All I’m saying is that the skinny black girl with the long wig needs to go. Whenever I have been she has some sort of attitude… her job is just admin so she really needs to fix that stinking attitude, she is only happy to seat people that she wants and lies a lot. I will never be coming back to NAC unless she is gone. I have seen a few reviews complaining about her too. FIRE HER PLEASE.

Would not recommend due to terrible service. Initially the server (receipt says Naomi so that may be her name) did not greet me at the table, just asked "are you ready to order", there was no niceties but I wasn't too fussed about this. Food came (cookie dough and carbonara) was nice, but nothing special. Asked to take the food away as not much was eaten, requested for the cookie dough to not have ice-cream packed with it (for obvious reasons). Server acknowledged this and said it would not be. Server brought the food back to us and placed it on the floor of the restaurant. The table was empty. You do not place someone's food on the floor. We then asked for the bill and for service charge to be removed as the service was subpar. We paid and the server went to the front and spoke with the hostess (girl with pink cardigan), who proceeded to shout in my ear as I was leaving "THANK YOU BYE HAVE A NICE DAY" in a passive aggressive manner. Honestly, would never come back here again. Additionally, I have now opened the cookie dough at home and the ice-cream was packed in with it and my food is soggy (see pic).

Yesterday when I went to NAC, I was thrilled to give this place a solid five star rating, the wait was impressively short, making for a smooth start to our night. Recognition to Maria, our host, for her attentive service and warm reception. can't wait to return!

Came on a last second decision having needed to cancel a week before. The hostess was very accommodating and, with some flexibility on our end, was provided a table for that evening. So glad it worked out. The food was phenomenal with a wonderful waitress. The flavors paired well with the food. Definitely a must place to eat while in London.

Nac has always been my favourite restaurant in London as the food and service is always 10/10. I want to give a special shoutout to Maria who always has a smile on her face. She always greets me and my friends with a smile and makes us feel at home. Her kindness and respectful presence has not gone unnoticed !

Had lunch here yesterday with my mum and we both really enjoyed the food, the cookies were the highlight! We were served by Tayer who was fantastic, so welcoming and helpful!!

I had booked a table for 8:45 PM on a Monday evening, planning to enjoy coffee and cookies with six friends I invited. Despite their policy of canceling reservations and imposing a £20 charge per person for being more than 15 minutes late, we were made to wait outside for 30 minutes. Unfortunately, they also declined to take our specific order, insisting instead that we choose from their suggestions. When I sought to address these issues, the manager was uncooperative, denying any form of compromise, including the option to be seated outdoors, and refused to provide his name. I've been a regular patron of this restaurant for several years primarily for their delectable desserts. However, the overall service has consistently fallen short, lacking warmth and hospitality. Last Sunday, my experience hit a new low. Despite my boyfriend booking in advance, we were seated at the worst table in a cramped upstairs area, which we didn't even know existed. The manager's rudeness and lack of professionalism were glaring as they dismissively claimed the restaurant was fully booked, only to seat other guests who arrived later in the main room. Feeling disregarded, we opted to leave, only to find out moments later that my boyfriend was charged for a cancellation. This underhanded behavior is unacceptable, and I've never encountered such poor management in a restaurant before.

Rude personnel. Poorly managed. Didn’t give me a table (offered my an indecent one after an argument) despite having booked and tried to charge me when I left. Simply disrespectful.

The food is delicious, perfect. The size of the lettuce, parmigiana salad was enormous. But the add on of prawns was a bit disappointing , there was only 5. These 5 prawns also came out 5 minutes after my salad for some reason. However I did come for the cookies and these did not disappoint! Best dessert in London with a doubt.

Been coming here for years. Love the food. Haven’t been back for awhile and was met with obnoxious hosts whose conversations with each other were more important than welcoming guests. 3 of the girls at the door.

