30 minutes waiting time for a table, and then 15 minutes waiting for my meal

Its a place where budget and quality meets. Its a budget friendly food for family, couples or single. Quality is where the food is fantastic and every bite is lovely. Highly recommended.

First time going . Unfortunately, it wasn't for me. Family enjoyed it. Staff were great. Service good. I'd advise anybody going to book ahead. 40-minute wait if walking in. Just because I didn't enjoy it. Doesn't mean others won't. It was packed

Absolutely ridiculous, pre ordered for pick up at 5pm still waiting 5:45. Staff rude 😒 except for Tishawn. We were made to feel like we were an inconvenience. Shocking

I've been to pretty much every nandos in nottingham and Derby and further a field, the food was nice, you would have got a five if you weren't so stingy on the chips, proper portions please! Update!! Portion sizes were great today. 17/11/23 👍

Great food as always. Its getting way too expensive now for a lunch meal....I mean £16.75 for burger and 2 sides is too much. Should at least include the drink.

Quite poor service all round. One of the staff called Nathan was genuinely appalling and it came more to shock when we learnt from other staff he was a ‘supervisor’. Firstly he waltz’s around as if he owns the restaurant and has no respect towards staff and customers and has genuinely left our family displeased with the service, from our experience he walked around alot creating conversation with staff and avoiding us as a table until we had to get another member to serve us. A lot of the time he was seen trying to avoid serving people and creating pointless jobs. Me and my family was finally satisfied with the food at last however our night was ruined by Nathan, although the rest of the staff was amazing and provided excellent service and our kids enjoyed the colouring books !

Great food, mine was cold though and I had to send it back but it was replaced no problem and really quickly. It was a bit noisy with loads of kids running round, but the servers were really helpful and the food was nice.

We visited tonight for my daughter’s 14th birthday, couldn’t book a table for 7 of us, but my mum and dad arrived early and ellie made sure we had a table to seat all of us! Food was amazing as always! All the staff work tirelessly to make sure you have a good experience there but I’d like to say a special Thankyou to ellie for going the extra mile, getting us seated, not rushing us, having a chat with us, checking we where ok and bringing my daughters birthday cake out. She just added that little bit of special to our visit! Thankyou Ellie! You are brilliant! ❤️

First time visiting a nandos and it won't be the last good service and the food was excellent I would highly recommend the new fully loaded chips.

Nandos is always nice. My daughter loves it so was a treat for her. Expensive though for a bit of chicken and rice. Staff always nice and friendly.

Fantastic food, best chocolate cake and gelato! Service was awesome. Delivered with a smile! I went with my 2 young kids who enjoyed the mash and corn on the cob. Priced perfectly as usual. They had some awesome Halloween activities too..with haribos and chocolate rewards on completion We went as an after - birthday treat ☺️

Not the best, made the most of the atmosphere by launching a piece of my corn on the cob at the bloke sitting on the table behind me. That was as fun as this experience got!

Nando’s is one of my favourite places but this experience was ridiculous and one of the staffs excuses was actually quite funny. I had ordered a chicken butterfly meal which contains 2 chicken breasts as stated on the menu. I have had this meal many times so I know how they are presented. However when my meal came out I only had one lonely chicken breast, this wouldn’t have bothered me but I did in fact PAY for the 2 so I had to say something. As I asked a member of staff, their reply had me in shock and actually made me giggle. They stated that “here at Nando’s the chickens we receive are all fed differently which can lead to some chickens being underdeveloped and only having 1 chicken breast” Long story short I didn’t get my second chicken breast even though it was paid for and it did annoy me. If only one chicken breast is going to be served from an “underdeveloped” chicken then only one chicken breast should be paid for!

Good overall, bit of an odd experience, very busy and atmosphere not the best, felt a bit cramped where we were seated. Food was good!

Good food, but frequently very busy with long waits.

Had to wait 30 minutes for a table. This was explained to us and no problem. Our food then took nearly 40 minutes. I could see people who came in after us receive their food and leave before we got ours. Spoke with the manager who explained it was because we ordered chicken thighs. Well silly us choosing a restaurant that only cooks chicken. Won't be going back.

Good chicken and siders! Simple, but still elegant.

Lovely staff, even though it was busy we got a text to say when our table was ready which I thought was good. Ordering on the app is so much easier then going up to the tills and the food was lovely.

