Nando's in Trafford

Amazing service. We were on a tight time limit and they got the memo. Food was delicious and served so quickly. Staff were very helpful.

It was a great day out at Nandos thought me my mum and dad thought we could do with a special treat, so we thought we would go to Nandos because we felt like another Nandos. We went and it was very bright and colourful and the atmosphere of it all was just perfect, the staff were really nice and kind and showed us to our table, it wasn't overly busy at all, it was very peaceful and quite, We got a dare to share eofr starter because the starters were huge and we felt like three starters so we got hummus with peri peri drizzle, halloumi sticks and dip, and sweet potato wedges and garlic peranaise which was delicious. We also got a main course, My Mum and Dad shared some chicken but I didn't because I had a fino pitta with chicken and halloumi in it, you could even remove items from the fino pitta. The toilets were spotless and very clean, very colorful and bright inside the toilets as well, and sinks were very colourful, we decided not to have dessert because we would be full and we already had enough. Thank you nandos for a brilliant experience see you again soon.

Shown to fable and then got in que to order. I waited 15 mins to order the girl on till was terrible and got all orders before ours wrong. Mine came it was wrong and also ordered a takeout, which came 1st and was just left under heat lamps. 2 meals 2 drinks all wrong worst £40 ever spent and will never go back.

Firstly - the manager. What a fantastic manager, the manager, he is a credit to this restaurant and deserves a promotion. His friendliness, attention to detail, professionalism and concern and clarity over the allergies that our group had was so reassuring, it really was. It's unbelievable how many restaurants we visit where the staff are uncertain whether their food contain allergies is incredible. Exceptional. Secondly - the food. Wow - the chefs and cooks deserve a mention here too, because the food was absolutely delicious and cooked and presented to perfection. Finally, the waiting staff are also exceptional taking orders efficiently, professionally, understanding the order and importantly taking the order politely and with enthusiasm. They also keep this restaurant very clean, clearing the tables quickly, cleaning any rubbish under the tables and just ensuring that the place is a lovely place to eat. Well done. Exceptional.

Tuvimos que buscar nuestra comida con personal de espera después de 25 minutos (20/enormemente ocupado! ) nos pareció que habíamos visto nuestra comida en el plato caliente esperando a ser servidos, había estado allí por unos 10 minutos. Era nuestra comida cuando llegó a nuestra mesa y mientras el camarero era empático, la solución ofrecida fue para calentar nuestra comida! ! Había un número de comidas esperando para salir, no parece que había suficiente personal de trabajo. El director estaba informado de mi queja, pero no hizo ningún esfuerzo para venir. No pensaré volver!

Friendly Staff, food was nice for what it is. However table and chairs were dirty, toilets were horrible and the back of the restaurant was a mess. Needs a good tidy up.

Fuimos a las 7 de la tarde el sábado y que estaba tan ocupado, tuvimos que esperar 20 minutos por una mesa, pero no nos importó. Teníamos aceitunas mientras esperamos que eran increíbles! Una vez sentados pedimos enseguida, y yo diría que la comida estuvo con nosotros dentro de 25 minutos, que fue rápido para lo lleno que estaba. Personal amable y limpio!

La primera vez en que tengo que ser es muy honesto no me gustó demasiado. Nos espera unos 3 minutos para cumplirse, y se sentó y el lugar estaba muerto 2 otras tablas de comer al mismo tiempo y había un montón de personal. Cuando se busca en el menú no era nada emocionante básicamente pollo y arroz! La comida llegó muy poco después de ordenar, que sabe bien pero podría haber sido un poco más cálido. Tanto a mi como a mi esposa comentó que sólo con calor, el tamaño de la porción también era muy pequeña. El precio era razonable 30 libras por 2 platos principales, 2 lados y refrescos ilimitados, pero podría ser más si en la placa. Cuando interactuando con nosotros el personal parecía lo suficientemente amable. También había cubiertos bajo nuestra mesa que me paraba y notamos una acumulación de comida debajo de la mesa, me parecía que había estado allí un poco y no olvidaron en la mañana limpia. No me veo comiendo en un cualquier momento es muy pronto.

You get what you expect - nice, polite service and chicken at slightly expensive prices. It's a nice restaurant with a more interesting layout than most.

El restaurante es muy bonito y bien hecho con increíble mobiliario. El menú es el pollo, pero vas porque quieres. La única cosa que se puede mejorar es ofrecer una salsa picante no para personas como yo que me encanta el pollo, pero no de amor peri peri! Sé que esto es lo que hace la famosa pero Nando ofrecen unos 5 tipos diferentes de salsa peri peri y salsa sencilla ninguno. Como el pollo es buena pero un poco seco, es necesario pensar en todos los clientes. Me encantó ese sitio y me gustaría volver.

Simple great food healthy affordable, low key date night place of the year. I find the staff never make mistakes so it is a good effort from them and must be a good system too. The atmosphere is great.

