I visited this evening for dinner. It took a while to order because I was unaware that orders were taken at the table by smartphones (which I do not have, being a visitor). After summoning the waiter, who I had difficulty understand, it became clear that I had to place the order at the counter in a similar way to a down market place like KFC. I then placed the order and paid over £56. A while afterwards, I was told that the salad that I ordered and paid for was unavailable. Eventually the meal, which was very poor value for money, arrived. Half way through the meal, I was told that the restaurant was closing and we had to finish. If there was such a time constraint, why didn’t they serve us earlier and inform us? I can’t remember a worse service in any restaurant anywhere. I shall be escalating this matter to Nando head office. They deserve and should go out of business. I was mistaken under the impression that Nandos were a well run chain.

Food was great but it took them 40 minutes to bring us our food. I understand if they were extremely but the restaurant was not even half way full and people who came in way after us got their food way before us. I had to finally ask the waiter about our food and he went to kitchen to check on it. He came back saying something which I couldn't really understand but I'm assuming they forgot since the lady who finally brought us our food said sorry.

I went with a group of work friends on a very busy Monday afternoon. Our group was greeted immediately by a member of staff who was so polite and friendly. He showed us to a booth and we ordered via the app. The food came after a bit of a wait which we were warned about so it was fine. The food was sooooo good. I’ve attached a photo of the macaroni because after you see it, you’ll want to dive right in! The restaurant seemed nice and tidy and a clear effort was being made to keep it this way. The main reason for this review is that the man who sat us told us we’d receive an email in which we could leave them a review but after 4 days and none of our party of 5 receiving such email, I don’t think it’s coming lol. So a big thank you to Mark and the rest of the Holborn team. It was a great lunchtime experience. We will definitely be back x)

Such a great vibe. We were greeted with a smile. Sat comfortably and had really attentive service. The manager in particular offered a great customer experience. I think its my new fave nandos spot!

Probably the best nandos in the UK. I'm a veteran of many chickens and this was surely amongst the finest. Very friendly staff. You think you know what you're getting with nandos and I got that and then some

We arrived at a time when the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy, but service was fairly poor. We were shown to our table by a lady that looked like a smile would have cracked her face, we were not particularly happy sitting next to the front door as there was a draft, so we asked to be moved. We ordered our food and drinks and some olives to nibble while waiting for the food. We ordered via the app and collected our cutlery to find no knives and the forks were sticky / dirty. The table was also sticky where it had not been cleaned. The first thing to arrive at our table was our main meal, we asked about our drinks and the olives, the drinks came fairly quickly, but we had to ask 4 times in total for the olives. The olives arrived as we were finishing our meal. My standard chicken meal was ok, but my wife had chicken pitta, which was cold, dry and tasteless with hardly any chicken and not much filling We have been to many Nando’s several times, but this was definitely not to the usual standard

Arriviamo ben lontani dall'ora di pranzo consueta, ma il ristorante serve cibo a tutte le ore e questo è sicuramente un punto a favore. Grazie alla cameriera italiana è tutto più semplice: ci spiega come ordinare e ci dà indicazioni sulla piccantezza dei piatti. Il piatto che ordiniamo, pollo senza ossa, è appetitoso e non troppo piccante, così come i quattro contorni che scegliamo. Il conto è nella norma, considerando i prezzi di Londra.

I was very disappointed by my Nando’s experience here. After being taken to our table, we found that previous drinks and napkins hadn’t been cleaned so we stood in the middle of the restaurant as the server removed them. When I got up to order there were no other customers at the till but also no staff. I waited at least 5 minutes without acknowledgement from any staff until I asked the 1 server working (who had already walked past me 3 times) if I could be served. When the manager finally served me he suggested I should’ve ordered through QR codes on the table, as if the wait was my own fault! Once my friends all received their meals and were nearly finished, my food was yet to come and when asked, we saw that they weren’t cooking anything! The manager didn’t apologise but did ask if there was any other food I’d like in the meantime. My food came 10 mins later with no apology again from the server, who appeared less than happy to be working and who I noticed was also chewing gum as she cooked the chicken prior. I love a Nando’s but the service here was appalling and left me feeling very frustrated.

Surprisingly quiet during my visit on a weekday evening, which was nice and made it easy to get a table. Staff brought us our drinks and food quickly (we ordered online) and the layout of the restaurant was good. Knocked a star off as the staff cornered off the toilets whilst the restaurant was still open - I get that they wanted to get us all out so they could go home, but access to a toilet is absolutely something a restaurant should have where possible!

