and chat and catchup without having people hurry us along.

We come here every family birthday & it's always excellent. We had to wait for a table as it was busy but the food came promptly & was as good as always. Very friendly staff & well trained. A know a lot of people complain because the staff are often having a laugh & a giggle together but I prefer this, makes for a friendlier atmosphere & doesn't mean they slack at their jobs. Will be back again next birthday for my chicken livers!

Usually its ok here but our last visit was poor at best. Food was grim, no check back from anyone, order desserts and when they came the staff member left our finished dirty plates and went back to chatting to a colleague. We complained to the manager and he was more than apologetic and offered us a complimentary visit next time.

Don't visit Nando's much anymore but it is what it is - chicken with extras. Although the food was good, there wasn't an awful a lot of it - I swear they are buying smaller chickens! Overall, not bad but I think I'll be going somewhere with a full plate of grub for my money next time.

I went with my friends for my birthday and found a very nice atmosphere.I didn't feel rushed in any way which is always a good sign. The problems I had was that I had to wait 5 minutes for cutlery.

i ordered a meal over the Internet the order when arrived which someone picked up for me was wrong and quite cold. I phoned to ask for a refund on one wrap and was told they would get back to me. They didn't. An hour later I phoned again and was told could have a complimentary meal next time which I said wasn't appropriate as the order was a one off, they said could go up there for a refund which I said also was no good as was now out and wouldn't be back for a couple of days. They were extremely unhelpful at all stages and there were no apologies made by the manager at any stage for inconvenience caused. DO NOT GO THERE

Went to Nando's for a birthday treat for my wife with the family , kept a table for us .very nice food good atmosphere didn't feel rushed .very good helpful staff and happy to help in anyway .my golden nando star goes too Darren thank you would recommend any questions or comments glad to help

The worst chicken I have ever tasted by a mile , he over meala was good and enjoyed the sides even though they were very small but we payed £55 for 3 of us and had a whole chicken that was more like a pigeon

Left alone after the rest of my team headed home I decided to eat at nandos It didn't seem that busy for a Saturday night at around 9 (2100) so I nipped in , A girl showed me to a table and gave me a menu I asked for a beer and was told I couldn't order a beer without ordering food ? Fair does I thought and waited for a waitress to take my order ,, this went on for so long and I had to deduce for myself that I had to get up and order at the counter ,, would have been ok if I had been told this ?!?! I assumed that the people at the counter may have been ordering take aways ,, but no ,, The staff didn't seem to care that I had sat there waiting or that I eventually walked out extremely disappointed Not only will I never eat at nandos at Bexley Heath again I'll give the whole nandos " family " a very wide birth I really don't like to complain and I always try to see good but in this case ??,,,there wasn't any ,,, in my humble opinion ,,,DONT GO !! A heads up for nandos Bexley Heath ,,,,, not everyone on earth has been to nandos ,, therefore it would be nice to explain to people you have to go to the counter to order your food ,, this saves customers thinking that they have been forgotten about If you are busy ( which you didn't seem to be but made yourself look ) stop the staff from wandering around aimlessly and get them to wait the tables ? Not impressed at all

Great for a quick bite to eat. Never had a bad meal in Nandos and the wait for food is never a problem. Nice and friendly staff also.

Standard fare for Nandos, chicken and chicken. All joking aside, you know what your going to get and it doesn't disappoint. Chicken which is beautifully cooked packed with heat to taste and at a good price. If only they could do something about the wealth of idiots who try and bring down the tone of the place.

So Father's Day.. Turn up expect it to be busy.. The wait was not an issue.. Get there a queue out of the door no one is there sitting people down people just looking lost.. So decide to go elsewhere.. As come out 4 members of staff who clearly look my managers going by all being in shirts? all having a smoke and a laugh literally right by the front door not giving any sort of care that their restaurant is falling apart inside and customers are standing there waiting to be seated by the people too busy having a cigarette outside.. Bit sad really the place used to be ok.. Just head to another restaurant nearby might actually get served.

It has been a while since I've visited Nandos. Nandos, you have been missed! The service was admittedly slightly slow, but well worth the wait! The hummus is a must, for those who have yet to try it. I had my usual - quarter chicken, spicy rice and chips! Hopefully the service here improves, or I will be moving onto a different Nandos.

We were looking a restaurant to eat dinner before our film started We ordered our food at 7.30 pm and waited a full 45minutes for our meal :(( to long for a fast food restaurant, I just wanted give up and ask for my money back. As we were leaving there was a long queue of people waiting to even be seated in the restaurant despite a few tables being free. I really think that Nandos at bexleyheath needs to improve a lot. Not be back there for sure :(

Alors pour faire simple, l'endroit était atrocement sale des toilettes jusqu'aux tables, le service était extrêmement désagréable alors que le restaurant était presque vide et la nourriture était moyenne donc rapport qualité prix très pauvre, autant manger pour moins cher à KFC ou pour plus cher dans un vrai restaurant.

Absolutely diabolical service. Despite ordering corn to go with his chicken, my partner was told that he would receive this shortly after his tiny piece of chicken was brought out on a humongous plate. However the corn did not arrive and nobody came and asked how the meal was going or to take the plates away. We had to ask and consequently complained to a poor girl who had not dealt with us but, she was the only one who was interested and offered us complementary meals for next time - which was sweet.Nevertheless, the manager of this branch was sat down talking training with her team whilst we were there - I think they're going to need a miracle rather than training. As they were continuously going outside for a cigarette and we were left breathing this smoke in whilst we were eating. When coming in they would then stand around chatting, ignoring our attempts to gain their attention - Despite the place being practically empty.Apart from the poor girl who dealt with our complaint, the staff and service were absolutely horrendous. We will not be rushing back for our meals - complimentary or not!!!!!

