Taste - 4 Service - 1 Order time - 2 Cleanliness -2 The shop is authentic, taste is also good for dosa and idli but not that good for curry's. Tables were sticky and not cleaned properly. Only one poor waiter to serve 5 heavy tables. She forgot what I ordered even after writing in note, possibly due to only server. Need to maintain more staff during weekends.

Great authentic tasty south indian food. Friendly and attentive staff. Great variety of dishes on the menu. Highly recommended.

We ate here last night and really enjoyed it. Very tasty, fresh ingredients and lots of interesting choices. The masala dosa was gorgeous. Service and surroundings are slightly eccentric, but it is great to have some authentic Southern Indian cooking nearby. Very nice people and very nice food. Recommended.

I have visited this place three times now, and it's always been a positive experience. The only negative I have is that the menu is very large and there's very little in the way of explanation as to what the dishes are, what they contain or things like heat levels. Personally, that doesn't bother me because I'll eat anything, but with friends or family, there might be some confusion. My wife, for example, didn't want to repeatedly ask what different things were, and it could be cleared up with a menu shake-up. Positives, the food is reasonably priced, the quality of the food has always been good, the portion sizes are large and it's just something a bit different. The options on the menu are different from your regular (common?) Indian/Asian restaurants, so I would definitely recommend trying it out for a fun, no-frills and delicious experience. Oh! I nearly forgot, the staff are friendly and attentive too, which always helps.

We ordered a take away to be delivered. It needed several phone calls to place the order. The Vadai and idly sambhar were tasty and so were the chutneys. The masala dosa was okay, but the potato stuffing was stale. The onion uttapam was very poor, hardly any onion, very thick and uncooked.

I was recommended this place by some friends on Easter Sunday as a great place to order from. So 8 of us ordered at around 6.30pm to be given a delivery time of 7.30pm. That’s fine to wait, as can expect a wait on Easter Sunday. At 7.35pm I received a notification within Uber Eats, my order was cancelled. This was rude as I can understand cancelling in the first 5-10 minutes, but not offering any explanation and to cancel after the delivery ETA is bad etiquette and kept us hungry for a further hour, whilst waiting for another place to delivery. Avoid deliveries from these guys at all costs!

When collected orders inside very small sized of dosa please make sure when ordering food from this place

I've been meaning to give this place a try for ages. It was clean-looking and bright with a pleasant member of staff who served me. I ordered a mutton pepper curry and egg fried rice to take away. When I tucked in at home I was delighted. The mutton was tender and tasty. The sauce was fantastic in consistency and taste. It was quite spicy, but the spices were not harsh and the sauce had creamy coconut flavour and texture to it. This meal was very distinctively different from the norm and very much to my taste. Delicious! I'll be back.

We been twice to this restaurant and has to say we have been never been disappointed with the place. They really look after you , good food and good service. Only piece of advice, please have some more drink choices for young kids (no fizzy drinks). Keep up the good work and hopefully see you soon.

Just had a proper tasty takeaway from here. Everything cooked perfectly. Some real fire in the chettinad chicken curry. Hot chutney dosa was hot hot too but I'm a big fan of spicy dishes si no compliant! Missus had mutton and she loved that. The veggie starter was fit. Deffo ordering again

The food was excellent , we really enjoyed a very good dine in after a long time. We started with a chicken sweet corn soup, kadai paneer and medhu vadai for starters which were so good and specially the kadai paneer was perfect. And then we tried egg veechu, kadai chicken, paneer masala dosa and chicken masala dosa for mains, we totally indulged init, it was awesome overall. Loved the kadai chicken, it was finger licking good. We'll definitely drop in once again.

One thing is for sure, this is not your average Indian restaurant. We had a takeaway delivered during lockdown and were very impressed indeed. It is south Indian which is one of our favourite types of cuisine and they do it very well. It isn’t the cheapest but the portions are large and the food is very in authentic indeed. It has real home-made feel to it and we enjoyed every dish we had. One improvement would be for them to put better descriptions of each dish in the menu. We ended up having to google some to find out what they were but they were worth it. The fish Molly was the best but all the other dishes were of a very high standard and spicy as we had asked for. Having discovered this place now and it will be a regular thing now as we enjoyed it so much.

The idlys took me straight back to a bus station cafe in Kumily, Kerala. 5 years since I first tried them. Amazing. Cannot recommend this place enough, best Indian I ever had. And South Indian is harder to find. Well done to this restaurant!

We (5 of us) just had amazing Rava Dosa, chilli dosa, masala dosa, veg noodles, paneer and Naan!! Kids had noodles n naan. Everything was made fresh and tasted 👌🏼👌🏼. Gulkan kulfi was very nice!!