We arrived at 12.15 ish, plenty of tables available. We were a group of 7. It started to get busy just after we'd ordered. Food came out close together which is great as we'd all ordered separately. Food was delicious and hot. Lovely friendly team members.

We arrived at a busy time but were seated within a few minutes. The chap on the ‘meet and greet’ was very welcoming. We ordered via the app and food arrived in a timely fashion. It was delicious! We alway enjoy a Nando’s. The waiting staff were very friendly and attentive. I really felt welcomed into the restaurant and even on leaving the ‘meet and greet’ chap made a point of saying bye to us. Top class service. Thank you.

Love coming to this nandos always great service. We come here as a family of 10 and come at 9.30 pm. service is always fantastic. Food is always warm.

Dreadful. Will never return. My first Nando’s experience and hopefully my last and only one. Awful awful restaurant - completely DIY from bussing your own tables, to getting your own drinks, condiments, cutlery. A canteen experience not reflected in the inflated price, minuscule portions and dreadful flavoured, poorly cooked, food.

This was a good all round experience, more than happy to return here!

Really good atmosphere. My husband and I came here on a Sunday morning and it was really nice! The food was delicious and the service was super fast! They were all so kind there and I would definitely recommend having lunch here!

Food was nice. Staff were friendly. The only thing is, after I'd paid I saw a sign offering nhs discount. Unfortunately the sign was in the toilets. Would have been helpful to know this before I'd paid

Really quick service at lunchtime. Only given 4 stars as the ladies toilet was out of order.

Exactly the same as every other Nando's in the country. Painfully slow service, waited well over 45 minutes for food to arrive. Staff friendly and polite. No background music and people being very loud.

My boyfriend and I came into Nando’s today for our dinner. We had a very pleasant experience in this Nando’s and the staff were lovely. The gentleman that took our order and delivered our food was lovely! (Owen as said on the receipt). I had the sunset burger and my boyfriend had the fino pitta, both were delicious and would recommend trying!

I’ve been to this Nando’s quite a few times in the past and it’s been fine, much as any other Nando’s with good service and food. Not a good visit this time - several drinks not in stock , chicken breast tiny (I doubt there are any chickens that are actually this small) and very dry, rice and peas tepid. Also, I was disturbed to see that the kitchen staff chop salad vegetables without any gloves on, which I think is very unhygienic. Won’t be visiting for a while.

As a family of four we visited Nandos Giltbrook for the first time. All was going so well until my 4 year old discovered he did not like the bun his burger was in and he wanted it in a wrap like ‘his mummy’ i told him not a problem. So i asked a young man passing by if he minds bringing me a wrap and explained why. Just a wrap and i will add his chicken in and that would be problem solved. He looked at me and said i will send my manager over (i thought that was extreme to send a manager over as i only wanted a wrap) This manager i believed named Kelly (i asked someone else of her name) came storming over and said ‘whats the problem’ no hello or smile. I explained AGAIN i would just like a wrap bread to put my little boys chicken in. Her reply. We don’t do a wrap meal on the children's menu. I was so in shock. Her attitude was awful and i actually felt quite embarrassed. She said i will bring the card machine over and charge you for the wrap they do not give wraps out for free. That was not what i wanted or asked. All i wanted was a wrap so my little boy can enjoy his meal that i have actually paid for! I told her to leave it and forget it. My little boy was upset that he couldn't have a wrap. He left all his food, and in his own words ‘he never wants to come her again’ It is a shame because the food was actually lovely but the service was shocking and she needs to brush up on her manager skills. When we left she never said goodbye she just looked over at us. We will never return her again. Nandos being a big restaurant that you are i would of thought your staff would have the right training, right communication skills, and just a bloody smile!

Our first visit and I think it will be our last. We ordered the bottomless soft drinks, we then discovered we had the option of Sprite or Sprite....everything else out of stock ( the person who took our order failed to mention this). The mains arrived pretty quickly, I always thought Nando's served chicken sadly I was mistaken, what we were served resembled the size of a partridge, very poor value for money! We had ordered desserts,after sitting and waiting for half an hour we managed to gain the attention of one of the sullen servers, she finally manged to find the ticket for our order she wouldn't accept our receipt as proof. Overall the food was tasty but overpriced. More staff than customers. The staff that were present were all very sullen, what happened to greeting customers with a smile?