Restaurant was empty but rude staff especially manager not seating us properly and proceeding to be argumentative and discriminatory towards us- awful and wouldn’t recommend.

It was a delicious dinner with the whole family. We had some chicken wings, sunset burgers and a wing platter. We can just recommend this place, also for spontanous hungry decisions 😉

Least welcoming Nando’s we’ve been to. We’re passing through the area at 6pm and needed to grab some food. Chose Nando’s because usually they are quick and you know what you’re getting. Greeted and seated without a single word-should have been a red flag! Ordered on the app. After 15 mins we hadn’t received our glasses/drinks so went to ask. Was given glasses and told our order had just been printed and was being sorted. Restaurant was less than half full but loads of food on the hot plate. After 30mons we hadn’t had our starter, was just about to ask when guy who’d given me the glasses came over and said they hadn’t got any chicken breast so would we have thigh? If we would it would be another 15 min wait. Nope was the reply and we told him we were still waiting for our starter. He went away, came back saying he’d sort the chicken problem. 10 mins later starter arrived closely followed by the meals. Asked for mayo but told hadn’t got any but we could have ketchup 🤨. Just read other reviews on here. Seems you may be ok to visit in the week but steer clear of Saturday! Better still find another place.

Unbelievable food but the service is why i’m here writing a review !! There is a man who usually wears a white shirt, fool me for not asking what his name is (i’m in there almost every week so i will find out lol) but his service is just incredible! Along with many more of the front of house staff. So caring and kind and will always look after each table to such an amazing standard! Cannot recommend enough!

This is the second time now I have had to ask for my money back, 30 mins we waited for food, never came even though there was about 8 meals plated up just waiting to be taken to tables and not a waiter or waitress...

No verificamos el pedido correctamente y ordenamos algo mal y le avisamos, ella se apresuró a arreglarlo y nos devolvió el dinero.Sin embargo, cuando llegamos, una señora que nos habló por primera vez fue muy grosera (creo que ella era la supervisora o gerente), había muchas mesas disponibles pero estaban sucias, así que comenzó a limpiar algunas y nos dijo que nos sentáramos donde ella limpiado, sin embargo no queríamos quedarnos cerca de la puerta ya que hacía mucho frío. Este Nando es mi local, así que termino aquí cada vez que me apetece un bocado rápido. Es lo peor que he visto en Nando. Nunca tienen más de uno hasta que operen, incluso cuando hay una gran cola. Hay un gran tío calvo que creo que es manager. Él simplemente se ve constantemente molesto por tener que tratar con los clientes. El personal aquí es realmente pobre con una o dos excepciones. La comida es de Nando, ya sabes lo que vas a conseguir. Es lo que es, así que solo necesitas un ambiente agradable para estar satisfecho, pero este nah, lo siento, se maneja terriblemente.

Se come noi fate un pó di fatica a conciliare i vostri gusti con la cucina londinese, o semplicemente siete sazi di fish and chips o steakpie, consigliamo Nando’s, una catena piuttosto diffusa dove mangiare un buon polletto. I prezzi sono contenuti per lo standard londinese. In due abbiamo speso 26 sterline per mezzo pollo (comunque abbondante) patatine e pannocchia, birra e bibita all u can drink. Dopo aver scelto dal menù ordini e paghi alla cassa e ti viene servito al tavolo il pasto. Personale cordiale e spesso si trova almeno una persona che parla italiano. Consigliato!

Average food, everything spicy or not tasty. The staff was good and polite, an overall average experience.

Que era el único cliente en restaurante y aún tuvimos que esperar más de una hora para la comida, y entonces sólo las comidas de Pollo vino. espere a la hamburguesa por venir. Nunca, así que después de 5 minutos, fuimos a recepción y me dijeron que no era ni siquiera comenzado cocinar pero como hay horno estaba roto.

Acabo de asistir a una conferencia en UCL y salió bastante tarde. Aunque Nando fue un poco difícil, sabes que obtendrás comida decente, aunque predecible. Creo que llegamos alrededor de las 9:20, dimos la orden y obtuvimos nuestra comida. Fuimos para nuestra comida combo habitual, incluyendo bebidas, que llega a unos pocos centavos por debajo de los 20. El pollo está bien preparado, las salsas que lo acompañan son geniales y aunque se acercaba a las 10 (hora de cierre) el personal seguía siendo amable y no tenía prisa por echar a todos.

