Nando's in Bromley

Our server was Jason who was absolutely lovely! Really made sure our visit was special. Didn’t know what to order and he gave me a great recommendation. Really lovely chap. Food was great too!

Friendly staff and very helpful particularly the person called George who I found out was the assisted manager. Felt so comfortable and not rushed credit to your team in Orpington

Another great lunch feasting on tasty chicken at Nandos. We prefer this branch as its righ in the middle of all the shops we wanted on the day. The staff are great as is the food everytime. Not much more you can say that's not already known about this popular brand. It's great cooked chicken and sides, smothered in your choice of favorite sauce. Personal we like the garlic piri piri and seasoned fries. I do wish the would bring back the pita the way it was before I'm not a fan of it since the chances a while back

I understand half term is a busy time and that staff are often rushed off their feet. Trust me, I work in a similar role and understand customer service when busy can be very difficult. But I would never treat someone the way I was treated today. My order was wrong and my food cold. I get that mistakes happen and that’s not such a problem for me. What is a problem is the response I received from a staff member to this. When I told what I think may have been a manager, he blamed me. Saying I waited too long to eat it- when I was waiting for him to correct my order. I left feeling really angry and like I’d inconvenienced them by giving my custom. The guy was completely unapologetic and I think that’s really poor customer service. Like I say, I get it when it’s really busy and you’re rushed off your feet. But it is possible to give decent customer service while busy.

Such a nice Nandos, cleanest one I've been to! The food came relatively quickly and the staff were absolute angels. I was given the wrong meal but this was quickly rectified.

After England won the quarter final match against Sweden, we decided to order some take-away from Nando's. We went to the one in Orpington instead of driving to the Nugent Shopping Park. The food was ready when we were got there and we enjoyed a nice meal when we got home. The only negative thing was that the drink was missing from my child's Nandino meal.

It's great, tasty food that we were served hot and quickly (as it should) Welcoming staff. Can't complain.
