Loved the scrambled egg bun, shakshuka was average, coffee was very strong I don’t recommend it. Customer service was very slow, and not really friendly, would recommend pre booking a table to avoid staying outside on a cold day

Mousa was a kind and caring person. He was happily serving us and he helped us a lot with the menu. In addition, when he served every dish, he was making sure that everything was alright, and the food was great! Mousa as well is great!

Musa doesn’t know I’m writing this. But what an incredible service he’s done. I came fasted. Starving. Delivery was on point. The man deserves a raise. For him he earnt 4 loyal customers!!. First time here at NAC. Exceeded my standards. I’ll be back.

Stopped by NAC for dessert/coffee which was amazing unfortunately the customer service was very disappointing. The male server attending to the outdoor tables was rude and dismissive, which made the experience quite unpleasant. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place if it weren’t for the food, they seriously need to improve their service.

The hallomi fries and the pasta are phenomenal dishes, will go back just for those. And the star of the show is definitely the cookie with soft serve, perfect for sharing, warm, and so decadent. The staff seem like their were rushing us through the night and weren’t terribly friendly but not a bad experience either.

I love this restaurant ! This is the place to go for good food and chill vibe during the evening or for the brunch. The service is great. We arrived late but they managed to find us a table. You can even stay outside since it’s heated. I will definitely come back !!

If we didn’t wanna try the viral cookies so bad, we would’ve left the moment we were seated. Terribly RUDE waiters, the whole lot. If I could rate the service a zero, I would.

Came here for a wedding anniversary had a gentleman, I believe called James was amazing great service and really made us feel welcomed and explained the menu in detail nothing like the other restaurants that want you money with out the service. And thanks Lorenzo & boye for getting us to our table Highly recommend... ask for James when you get there he will look after you! thanks again NAC

The food was amazing as well as the service! The staff could not have been nicer to accommodate us and our wishes as well as to help out with their food- and wine recommendations. Our host James went out of his way to give us the best possible experience and it was highly apprechiated.

Service was appalling! Food was cold and had to send back. Disappointed as we went to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday!

I dont think I could come back here after my dinner reservations last night with my best friend. Upon receiving the bill, my friend and I paid by splitting it in half. I noticed that the amount taken out of my account was double which did not make sense because we only ordered 1 portion of Halloumi fries and 2 Truffle Mac n Cheese. I checked the receipt only to see that Nac doubled our order. Bare in mind, the waiter did not mention this. After notifying the waiter, he went on to tell us “Your food was thrown away and had to be re made”. This was not sincere enough excuse and no manager came forward about this. This is absolutely ridiculous as if it was anybody else, Nac would’ve gotten away with overcharging their customers. I had to figure this out myself. The waiter came back to say that a refund of £22 to both myself and my friend will arrive in our accounts over the next few days. This is not the service I was expecting and it is quite horrifying that we was not informed of this mistake made by Nac. I have the amended receipt attached so everyone could be aware of this nonsense. @Nac, fix up as this is very poor from you. Did not receive an appropriate apology. A compensation should have been made because of this incident.

Always a go to for brunch with friends, the perfect catch up. We had the best time last Sunday with Stefan! He was very attentive, gave us great recommendations & was super friendly! I hope Stefan is there every time I visit NAC he (and the great food) honestly made the experience for us this time!

The treatment of the staff is very unprofessional and rude. The waiters are very polite. However the management at the front door is unbelievably rude. Many have complained as well.

Try it Hummus with beetroot and feta cheese is distinctive, sweet, and worth trying, served with hot, fresh pita bread Meals were... Sourdough with avocado and eggs, it was delicious Brioche with eggs, cheese, and jalapeno. Terrible service. They were very slow and the staff were having lunch at the table next to us from GDK. This is very unprofessional. We spoke to the manager and he didn’t seem to care much. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. First, there was no kids’ menu, which was a big inconvenience. To make matters worse, they brought out the starter along with the main meal, and there was no apology for the mix-up. I tried calling over 25 times for three hours to speak with someone, but never got an answer. When I finally spoke to the manager, they were unhelpful and offered no explanation for the lack of response. On top of everything, the service was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in assisting customers. It’s frustrating when a business—especially in London—can’t manage basic customer service. This place has awful service, and I won’t be coming back. There is a lot of room for improvement, I must say

Go only and only for dessert! We ordered popcorn chicken, halloumi fries, rigatoni pasta and spaghetti carbonara - everything was below average and COLD! Not worth it at all. The dessert however was a completely different story. The famous cookie dessert was insanely good!! Will most definitely visit again but only for the dessert!

Everything in this restaurant menus is utterly amazing. The waiter helped us pick the right food from the menu and it tasted nice.

Amazing place. A must visit for lunch. We got the banana toast iced latte, kale and cabbage salad , rigatoni alla vodka. This is one of the best food I’ve had in London. The pasta was cooked very well and the sauce has a great flavour. The salad tasted so fresh and the dressing was delicious. They also had oat milk for the latte if needed. The interior was cute and cosy. The service was okay. I would highly recommend coming for brunch but make sure you have a reservation.

Went there several times London and Dubai. last time I went it was on Monday 27th January after 1pm I looked for a reservation there was plenty of space so I just went without because it wasn't necessary. went with a friend the receptionist (short with glasses) he told us that there is no more space while I was seeing lot of tables empty !! so he asked to come at 4pm it was my last day there I told him I had my flight in the evening he said "oh have a nice flight" and left we went out looked for a reservation there was space at 2pm so I booked and went back of course the same tables were empty and there was a couple in front of me without reservation and gave them a table !!!! it's a shame and disgusting cause I love this restaurant. The food is good and I'd like to thank one of the manager there who took care of us. The rest just terrible and disappointing

The food was okay, but not amazing. As someone from America, I’ve eaten a lot of really good vodka pasta. So to me, the spicy vodka rigatoni at NAC tasted like more like pasta in tomato soup. (The sauce was too liquid and bland.) Vibes in the restaurant are cute. Chocolate chip cookie was good but mainly bc it was warm and gooey chocolate.

The restaurant is beautiful and tidy, but a little small, and the tables are close together, and the service is elegant and fast. The menu is limited in its varieties, but the existing ones are quite delicious. They have cabbage salad, chicken balls, halloumi fingers, mini chicken burgers, and pasta with red sauce. The taste is amazing, but the meat burger is not halal. Advance reservations are required, and the price is expensive, but it is worth trying. Twice in a single trip. It is located on the branches of Oxford Street. I recommend visiting it 🇬🇧❄️🇸🇦 The famous dessert that has cookies and ice cream with corn flakes tastes just normal💐

Worst service ever. The guy upstairs was so slow. We ordered the dessert and our table was still not cleaned. The price to quality was bad. And inside their was a weird smell. Wouldn't recommend this place. London has way better places

The food was absolutely spectacular—every dish was bursting with flavor. What made the experience even better was the excellent service. My two servers, Abigail and Shaun, were incredibly friendly, patient & cheerful. Their warm and attentive service really made my visit special. Will be returning soon for sure! French restaurant requires advance reservation It's usually crowded The service is beyond excellent I put a note to them that I had an occasion, and when I entered the restaurant, they told me what the occasion was. They killed them on my birthday and gave me cookies with ice cream as a gift from the restaurant 😍
