Food was no longer hot. App said it was delivered but arrived 15 min later. I have had better for less. Very expensive for what it was. Tandoori mixed grill was hard to eat due to heavy sauce. Mediocre

All staff very friendly, excellent with my 5 year old. Service always with a smile and willing to help with dietary requirements. Food is delicious from the poppadoms to the mains. Never had a bad meal and always feel welcome. Lots of flavour and lots of choice. Our family love Naaz.

*AVOID*AVOID*AVOID*AVOID* I was off of work all of last week with food poisoning, after having a curry from here on Father's Day (Sunday, June 16, 2024) I had symptoms of, Sickness, Tummy-ache, Very high temp & chills. Both me and my partner didn't finish our meals, such a shame as ordered from here numerous times, will NEVER be returning. I would never normally post reviews like this, but after how I felt.. I hope no one has to experience that again. AVOID!

We came to Naaz today as a group of 11 and we couldn't be happier with our choice! The food was mouth-watering, we didn't feel rushed at all and the waiters were really attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We will be back soon, thank you!

The best Indian around. Really nice & friendly staff too. Their prawn dupiaza is the best one I have ever had and the food is always great every time I visit.

Excellent food but experience marred by a rude waiter. When the waiter came to take our order I said hello and politely remarked that the restaurant was nice and busy. He replied "it's Father's Day, what do you expect?" That was simply a rude response that was totally unnecessary. I will have second thoughts about dining there again.

First visit tonight, lovely food and very reasonable prices. 5* on the taste and variety of options. Unfortunately the service felt rushed, I had only sat down when I was offered poppadoms and beer straight away (not much to lose a star you would say?) however we were still finishing up these when we were asked for main meals and bowls being taken away whilst still eating. Wasn't very busy for a Thursday either which didn't justify rushing. No draft beer only bottles. Would visit again but prefer a more relaxed vibe which this didn't offer in comparison to Shapla or the Shaan in the local area for example.

So disappointing, have never had a bad Naaz, flavourless, watery, even the sauces tasted cheap.

delivery ..1hr20 - 1.40...1.45 and naaz say, after phoning, it's "on its way". not good enough.. sorry

Just picked up my order and the food was not hot. It was at best luke warm. Ordered from here before and food has been fine. Disappointed with food today.

Cannot fault the food but rice was missing. One rice with 3 curries? Never had to order separate rice before.

Impromptu visit on our way home to Bournemouth. Really good menu. Hard working and friendly staff who were knowledgeable about GF options. Everything was delicious, beautifully presented and cooked, so delicious that the photo was an afterthought halfway through eating it!

Consistently good food, I have never eaten in the restaurant, we always get our take away from Naaz and have never been disappointed 👍

That’s the second time the food has not been as nice as usual my starter was lovely but the wife’s sauce on the starter was well below standard it was horrible and she couldn’t eat it which put her off the remainder of the meal unfortunately we will be trying somewhere else

Went for take away picked up myself and got charged £1.05 more than it said in the menu, no explanation so only thing I could think of was a strange amount service charge I can understand service charge if I have delivery or sit in but not when I collect myself, also no offer of a receipt Won't be getting take away from Nazz in a hurry Prithi Raz also gives me free poppadom

Been a customer for over 20 years. Always great service when you eat in. However takeaways have got progressively worse. Tonight took an hour and half for food to turn up it was Stone cold and flavourless, I literally scrapped it in the bin. When I phoned to enquire about my order I was met with a rude and hostile reception. So disappointed needless to say I'm a customer lost.

This is a superb family run restaurant which excels in serving the best Asian cuisine. The staff are always so friendly and the service is great, never rushed or waiting and the food is fantastic.

I’ve always had a great experience and service with Naaz. Food always arriving hot and delicious and delivery drivers always polite.

Tried the Naaz a few years back but wasn't impressed. Thought I'd try again based on good reviews but can't understand where they came from. Maybe I've been unlucky with a one off bad curry. Delivery was earlier than expected which is good, however, the food was cold. The rice was actually fridge cold which is a real worry. The naan was in a foil bag but was stone cold so must have been put in cold. The onion bhajis were cold and chewy and bland, not nice and crispy. The curry, cold and very bland. I ordered chicken chili masala but no fresh chillis in it whatsoever as described, just peppers and onions and a pile of chilli powder. Not really any other spices so no taste, worst I've ever had. Very expensive as well and no free poppadom like you get from every other takeaway out there. Lesson learned, will not order from the Naaz again.

