Avoid!!! My son and brother was so sick from there food, they was being sick for hours after eating from here last night. 1st they got the order wrong and now both of them have got food poisoning!! Food was pink and cold! The food wasn't fit for a dog! Needs shutting down..

Don’t usually go here went with a friend and ordered a filet burger, first of all they got the order wrong and overcharged, second the burger I had eaten half I looked inside and was raw I took to counter asked for a refund and to speak to the manager the guy said he was the manager then another member of staff said he wasn’t guy was rude and extremely unprofessional only gave a refund once I started getting more annoyed and only gave half the money horrendous

Two members of Staff in morning are brilliant and the food quality is improving every time I order, very clean shop and very respectful guys

I went there on a Friday, it wasn’t full time and the wait time wasn’t long. The French fries were sooooooooo good and the wings and popcorn chicken were good.

The atmosphere is interesting. Feeling quite cosy but cold. Service was impeccable. Though i went in during quiet hours they had my meal out in about 10 minutes. But the food was just ok. The chicken wasn't crispy for what I got. And the chips were just ok. Same quality as air fryer chips. Reasonably salted. A very good price for what you get as I got the double chicken burger and felt well compensated.

It is second time I order it’s taken one 1:35 minutes late I will never order it again

Original delivery window was 5:25-5:45, got updated to 6:05 but didn't actually receive it until 6:30 so everything was cold. Called the shop literally 20 times with no answer or busy tone, won't be ordering again which is a shame cause the first time I ordered with my fella it was really good, piping hot and came early.

They asked if my dad game back from the shop with the milk after I asked for three chicken and chips and he thought it was a joke this deserves one star this is disgraceful

We placed a large order of 21 14-inch pizzas for a work event, and Nabzy's delivered on every front. The phone communication was clear and precise, and they got all the details right, like labelling the pizzas and cutting them into squares. They even included complimentary sauces and packed everything perfectly. A huge shoutout to the fantastic team at the Preston branch, especially Zoni and Bilal, for giving us a great deal and making sure we were well looked after. We order lunch every Friday, Fresh & Fast used to be our go-to but not anymore. It looks like Nabzy's will now be one of our go-to options. Highly recommend them for large orders!

A little bit of excessive oil might not be good if you're a gym freak. Though, I like the taste of the seasoning used in Chicken dishes. Good taste in general.

It's a takeaway. Although! They do a good chips and cheese for Three quid.

Ordered for one time, delivered an hour early. Staff were uncommunicative. Warning, do not tip if you pay online. They won't return it, even if service poor. Then have the nerve to say the food was discounted anyway. Paid for anchovies, no anchovies. Absolutely useless

This was a solid takeaway for dinner, with a bright red and white interior! The counter has all the options on the screens and prices are cheap, staff were approachable to when asked about my order which was served at a solid speed. The chicken tenders were blocky in a way that gives more flavour and the dip really complimented them, fries were tasty too and big portions!

Wings are top everything else is normal like how you expect it would go again.

Good quality food at a reasonable price plus helpful service too, value for money.

Preston NABZYS is far better than Bamber Bridge. I travel here to eat as the taste is far better. That staff are nice too, very helpful when explain my allergies. 5 Stars ***** Well done 😁

After 2years ordering a couple of times a week from here hard finally had my first hiccup my food came cold 😩 but rang up and a fresh hot order was onits way and arrived with in 20mins and wen I say it was hot i had to leave it open for a good 10 minutes before I could start eating and I like my food piping hot

AMAZING! Delivery was really quick and driver was very friendly! :) Fries very crispy and tasty, everything else was piping hot and fresh. Our daughter loved the garlic bread ❤️ Definitely will order again! Highly recommend!

It’s not good at all I ordered 9 pieces pizza but it came so small and I ordered drink but it didn’t come the don’t sent it and I ordered 4 chicken strips meal they only sent me 1. And I called them the same time and I said to them that I said I want 4 chicken strips meal and you sent me only 1 and that I ordered drinks but you didn’t send it to me and then they ended the call while I was still speaking to them. And the food was cold

Ate here one night. Was in hospital the next night with the most horrific food poisoning of my life. Our entire group fell ill. Dirty bunch in that kitchen clearly

Everything is perfect here, but last time i ordered 2 burgers from here one of the burgers fillet was very hard to bite i did not enjoyed it but seriously i love the taste and prices here. Good alternative of Papa's chicken burgers

Normally, I like going in here until I noticed recently that the restaurant is in a bad hygienic state, including the staff members. Also a lot of cross contamination! Flies are everywhere, tables uncleaned, floors and surfaces look like they haven't been cleaned for years and the staff never wash their hands while preparing food without gloves! Cross contamination and food safety is something else. Everything is cooked and prepared on the same stations, they store salads and sauces in the drinks fridge and they use the same equipment on almost everything without washing it. Quality of the food is average. Not fond of having everything pre cooked and ultra processed. While the time to serve is great, I certainly wouldn't sacrifice quality for time.

