Nando's in Edinburgh, City of

Pedido en línea, fui a recoger en el tiempo que me asignaron solo para que me dijeran que habría una hora de espera. El gerente no estaba impresionado, no haga pedidos en línea desde este lugar. Servicio al cliente asqueroso.

Como no hemos estado en muchos Nando's nos alegramos de que nos explicaran como funciona : ) fueron super amables y serviciales cuando nos confundimos con la opción de pago/pedido. La comida era muy sabrosa y ligera y todos disfrutamos.

Buon pollo, ottima varietà di salse anche per chi tollera poco il piccante, staff gentile e disponibile. Ottimo per un pasto veloce.

Pensé que los empleados eran muy amables y la comida era deliciosa! Rápido y las salsas estaban deliciosas! Tengo 1/4 de pollo y el brócoli. Me encantó el hecho de que tenían hielo para mi bebida también! ¡Gran lugar!

I made the mistake of choosing this branch for a home delivery, the wait time was supposed to be nearly and hour which would’ve been acceptable had my food arrived. The order did not arrive but was marked down on the app as having been delivered . We were home waiting for it and no one phoned to say they were outside and had left it etc I am disgusted that Nando’s customer service response was to give me a refund . A refund as if they were doing me a favour , the food was not delivered , of course I would expect a refund as standard , this did not however solve my problem of no food delivery and then having to cook etc at that time of night . What makes it even worse is this happened to me approx 1.5 years ago, twice from Nando’s , I obviously hadn’t learnt not to order from them and their customer care hasn’t changed , as it was the same type of response then . To add salt to injury there is no sign of the refund , no email confirmation and the money has been taken out of my account. I really and truly cannot see myself ordering from them again or going into the restaurant , they’re over priced and their customer care is leaving much to be desired .

Staff was very rude and kept telling us that they're very busy-which they didnt really seem like. We requested if we can just wait instead of coming back after 20mins because we're tired of walking and they have a lovely couch supposedly made for waiting anyway. But she kept on saying just go and come back after 20minutes. Very rude. We just decided to eat somewhere else.

We had a great time here. Harry showed us to our table, took our order and served our food. He was superb. Friendly, polite, attentive (but not intrusive) and helpful. The food was delicious and service was great. I recommend this Nandos for a lovely, relaxing meal.

Heerlijk kip gegeten in Edinburgh. Ruime zaak waar je zelf, nadat je gekozen heb uit de ruime keuze aan gerechten, zelf naar de Bali moet gaan om te bestellen. De gerechten worden naar de tafel gebracht. Heel veel aandacht als je een voedselallergie hebt. Frisdranken en water kun je onbeperkt tappen. Prijs kwaliteit is meer dan goed.

On voulait tester depuis longtemps cette enseigne. Accueil sympa. Commande par QR code directement. Wrap, Chicken wings et butterfly chicken très bons. Le poulet est bien cuisiné et un peu relevé avec la sauce peri-peri. Les accompagnements étaient tous très bons aussi (maïs, purée, frites, pain à l’ail). Bon rapport qualité/prix.

i went to nando’s the other day with my family and it was an incredible experience the food was delicious and the service was so good!

It was ok food rushed out all together as in starters with mains so things going cold while eating staters so yes cold chips on main also wine choice gone down hill bring back the Portuguese that was a favourite over priced now for what you get compared to independent food outlets

Visited here after spending hours walking round the castle. Service was excellent food amazing we will be back wasn’t busy but still great atmosphere

Just walked in to be told they are pretty much at capacity even with several empty tables empty told I would have to come back in half an hour, I think it was because I was on my own this was my first and last visit

Nando's is a gem. It's a great place to stop in for a quick bite. I love their hummus. Their chickpea burger is madness. It is so good. The onion chutney, the pickled onions, the slight curry of the burger, it is all amazing.

It was our first time in this restaurant having previously been in nandos omni centre I can honestly say that I enjoyed this one much better. Great staff all very friendly, I can't remember the name of the waitress who took us to our table, long dark hair, she was very welcoming on arrival. I have to watch my cholesterol due to a heart condition and here you have a great meal which is also healthy (providing that you remove the chicken skin) Butterfly chicken with spicy rice, broccoli and peas. Will definitely return. Thank you.