Stopped off here for lunch with my wife following an appointment with a specialist in London and have to totally disagree with the negative posts on poor customer service. We were shown our table and served promptly by very courteous staff and the food was the best we have had at a Nando's restaurant to date.

We went here with family after the theatre in Holborn so this branch was ideally located especially as it was snowing that day. It wasn't busy and we sat at one of the booths. Ordering was fine and the food didn't take long to come but my brother in law was complaining that staff had kept his Nando's card for ages and he didn't know why. He got it back eventually. I had 5 chicken wings well done and they were nice. The corn on the cob was really nice. My brother in law was complaining again because he'd ordered frozen yoghurt but staff hadn't turned on the machine all day. They said it'd take 10 mins before he could have the yoghurt. My brother in law wasn't impressed. I like the location of this branch and I'd go here again.

Fuimos a este Nando's el viernes por la noche. La comida en sí fue perfecto Nando's, el servicio estaba bien, aunque un poco grosero y desinteresado en el mostrador y no estaba demasiado concurrido. Sin embargo, los baños de señoras eran una absoluta vergüenza, contenedores, espejos sucios, etc. desbordante - que era chocante, teniendo en cuenta que sólo había unos pocos grupos en el lugar. Normalmente no me dejar quejas, pero esto es una vergüenza y una garantía de una crítica tripadvisor.

Esto no es más que un macdonalds con "brillito". Se recomienda entrar si se tiene mucha hambre y poco tiempo y dinero. A nosotros el personal nos trató muy bien

During our visit to London, my family and I just wanted a lighter meal. Nando's fit the bill. I had the supergrain salad and the sweet potato wedges, which I thought was very good. As elevated fast food, it was exactly what we wanted. I have to say the menu (not the food - the menu card) can be a little confusing, but we got through it. Would definitely eat there again on any future visit to London.

Yet another chain restaurant on a cheap!! Very textbook style cooking without any feelings. Very boring and not adventurous. Good place for people who are not fussy about the standards of foods and who prefer to eat cheaply. Will not eat in any of these chain restaurants again.

We were sent away from our table by the staff when we were there first before them. We're customers and they argued with us, shouted at us. My friend was seated on the table while I was ordering our food. I gave our table to the counter as table number 18. Rude supervisor placed paper on the table where my friend was seated and sent us away only for them to sit there. We wanted our table to be there because we were near our other friends. They humiliated us in front of our friends. They could have moved to another table as there were many available. So rude! I'm not coming back there. They didn't even apologise. Ruined my dining experience. They need to be reprimanded especially the supervisor. They also need to be taught proper customer service.

Needed a quick meal before heading to a show and this did exactly that the food was good and very quick and the staff were friendly, the only downside was the toilets that were disgusting and needed a good bleach!

There's something special about being a "regular" anywhere. I come to this Nandos virtually every week and for the staff am a "well known face". The virtue of Nandos is you know what you're getting and it comes quickly. Staff are firendly and supportive and this is an excellent place to entertain younf families which can be accomodated in one of their commodious booths.

de keuze was erop gevallen omdat ik geen zin had om al te ingewikkeld te doen, irritant was dat het complexer was dan ik dacht. Bij binnenkomst wordt je een tafel aangewezen, zoals bij elk restaurant, wat ik niet wist is dat je daarna aan de balie moest bestellen. Weer wat geleerd, kip (medium spicy) salade en aardapel pure. Kip was redelijk, voor nederlandse begrippen als je wat indonesisch gewend bent niet zo scherp, salade was smakeloos en de puree was evident uit een grote bank gekomenvoor de prijs het waard maar niet iets wat ik vaker zal doen

Estuvimos en familia comiendo en este restaurante y fue una buena experiencia. Probamos el medio pollo con sus distintas opciones de guarnición. Tienes la opción de pedir guarnición o no y que nivel de picante quieres (desde el sin picante hasta el muy muy picante) El pollo estaba muy bueno, al igual que el pan con ajo. El arroz no es de lo mejor pero se puede comer. Pidiendo refresco puedes rellenarlo gratis. El personal fue muy atento, especialmente el encargado, que nos explicó como funcionan los menús e incluso se hizo cargo de buscarnos un sitio donde poder dejar el carrito de nuestro bebé.