Terrible from start to finish. Arrived to find there was a 45 minute wait but no waiting area. The young, blonde girl taking the orders at the till was very rude and pulling faces. Zero customer service skills at all. The majority of staff were rude and walked around looking very unhappy, training on customer service is definitely needed! The wait for food was very long but there was no apology for this when it finally arrived. To top it all off, they had no mayonnaise on a Saturday night at Nandos. Overall, the worst nandos we’ve ever been to.

Came on Wednesday 27th with my mum and sister and the staff I think it was Lorraine and blonde worker were very helpful and so nice! Loved the food also!

Do not under any circumstances go to this restaurant. Staff are untrained clueless and rude . The staff haven’t been trained so have to go and “ ask my manager “ and “ I don’t usually do this so I don’t know “ followed by a long wait and no explanation. The rudeness is that passive aggressive rudeness where they are not actually rude but so the opposite of friendly and good service that you know they don’t really want to be there and they feel like they are doing you a favour . This is the reason restaurants close and then wonder why .

Can not rate this restaurant highly enough. Exceptional service from beginning to end. Very polite staff, seated straight away, the order was taken for drinks and we had them in what felt like 30 seconds and then they took our food order. I had enough time to take my 3 year old to the gents and when we came back our hot food was being served (about 5 minutes or so). The staff were so polite, the food warm, speed was exceptional and I really couldn’t rate this restaurant of Nando’s highly enough.If only this was our local. The staff were all incredible.

Visited Nando’s in Giltbrook after a 12 hour shift at the hospital to be turned away due to not offering NHS discount after 5pm on weekends because they are “busy enough”. I showed the Twitter post about NHS discount and was told due to them being franchised they can make up their own rules.At the end of the day we’re talking about chicken and chips but forcing NHS staff to visit the restaurant to use the discount because you can’t order over the phone or via the website is disgraceful. This is the last thing I wanted to do after such a long shift!Please either make it clear on your advertisements that the discount has store specific exclusions or don’t bother at all. Clearly you’ve marketed to support the NHS but this experience has me believing you have no intention of supporting us.

Gracias a todo el personal que ahora presta un servicio completo de mesa, incluidas las bebidas recargables, nada era demasiado problema. La comida llegó rápidamente y satisfizo nuestro antojo de Nandos. First Nando's since lockdown. Excellent service, plenty of space between diners, order at table and waiter service worked well. Absolutely delicious!

Decepcionado, pedí una comida en línea para recogerla y cuando llegué me pidieron que tomara asiento, había mucha comida debajo de la lámpara de calor y tuve la sensación de que era mía, casi 15 minutos después todavía estoy sentada esperando y luego empacan esta comida que ha estado allí desde que me senté. Comida fría, sin tenedores / tardes para el arroz, ¡el queso halloumi era negro! ¡Quemado a un crujiente incomible! Se suponía que debía haber una doble envoltura de pollo y una hamburguesa doble de pollo, solo había una pechuga en la hamburguesa y la envoltura era principalmente lechuga y ¡se habían perdido el queso!

Having recently moved across to a vegetarian diet I wouldn't have thought Nandos would be the place we would end up but they have some excellent options. We went for a Beanie Burger and a Supergreen Pitta and were both very happy. They were filling and very tasty. Service from start to finish was very good indeed and next time we head to IKEA we will be heading over to this Nando.

Excellent value for money, great service and very clean. Had a solo lunch on the way to a meeting and it was excellent throughout. Food was great and I am always surprised how good their customer service at Nandos is.

Aparecieron espontáneamente para tomar el té y tenían los muslos calientes habituales, pero no se cocinaron el tiempo suficiente. No me malinterpreten, estaban completamente cocidos, pero no estaban asados a la parrilla con la piel crujiente, como suele ser. Tuvimos la comida para llevar de Nando. No puedo criticarlo, recién cocinado, todo empacado bien y era tan delicioso como sentarse. Necesitan hacer que los precios sean más baratos que estar sentado, aunque no tiene sentido que tenga el mismo precio. No volveré hasta que lo hayan tenido en cuenta.