This place is awful spent £36 didn't get any of my order right got all my drinks wrong and put tandoori chicken on my pizza rang to complain but useless please no one waste your money go somewhere else I beg you

Says tub of sauce on the website but every time I order they never turn up. Red salt on chips and the fillet burgers are always spot on. I would rate higher but too many orders have had drinks or sauces missing in the past.

Staff friendly, seating area nice. Chips were decent, wings ok besides the weird smell, but the burger was bad. The chicken burger you might as well put a chicken nugget in there it’s practically the same size. Smothered with chilli sauce and mayo, chewy cold frozen fillet.

This is the second time I've ordered a plain burger, but they still add sauce and salad. I'll never go back

Cancelled my order after 30 minutes because the driver decided to take a longer route and they wanted to charge me an extra £3 for delivery on top of the £2 already. Not the first issue I’ve had with these guys. Not good for the franchise at all.

Highly Recommended! Fabulous experience eating at Nabzys. We ordered their family meals which came with a pizza, pieces of chicken, chicken wings, chips and 3 burgers!! One of the wrost place to eat pizza it’s been so many times I have ordered pizza it used to good few months whenever I ordered they will give me wrong pizza if I order chicken they will give veg with missed topping or with less tomato bass and. The staff will Blame the customer no of the worst place with poor customer service

I recently ordered chicken wings from this takeaway, and I must say, it was a rather disappointing experience. The chicken wings were incredibly greasy, to the point where they left an unpleasant aftertaste. Moreover, they tasted as if they had been sitting around for a while and were not freshly prepared. The overall quality of the wings left much to be desired. I wouldn't recommend ordering chicken wings from this place if you're looking for a tasty and satisfying meal.

Standard takeaway joint, but packed with flavour for a low price. Open constantly, perfect for a quick bite on the way back from a night out or something for lunch.

I order through Uber and they took around 70 minutes to deliver the pizza. The most wondering part is Uber is helpless as the restaurant uses their driver and surprisingly the driver is not even sorry about the delay. He is like “The restaurant is busy brother”, I was surprised like is he doing a donation, last time when I checked I paid around 14 pounds.

I had ordered food from nabzys quite late at night (around 2am?) And the food had arrived well within the expected delivery time even though I'm not directly in Preston but rather a nearby village. The food was still a good temperature, the fries were seasoned beautifully, the pizza was full of flavour and tasted amazing and the burger was delicious. I will absolutely be ordering again

Looked really nice untill we started eating it. Was horrible 😢 😫 wasted £14.50 will never be ordering again . The cheese was two thick an the base was undercooked . It was unedable very disappointed

Just tried Nabzys Preston for the first time. Pizza 8/10 Fries 9/10 Gravy 7/10 Overall really nice and was pretty cheap too! Keep up the good work Nabzys.

Absolutely fabulous burgers however, for the second order in a row, the cheesy chips that were ordered and paid for haven't been delivered. Whilst once is a simple error twice is carelessness and when you are treating children, who has the time to be reporting the error and waiting for it to be rectified. Disappointed 😞

Worst food ever , never again , I swear it was nasty

Last time from here. Not only did the order take over an hour to deliver, the driver was at the wrong address. When I got the food, it was cold. I rang to complain and they said we say 45-50mins for your order anyway. So they've got the right to deliver the food cold 😂. Wow I was shocked at what I was told as an excuse. Everytime I've ordered I've ordered direct through their website, save them paying Uber or Just eat a percentage. No more. Goodbye.

Going for two because the food was great, as always, BUT.... the manager is an absolute disgrace in every sense, beginning with wearing his 'comfs' front of house on a Saturday night, and very shortly followed by his catastrophic failure and ineptitude in handling a fairly simple situation. I have never posted a negative review having worked in the industry myself, this how disgraceful I found him to be. Like I say, food was great and would recommend to anyone, BUT that manager needs more support /training.
