The cookies are overrated. V nivmce but too sweet. Subway cookies are better. Ice cream was good..not worth £15

The day I came to them, I asked them whether the burger was halal. He said that not all meat was halal, but the chicken - and only three types were halal. I was ordering a truffle burger and had something to eat. Thank God I asked him and he said it is not permissible. Be careful. They were sitting next to a table of men and his wife, who was wearing a veil, and they ordered truffles of burgers and charcuterie. He did not say anything to them, nor did he tell them that it was not permissible. Lynn alerted him and informed him Pay attention ❌❌

The restaurant is good and definitely one of the trending spots in London. Reservations must be made in advance through their website. During peak seasons, it’s best to book a few days ahead. Outdoor seating is reserved upon arrival at the restaurant. The service wasn’t excellent, but it was decent overall. It’s recommended to visit on Saturdays and Sundays to enjoy the brunch menu.

My favourite dessert in London - also the truffle Mac and cheese is amazing! Shout out to Musa who was the perfect waiter. Darryl and Lorenzo made the experience fantastic despite the wait. A must visit spot London.

The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere and the food is delicious. The schnitzel is excellent and distinctive, the truffle burger is excellent, and the popcorn chicken is delicious, especially with the aces of the kale salad, which is strange and delicious. The sauce is well-balanced and of course special in the cookies with ice cream. Excellent and the quantities are good. A restaurant that is considered luxurious and I will visit it again. The staff was friendly and responded quickly, and the service was fast. Special thanks to Musa, who was interested in serving our table and getting all our requests. But prices are expensive and require advance reservation The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating, and there is a lower floor and a small upper floor

We recently went to NAC and were lucky to have Moussa taking care of us. From start to finish, he was incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating. He made sure our order was just right and checked in on us regularly without being intrusive. We also had a baby with us, and Moussa was especially warm and gentle, which helped the little one feel comfortable and relaxed. His kindness and professionalism really elevated our experience. The iced banana latte wasn’t great, you couldn’t taste the banana at all. The cookie dough ice cream was mediocre not sure what the hype is about.

I went to NAC few days back, and I ordered myself popcorn chicken, some fries and rigatoni pasta. The pasta was an absolute game changer, the taste was so buttery and the spicy mayo with popcorn chicken was the perfect condiment to compliment the dish. Although a little pricey, I Mean £25 for pasta, with that much quantity is a bit hurtful on the wallet. But although the experience is worth it.

Honestly it's such a tight crowded place not baby friendly I felt like I couldn't breathe it was messed up I made a reservation and included that my baby will be with me and when I reach there were so many people already in the queue they weren't even giving place to the people who made reservations it was jam packed mind you it was Monday noon when I reach there.. they put my table between 2 guys I felt like I was sitting with them god it make me so embarrassed! I told them multiple times that I got baby with me she's not comfortable after being humiliated for half an hour with no food the staff guy gave us a place in the corner and the food was not it the price on their menu was so damn expensive they made a bill of £100 with £15 service charges!? Are they for real!? If you're going to charge this much make your space bigger so it won't feel like a fishmarket!

The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, and although the service was a bit slow, it was understandable given how busy the place was. The food itself was decent—flavor-wise, everything tasted good—but the biggest letdown was that it came out lukewarm. The chicken sliders and popcorn chicken were solid, around an 8/10. The standout, however, was the cookie dessert, the highlight of the meal.

Always great food which is really tasty and fresh. Service is very inconsistent and often you are left without anyone to order with or ask for drink refreshes.

Waited for cookies for over an hour. The servers had no communication between them and they kept messing up causing our order to take a long time to arrive. Overall the food was alright but the service was terrible never coming back again.

The noise of the place makes you hate everything

The vibe here was very chic and relaxed! The waiter Mousa was super friendly and gave amazing recommendations. The food was really good especially the halloumi fries and the kale salad!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was terrible — the staff were neither helpful nor friendly, especially considering I was with a toddler in a stroller. Shockingly, they told me I couldn’t bring the stroller inside, without offering any alternative or assistance, which made things extremely difficult. Additionally, I ordered a steak for my baby, specifically requesting it to be plain, but it was served with black pepper. This shows a lack of attention and care towards customers’ requests, especially when it involves a child. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place to families or anyone expecting decent service.

Great spot for a Sunday brunch in a beautiful neighborhood. The highlights for me were the egg brioche (the best 😍😍), the banana bread latte, and the chocolate chip cookie (a must)! Service wise, the waiters seemed very stressed out and things took very long to arrive. There were also no warm coffee option as something was broken…

Just finished my dinner with my two friends at NAC. Firstly, we ordered some delicious food, vodka pasta and veal schnitzel. Waiter was lovely and friendly. However, the issue came when the bill arrived. Luckily we had kept the menu, but noticed when looking at our bill that they had inflated the charges from the menu. We mentioned this to our waiter and immediately knew what we were talking about (which was suspicious) and firmly told us that this was an old menu he had given us. The whole principal of this irritated us. No resolution was offered which annoyed us even more. Our word of advice: cross check the menu prices to the receipt that you are given.

The front desk at NAC Restaurant was rude and unwelcoming, which made for a disappointing first impression. The service could definitely be more accommodating.

I tried the halloumi fries, and Mushrooms pasta. The Pasta was yummy. The Fries however, was tasteless.. I was expecting more to be honest. The cookies in which they are famous for, is so yummy and sugary. I was craving something sweet, and it completely satisfied me. Will give it a visit just for the nice vibes and the cookies.