On oir first visit to London a local told us we must try Nando's. We did and the whole family absolutely loved it. The chicken is so tasty with variations from mild to spicy. They have great family size portions with unlimited drinks and dessert options. It was very affordable and the food was wonderful.

Everything you'd want from a Nando's. The service is quick and efficient. The staff are friendly and attentive. The food is tasty, fresh and well cooked. Straight forward easy dining.

So It's Nandos! What more do you need to know? Good quality food at a reasonable price and the service was super quick. Really can't fault it

... Nando's actually ok. At least you feel it's a healthier option. And it IS really spicy if you ask for it. The "fast" in fast food can be questioned though; we waited 22 mins after placing our order on a Tuesday night which wasn't very busy.Oh, the new "grains" side is super delicious!

Decisamente buono!!! Servizio molto veloce e camerieri davvero gentili anche con i turisti!!! Pollo buonissimo e cotto davvero bene. Le salse sono favolose anche se qualcuno decisamente piccante ... Al coperto ci si pensa da soli e le bevande sono illimitate... Mi strapiace!!!

I'm used to good stuff from Nando's. Unfortunately in Holborn they seem to serve half size chicken breasts and the buns are smaller too. A main item is enough, perhaps, for a child, but not for a regular adult customer.

Love this place it has a great atmosphere, staff are great, food is lovely, a very enjoyable visit with friends.

We went for a lunch after been to the British Museum, only 5 minutes walk from there and from tube station. The place was pretty empty and very comfy. Lots of sunlight. We ordered the classic grilled chicken and peri peri fries. The dishes were delivered very promptly and nicely cooked. We truly enjoy the lunch.

Nice, quick stop near the British Museum. We tried the grilled chicken wrap and grilled chicken pita. Based on your taste for how hot you like your sauce, the Peri Peri Hot is what most are accustomed. The extra hot is very hot. The black is punishment. If you don't want mayonnaise on your sandwich, be sure to ask for "no mayo." One of us did. With the added sauce, of which there are several, some not hot, just savory, the sandwiches were excellent. Try the slaw on the side. It was very good. Overall, delicious and quick stop for a bite.

Chicken, chicken and chicken. Many varieties but also some alternatives. Preparation was very good, hot sauce wasn't all that hot. But the lime/herb marinada was very good.

Se non si ha voglia di un fast food e nemmeno di un ristorante troppo impegnativo, Nando's potrebbe essere una buona alternativa.Nel menù ci sono principalmente sandwich, piadine, insalate e secondi. Si può anche scegliere il grado di piccantezza delle salse del panino.Free refill. Posto pulito e affollato a pranzo. Capita che ci sia da aspettare prima di sedersi. I camerieri non prendono ordinazioni, ti accompagnano al tavolo e poi fai te lo scontrino alla cassa. Vorrei averlo anche in Italia per andarci anche di sera per qualcosa di non troppo impegnativo.

So this was my first visit to a Nandos in the UK having only been once before in new Zealand & I have to say that it was a very pleasant experience. I didn't realise it was order at the bar but the service was efficient, the food came out very fast & the prices are fair. It was very quiet during our visit but that was ideal for us! I'll pop back again for sure!

Recently, myself and a friend attempted to have dinner at the Holborn Nandos. It was a Thursday evening around 5pm; it was pretty much empty given that it was quite early for dinner. We asked an employee if we could sit in a booth and she told us that she could only give booth tables to groups of 4 customers or more. We then said that as the restaurant was almost empty, would they be kind enough to let us sit in a booth as there was plenty of room. The employee outright refused (and did not say this in a polite and apologetic way) so we asked if we could speak to the manager at the Holborn branch. A few minutes later the manager appeared, looking annoyed and unhappy, and he immediately raised his voice. He said that he would 'let' us sit in the booth but when a larger group comes he would move us. Obviously, we contested this as it was shockingly poor customer service to move customers to different tables whilst they are in the middle of eating!The manager (his name badge had the moniker 'J.J.' I don't know why his full forename was not displayed) raised his voice further and repeated that he would move us when a larger group arrived. Understandably, we said we were not happy with this and the manager 'J.J' responded by saying we should accept this or go and that if we wanted to complain we should give his name 'J.J.' as if he was used to receiving high levels of complaints. We left as we were not going to accept the poor customer service that was displayed by J.J. and we will not be returning to this branch in the future. It is a shame as my myself and my friend were regular customers at this branch (often going once a week) and we have never had any significant issues with the branch before. We would have accepted that we could not be given a booth if the restaurant was busy but as it was pretty empty you would think they would be happy to accommodate table requests (which they have done in the past). Additionally, if the manager 'J.J.' at the Holborn branch had politely and calmly (without a raised voice) told us that we could not sit in the booth we would have not been happy (as the place was empty) but we would have accepted it. BUT saying that we can sit in the booth and then we'll get moved for a larger group is extremely unacceptable and we would like upper management to take notice of how customers are dealt with in this respect in the future. And we would like to reiterate the fact that the tone in which we were spoken to by 'J.J' was rude and undermining.

