Amazing place if you like watching buses go past. The staff telling people in a queue only 10 mins, ha. We had "potential customers" in front of us who waited over an hour?! Do not recommend to anyone who is starving

Never got sent the notification to say that our table was ready so missed the table. Then had to wait another 40 minutes for the table after being told it was only a 10 minute wait.

We visited yesterday as my wife enjoys Nandos, I was not expecting anything too much. The C19 processes were visible but not effective, people clearing plates and glasses with no gloves on and then serving meals with no washing or sanitising in-between. Face masks were...

Lovely food, service with a smile and lovely staff. We will be back! Only minor is we like the food to be slightly warmer

Se sentó rápidamente y la comida llegó unos minutos después de realizar el pedido. ¡Fui a Nando's para el cumpleaños de mis amigos y recibí un excelente servicio de AJ! Siempre se aseguró de que estuviéramos ordenados con bebidas y servicio, sonrientes, accesibles y una ventaja para el equipo. La comida de Nandos es siempre fresca y sabrosa, nunca tuvo ningún problema en ninguna rama.Sin embargo, en esta rama en particular, quisiera mencionar lo útiles y cooperativos que son algunos miembros del personal. . Me quedé muy impresionado.Con la escena "Comer fuera para ayudar" atrayendo clientes en 100 s, las máscaras y el distanciamiento social y todas las demás reglas, ¡están haciendo un trabajo fabuloso!

Disappointing first visit for me and my son. No one looked or smiled at us when we entered. We went sure what the procedure was. The place was cold and so we're the staff. I could barely see my burger on the plate it was that tiny! And for £8.00! It tasted fine, the whole 2 mouthfuls. My son had the quarter chicken but we had to order fries and garlic bread to fill him up as he's a very hungry teenager. No one checked on us or looked particular happy to be there. I'd be in two minds whether to go again.

Visité en las vacaciones escolares, aparte de no haber frente a la casa, llegamos a la señora de la caja (no recuerdo su nombre) nos ayudó, nos sentó y explicó el menú, etc. Fue realmente servicial. No he comido en Nandos durante años, pero me sorprendió gratamente. La comida no tardó demasiado y fue realmente bueno. El pollo fino pitta era increíble, hubiera sido mejor si fuera más grande. Los niños quisquillosos también disfrutaron de los suyos.

Visité hoy para un almuerzo rápido, el pitta de pollo a la parrilla era bueno, pero el maíz en la mazorca estaba mal hecho hasta el punto de no ser comestible, está bien si eres un fanático de los alimentos crudos. Le indiqué esto al tipo que viene a preguntarle si su comida está bien y le dijo que no quería otra mazorca de maíz. No se ofrece un reemplazo o reembolso solo un encogimiento de hombros. I am a big nandos fan and have eaten in many of the restaurants in the south of England. I should have guess by how little customers they had inside it wasn’t going to be good. The man to seated us was friendly enough but certainly missing a smile and any enthusiasm. I ordered and the staff member at the till looked extremely confused when I asked for a mushroom as an extra,I repeated the order two or three times and pointed to the item on the menu. The olives had been portioned earlier in the day and were produced from a fridge,giving them an unpleasant chill. When the food arrived the order was incorrect. Both the ice machine and frozen yog machine were out of use. I had to ask for knives to be put out ( they were Produced but covered in water stains) and later saw a man asking for forks. There is a complete lack of management in this nandos. The staff are wandering around gormlessly. Very disappointing.

As I am a real Nando's fan, I decided to stop here for dinner as the Liverpool ONE outlet is on much higher demand than this one on Queen Square. We were seated immediately on second floor and we took our order. I took a double chicken pita with Peri Salted chips and garlic bread. We ordered from the tills upstairs and we had a very lovely food. I wanted to order a Mango ice cream and I was told to go downstairs, in a kinda annoyed and dismissive way by a female server. Yet, a few minutes later, a boy of the table neighbouring mine, went there and got helped.Now, I understand the tills upstairs might have been close, yet it is not the right way to speak to people or guests, as this attitude may turn people away of such a nice venue and with such a nice food. Manager, who took my ice cream order, was nice and helpful. Take example from him.

First time at this location for me as usually go to the one in Liverpool one. For me personally I find this nandos a lot better! The staff are so lovely and made me feel special on my birthday! They gave me a slice of cake and also offered my boyfriend a slice too which we thought was really sweet of them. I would definitely visit this location again. I love Nando’s but this particular restaurant was not good at all. Me ever of staff who served us was completely uninterested and was not listening to me. Borderline rude. Once at the table and got the glasses and sauce the glasses were unclean and the sauce had dirt all around the tops. On closer inspection the floors were dirty also dirty.

