This was my first time here but it definitely won’t be the last! I had the Reese’s peanut butter waffle and my mam had the chocolate hazelnut waffle, the food was delicious and the service was great, the staff were understanding of my mams need for having an assistance dog and were very welcoming! We will definitely be back

Probably one of the worst experiences iv ever had in a desert shop the girl on the counter kept going missing and it took 35 minutes to receive anything for us to be the only ones in the shop and then the desert’s we received was shocking. The excuse was we must of ordered it wrong on the app was piss poor and iv never met anyone who can’t cook a waffle I could of took it home to use it as a door wedge it was that hard the cleanliness off the place was disappointing as every table had stains or food all over it. Customer service=0 Cleanliness =0 Deserts =0

A heavenly menu! It is a nice atmosphere inside but the decor is a bit loud. Huge selection of puddings. The sundae gelato was delicious. Marked down a star as they didn’t have my first choice in stock

I bought a waffle today and this is how it looks like , how ridiculous it is.

Don't waste your time, the menu has changed and man, me and my sister were very disappointed... 🙄 The chocolate topping was a drizzle and the waffle was dry and crumbly, we were both looking forward to our little outing and for the price I expected better. I know it the cost of living an all but come on!

Very poor service by the staff. I have recently visited to kaspa and ordered Mango Mania which was so so delicious, that’s the reason I went again today(just now) but this time the shake was really pathetic, there was no mango syrup in the shake like previous. When I said it’s not like the previous one, the staff said “next time I make it good” and not even tried to address the issue accordingly. Very bad service I will never gonna visit this place again. Flushed around £8 for this shit.

Now listen here, this has got to be the best place I’ve ever been for a bit of summat sweet. An 🫢 milkshake and a white kinder Bruno was just relish. I have now decided to change my weekly schedule and will now stop at their shop to order something off their magical menu! Keep up the good work!

Ordered cheese cake and it came frozen. Then when I told them it was solid frozen they took the same cheese cake and microwaved it. Came out very hot. I asked for a normal temperature cheese cake. Waited another 10 minutes to then be served with another frozen cheese cake. I told the waiter it was frozen and he said yes I know. Will not be returning anytime soon. If you’re going to do a desert place. Then be good at making deserts.

We called in after eating somewhere else, the menu is substantial with all sorts of dessert things you'd expect and cool things like brownie stacks. We got hot chocolates as we were too full and couldn't decide, they were great, a little small and took a while to come even though there was hardly anyone in. We'd definitely come back though to try other things on their huge menu.

The cookie dough and waffle were incredibly disappointing. The cookie dough was overly sweet, lacking flavor and texture, while the waffle was soggy and bland. The combination felt like a total miss, as neither element complemented the other. Overall, a regrettable choice I wouldn’t recommend. Ferrero rocher milk shake just the floppest i have ever had.

Hansi served us, we had a large group and she was so patient in taking orders and the suggestions she gave helped the group. The ice creams, sundae, waffle, Oreo cookie dough was fantastic. A good place to visit, worth the money. Also, they have a large seating area, a good place to hangout with family and friends. Will surely visit again.

I recently visited Kaspas and had a fantastic experience. The desserts were delicious—everything we tried was delightful and beautifully presented. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Our server, Hansee, was incredibly attentive and friendly, making our visit even more enjoyable. She was knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations. I highly recommend this place for anyone with a sweet tooth!

Regular customer to Kaspa's, Amazing place to visit as usual, however today's visit was particularly exceptional, thanks to Omar and Ahmed for the outstanding service.

The highlight of my visit was the great service from Ansiya. She was so sweet and welcoming, made my day honestly by how kind she was ☺️ I wish her all the best, she works very hard even when there's not many customers. The desserts I had were a bit too sweet for my liking, but I can easily swap out the sweeter items for less sweet ones during my next visit. There's discounts for students too

best place for milkshakes and waffles . i drink shakes every day coming back from my work and have some waffles Today i tried chocolate tella it was very amazing and delicious with perfect blend of dark chocolate and creamy goodness

Really pathetic food and atmosphere. The place feels like so eerie and food tastes very bad. It doesn’t even feel like it’s fresh. I’ve ordered a pistachio icecream also which tasted like it’s gone bad with mold or fungus. Said it to the staff and she said okay and nothing else. Just a waste of money.

