Naked Coffee in Southampton

We were sitting at a table and my little girl said, 'Mummy that lady (member of staff) is really nice.' Enough said. Fantastic coffee, great staff.

I’ve used this cafe for informal meetings, work lunches and also had take out. Always really super friendly staff and a great range of pick n mix food. Coffee is good too.

Very good coffee, and a nice little space for working in peace. Their food menu is ever evolving, but for basic, relatively good-priced quick food, it's a solid option. Straight across the road from Southampton Central station. Better than Starbucks or Costa so go right past them!

I'd heard good things about this place from work colleagues so thought I'd pop in and try their coffee. Friendly staff which was great start and the coffee was lovely. This was probably the nicest coffee I've had in a while so I'll definitely be back.

I come here regularly on my lunch breaks from a nearby office. The service is always friendly and welcoming, and the coffee is always delicious.

The staff were very friendly, and the decaffeinated coffee was excellent. the cakes and biscuits looked amazing, I will definitely be back to sample these next time.

Vegan food offered which is good but the quality of it and their coffee was very poor and way overpriced

We visited for a quick coffee this morning: 2 skinny flat whites. We stayed for a second round. 'nuff said! Not cheap but well worth it.

Have been in here before it it was very nice and friendly on Saturday afternoon . Today a different story. Ordered 2 hot chocolates. Came out only luke warm. Took them back, no apology. The re made ones came out. Temperature was Ok but again no apology, no sprinkles on what is supposed to be a premium product, £7 for 2 small cups . Just a very negative attitude. In the end asked for our money back. The visit ended with the member of staff raising their voice and telling us we were trying to tell then how to to their job!!!!! I am sorry but this company had got to realise that treating customers like this cannot happen any more. There are 6 other coffee shops withing 1 minute. We did nothing wrong. I will NEVER be going there again.

Called in on a miserable wet day to be greeted by warm and friendly staff. Good choice of sandwiches to be had with my cuppa.

Agree with all earlier reviews - the finest coffee, delicious fresh food selection, but above all, exceptional friendly service - not often in this part of the world but will definitely be back given the chance - do yourself a favour and go - oh, and its very convenient for the station!

What's warmer, the staff or the coffee? Go check it out for yourself. They're lovely and the coffee is so good I bought a bag to take home. These guys are located a 30 second walk from your bog standard costa and starbucks, skip them and head to Naked Coffee instead. I haven't tried their food yet but it looks good!

I visited the naked coffee house for the second time and this time I spent over an hour in there. The young lady working was so friendly, the range of drinks was fantastic. I had to sample a range of them. The mocha dark chocolate was deep and so rich, the London fog was beautifully lightly sweet and delicious on the taste buds and to finish my visit there I had one of their chai drinks. One of the best selection and range of drinks that are made with care which translates wonderfully. Next time I visit I'll be partaking in one of their sweet and savoury food delights.

Came here for quick coffee before taking a train. Tons of dairy free and gluten free options. Amazing coffee. The best thing however was the wonderful, friendly, patient and helpful staff. I will probably never be in Southampton again but can’t say enough about them.

We had some time to spare when changing trains at Southampton Central station so decided to try out this coffee shop after an earlier ‘disaster‘ in Poole - very glad that we did! Not only did we get to try their interesting coffees, which are roasted in a different way to most others, but we also purchased vegetarian sandwiches for our lunch which proved to be very tasty.

Went here for the first time today and very impressed. Much better coffee (and overall selection too) than the major chains and above everything else it’s ethically sourced and still costs less.

This place is really friendly has great coffee and cakes/ snacks at good prices. We really liked the layout and colouring books/ activities.

choice of big chain coffee shop and Naked Coffee - no brainer really. Superb cup of coffee with blend to suit your taste; sandwiches with fillings not available elsewhere. Friendly staff, lovely atmosphere, tables and comfortable chairs on three levels. I could not find a fault sitting here today reflecting on life. For an hour today, I found a slice of heaven in the difficult and unequal world we live in.

Nice coffee and nice change of selection of food and snacks. Much better than the usual chain coffee shops

Just enjoyed the best vegan sandwich I've ever had alongside a lovely jasmine pearl tea. My little dog was welcome, and the staff member who served us was very friendly and helpful. There's even a little mini supermarket section. Can't recommend highly enough. My omnivorous partner enjoyed it just as much as I did.

Great coffee, and it's ethical / fair trade. I think they roast their own beans on site. Friendly staff, and big tables, ideal for groups. Prefer to get my coffee here rather than from the high street brands.

Really great little coffee place which deserves more customers. Comfortable and plenty of seating, loads of interesting coffee beans and roasts and the possible addition of chili is genius I loved my chili cappuccino.

Randomly selected this cafe and what a gem! A choice of meat, vegetarian and vegan sandwiches. I had cheese with piri piri and halepenos- delicious. Choice of coffee blends. Plugs at all tables downstairs. Staff friendly. Very clean toilet. Highly recommend.

This coffee shop is quiet, peaceful and reassuringly hipster. Coffee is good, multiple blends aren't necessary but appreciated. Coffee brought to your table after paying at the bar. Drinks excellent and very good value. Highly recommended.

First time been to this cafe the coffee was so Nice do a whole range of blends and the snacks were cheap most of all the staff so helpful Iv been to coffee shop I rate this cafe 5 star

Good coffee, relaxed atmosphere and really friendly staff, will definitely be visiting again. Seats are super comfy if you're planning of staying to do work and most of the tables have chargers next to them so you can charge your laptop.

My second visit to Naked. Great range of lunch sandwiches to go and reasonably priced too. Coffee and a cheese ploughmans for less than a fiver. Can't complain.

Bright and airy venue a minute from the station. A range of reasonably priced coffee is available here to try. Staff were friendly and helpful.