Donna was a delight! She answered all my mums questions clearly (she’s 79 and a Nando’s virgin!) Thank you Donna, mum is asking when we can come back already!

Another thumbs up for Nando’s next to the Usher Hall. We were shown to our table immediately and given menus. The lovely Donna served us and was very helpful. My daughter and I shared the chicken thigh bun, and we each ordered 5 wings with chips and spicy rice. This is the first time I’ve had a Nando’s so I was unsure of portion size - they were big, and delicious. Thank you Donna. (Dirty Dancing was ok but very expensive to watch a film!)

Honestly the worst Nando’s we have ever visited. Hardly anyone in, made to wait for a table - ignored by Donna, who then aggressively asked if we had been waiting long. Not gonna lie, feared for my life, so Scottish. Food was rubbish, see picture of my chicken and cheese pitta bread that we can only assume was prepared by a 2 year old chimpanzee. My 9 year old son could have given it a better shot whilst simultaneously playing his PS5. Just say no if you’re ever in the area.

We haven’t been to Nandos for 2 years (but have been to a lot of Nandos in the past) it was one of the things we were looking forward to doing when we came out of lockdown. Today we visited Edinburgh and decided to go to the Nando’s on Lothian street. First of all the app was playing up when we ordered, 5 mins after we ordered we were told there would be an hours wait on chicken thighs so we swapped to something else. Our food arrived and I asked if there was any salt for my chips. We were told there wasn’t any as the restaurant had ran out! I had a bean burger which when I bit into it was stone cold - I’m talking frozen! I had to go over to the main counter as there were no staff anywhere near, and complain. A staff member came back over to our table and took the burger away before bringing the chips back and telling me a new burger would be brought back over. The chips weren’t hot anyway so you can imagine how cold they were when they’ve been passed across the restaurant. So then I sat for 15 mins with my cold chips waiting for my burger to come back, whilst my other half finished his meal. After 10 minutes when the burger hadn’t arrived, we called a member of staff over and told him not to bother with the burger. I’d lost my appetite and couldn’t be bothered with the hassle! When the burger finally arrived, it wasn’t the correct order anyway! 🙄 We did get a refund and most of the staff members were lovely - especially the young lad who gave us the refund. We were gutted! We were both looking forward to a decent meal and ended up going elsewhere. If I could leave 0 stars, I would!

Arrived and took ages to be seated despite lots of tables available. Was then told nobody would take my order I would have to do it through my phone. I explained I wanted to pay cash and was told by the waiter cash "is now illegal". Amazing I missed such an important bit of new legislation in the news. The guy annoyed me so much I just left and took my illegal money elsewhere. Used to enjoy this restaurant but won't be back.

For us Non-UK natives all of the Nandos we have visited both in Britain and Scotland have bee fantastic. Great food, good prices. Always consistent, clean with friendly staff. Be sure you take advantage of the opportunity to visit any Nandos in the UK.

Service remarkably friendly and personal given how busy the restaurant is. We were a party of 50 on whole of first floor and it was a great space with good value decent, consistent ‘fast’ food, staff were so cheerful and helpful.

We wanted a meal before heading back to the airport and my friends voted for Nandos. It was quiet and the staff were lovely. Food was a bit expensive for what it was.

We ate at Nando’s on the recommendation of our travel guide and a local and they did not steer us wrong. They seat you at a table with a menu then you go to the counter to order. Their specialty is chicken in various sauces with lots of side options. We had the boneless thighs with a variety of sauces with sides of chips, peas, and mashed sweet potatoes. They were all very good. We would certainly dine at Nandos again one day.

Last night we visited this restaurant during what must have been peak time as it was extremely busy. Despite this staff kept cool heads and ensured people waiting for seats were comfortable and informed. Servers were also really lovely and attentive - myself and a friend were served by Cameron who did a great job of making sure we had everything we needed! Food was good as ever, can always rely on a Nandos. Highly recommend!