Best icecream i have ever eaten. Got the lotus biscuit icecream and it tasted like heaven. It had a Lotus crumb with hints of caramel and vanilla. Great value also. Absolutely recommend. We did wait a few minutes longer than anticipated but worth it 100%. My boyfriend also got a white chocolate kinder brueno milkshake and loved it. Best dessert place around.

Ate in, was able to choose where we wanted to sit which was good, and my strawberry sundae was lovely! Staff were friendly and it was very easy to place my order.

Came at 4:30, wanting a light dessert. And it was fantastic. Table of 5 and we got 2 milkshakes, a kids ice cream and cinnabites. And the timing was speedy. Very good food and lovely atmosphere.

Kaspas is a go-to spot for those with a serious sweet tooth. Kaspas desserts are generally seen as good value for money, especially considering the portion sizes. Friendly and efficient service by Ansiya and Gokul. It’s best suited for casual outings with friends or family.

Love this place, I travel over 20 miles one way to come to this kaspas, even though there is a kaspas 5 minutes from my home, I love the atmosphere at Preston staff are so friendly and we have now become regulars. Def recommend the new cinnamon speculoos x

visited the shop today to get crepes and ice cream. I really don't know where to start, the staff was rude, angry and in a bad mood, the waitress came and threw the sweets on the table without saying anything, I asked for a plate to put crepe on my child and she brought a dirty plate, I asked her to he changed it and came and threw it at our table...if they don't want to work, they should sit at home and not be like this, it's their customers' fault...the food was for the garbage, as poor as grease, we will never go again!!? then you could see their behavior and they gave us the food to eat...we paid 19.35 and we didn't eat, we just left them and the 4-year-old said it was rotten and he didn't eat it..😡😡😡😡

Would not go here again. Decided to stop here on our way back to our accommodation just after 9pm. The place was empty, told to take a table & given menus. Placed order and waited at least 20 mins before I had to go back and enquire about our order. Not sure what happened but our order had not been put through. Told to go back to the table with no explanation and no apology. When the order finally came, no apology for the delay. Ordered Bueno chimney cake, which was bland and tasteless, left half of it. Would not recommend Kaspa's to anyone, as the experience and food was very poor and not value for money.

The customer service is very bad. I ordered waffle and bubble tea. The ice cream on the waffle was less than one scoop and the bubble tea taste's bad.

Deserts are on point however because I can’t eat dessert with my hands and fingers I had to go to the till for cutlery. 2 people means 2 forks but when I told the guy “boss there’s 2 of us he looks at me with an attitude insinuating that I had said or done something wrong. These people are so rude like if you don’t like your job go to the job centre or just stay at home.

We attended following a penwortham live, it was quiet which was perfect for me as I don't like places too busy, staff were welcoming and friendly. They gave us time to sit down properly and get familiar with the menu, when we ordered everything was freshly prepared, good pricing for 4 of us with a boba tea and 3 hot drinks it was around £45. We could also take advantage of the blue light card discount. Drinks were really nice with plenty of choice. The waffle I had was amazing infsct probably one of the best I've had and also one of the cheaper options I've been to, my sons sundae was almost as big as his head and he devoured it loads and loads of ice cream choices, pancake was lovely and light strawberry sauce wasn't overly sweet and the strawberries were lovely and fresh. Cakes were also really nice and again plenty of choice. Overall I would highly recommend Kaspas and I look forward to going again it was lovely all round.

Tried their milk cake and crepe. Both were horrible but milk cake was the worst thing i ever tasted. And the service was so bad. We paid at counter and were told to sit anywhere. after a long wait when we were served, the annoyed lady told us rudely that we are sitting on a wrong table... Surprise surprise.. Half order served and haf took around 10 more minutes. Total disaster place. Thought the interior is good and it was a clean place.