Went here last night for some food for our anniversary to celebrate arrived at half 8. The girl sat us down on a table of 6. As I was ordering I turned around and she was seating another 4 people on the table with us I went over and asked why and she told me it was because they were closing when they don’t close till 10 and it was still another hour and a half until they close and they had at leased 7 clear tables around us. It was because she wanted to finish quicker. She answered me very rudely I will see what I can do. She sat us down on another table not long after I could see her talking to a co worker clearly talking about me complaining as they were both looking over at the table very unprofessional. her name was becca. Blonde and very rude. I then ordered my food was told a 15-20 min wait came nearly 40 mins later. Wasn’t a great experience due to the wait and the not so lovely waitress becca. Won’t recommend and won’t come again

We were a group of eight looking for somewhere to eat on a busy Saturday night and ended up in Nando’s. Choosing a meal from the menu is a bit diy, selecting items from sub menus to make a final meal. Then you have to go to a counter to order and pay for the meal. Drinks have to be obtained from another service area. I was unimpressed with my salad that consisted of only lettuce with a few flakes of cheese .Not sure if l want to repeat the experience.

As Nando's go, our meal was nice, served relatively quickly, and was tasty. The restaurant looks as though it could do with a deep clean and/or slight refurbishment, but otherwise, really convenient to most places in the centre of Liverpool.

Myself and five friends went to this Nandos on our dinner hour in work on 22nd February 2019. We waited over an hour for the food and when it eventually turned up it was cold and half of the sides were missing from the platters we had ordered. We had to wrap our food up and take it away as we were late back to work. On the way out we complained and were told as a way to make up for the shocking service we could return another day for Two FREE platters! We re-attended today 20th March after making a special 30 minute trip to claim our food and hopefully restore our faith in the restaurant. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case, I explained the situation to the member of staff behind the till who was the duty manager and after checking his system he advised he had no record of us on file and that the girl who would of offered us our Two free platters as compensation was off today so there was nothing he could do. The member of staff basically told me it wasn’t his problem and he wasn’t giving us our free platters which had been previously promised. He was rude and made me feel embarrassed Infront of my friends and other people around. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced and the way the duty manager spoke to me was disgusting! WILL NEVER GO BACK TO NANDOS QUEENS SQUARE LIVERPOOL!!

This is my favourite branch of nandos food is always spot on. As is the service and facilities. Member of staff helped really well when I needed to feed my baby

Every time i’ve been here the service has always been good and food is as expected. Its not as busy as the other nandos so less waiting

Was staying nearby and felt like a taste of home. Went for a lemon & herb chicken burger and pasteis de nata. Both were good. The Malawian cashier was friendly and service was fast and efficient.

I’ve never been to a Nando’s as bad as this one - wish I’d read the reviews before I went in. The place was absolutely freezing with people eating in their coats it was so cold - not one of the staff even mentioned the fact that it was so cold. My food took 50 minutes to arrive and when it did they’d forgotten part of my order - by the time that bit came I’d eaten the rest so an unusual dining experience . Nando’s is usually a pretty safe bet with pretty consistent standards - this one needs a radical shake up as it’s dragging the brand right down.

Både jag och frugan är stora fan av Nandos, varje resa till England innefattar minst ett besök till Nandos (oftast flera) men den här gången blev vi väldigt besvikna. Det var lång väntetid och folk smet in före utan att personalen sa till. Personalen verkade knappt ha någon koll alls på något och det var extremt hög ljudvolym där inne. Hög musik och folk som skrek för att kunna överrösta musiken. Personalen valde då att höja volymen ännu mer. Så inte nog med att servicen var dålig och maten var ganska dålig så fick man huvudvärk på köpet. Många andra Nandos restauranger är väldigt bra men den här var värdelös. Gå inte dit!!

Ordered a takeaway on the app, timed for 8pm, arrived at 7:50pm, waited 20mins before order was handed to me. Seems to me the order only started to cook when i arrived... Whats the point in preordering?