Visited with friends to grab a bite to eat and have a drink. Food was great and the service was efficient and friendly. Grace and the young blonde lady were exceptional throughout. 10/10

Food was average. Serving portion was alright but not exactly good value. Service was poor and staff were inattentive. We waited quite a while to be seated even though restaurant had empty tables.

We decided to have a meal before visiting the Usher Hall and was looking for something within walking distance. I'm disabled so to find Nandos on the opposite corner with disabled parking was doubly good. We had a very nice meal, hot, freshly cooked, and very tasty. The staff are extremely helpful so it was a great start to a brilliant evening.

Tienen un sistema raro. Te sientan en una mesa. Te dan el menú pero no te avisan que tenes que hacer el pedido en la caja y luego te lo sirven.

They overcharged initially. My food was between lukewarm and warm. Unfortunately so was my £7 glass of wine. It’s a shame because I’ve had good service & food here before.

Was busy when we arrived and staff made some effort to find us a table.

We ordered quinoa salada which should come with avocado but none of them did... and the staff did not warn us about it.

Have visited a lot in the last couple of years and food is always very good. Always arrives within around 10 mins of ordering and tastes very fresh. We'll worth a visit.

Мне нравится это заведение своей атмосферой, быстрым приготовлением и обычно наличием свободных мест. Отличное место для быстрого ужина или обеда, когда ты куда-то торопишься. Мне очень нравится куриная грудка с сладким картофелем.

We went in and weren’t welcomed by staff. We were not told there was a problem at all. The staff looked like they didn’t care and didn’t want to be there at all which wasn’t a nice atmosphere. We the found out there was NO CHICKEN forcing us to then leave and go to a different Nando’s to get food which was highly disappointing. Will definitely never go to this one ever again

The staff went above and beyond in trying to accommodate our dietary requirements - vegan and low FODMAP - it was a struggle but they found both of us something to eat. Excellent,

Un modelo de especial de la cadena hotelera Nando's, más que sentir en restaurante cafetería. Situado en la concurrida Lothian Road, y sin duda, popular con los residentes y visitantes por igual. Edimburgo Nando's estándar, nos tomamos el plato de comida para dos (pollo entero, 2 lados), la cual estaba bien. El servicio fue rápido y el personal era amable.

Habíamos estado en su restaurante de Nueva Zelanda era un lugar pequeño, pero la comida era buena y el personal nos ayudó a pedir pero aquí en Edimburgo, después de casi diez metros el miembro del personal nos pide ir al mostrador y orden en que estaban más interesados en aclarar

Le bibite sono alla spina, belle annacquate visto che si pagano una volta ma si riempie il bicchiere quante volte si vuole. i piatti sono preparati al momento, con cucina a vista, idea carina a mio avviso. Si possono scegliere vari gradi di piccantezza del pollo, io ho scelto il mild, che è un gradino sopra il "senza piccantteza", a mio gusto già il giusto piccante, non oso pensare i gradi successivi di piccantezza. mi spiace non si fosse il roll, ho dovuto ripiegare sul classico hambuger di pollo, con tanto di pelle...a chi piace a chi no. abbiamo preso in due una porzione large di patatine, decisamente abbondante. buono anche il brownie con il gelato alla vaniglia.

Yo estaba en Edimburgo el miércoles 2 de Mayo, nos no nos larga de izquierda un restaurante local y tenía aproximadamente una hora antes de nuestro juego en el Lyceum de empezar, así que decidimos entrar a Nando's en Lothian Road, un par de café con leche y un par de Natta.

Hemos disfrutado de salsas es muy cuando podemos encontrarlos en los estados unidos. No teníamos idea en realidad es un restaurante es muy en el REINO UNIDO. Mi marido tenía que comer allí mientras viajábamos. No nos decepcionó! ! No todos nosotros picante, puedes conseguir algunos de los sabores suaves. Un buen pollo y alas!