Their booking policy says that you cant just order dessert and drinks. We tried tonorder a few small plates to share but were told we have to order a certain number of mains and starters and this number seemed to be arbitrary according to the individual serving us. The manager was not ready to admit that their booking policy lacked this information even after showing them the booking email which did not say anything about a minimum spend. Really bad service, I do not suggest going here! 😡

Extremely rude and unprofessional service. We came at 6:45pm and the 2 female staff said the queue outside is closed and don’t even have availability inside however, I saw a group of guys of 3 or more and they don’t have a reservation, they asked her for a table and she gave them a one and said yes we have table inside if you want. It’s funny how the female front desk always likes to accommodate male and gives hugs and kisses but, never liked the idea of accommodating women is this a new type of sexism or gendered service discrimination or what?😂 Learn how to be professional and go and take course on how to serve people this is London, show some respect to women. Such a shame we are in 2024 and women treat other women like this. Note: I have never ever seen a manager in this restaurant which raises questions of professionalism.

The restaurant is very bad and their treatment of customers is poor. We waited for an hour for our turn to come, and when we arrived, they said, “We called you 14 minutes ago, and you did not respond, and the time limit is 10 minutes for a response.” It was explained to them that a response had been made, but there was no response from their side. They asked to register to wait again, but we refused that and left. They don't deserve even one star but we can't give them less. They are rude and cannot know how to treat customers. I am astounded how people are eager to come there. This is very strange.

Despite trying to get the attention of multiple staff to ask for a water refill, this proved really difficult and took a while before someone acknowledged us.

Awful service. The tall male who wore a blue suit who seemed to be a supervisor was extremely rude. I haven’t received such poor service like that in such a long time. Very passive aggressive, blatant disregard.. we are coming for an experience and truly if you want to work in the service industry it really is a standard. The waiters/waitresses all look like they don’t want to be there, very unwelcoming but polite; although they charged us double for an item (easy mistake). The food was good, small selection. There are 100s of other restaurants in London with similar aesthetic, a better selection of food and leaves you with a smile on your face. This was probably one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. We were made to stand at the reception desk for about 10 mins after our reservation time, despite having booked a table. When we sat down, our menus were then thrown at us by the young server and then waited for a further 15-20 mins and asked ‘what do you want’ rather than any niceties or any conversation. Granted we had asked for something off menu, however we were swiftly told ‘no’, without explanation (the table next to us did the same and got an explanation from a different server.) We then ordered and I informed the server of a nut allergy, to which she ran off without saying a word. I was informed that I could have everything but there were potential traces, which is fine. The food arrived another 30 mins later and was almost launched at us, smashing plates on to the table and the server looked at us as if it was our fault. Truffle burger - tasty but for £19 it’s a small portion, vodka penne - bland, could have been made at home/from a jar, truffle Mac and cheese - bland and tasted like it was made a week ago, fries - fine, but £7 (you must be having a laugh). The server returned cleaned half our table and asked ‘do you want anything else,’ we were not even handed a menu to look at desserts. Luckily we knew we wanted the cookie and soft serve. Once we had told the server she ran off again, not clearing the rest of the table and then came and smashed down some spoons. Another 15-20 min wait, cookie arrives, tastes ok, bit sweet. At this point we were itching to get out, we asked for the bill, server comes over and she smashes it on the table, with card machine in hand. No conversation, no thankyou, no nothing. I honestly find it revolting that someone who works in customer service can’t even say a simple thankyou or acknowledge their guests. This was probably the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had, I definitely will not be returning here. Overpriced average food, with appalling staff. Might as well have stayed at home.

If you want to eat sweets, you must put your name on the table and they will put you at the outside table. However, if you want to order food with sweets, you can book from the site and eat inside.

I used to love coming to here, the pancakes are normally my favourite. Not so much anymore, I’m guessing the chefs have recently changed. I used to love the dulche de leche sauce but now they hardly give you any sauce. The last time I was there I had to ask for extra sauce which was a tiny pot. Pancakes were extremely dry.

Food not to bad and service, expensive price. The most important thing for this restaurant, the dark skinned woman who works at the reception takes as much bribe as she gives you the best table in the restaurant and changes the reservations of others. She received a bribe from someone in exchange for giving him a table that was reserved, I recommend the admin for this restaurant to acts with this woman.