This is the first time that I have had the pleasure of visiting a Nando's restaurant. On arrival, we sat down. The way it works is you're shown a table, you sit down, choose what you want from the menu and go to the till to order, which was a pretty painless process once I'd remembered the table number. The service was very speedy, I'd only just sat down after faffing around with napkins and drinks when I was greeted with the food. Now I'm a lover of spicy food, so I ordered extra hot and well, it wasn't THAT hot. However I do have to give Nando's some credit because of the free refills for coke and the fact that there was nothing wrong with my meal, that being said, the overall experience was average. It certainly was not cheeky in the slightest, although the atmosphere was still rather pleasant. Still, nothing to write home about.

Having heard that Nandos was supposed to be a great place to eat, then my family visited here whilst staying in London for the weekend. Well we wished that we hadn't because the whole experience was terrible from when we first entered and until we left. The staff member showed us to our table but it wasn't explained to us that we then needed to order our meal at the counter. When it was explained, I then tried to order from the menu but found that the first 3 things were out of stock, yet it was early on a Saturday night. Then when our meal did arrive, we were flabbergasted to discover that there was nothing to our meal. Simply put I paid £10 for a steak sandwich, whilst nice it wasn't worth the money. Overall we were hugely disappointed and we won't be visiting again.

Great food, great service and tasty chicken livers! Came with my son and his friends. The menu is extensive and flexible and offers something for all ages and appetites.

Chances are you've been to a Nandos before so I guess I don't need to go into much detail on the food, service etc.The only thing I would say is that branch is nicely decorated with full glass walls and a nicer table arrangement. Guess that is because of the area!

As always, when a restaurant's name exceeds its service and food the value for money ratio declines. The only nice thing about this place is the warm atmosphere and the young clientele chattering away as if they were in a college canteen. Reminded me of my younger days.

Nando's is really famous for its peri peri chicken. And its worth trying. I like it really hot but you can adjust how hot you want it. I love their slaw and sides as well.

I live nando's for their olives so I go everytime I'm here. Their peri chicken is always juicy and nice too!

Comer en Londres es bastante caro, pero este lugar ofrece comida rica por un monto adecuado.Las bebidas se pueden rellenar y el puré es muy rico.Una de las mejores opciones para almorzar en Londres, tiene varios restaurantes así que no dude en entrar a comer a uno de ellos.

I can't really fault Nando's, wherever we go & this was another good meal.The service was also good.I tried a couple of the new fino sides, I didn't like the wedges at all...I thought they were too big & not at all crispy. I liked the fino coleslaw.The rose wine I had (elephant) was delicious, especially after a day in London with my two children!Carole : )

I was given a 'clean' glass which had Vaseline lip marks on it.I also ordered avocado as an extra to my beanie burger; took a bite into it and it was sprouting! (See photos)Management were very reticent to refund this.

Great great food and service from this restaurant. Food was hot and fast, had to wait for about 10mins to get a seat, but well worth the wait! Try the livers or wings they are sooooo tasty. The kids love it too.... But share a chicken breast lemon and herb.... All big fans of the nata's. X

Love the veggie burgers at nandos and the choice of sauces and heat!!Great but always very busy and noisy - don't go if you want a quiet little chat - do go if you want tasty food, served quickly at a good price.

We have eaten several times in different Nandos over the years and I believe that this one might be the best of them all. Our waitress was very happy to explain the set-up of the restaurant and explained the menu options for our seven year old. We had a big salad with mild chicken, the very spicy chicken and the mild chicken breast with fries and cherry tomatoes (which is a rare treat to find on a child menu). The food was served rapidly, was piping hot and prepared as spicy as ordered; The salad was plentiful and made with very fresh ingredients. The spicy chicken was as it should be, rich in flavors and spicy enough to make one sweat a bit. We really appreciated the bottomless soft drinks (free refills) given the torching temperatures outside. Our waitress came by several times to inquire if everything was ok.