Nando's es un restaurante de cadena, con presencia en más de 35 países. Es portugués/Mozambique - confeccionado el peri peri pimienta y su aplicación principalmente a pollo. Hacen todo tipo de alas, etc…. Mi primera experiencia con Nando's fue hace dos semanas en Edimburgo - si el peri peri pollo burger… fue bastante buena! Se sirve en un rollo…. portugués Seleccioné el nivel "caliente" de condimentos, y sin duda el sabor, pero desde un punto de picante, realmente no era un desafío para mí… llego con patatas fritas que eran quitado peri peri… en general, fue una experiencia bastante decente. Se auto-orden en una pantalla táctil y la comida es llevado a su mesa. Sin duda volvería de nuevo, aunque el nivel de trinquete sin sabor a su nivel más alto la próxima vez.

Llegamos justo antes de las 7 y tuve que esperar 10 minutos, lo cual estuvo bien con nosotros.

Era tarde.. Edimburgo, ya se sabe, horario europeo. Fuimos a parar a este restaurante de comida rápida que era lo único que estaba abierto. Pedimos una pita de pollo (a la brasa) y una hamburguesa de pollo. 2 copas de vino, todo por 27 p. La verdad es que nos sorprendió, mucha calidad para ser una cadena de comida rápida. La chica de la entrada super simpática.

Acabo de llegar de Edimburgo que estábamos buscando algo para comer. Nos dimos cuenta de un nombre familiar y pensé que le daría una oportunidad. Nos dieron una cálida bienvenida y sentaron rápidamente. El personal era muy educado y amable y me explicó el procedimiento de pedir para nosotros. La comida llegó rápidamente y era muy sabroso y bien preparado. El ambiente era fantástico, lo que hizo que fuera un placer. Recomendamos encarecidamente este restaurante si buscas un lugar para comer.

Al ser un recién llegado a la ciudad que trabaja allí semanalmente buscaba una marca familiar para visitar para una comida tarde en la noche.

What you would expect from a Nando’s however the staff were friendly the restaurant was clean and wasn’t over crowded.

There are definitely many better restaurants around within the same price range. Food was basic and didn't taste good. Disappointing visit. I would not come back.

No internet for customers, burguers don't include fries, you need to pay separately =(. What's a burger w/o fries???

First night in Edinburgh for my husbands birthday weekend. Got a table even though it was very busy. Hubby had half a chicken, medium. And I had a ceasars salad. Both meals were good. Don't know if we would frequent Nandos in the future, a wee bit frantic for my liking.

Fuimos un grupo de 7 amigas que fuimos a conocer la ciudad, nos alojamos en esa misma calle y la hora de la comida se nos venía encima, entramos porque tiene buena pinta, pero aunque el personal fue amable, las raciones eran de risa para el precio y la comida no era nada especial.... Vamos no lo recomiendo, caro y poco. Nos quedamos con hambre.

So far I never had a bad meal in Nando’s that’s why i always try to go at least once a month keep up the good work guys

A veces no hay tiempo para mucho si quieres aprovechar para seguir visitando la ciudad y este es un restaurante de una cadena fiable por todo el Reino Unido. Hacen todo tipo de platos con pollo y para vegetarianos así que cualquiera puede comerse una buena hamburguesa, una ensalada y unas patatas fritas acompañadas de sus deliciosas salsas.

Usual good Nando fare but the restaurant has a very nice open setting very bright and located on Lothian Road. Staff are very friendly.

We were at the festival and decided to try the Nandos in Edinburgh. Standards Nandos menu and good service. Well placed next to the Usher Hall on Lothian Road and a bus stop at the door with a taxi rank nearby.

Locale particolare: pulito, con personale cortese, ma un modo di ordinare veramente particolare. Il cameriere vi accompagnerà al tavolo, ma sarete, dopo aver scelto dal menù, ad andare alla cassa, ordinare e pagare. Poi l'ordine vi verrà servito comodamente al tavolo. Forse un po' incasinato ma tutto sommato funziona bene.Il cibo non è male, si possono scegliere diversi gradi di piccantezza e le porzioni sono abbondanti. Il pollo è buono e vi consiglio di provare la pannocchia.