- Inside the restaurant for eating, and for dessert only, outdoor tables. - The staff treated them completely inappropriately, based on the experience of three visits on different days. - We only ordered one (cookies ice cream) and it was very delicious. Our Gulf brothers occupy the outdoor tables all day long. If you don’t like these (annoying) gatherings, I advise you not to think about visiting the place at all.

The head waiter was very rude and patronising. When serving us, I most likely didn't say "thank you" loud enough because he shouted "YOU'RE WELCOME" at me. The other waitresses were cold and would not even greet us, just stand by our table waiting for us to understand what they wanted from us. The food was good but overpriced. We were stuffed upstairs where it was cold and dark, not a pleasant experience at all. You can tell they try to have this hip new money vibe with dusty pink toilets and fake bronze faucets, but it's a flop. Don't bother going.

Very crowded with Loitering young men is not recommended for families. Many tables are empty inside and do not allow you to sit for 15 minutes. I think first-come, first-served is better. The receptionists are not welcoming at all. It seems that you are a worker, not a guest, and military talks. We are sorry, we would like, it is our pleasure, etc. I think food can be found everywhere, but service and hospitality are what make it different. There is no plan to eat at such a restaurant.

The host (forgot his name)was Spectacular. Took our orders, and served us super quick. Could decide on what to have. Order just about of everything for my group. Delicious, would definitely go back again. Thank you for taking care of us.

I had a great brunch with my friends here. Food is delicious !!! It’s been 8 years i’m coming to NAC during my vacation in UK and i’m never disappointed. I always booked in advance to make sure to have a table because it’s super busy. If you’re coming make sure to order cookies… they are the best in town !!! Everything here is perfect… food, music, people… a big big thank you to James, the floor manager who were very lovely to us. He’s the best ! Very professional, funny and so kind. Nice bites, a bit overrated. Opened by three childhood friends with a love of food and drink, the North Audley Cantine (N.A.C) is a chilled-out and “stylistically stunning” Mayfair bistrot/cocktail lounge offering French sharing plates in a cool, clean-lined setting of whitewashed walls, brown leather banquettes and contemporary lighting, with gorgeous crockery and bread served in “stripy paper bags”. Graze your way through gussied-up classics served on mismatched willow-pattern plates – think tuna niçoise, ‘oeuf parfait’ with forest mushrooms, grissini-crusted veal escalope or seared scallops with roasted butternut squash. Cheese platters before you hit the sweet spot with profiteroles, madeleines or dark chocolate tart and hazelnut ice cream. Downstairs, the basement lounge/bar has been rebooted in retro-chic, Rive Gauche style and renamed Chez Chow in honour of the chef/patron’s diminutive dog.

This restaurant accommodates only a specific demographic. If you’re black and trying to walk-in, you may not get a chance. We had 3 groups of people ahead of us that got in immediately despite not having a reservation however, right after was our turn and they were “fully booked and had 34 people ahead of us” shocking to experience this in 2023. Very disappointing.

Bad stuff They are rude when dealing with customers

This place was on my list for a while but last summer I couldn’t get a table 🫠My friend and I booked on boxing day for breakfast. Place is cosy, warm and good service. We enjoyed our food and luckily they opened a branch recently in Dubai! Would definitely come again when I’m in London again!

Very rude receptionist with no respect for the customer. I was in the queue and she decided to ignore me and get the person behind me when I told her I was before she was insulting and refused to help me.

We got a table and had some coffee before the rest of the party arrives. We sat for almost an hour, they did not inform us that we have to order food before getting desert. We were treated VERY badly and were asked to leave the table. We had to pay for the coffee and leave. They charged us for “service charge”, what service are we talking about?

Yummy food. I ordered avocado toast with egg on a side. With oat milk flat white. It was perfect. The only thing is that I wanted to take the coffee to go as I was in a hurry but they don’t provide take away service.
