Best icecream i have ever eaten. Got the lotus biscuit icecream and it tasted like heaven. It had a Lotus crumb with hints of caramel and vanilla. Great value also. Absolutely recommend. We did wait a few minutes longer than anticipated but worth it 100%. My boyfriend also got a white chocolate kinder brueno milkshake and loved it. Best dessert place around.

Ate in, was able to choose where we wanted to sit which was good, and my strawberry sundae was lovely! Staff were friendly and it was very easy to place my order.

Came at 4:30, wanting a light dessert. And it was fantastic. Table of 5 and we got 2 milkshakes, a kids ice cream and cinnabites. And the timing was speedy. Very good food and lovely atmosphere.

A very nice place, the desserts were served quickly, I was served by Ansya (I hope I said it right) But she was an extremely helpful and kind person. I invite everyone to this place and I hope you are lucky enough to be served by this girl, to have a complete and nice experience.

Kaspas is a go-to spot for those with a serious sweet tooth. Kaspas desserts are generally seen as good value for money, especially considering the portion sizes. Friendly and efficient service by Ansiya and Gokul. It’s best suited for casual outings with friends or family.

Love this place, I travel over 20 miles one way to come to this kaspas, even though there is a kaspas 5 minutes from my home, I love the atmosphere at Preston staff are so friendly and we have now become regulars. Def recommend the new cinnamon speculoos x

I recently tried the choco shakes and Wafflerall, and they were absolutely delicious and tasty. The atmosphere was incredibly pleasant, creating a perfect setting for a relaxing time. The service was also commendable, making the overall experience delightful. I also wanted to try the ice cream, and it was mouth-watering as well. Highly recommend!

incredible experience at Kaspa's From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere .The staff were friendly and attentive, taking the time to explain the menu and making recommendations. I like their coffee's I buy coffee every day from this place while going to work and the ice creams are very delicious loved to come back 😋

visited the shop today to get crepes and ice cream. I really don't know where to start, the staff was rude, angry and in a bad mood, the waitress came and threw the sweets on the table without saying anything, I asked for a plate to put crepe on my child and she brought a dirty plate, I asked her to he changed it and came and threw it at our table...if they don't want to work, they should sit at home and not be like this, it's their customers' fault...the food was for the garbage, as poor as grease, we will never go again!!? then you could see their behavior and they gave us the food to eat...we paid 19.35 and we didn't eat, we just left them and the 4-year-old said it was rotten and he didn't eat it..😡😡😡😡

Would not go here again. Decided to stop here on our way back to our accommodation just after 9pm. The place was empty, told to take a table & given menus. Placed order and waited at least 20 mins before I had to go back and enquire about our order. Not sure what happened but our order had not been put through. Told to go back to the table with no explanation and no apology. When the order finally came, no apology for the delay. Ordered Bueno chimney cake, which was bland and tasteless, left half of it. Would not recommend Kaspa's to anyone, as the experience and food was very poor and not value for money.

The customer service is very bad. I ordered waffle and bubble tea. The ice cream on the waffle was less than one scoop and the bubble tea taste's bad.

Deserts are on point however because I can’t eat dessert with my hands and fingers I had to go to the till for cutlery. 2 people means 2 forks but when I told the guy “boss there’s 2 of us he looks at me with an attitude insinuating that I had said or done something wrong. These people are so rude like if you don’t like your job go to the job centre or just stay at home.

We attended following a penwortham live, it was quiet which was perfect for me as I don't like places too busy, staff were welcoming and friendly. They gave us time to sit down properly and get familiar with the menu, when we ordered everything was freshly prepared, good pricing for 4 of us with a boba tea and 3 hot drinks it was around £45. We could also take advantage of the blue light card discount. Drinks were really nice with plenty of choice. The waffle I had was amazing infsct probably one of the best I've had and also one of the cheaper options I've been to, my sons sundae was almost as big as his head and he devoured it loads and loads of ice cream choices, pancake was lovely and light strawberry sauce wasn't overly sweet and the strawberries were lovely and fresh. Cakes were also really nice and again plenty of choice. Overall I would highly recommend Kaspas and I look forward to going again it was lovely all round.

Tried their milk cake and crepe. Both were horrible but milk cake was the worst thing i ever tasted. And the service was so bad. We paid at counter and were told to sit anywhere. after a long wait when we were served, the annoyed lady told us rudely that we are sitting on a wrong table... Surprise surprise.. Half order served and haf took around 10 more minutes. Total disaster place. Thought the interior is good and it was a clean place.

First Time visiting a kaspas, the staff are not very engaging, or energetic, look like they don't want to be there if I'm honest, I work in customer service and the key to giving the customer the best experience is to be engaging and also the service but it does lack it alot here. I wouldn't go overboard on the milkshakes I've had better from a local shop with more taste, presentation was good other than that wasn't overly impressed. The ice cream is the smallest scoops an tub you can get, an the girl told us it was biscoff lotus ice cream. It wasn't it was more spiced cinnamon taste than lotus. There was no atmosphere either and staff just stood round looking lost. May give it another try if I'm ever in Preston, but thought it was a waste last time I was there.