So took my children and mum to this restaurant while we were in Liverpool enjoying some shopping, and regretted it as soon as I walked into the door. The manager looked at my mums wheel chair and stated to the lady taking our names down that it was a fire hazard and anyone one else who wanted to put names down had to wait outside, he then proceeded to place us at the very back of the restaurant out of view of other guests and it was freezing if we were not so tired and hungry we would of gone else where, would not go back to this Nandos EVER AGAIN.

Should of known when stood outside waiting for Nandos to open and the guy could not open the door letting us in the fire exit the place would be a shambles. Ordered at 11.40am. Still not got any food by 12.20 so went up to ask. Few of my friends and other random people got theirs but sent back as stone cold,the wrong order etc. By 12.45 i had had enough and demanded a refund. The guy gave me one no bother but at that my order arrived. It was absolutely stone cold so glad i got the refund. Another hungry customer who i visited with ate it as he had been waiting well over an hour. Restaurant not even busy! Absolute shambles will never visit this place again

First visit to a Nando’s yes it’s fast food nicely served very clean and pleasant staff no it’s not gastronomic but the prices reflect that had the chicken breast good

Been sat waiting 50 minutes for food so far. The restaurant is absolutely freezing. There’s a group of us and so far six of us have had food brought out, two meals at a time. The rest of us are sat waiting. Four of the six that have been brought out so far had to get sent back cos the food was cold. Worst Nando’s I’ve ever been to and I haven’t even had my food yet. Staff don’t seem bothered either. Just plodding around without a care in the world. I very rarely leave a bad review. If I was you I’d go elsewhere.

Came here before heading back on the motorway, my 17 month old son has lot's of food allergies so eating out is problematic. The staff were great helpful and understanding. My son enjoyed his sweet potatoe mash. Considering it was extremely busy we were seated promptly, no complaints.

Mi hija de 14 años fuimos una comida con 4 de sus amigos y ella tenía la comida para los niños con peri ¡Tamer salsa del pollo burger que ella siempre tiene, ninguno de sus amigos tenía. A una hora de salir del restaurante que ella fue violentamente enfermo 3 veces antes de que llegamos a la casa. Llamé al restaurante para quejarme y para hacerles saber y me la negaron que sería desde allí, pero ella nunca tenía nada más para comer ese día. Nunca me llamaron de nuevo para ver si ella estaba bien (mi número y detalles llevó) no muy buen servicio al cliente! ! ! Me lo pensaría dos veces antes de visitar de nuevo.

Stopped here a few times with my course mates over the last few years. I always order a double chicken wrap, peri chips, and spicy rice which goes down a treat. I'd recommend lathering the chicken and everything in medium sauce, but get the chicken cooked hot. Drinks are bottomless, so definitely drink as much as you can to get your moneys worth. I personally destroy food, so it's rather expensive as I could eat 3 of the meals, 1 doesn't touch the sides.

Her serveres det stort sett bare kylling. Man bestiller selv ved en disk, men ventetiden på mat var alt for lang. Vi ventet godt over en halv time på kyllingvinger pluss en halv kylling. Dette bar preg av å være en « kyllingfabrikk». Kvaliteten på maten var heller ikke av den beste.

Called Sunday evening what a total mess the whole restaurant looked like a bomb had dropped after waiting we where told to find our own table so we sat outside every table full of rubbish and left over chicken sat on two tables but had to move due to people already sat there staff very uninterested I have never experienced a Nandos like it .

Realmente no quieres ir a opciones se acabaron pero es muy en nosotros. Liverpool parece lleno de más lugares de cadena de precio. Así que es muy estaba. Teníamos una recarga coca cola Light, fue lo que dice, y un Saegres. . . O como yo lo veo. El peor lager se puede beber. La comida era un poco mejor. Las cuñas de camote estaban descuidadas y media y mi pollo frío. Este fue sustituido en un suspicously rápidamente. Las patatas fritas eran calientes, en los dos sentidos, y muy buena. Es muy básicamente está en el centro de Liverpool, así que después de ir de compras o de compras es fácil de tomar un descanso y ve a es muy para comer algo. Personal son normalmente bastante servicial y educado mis experiencias han sido siempre buena, pero yo sé que otros han sido sombreado a veces. El precio de la comida puede variar dependiendo de lo que te dan y u puede hacer tan caro como quieres pero me dice que es bastante normal para los precios de Liverpool. Un montón de habitación, pero normalmente hay una cola para entrar como de lo popular que es en Liverpool es muy que puede variar entre 15 minutos a una hora, pero su largo que normalmente nunca, todo depende de la hora a la que se presenta. Está justo al lado de un lugar batido que es genial para el postre y también al lado del cine!