Si tratta di una catena di ristoranti, arredati in maniera molto glamour e frequentati soprattutto da giovani, situati in diverse zone della città, con la caratteristica di servire il pollo o parti di pollo (a scelta del cliente), in modo davvero insolito e gustoso. Infatti, il pollo viene cucinato "a vista" alla brace e condito, poi, a richiesta, con tutte le salse possibili: piccante, marinato, con lime e pepe rosa, con limone e zenzero,etc..A disposizione dei clienti, inoltre, ci sono anche un'infinità di bottigliette di varie salse e salsine per "arricchire e rinforzare" ulteriormente il sapore del pollo o, semplicemente per sperimentare sapori diversi. Uno molto bello si trova nella zona sud del Tamigi, nota soprattutto per il famoso mercato ortofrutticolo Borough Market, il piu` antico mercato di frutta e verdura di Londra- per intenderci, quello frequentato dal mitico Chef Gordon Ramsey! nonchè per l'altrettanto famoso pub storico "The Anchor" (leggi la mia recensione), situato proprio di fronte al Nando's. Da qui, la vista sul Tamigi è spettacolare e romantica, con lo sguardo che si allunga fino alla cupola della cattedrale di Saint Paul, facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi con una breve e piacevole passeggiata. La fermata metro più vicina è London Bridge. Il locale del ristorante ha, qui, ampie vetrate semicircolari e soppalcate, con vista direttamente sul Tamigi. La cucina è "open", quindi si vede ciò che viene cucinato, l'ambiente è informale e disinvolto, ma è ben frequentato, anche perchè i prezzi non sono proprio economici: in tre, due piatti di cosce di pollo (veramente, "coscettine", tanto erano piccole...), ogni piatto tre pezzi, due piatti di ali di pollo (10 pezzi), due birre ed un bicchiere di coca, 47 sterline, l'equivalente di quanto si spende in un buon pub storico inglese, come The Anchor. Ma, per dirla come mia nipote di quindici anni che mi ha suggerito -o, meglio, imposto!- il ristorante, Nando's è il posto preferito dalla sua mitica band inglese, i "One Direction".... e, comunque, è un ristorante originale dove poter gustare il pollo in tutte le salse!

Il pollo alla brace e' a dir poco unico!!Semi self service e organizzato.... un bel posto davvero!!

We do love Nandos! Being American we really miss some of the flavors from back home that we just can’t get here in the UK. While Nando’s is not something that we have anything close to in the US, it is delicious all on it’s own.We paid a visit last weekend and even though the restaurant was very busy, they had us seated in the estimated amount of time. Nando’s has a very laid back style, you have to decide what you want and then go up and order it. You then grab your drinks and what not and wait. All the while the cooks can be seen busily cooking what you have ordered.Nando’s is all about chicken. It is grilled chicken. It can be marinated or plain. We generally choose the plain variety and then grab the different dipping sauces that we eat love. As a family of 6, we generally order two sharer platters, chips, sweet corn (as good as it is at home, almost) garlic bread and sometimes peas if mom thinks we need something green. It is always good and we always leave satisfied. Colas are bottomless, something we don’t find much of in the UK.

Never eaten in Nandos before, but only because chain does not stretch down to where I live. Lots of very positive comments re food though.Although semi self service, the staff were great from intro at door, through guide to how restaurant works and then regular requests at the table re anything more needed etc.The style of deliver in this restaurant lends itself to staff being able to pay more attention - unlike Pizza Hut who seem chaotic by comparison. They can also be largely self service in buffet sessions, but in Pizza Hut you cannot even get a drinks top-ups or attract staf attention.At Nandos drinks top ups are easy, you just pop over and do it yourself. The whole style of ordering at counter, delivery to table, collection of sauces and drinks works exceptionally well. So well that is the food was average, you would still come along as it is a pleasant experience.The food however is special, the sauces really do something to chicken, which can often be bland in other establishments.Looking for a quick meal with great service, atmosphere and food - look no further.The is only one major negative for Nandos, they do not have a single restaurant in Cornwall!
