Really terrible place. The hostess was really mean and treated us badly, it was cold outside and we asked to sit inside, she didn't care and didn't try to do anything and claimed that only those who eat certain dishes can sit inside. absurd. Finally it turned out that we sat outside in the cold, we ordered French toast and chocolate chip cookies with ice cream, each portion cost 14 pounds!! Very expensive for very small portions. After that we received the bill and grabbed a market and added a donation in our name! They are supposed to ask!! In short, don't go at least until the disgusting hostess is replaced.

I visited NAC Restaurant last week with two friends, and we were accommodated at a lovely outdoor table for dinner. Our waiter, Musa, was outstanding—he provided excellent service, made sure we were well taken care of, and really knew how to make guests feel welcomed. Unfortunately, my burger wasn’t cooked to my specifications, but the overall food was decent. However, I did have an issue when I asked to move indoors due to the weather. A manager or waiter, a white male in a black suit, responded very rudely and told us we couldn’t move tables, which was disappointing and affected our overall experience. As a result, we chose not to pay the service charge, as we felt the level of hospitality wasn’t fully aligned with our expectations. Despite this, Musa’s professionalism and attentiveness truly stood out, and he made the evening much more enjoyable. I hope NAC takes this feedback on board for future improvements, as the restaurant definitely has potential with staff like Musa leading the way.

We came in on a whim while walking the streets of london. We were not prepared for the quality of the food, and service, we found at NAC. Moussa was a phenomenal host and waiter for us. He patiently went through the menu with us and helped us decide on what dishes we wanted to order. We got a tomato with burnt brioche as an appetizer, with rigatoni as the main course. The flavor of the tomatoes and burnt brioche is to die for. The flavor from the creme fresh is almost as if you're eating it right at the farm. The vodka sauce for the rigatoni was rich and creamy, but wasn't too overpowering. It was perfection. For dessert Moussa recommend the cookie. I cannot even begin to use words to describe how good it tasted. You just need to experience it for yourself.

They don’t have respect with the employees. Be careful If you want to work in this place. As they maybe respect the customers also they should have the same attitude with the employees. His name is Gabriel if he calls you or sending you an email for work, please be careful with him. You will spend your time to go for an interview, to go on another day to do trial shift and you will not take any payment for that. After that do not wait to receive feedback from them, because they directly cut you without any answer. Maybe you will get feedback only if you are successful with your trial shift, but maybe this never happens. They even don’t tell you thank you for your trial shift. The costumers and the employees should have the same respect and this who apply for work to your business. All businesses are make money because of us, because we working hard and we are the face of the business. If you do not respect me, I don’t want to give you my time and my energy for you, because you don’t deserve it. I had high expectations when visiting NAC in London, but the experience started off frustrating. Despite having a reservation, I was told to join the long queue, which left me quite upset and ready to cancel. However, one waiter, Musaa, completely turned things around. His professionalism and attentiveness helped diffuse the situation, and he ensured that my guests and I were well taken care of. Musaa was really nice and treat us professionally. Thanks to Musaa, what began as a disappointing experience turned into a pleasant evening. He truly made a difference in our visit.

This is my second experience at NAC and I must say it was much better than my first. I am a food blogger and social media personality and don't necessarily mention it much when I go to restaurants as I want a very authentic experience. On this occasion, I had a lovely time at NAC. The staff were attentive, the waitress on my table specifically was absolutely wonderful, I wish I had gotten her name. She gave great recommendations when we were unsure on what to order which we really appreciated. The quality of the food was so good. I was extremely full and overall I'd give NAC a 10/10. I would highly recommend it for a lunch date with the girls, not super busy and I think that definitely made the experience worthwhile.

We ate a dessert that was very simple and easy to make. Ice cream and cornflax on top of cookies. It's hard to think about, easy to do, it's definitely not a local place, there are always tourists.