Como adicto a Nando, debo decir que este es uno de los mejores que hemos visitado, un servicio rápido, incluso cuando, como hoy, esperando una mesa, el servicio fue excelente. La comida siempre ha sido genial. Una gran razón para visitar Ikea! ! ! Bien hecho a todos, sin duda volveremos.

My boys and I had lunch here earlier today, it’s one of their favourite places to eat! This restaurant is very popular. The decor is very modern. The food was good. Everywhere was very clean. Staff helpful and friendly.

Came here to spend gift vouchers as complete Nando's newbies. Restaurant was busy for a Thursday evening and it had a nice vibe to it. Service at the till was efficient and easy, the waitress explained how the menu worked. Food was quick to arrive and the sides were a good size. Chicken was tasty with the sauces and we were full after the meal. The alcohol was expensive and there isn't a big choice. We will be visiting again though to try the other menu options and sauces and a loyalty card is given to also tempt you back.

Great food, the lemon and herb wraps are amazing. I would recommend the macho peas they are full of flavour and have a kick to them.

Great Nando’s, food was brilliant, service was good, highly recommend. Only downside is that the forces discount card is no longer accepted if you are a veteran, you have to have your military ID as well.

We love Nando's but with this restaurant being located on a large retail park the place does become very busy, un-tidy and below the normal Nando's standards. There are also plenty of staff walking around and the service and food is always okay but it could be much better if smartened up a bit, standards have slipped a lot over the years. Huge Nando's fan but you need to get a grip of this place and tidy it up especially the outside seating area, awful.

Took ages to get a seat. Food was dry and over cooked. The staff were very disinterested and showed as they had a couldn't be bothered attitude about them. The manager didn't want to know when we complained and suggested we contacted their head office if that upset. Avoid this place guys.

visited the restaurant with a friend. we both ordered pittas, they didnt have any salad for the burgers, how can nandos not have salad? they then brought the food over, it was cold like it was sat under the lamp for a while, the chips were stale, the pitta was cold and they didnt bring butter for the corn. I took the food back to the kitchen as i was sick of waiting for a waiter. When i told them they laughed? not sure what was funny. they then brought me the same food back but they just put it on the griddle and put the fries back down. I asked for butter for the corn the waitress said there wasnt any butter. I then complained to the manager, again no appology she just took the food and brought me a fresh plate, she never asked me what I wanted to do. Very disapointed with the service and the management. All the staff need retraining in customer service including the manager!

Food was ok but the ladies toilet...euch there was so much slime in the washbasin it was worthy of a holiday horror hotel.

Llegué aquí para almorzar antes de dirigirme a IKEA. Era la primera vez que mi esposa estaba en Nandos y la segunda. La primera es una buena hace 12 años. Nos llevaron directamente a nuestra mesa, tomamos una bebida y nos fuimos a mirar el menú. Los dos disfrutamos mucho de lo que teníamos, el pollo era blanco puro, cocinado a la perfección y muy sabroso. No es una mala comida de valor y realmente abundante. No dudaría en volver atrás o a otra sucursal en el futuro.

The service made this stop at Nando’s, I was initially helped by staff to get my mum a wheelchair user into the restaurant. Polite staff at the tills to take the order and the server went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The food was great and left very happy with the dining experience.

I’m a regular at Nando’s but this restaurant was dirty. There are no excuses for poor hygiene. The table was dirty, the menu was greasy and the whole place was a mess.

Never ever had a bad Nando’s experience and is genuinely one of my favourite restaurants however yesterday I was served raw chicken in the centre, the staff were more than happy to change it for a fresh one, however no refund or anything offered.

Don't really get Nandos. Previous visits left a lot to be desired. However my wife and I had a day off together, without our daughter. Popped over to Ikea and thought we'd have a cheeky one. We were asked if we were happy to sit at the back. No problem. Chose from the menu, ordered and payed. The food seemed to take ages to arrive. The first chip I tried was cold and uncooked. The waitress apologised and replaced them. My wife ordered their dish of 4 chicken thighs. It should be more accurately be called 4 pieces of chicken thigh!

This location can get very busy, with large waiting time for tables, so if you are visiting IKEA first book ahead. Food is always nice at Nandos, but the staff at this location needed training, mainly in customer service and cleaning.

Visited Nando’s recently with family. There were 12 of us and the service we received was excellent. Couldn’t fault the food and everyone of us enjoyed the experience.