Visitamos aquí directamente después de esquiar, sin embargo ojalá no tenía. Tenía un pollo con lados, alitas de pollo tibio pero no caliente. Pollo completo nuevo cálidas pero no calientes, patatas fritas tibio, no caliente. Normalmente es para mí, como en las anteriores visitas en otros Nando's ha sido mucho mejor. Nadie preguntó cómo era la comida, o ingreso. Fuente de bebidas Coca-Cola Light estaba perdiendo sabor, y Fanta era simplemente agua. En general, no se utiliza esta rama de nuevo.

Como siempre, la comida era estupenda. Realmente disfrutamos el pollo butterfly hamburguesa y patatas fritas peri peri. A mis hijos les encantó sus hamburguesas.

If you like spicy food, this is a must! They have lots of options of churrasco, Portuguese style grilled chicken. Quick and friendly staff!

Sábado noche muy concurrida con una hora de espera en el centro Trafford así que metimos a éste en su lugar y sólo tuve que esperar media hora. Buen ambiente y buena comida, se les olvidó el pan de ajo encargué pero estaban ocupados y se disculparon.

Bueno, en el mundo de maneras de nando está en una ubicación estupenda si te gustan los deportes de invierno! Los esquiadores y tablas y el disfrute de una comida de pollo brillante calentará con los distintos niveles de especias. Es a menudo ocupados, pero el ambiente y la decoración es de estilo rústico.

Nunca va aquí. Pedimos una envoltura y pitta para llevar. Llegamos 5 minutos antes de la hora de nuestra orden. 45 minutos más tarde y aún no he recibido la comida. Pedimos 4 veces y cada vez me dijeron que te "chase". Un cachondeo total. Y cuando finalmente nos dieron nuestra comida sin disculpas, nuestro pedido estaba equivocado. Evita este lugar, no es el típico nando hasta estándar.

Chain chicken well cooked at a slightly premium price for the customers of the Chill Factore- perhaps the best dining option there.

This was my first visit to Nandos and it is the one inside the chill factore complex. I was really pleased with the meal I had! My friend and I went with 4 kids and they loved it too-plenty of choice, great service and a nice ambience in the restaurant.

Llamamos aquí antes de nuestras vacaciones el restaurante estaba sucia. Había comida por todo el piso, las mesas y sillas estaba sucia, con restos de comida en ellas.

Todo es muy como la comida era deliciosa y el servicio fue de primera clase. Aquí el director se engancha con el resto del equipo, lo cual es bueno para ver. Incluso nos ofrecieron una cabina cuando uno estuvo disponible, así que no nos sentamos al lado de la puerta. Sin duda volveremos pronto.

Chill Factor branch: Appears cleaner , no waiting to be seated (visitapprox. 18:00hrs) .Quieter dining experienceFood: cooked as expected. Portion size [first occasion sampling "butterfly burger"] Tasted fine tho appeared size one chicken breast, not advertised 'butterfly breast'. I just visited your restaurant in the Trafford centre and was totally disappointed! I love Nandos but felt the food was not up to scratch and the service well.... there was no service! I understand it is a restaurant but there was trodden in food all over the floor throughout and tables all left. I ordered and my food was presented promptly but the chicken was dry. I had been seated around the side and no one came to check if my meal was satisfactory or if I needed anything. Following my meal I decided to hang around and get desert. But as you guest it, NO STAFF! After 15 minutes of waiting I left without my desert! Will return to my usual Nandos but will never come here again

No puedo ver por qué la gente paga más de la cuenta para arroz, pollo y sabrosa siempre dejo de insatisfecha y que quieran Nando más comida y mi apetito no es tan grande. es no es mi escena y no prisa para ir de nuevo. La única razón por la que tomó los niños porque había muy poca variedad de lugares para comer en el Chill Outlet factor.

Mi amigo y yo estamos fanatizados y sobre Nando no vivir tan lejos del centro Trafford ahí siempre terminamos comer aquí. Normalmente no es tan malo, sin embargo, al menos comestible esta noche la comida no estaba preparado el camino que queríamos. Pedí medio pollo extra caliente con puré de camote y peri-chips peri y mi amigo pidió el enrollado de pollo con papas fritas. Mi pollo estaba en el más con casi nada de sal en las patatas fritas. Primera visita a Nando. Antes de escribir esta crítica, sólo quería decir que el personal era amable, servicial y eficiente, probablemente la mejor de mi visita. Nos sentamos en un muy tenue forma parte del restaurante. Me di cuenta de que muchos de los focos no funcionaban, así que si tienes una visión pobre es realmente difícil de leer el menú. Nos llevaron a nuestros asientos y nos dijeron para recordar nuestro número de mesa. Sin embargo, no mencionaba lo que luego hacen. Trabajamos y yo pedimos la comida. Llegó rápidamente, pero ah, Qué decepcionante! Was very busy , waitress was good , food was delicious , cut finger on a glass. Don't bother with the sangria , 9.95 and it's all lemonade .

Great family meal daughter's idea as she always goes with friends, we all enjoyed it ,lots of refills on our drinks ,would definitely recommend it ,all staff very friendly and obligation.