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a nandos. The cutlery was filthy was bits of food left stuck all over it and we had to clean them ourselves. We waited a long time for the food. In fact, we wouldn't have waited too long, as we spotted our food sitting under the hot plate for a good 10 minutes before we actually received it. The staff walked past it again and again before apparently realising it was there and bringing it over. My particular favourite part was when the waiter stuck his fingers in the bowl of salad to carry it over to our table. Lovely.

Popped in for a quick evening meal and got quick service and good food.Typical Nando's which was on a very quiet evening only struggled to find a knife which was soon washed and given to me and my Mrs.

Ordered meal for myself, Mother and Daughter. Myself and my Mother ordered chicken which I am sure is coming up smaller and smaller on each visit. Breast pieces are smallest ever seen in Nandos. I have always thought this is the worst nandos but shopping locally and fancying nandos entices me back. Bluewater and even better greenwich peninsula. Staff / food there exceptional. Would never bother at bexleyheath again, wetherspoons opposite better value, friendlier and overall much better.

Very busy but got our table for 12 within 5 minutes. Enjoyed the butterfly chicken but I still think its expensive for what you get.

Went to bexley health with group of friends. All paid for meals separately . Paid and ordered mine first. 15 minutes,,after they had all been served and eaten their food, I had to ask for mine, fair enough, mistakes happen, but it's the attitude, not apology or explaination, just food slapped on table. Had to ask 3 times for cake to be served. Complained to head office, who basically just not interested. Had complaint couple years ago when they threw my mum out becaue of her assitance dog, and even then head office were nasty horrible people...sp basically food ok, when you get it and Nandos ok as long as you no cause to complain. Once they got your money, they really don't give a hoot....

I never eat chicken but was dragged in here by my wife who wanted a change from the norm. We have never been before. She enjoyed her bits and pieces, I found a veggie wrap which was lovely. I found the staff really friendly and obliging. I even got a free cup of coffee on the house, do not know why. When we left about 7pm the place was filling up, so I suppose that's when the service gets slower. But my food was hot and prompt.

We needed a quick and nice 'fast food' restaurant to eat dinner before our film started. My fiancé and I ordered our food at 6.00pm and waited a full 40 minutes for our so called fast food!!! Which then turned up cold... We also found a hair in the chips!!! Noticing that the table next to us gave up waiting and went to ask for their money back. Nobody asked how our food was at any point in the evening. As we were leaving there was a long queue of people waiting to even be seated in the restaurant despite a few tables being free. I really think that Nandos is rapidly going downhill and will definitely think twice before coming here again.

I've eaten out at Nandos before and never had an issue, however this branch was awful. To begin with, the waitress looked so miserable that she didn't want us to be there. The restaurant was empty and we wanted to choose our seating area, near the window, and she started rolling her eyes as if there's something wrong with us! After that, the order took so long and the food arrived cold which was bizarre because, as I say, the place wasn't busy. My friend complained to the manager regarding the state of food and he said "sorry, but these things sometimes happen, etc." I've never had an issue with nandos before and never had to submit a review but the Bexleyheath branch is poorly run.

Being a vegetarian I had never considered going to nandos as I thought it was just a chicken restaurant until I was told otherwise! I discovered the portabello mushroom wrap and now I'm hooked!

Wherever I've eaten at Nandos in the country one thing you always want and get is that the food is always generic. By that I mean the quality , price , taste , presentation is always the same . You know what your getting and this makes you come back no matter where you are. Sadly this occasion it definitely wasn't the above except the price. The wait was the longest we've ever waited ( 2 people ) when the food arrived it looked like it had been presented by a blind dog on speed. Messy thrown together. The chips were undercooked and tasted like something from a late night greasy spoon . The chicken in the wrap literally fell out on being picked up and the lettuce was as limp as well you can work it out. Definitely won't be visiting this Nandos again anytime soon

We went here on a Tuesday evening and it was not particularly busy, the food took ages to come and we had to complain because some of the food came and then we had to wait an age for the rest!. When I told the lady, her name was Jane, she could not apologise more she was so good. She brought over more side dishes/drinks/yoghurts etc and apologised. Customer service is everything and Jane certainly has that. So thank you and Nando's you had better hold on to her and get everyone else on your team like her.Thank you Jane

Best place in Bexleyheath broadway for lunch. Reasonably priced food and accommodating for young children. Staff are friendly & welcoming.

This is a good Nandos - they are not all the same! Food really good, staff friendly and efficient.Great meal.

My family love Nando's and so do I apart from the expense. The food is good but I think it is on the expensive side for what it is.

Nothing special. I suppose that the food is more exciting than the mcdonalds or the furze wren, which are near. The portions are not large. It is noisy.

I love the whole Nando's concept. Simple, no fuss and very effective. Plus they serve decent food, without too many complications or an extensive menu.This particular Nando's is ideally located in the centre of Bexleyheath close to other attractions such as the shopping area, the cinema, hotel and bingo venue. The food is good quality, and the service was great.In all, a very good experience, and reasonably priced also. Would definitely vivit this branch again, especially for the Chilli Jam! Very satisfied.