Visited your store today and there was multiple issues starting from walking in. Waited for a table whilst the staff stood around talking, when we eventually got seated and orderedour food, two meals were brought out whilst leaving one of our group sat waiting for ten minutes. When it eventually came out the waitress practically threw it on the table and didn't even look at us when saying an unappologetic "sorry for the wait"

Very busy restaurant but food is great and service is very quick. Always a good meal, not quite Portuguese standard but chicken Piri piri was very good.

Having had a rotten experience the night before at another restaurant in Liverpool, we went to Nandos. So glad we did. We had tickets for the cinema so had dinner in Nandos - quick, easy, tasty and no fuss.

I go to Nandos often, but normally stick to the same things on the menu. Was a huge fan of the sunset burger which I tried for the first time. The flavours complimented each other very well, and made me consider getting a second.

This is me and my friends safe place. Good, safe reliable eating place before nights out or lunches.

We first arrived as a party of 12 expecting it to be difficult to sit on the same tables. so we sat on seperate tables, another similar sized group came and were sat together all upstairs. when ordering the waitress wasn’t most pleasant and then when our meals arrived, one was forgotten and one was put through wrong. the place wasn’t heiving either.

Siempre vienen aquí cuando Nando's y nunca falla. Pero cuando yo fui ayer, el servicio y la comida me defraudó. Yo soy camarera, así que sé lo que esperaba cuando visite un restaurantes. El personal no era muy amable, algunos nos sentimos como que no les gustaba su trabajo y no quería estar allí. El director de turno me dijo que no estaba permitido tener puré cremoso en lugar de batata, pero esto nunca ha sido un problema en todas mis visitas anteriores. Los vasos estaban sucios y cubiertos. Estaré asegurarse que vaya a la próxima vez liverpool 1 Nando's :).

Staff were not polite, got given a dirty cup for my drink, I picked out 4/5 knives that we’re dirty. Worst experience I’ve had from nandos.

Cuando tienes que mantener tu abrigo y bufanda mientras dentro sabes que es mala. No podía esperar a salir. Yo busqué y personas en otras mesas tenían sus abrigos en también.

Went tonight at 7pm. Got served within 20 minutes even though it was quite busy. Usual standard of Butterfly Chicken, I had mash which was fine with a corn cob which was hard and burnt. Was in a rush so didn’t get it replaced. The two staff that served us had great customer service skills.

Really busy when arrived, hadn’t booked but there was room upstairs, despite being busy, drinks order straight away-kids love the bottomless soda, hummus an chicken wings starter was great, ordered the 1/2 chicken, with sweet potatoe mash n fries, lots of food , mild chicken was delicious, not too spicy, girlfriend had the new pitta chicken-really good, kids had wings an butterfly chicken, again good quality an loads of food, no complaints wish I’d took my nhs card tho wound of got 20% off the bill £12, defo be going again

The staff were very friendly the chicken menu good selection, the food was lovely chicken very tasty salad chips rice and coleslaw good portions. The only negative comment would be the floor needs a good cleaning especially the stairs going out

Whenever I'm out with friends, we come and dine here very often. I have yet to receive a dish of poor standard, as the food is always excellently prepared - piping hot, plenty of flavour and at a good value.

Walked in. Shown to a table all of 3 inches away from other tables. Filthy floor, filthy seats. Not paying restaurant prices for macdonalds level of food, service and setting. Walked out.

Probably not the most attractive or atmospheric branch of Nando's but the food was great and arrived quickly.The pitta with chicken, cheese and caramelized onion and the hummus were particularly good.

Possibly one of the, if not the, worst nandos i've ever been to. not surprising why it was so empty. food was not very hot, staff were incompetent. whats so difficult about putting melting some cheese on garlic bread? Place was also dirty as hell, toilets were blocked and untidy, tables were sticky.. not good.

يقع مطعم ناندوز خلف فندق ماريوت ليفربول مباشرة مما اعطانا خيارا مناسبا بعد رحلة قطار طويله من جلاسكو..يقدم مطعم ناندوز عدة أطباق حلال من الدجاج مما جعله يستقطب الكثير من السياح و الجالية المسلمة في ليفربول... يعيب ناندوز ارتفاع أسعاره مقارنة بالكمية البسيطة المقدمة في الطبق.. لا أعتقد انه خيار اقتصادي مناسب للعائله

Never been to Nando's! - they said.Nope! - I said.Won't be visiting Liverpool's branch of this chicken chain.Seated quickly we went to order. Only to have the staff member behind the desk actually put his hand up to shush us!- seriously "please just give me a second" would have been a little more polite. I was given a glass for my drink which was filthy dirty but the same member of staff. Awful awful. He then rolled his eyes when I asked for a clean one.Food came quickly, and was tasty, hence 2 stars. Expensive for what it was in fairness.Toilets were obviously "between" cleaners check. Not going back to this branch of Nando's. To me Nando's is no goes.