First Time visiting a kaspas, the staff are not very engaging, or energetic, look like they don't want to be there if I'm honest, I work in customer service and the key to giving the customer the best experience is to be engaging and also the service but it does lack it alot here. I wouldn't go overboard on the milkshakes I've had better from a local shop with more taste, presentation was good other than that wasn't overly impressed. The ice cream is the smallest scoops an tub you can get, an the girl told us it was biscoff lotus ice cream. It wasn't it was more spiced cinnamon taste than lotus. There was no atmosphere either and staff just stood round looking lost. May give it another try if I'm ever in Preston, but thought it was a waste last time I was there.

Me and friend visited for the 2nd time today and thoroughly enjoyed it. We both got the strawberry delight waffle and with our student discounts of 10% it came to just £7.95 which we thought was perfect pricing for the dessert. I wasn’t too bothered about a drink but I could see they had a wide variation of drinks on offer for little money. We went at around 11am and we were the only ones in, it was lovely and quiet, and the lady working there was delightful. Our food came with about 10 minutes of us ordering it and it was quite a large portion but I devoured it as it was delicious. Would highly recommend !!

Don’t even waste your time with delivery. Pure rip off. £8 for this and it was stone cold and bear in mind I live 3 minutes away by car. Dine in isn’t much better either staff are disengaged and the place is dirty. Tables are sticky and cutlery is never clean

The desserts are nice and a wide selection of options. The sundaes and waffles are pretty good and well-priced. Cleanliness level is a bit below-par though and the service could be a bit more lively and energetic.

Have been once before but won’t come again. Rarely leave reviews ever (and only ever have done when I’ve had good service). Wrong item given with a snarky response when I went to change. Very poor quality food given the price compared to similar dessert type places around. Absolutely not worth the money try elsewhere.

We went in a large group of 7, and the highlight was Stacey (one of their employees) was lovely. Me and a friend of mine are allergic to nuts and she handled it brilliantly with expert care. She was so considerate of our needs and how important it was that we did everything we could. She made sure we enjoyed our time there and ensured that we didn't feel like a hassle, she was working alone so the fact she made that effort was so appreciated. The atmosphere was quiet which was nice but we felt a little awkward being loud. This isn't an issue to them whatsoever though and it was enjoyable anyway. Lovely time, would recommend. It's a little expensive but it's good quality.

the hygiene services should control this Kaspas as quickly as possible. The glasses and cutlery are in such a state of dirt that you'll be sick. I'm sure they only rinse them with water and don't wash them because there are still traces of food. let's not talk about the condition of the water bottles: there are many small pieces of food floating inside.

The crep was cold and rubbery will not buy again also a very small portion not happy at all

Having been to several Kaspas around the country, the Preston one is seriously letting the side down! Decor is looking shabby, dirty tables not cleared from previous customer, broken table numbers, sticky menus. Ordered a premium waffle and paid for additional toppings - yet it came with missing items! Nothing communicated by staff about why?! The waffle was also undercooked with soggy raw batter at the centre. Premium mocha coffee was served with a wooden stirrer - not big enough to reach the bottom of the glass (so you have to stick your fingers into the drink to mix the chocolate sauce in!) Poor standards like this branch are what lose customers. I won’t be visiting this branch again. Needs a visit from management to improve their standards.

We enjoyed it and plan to return. Boys and various ice-creams and their mum and I had a milk cake and apple crumble. Big choice and I was pleasantly surprised at their service and choice.

World's smallest scoop of ice cream. No soap in toilets only hand gel. Poor allergy practices. The food we did actually manage to get was alright though.

It's okay. Good choice of sugary menu items that the kids love. My stomach and head were a bit overloaded with the amount of sugar to be honest. Nice seating area although the toilets were pretty horrible.

Went for the first time the other night. Was a little disappointed, wasn’t as good as it looks. The ice cream was ok, nothing special and not the cheapest. Went to the toilets, there was wee on the seat, no toilet role or soap. So went to the next toilet and the seat was clean but no toilet role or soap again. If the toilets are this bad it worried me what the kitchens are like.