Me and friend visited for the 2nd time today and thoroughly enjoyed it. We both got the strawberry delight waffle and with our student discounts of 10% it came to just £7.95 which we thought was perfect pricing for the dessert. I wasn’t too bothered about a drink but I could see they had a wide variation of drinks on offer for little money. We went at around 11am and we were the only ones in, it was lovely and quiet, and the lady working there was delightful. Our food came with about 10 minutes of us ordering it and it was quite a large portion but I devoured it as it was delicious. Would highly recommend !!

Don’t even waste your time with delivery. Pure rip off. £8 for this and it was stone cold and bear in mind I live 3 minutes away by car. Dine in isn’t much better either staff are disengaged and the place is dirty. Tables are sticky and cutlery is never clean

The desserts are nice and a wide selection of options. The sundaes and waffles are pretty good and well-priced. Cleanliness level is a bit below-par though and the service could be a bit more lively and energetic.

Have been once before but won’t come again. Rarely leave reviews ever (and only ever have done when I’ve had good service). Wrong item given with a snarky response when I went to change. Very poor quality food given the price compared to similar dessert type places around. Absolutely not worth the money try elsewhere.

We went in a large group of 7, and the highlight was Stacey (one of their employees) was lovely. Me and a friend of mine are allergic to nuts and she handled it brilliantly with expert care. She was so considerate of our needs and how important it was that we did everything we could. She made sure we enjoyed our time there and ensured that we didn't feel like a hassle, she was working alone so the fact she made that effort was so appreciated. The atmosphere was quiet which was nice but we felt a little awkward being loud. This isn't an issue to them whatsoever though and it was enjoyable anyway. Lovely time, would recommend. It's a little expensive but it's good quality.

the hygiene services should control this Kaspas as quickly as possible. The glasses and cutlery are in such a state of dirt that you'll be sick. I'm sure they only rinse them with water and don't wash them because there are still traces of food. let's not talk about the condition of the water bottles: there are many small pieces of food floating inside.

Tasty deserts but was disappointed that the banofee pie and strawberry cheesecake was sold out. The portion size is quite big so having a very light meal before it is advisable.

Having been to several Kaspas around the country, the Preston one is seriously letting the side down! Decor is looking shabby, dirty tables not cleared from previous customer, broken table numbers, sticky menus. Ordered a premium waffle and paid for additional toppings - yet it came with missing items! Nothing communicated by staff about why?! The waffle was also undercooked with soggy raw batter at the centre. Premium mocha coffee was served with a wooden stirrer - not big enough to reach the bottom of the glass (so you have to stick your fingers into the drink to mix the chocolate sauce in!) Poor standards like this branch are what lose customers. I won’t be visiting this branch again. Needs a visit from management to improve their standards.

We enjoyed it and plan to return. Boys and various ice-creams and their mum and I had a milk cake and apple crumble. Big choice and I was pleasantly surprised at their service and choice.

World's smallest scoop of ice cream. No soap in toilets only hand gel. Poor allergy practices. The food we did actually manage to get was alright though.

It's okay. Good choice of sugary menu items that the kids love. My stomach and head were a bit overloaded with the amount of sugar to be honest. Nice seating area although the toilets were pretty horrible.

Went for the first time the other night. Was a little disappointed, wasn’t as good as it looks. The ice cream was ok, nothing special and not the cheapest. Went to the toilets, there was wee on the seat, no toilet role or soap. So went to the next toilet and the seat was clean but no toilet role or soap again. If the toilets are this bad it worried me what the kitchens are like.

You may be better off getting the ingredients and making it yourself. Service is very very slow. Not the fault of the staff entirely. They need more staff. Expect to wait 30-40 min WC were out of service too.

My family and I visited here at 6pm on a Friday night. It was very quiet and so service was quick ish The desserts were delicious however very over priced and especially so considering the restaurant doesn't offer table service. We spent £38 on 4 desserts (not including drinks) They seemed very over staffed, the 6 of the staff on duty seemed to be just standing around chatting. They brought the desserts over one by one , with a good 5 minutes between each desert, the kids weren't impressed as the adults got theirs first. We won't be rushing to go back anytime soon

Food isn't bad. Better when dining in, but last time I went the wheelchair access lift wasn't working. Staff tried to offer to carry my chair down the steep stairs. Should probably be informed that's not risk assessed nor covered by insurance, and it's not permissible to have a wheelchair user in your premises if there aren't provisions in place for emergency evacuation. Nobody seemed to have a clue how to interact with a wheelchair user like a normal person though, so can't say I'm surprised. Bit of a humiliating experience.

i went and had very very very good ice cream the shop has a sea of options and it tasted very good but i dislike the prices i think they are a bit too high but they are worth it i also dislike the music that they play but the ice cream and deserts make up for it

Food was nice. Wait times were long even though was around 3 other people dining. Lonely atmosphere. Staff didn't know what I wanted even though it was on the menu so showed them.