Like this place slot, the food is great always served nice and hot which is important to me, the staff are friendly and helpful it has a great atmosphere and is good value for money.

Went for lunch, got butterfly chicken, chips and garlic bread, first time ever to a nando, to be fair wasn't the best meal ever, certainly wasn't very good value for money.

My first impression was that it was a dark and dismal place.Placed my order along with a glass of water which was keyed into till as orange juice which meant I was charged for,it...Had 20 minute wait for it to be served even though the place was fairly empty...Food was tasty and the young lady that served me was very pleasant and attentive..The top,of the sauce bottle was not clean so I resisted using it.Don't think I will be making a return visit.

Had a family meal, been here twice before. Can't fault it; meal arrived quickly and time spent waiting for the time was short and worth it.

This was our first and last trip at this particular Nando's. We were offered a table upstairs after an initial wait, and we were told that the drinks machine upstairs wasn't working - only the water machine, so if we wanted soft drinks we would have to go downstairs for them. We ordered quickly but it seemed such a long wait for our food (we ordered after 2pm so not exactly peak time for lunch). They seemed to be short staffed (one girl was cleaning tables and welcoming guests downstairs), I saw two staff upstairs, but the staff they had were polite and dealt with our enquiry when we asked for an update on our food order (it took between 35-40 mins to arrive). Others were asking as to where their food order was too. Another customer sitting nearby finally got his order but the fries were cold so he sent them back. We haven't been to Nando's in a while, but we recall the portion sizes for the burgers being a little larger than what we had today. We opted for the Sunset burger and Portobello Mushroom and Grilled Halloumi Cheese burger. Both tasted OK. The sweetcorn was a good option for the side. The bread part of the Sunset burger was a bit over toasted and it was supposed to be a 'soft sweet roll' that it was served in (according to the menu) not a crunchy toasted roll. On the plus side there are a few options for vegetarians, however I think this place could do a lot better with the service - maybe have another person helping the one person downstairs who is greeting customers as well as being expected to clear tables, deal with phone calls and show customers to their tables (hence my low rating).

I went with a large group of friends pre theatre. The service was fab . We all received our meals in a very timely manner, even though we had placed our order separately. Nando's never disappoints. Food quality is always excellent

Business was not as usual in this subpar Nandos restaurant. We had long waits for the food to arrive, made worse by the excessive queues - they claimed to be busy, but were in fact sluggish. The drink machine was broken (nice refills, if they bothered to fix it). The side portions were smaller than usual.All of this contradicts the fine food and service found in the Liverpool One outlet. Why go to Portugal when you could go to Spain? Even a Nandos fan like me should not attend this poor quality imitation Nandos.

Nandos as a rule pretty standard. You know what you are getting and it's decent food for a reasonable price. However what made this visit 5 stars was the staff. Colin was absolutely fab with us. I'm from Liverpool so I am familiar with the Scouse warm welcome. I had my friend and her two daughters with me, they aren't from Liverpool. Colin was such a character made us feel extremely welcome, had good banter but he's also efficient and gets the job done. When we'd been seated my friends daughters said to me do you know that man (meaning Colin) & I smiled and said no. Their mum smiled too and said "girls welcome to Liverpool, told you everyone is friendly" So thank you Colin, you are a great representation of the city I am proud to call home.

Nando's you did it again! You leave me speechless. Food was tasty and service was quick and efficient. Very happy with this Nando's.

Pleasant atmosphere, with friendly staff. The food was taking a while so to be fair they gave all 4 of us a free drink.The meal was reasonable but a typical chain but was value for money.So if you want a fair meal at a value for money price give it a go

Nandos Queens Square, good food at good prices. Not the cleanest looking of places but the food is always lovely. We have had to change a few things i.e. chips cold, corn on the cob cold but the staff are great and they change it immediately for you with piping hot food. I would recommend Nandos, good staff, food and prices, can't go wrong.
