Friendly staff and clean table food mostly fine but garlic bread too hard to eat was like a brick toilets could go with being a bit cleaner but overall enjoyable

Food was great and no waiting for a table which was brilliant as we had hungry little ones. Our waitress Isabella was fab and so helpful. She made everything just right for our children and was always helpful and we did ask her a lot of things! We even stayed for dessert which we don’t usually. All in all a great dining experience and will return to this one definitely.

I was a bit hesitant seeing large numbers of families with toddlers not behaving too well. We were sat in the thick of it too. They like you to useca qr code,but i went to the till instead. There was a bloke being a bit picky with his phone and a voucher that wasn't working but eventually i ordered. It came out so quick. The sharing chicken was great value and with 4 sides would easily feed 3 people. Bad toddlers calmed when food arrived and their disinterested mummies had to get off their phones and feed them. I'd recommend arriving at midday to avoid a queue. Food and staff terrific. All clean areas and no problems.

Apologies for this late review, but I’m extreamly thankful to Karine for being extremely lovely to myself and my friend, she was also very nice since my friend does not eat much so she had a compromise in terms of payment which we really appreciated! Thank you Karine you were very lovely! :)

Having lived in the UK, we enjoyed Nando's and reason we always include a Nando's meal when coming over. This time we had dinner at Nando's at Bluewater. Tasty meal, quick service and good value for money. The chicken on offer was juicy and have no hesitation in recommending Nando's!

Visited here this morning with my wife for my 10 year old sons birthday. First of all, the cutlery we were presented with at the start of the meal was filthy, we had to clean them ourselves with napkins, which then begs the question, was the crockery in the same condition before our food was placed onto it? Secondly the diet cokes we bought didn't taste anything like diet coke, it had an awful cardboard taste to it, they had to be thrown away and swapped with a different drink which none of us liked. Thirdly, and most disgustingly, the bread rolls which were served to us as garlic bread AND the rolls for our burgers were OBVIOUSLY DAYS OLD! They were almost inedible. We had to just leave the edges of them which were stale. It spoilt our meal totally. The whole experience spoiled our sons birthday meal. All three of us came away from this place feeling sick. This was our first time visiting bluewater nandos, and I guarantee it will be the last. I have given a two star because the front of house guy was apologetic, otherwise it would have been 100 percent a 1 star review.

My daughters ordered a takeaway for the family. Got back 1 hour after setting off to fond out they had forgotten all the chicken. Had all the sides and sauces and no chicken. Tried calling - nobody answered the phone. 1 hr round trip to get a refund. Nearly £50 for sides snd sauces. Should have used my local take away andnot bothered. Well done Nando’s!!!!!!!! Great Saturday night. Never again

When we went here only half the restaurant was open due to staff shortages. We had to wait around 25 minutes which was ok.. When we sat down we were told there are no chicken wings or garlic bread. Then to my amazement they no longer accept cash.. Card only. Then discovered they had no Nata deserts.. This was a Monday afternoon, not last thing at night.. On a positive note the staff were very good .. The rent on these places must be very high.. Why wouldn't you try and maximise the profits from this outlet.

Shocking just shocking. Completely unorganised 1st team member told us one set of guidance on ordering, then another told us different and then finally the manager came over. Tables around us getting food and drinks before us after sitting down before then. Cutlery wasn’t clean, glasses were dirty. Starters came out and food was ok, but then took almost 20mins to clear them and we then had to chase our main food which we waited even longer for. 1st Nando’s this year, giving this one a miss in future.

Unfortunately, after reading the company website stating their discount for emergency services staff, by using a non photographic NHS ID as well as a drivers licence, the staff there (Giovanni I believe the name was) refused to allow this and would only a NHS photographic ID badge. This is rather fustrating, that the conditions are not consistent between the company website and the staff that work there, nor other chains of the restaurant as I have used the above identification at a nearby Nandos and received the discount. Next time, it will probabaly be a case of going to a different restaurant as it just ruins part of the experience.

I ate in Nando’s, Bluewater in October 2020, I was very disappointed as when the food came, the Chicken was dry and the garlic bread was soggy. Also, my food did not come with any cutlery meaning I had to wait about 10 mins to get some and my food was cold by the time I could get cutlery.

Joined the queue at 1915 virtually, as directed by a member of staff, having first been directed all around Winter Garden by security. Notable that the eat in queue markers face against the shopping centre's one-way system, causing customers to unnecessarily have face-to-face contact with others. Initial estimate was 22-32 minutes. The app has changed the wait time between 16-26 minutes to 25-35 minutes randomly. At 2000, after 45 minutes of waiting, the app shows 12-22 minutes still to wait. However, the staff member's tablet gave an initial wait time of 1 hour 2 minutes, and currently shows 12 minutes until that time is reached. Nowhere to wait in the shopping centre. Cannot loiter in shops, as staff are trying to work with low capacities. Can't sit in main eating area as security are keeping people moving. Overall, not a pleasant experience. After a 12-hour shift, all I want is a decent bite to eat so I can go to the hotel and sleep. I can remember not that long ago when Nando's used to look after NHS staff very well with discounts and seating us quickly. Sadly this is no longer the case, or at least not in this restaurant!

Disgusting from Nando’s not accepting blue light cards now. You can only get a blue light card from being in the emergency service. To have my ID on me is a security risk if lost and I can’t take that chance. Will no longer waste my money in just a glorified KFC.

First of all I love nandos but in this store I experience something I never faced before.when we enter this restaurant long queue waiting for 10 min let's say ok waiting food 20 min I decided to ask one of food runner can u pls check our food I have a kid very hungry.she come back said 2 min we said ok thank you after 2 min not food arrived I could wait more but they start serving table next to us they come way after us.then when I went to see manager I try to explain situation she told me do u want your food or refund OMG .I'm sorry to owner of this store anyway then I get angry and said this is terrible I want to refund. I went to my table to get my receit on of member of staff come to table with long beard pulled my receipt from my hand and telling me I was rude OMG get me out of this place I didn't receive any apologies or try to stop me No.they can't be bothered, never return this store and if u don't want to wait half hour in fast food restaurant ignore this place .

Always busy with long queues but thats to be expected. Once in, service is good and the food is even better and they have always gotten my order right. I have to shout of KRIS who has served me on tills and brought food over a few times, funny, efficient and a credit to them I'd say.It's a no brainer when the family are bickering over where to eat when we visit Bluewater, pleases us adults and the kiddies alike.

Although we had to wait for a while Chloe was very polite and made our wait easier keeping us well informed, when was was seated it was very easy to order our meal and the gentleman was very helpful and friendly, the meal which was at our table very quickly and making the wait was worth it all of us enjoyed every mouthful, we had the platter and half chicken meal with bottomless drinks which we made full use of the littleone got the hang of drinks machine no problems. Food was hot and not dry peri peri chips lovely as was the rice.

The food was poor, the cod I had was grey, and the other meal was not warm enough. The Pepsi was like water and a door was left open and made the restaurant too cold.