So we tried a lot of different things on the menu, and everything was nice, but the Waffles with Strawberries on top and ice cream where the best out of everything, we also tried cookie dough and that was okay. The place is really nice and spacious. Kids were having fun running around. Lol. The customer service was great aswell. My only issue with kaspas is that it is a bit expensive. The toilets were nice and clean. Nothing else to say. Sending good positive vibes your way. Thanks

First experience is the worst experience. A very rude behaviour from the lady staff at the counter. I have to wait at the counter for 15-20mins for someone to attend us. Ordered 2 ice cream milkshakes, I asked her how much time it will take to prepare the order she said 20mins I said I will be back in 20mins and please don't make it when we are back then she can make the milshakes. When we are back she already prepared the order and stored in a fridge, thick shake became just a milk a shake. I explained her we already informed not to make it, then she started to blame us stating you left the store and not agreeing her mistake when already we informed her that she can made the oreder later when we are back. Pathetic customer service, pathetic staff. Owner should take this seriously this is not the attitude someone is expecting. She just ruined our weekend. Zero * only for her. I can say Sidcup Kaspas is way better than the Preston one

Went to kaspa’s this evening and was very disappointed. I hadn’t been to this place in a very long time and decided to give it another go. I have been with friends before and have always enjoyed the deserts. Today was not the case. When my waffle arrived I was thoroughly let down. The waffle was very dry with little to no sauce on top, a small sprinkling of chocolate flakes and an even smaller scoop of ice cream on top. For the price of almost £9 it was definitely not value for money. I will not be returning anytime soon.

I’ve been today and had a caramel frappe made by an amazing staff member. The staff member was very polite and helpful and the milkshake was so good that I can not wait to come back and try it again! I highly recommend this place😋

Terrible service! Ordered a simple Belgium white choc crepe via uber eats but came with black banana and mouldy strawberries! Don’t think the staff can understand or read English as they sent out a completely different order with dirty fruit absolutely disgusting!

Desserts and drinks are really good, which is why we go. But staff are not the most welcoming, and sometimes it feels we're an inconvenience ordering something. More often than not, something we order is unavailable; when stock is available, there have been other mistakes, such as making the wrong order. Staff are always happy to rectify the mistake, but when visiting as a family, it means someone is having to wait whilst others eat theirs. For some reason, it is always REALLY cold inside... not sure if that is by design, or if the venue just has no heating.

Toilets are disgusting, staff are rude, have no manners and clearly don’t want to be there, the milkshakes are full of air, crep was dry and there’s loads of tiny white hairs in the mango smoothie we got will not go back do not recommend

If I could leave a zero star review I would. Ordered two milkshakes, the bag was not sealed to protect the items, and the cups had zero stickers on to protect them. The driver could have touched that? And a fair amount was spilled. Very unhygienic never ordering again.

Most of the staff is not ashamed of sending out burnt food to the customers and often even smaller portions now. When I was at Kaspas before, they had white containers for vanilla ice cream. Some time ago they changed them for the black round ones which are about half size smaller (if not even smaller) but they keep saying that only the shape and colour changed. Like please, most of the customers obviously see the difference. From the conversation i have heard said to a young employee. The fact that they say it's to sell more products to other customers and apparently because the customers had "too big portions" (said to some new employees) just disgusted me. The prices of most of the waffles went up and so did most of the things on the menu. The crepes also are folded in a different way apparently for looks, however again as they said it was since the employees put "too much" of the products on crepes. If you know the names of some of the employees at either Kaspas or GDK you can find out that half of the positive reviews are fake (made up by staff encouraged by some of the the HR staff). Customers are often watched by staff when they are eating which is both creepy and annoying if you get anxious by keep getting observed and judged behind your back simply for someone to say "oh we weren't observing you". toilet seats are yellow from all the urine that got so old that it pernamently stained toilet and there arent even any proper cleaning detergents. Another thing that is annoying to me is the state of the seats. Most of them are already ripped out and there is a lot of the material literally missing. Surprised that the restaurant is still open and so popular would not recommend.

Was very rude kept giving me and my mates dirty looks, we’re only young so it was really uncomfortable they was being rude when we asked for a biscoff milkshake they didn’t have it in and they apparently didn’t have reeces milkshake in either these young staff need to sort this out it isn’t polite and they will soon loose customers

i went to kaspas yesterday, all we ordered was 1 waffle, an ice cream and 2 shakes. We had to wait over 30 minutes just for the waffle to arrive and then the ice cream and the shakes arriving later on around 5-10 minutes later. As if it wasnt bad enough already we had been charged for 2 large shakes when all we asked for was 2 regular and even worse only one of them was actually a large and the other was regular, and to then be told we have to pay extra money for cream on the top of our shakes as if they arent overpriced as it is. So we had slow service when the place was empty and they got our orders wrong more than once. 1 star since the desserts was good when they finally arrived.

Well... Dirty tables, dirty walls laods of dust on lights on top of the tables... Staff walking in dirty uniform- looks like working in backstreet garage. Place just gone down the hill but...price's gone up... Not worthy anymore.. Lucky tbh didn't get food poisoned looking at the state off this place. Use to be very nice but now....it was last time for sure.