Had a great time with family and friends, there were 12 of us, and the team were extremely well organised delivering drinks, nibbles and food in a timely way (hot and together) . It was full that night and the atmosphere was great. Would go again.

We’ve just moved io the area and Naaz was our first meal out. We managed to get a table without booking but it got very busy (Friday night). Everything was delicious - one of the best curries I’ve had in a while. Onion bhajis were awesome. Service was friendly and efficient. Will definitely be back.

I had the Vegetable Biryani. The vegetables included were cabbage, a tiny bit of broccoli, carrot and large amounts of potato. They also put the potato in the rice, so double potato’s, way too many. I would have preferred freshly prepared vegetables with more variety. With hardly any spice, and no kick, it made for a boring tasteless dish unfortunately. A very lame effort. I’ve given you two stars for food as I assume it might have been an off day. On a positive note, the staff are lovely and helpful.

Another lovely meal only negative was the onion bahjee wasn’t no where near as good as the other times was small and a little hard but we’ve not had a bad meal before so give the benefit of the doubt

I wasn't home. I ordered for 9pm. It was delivered at 7.30pm My housemate took my order In. £23 wasted. I want a refund. The food went straight In the bin.

Naaz READ THIS. Order took 5 minutes from order to collection. Quality food rather than getting orders out the door double quick is what you need to produce. Chicken Tikka Dansak had a coconut flavour? Sauce bitter. Definitely not a Dansak. Onion Bhaji’s well over cooked and dry to eat. Chicken Rogan far to hot for a medium curry. Seriously bad experience.

Lovely people serving great food. Probably one of the best restaurants for miles definitely the best in Lancing.

Best curry I’ve had outside of Tarana at Turner’s Hill - really great flavours. Beats any curry in Brighton & Hove, hands down.

Curry was great but wasn’t impressed with menu accuracy because on some curries it says pilau rice is included, on ours it didn’t and it doesn’t say anything in the curry descriptions either! so we bought 2x mushroom rice only to find we had also paid for 2x pilau rice in the cost of our curries!? Menu needs improving, suggest you should ring and check before ordering until then.

The best Indian food I've had in years. Really, really good food. Could've been a bit hotter, but very tasty. My husband and I were really impressed. Will definitely only order from them in the future (if open) when we want an Indian.

Just Eat delivery, but the food was the best Indian food I have had for years. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his too, and he doesn't usually (massively) enjoy an Indian. He was very impressed with his vegetable biryani. Truly really good food, fast delivery ... no complaints. (4 stars re atmosphere because we didn't dine in.)

The food we had was lovely and really tasty! It’s just such a shame it wasn’t what we ordered though!! Got a message delivery was delayed, No problem. When did arrive the right labels in the dishes but not what was in them. I presume the wrong lids were put on the trays. Food was still good though 👍😉

Food was delicious, but late delivery and when queried with the restaurant felt very fobbed off

Unfortunately the worst meal we have ever had from Naaz. It is usually very good but we found the Bombay potatoes had absolutely no flavour, the pakoras were lacking in panir and the salmon tikka tasted very fishy (I know that sounds daft as it’s fish but a salmon fillet is not a ‘fishy fish!’) it put me off a bit! The salad had definitely seen better days. Disappointed and hope it’s just a one off… will give them the benefit of the doubt and try again at some point. Fingers crossed it’s back to the usual high standard.

The chicken korma was extremely spicy it's normally coconut and mild. It's way too spicy hot now for us to neat eat! I'm extremely disappointed.

Fantastic curry house on every way. Six of us ate there yesterday evening (Tue) and had a great variety of curries. All were excellent and the portions were very generous. The service was second to none and the place itself was really busy which provided a great atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Top notch food delivered hot and tasty

This is the most incredible Indian I have ever eaten. Always is - their consistency is unbelievable. Chicken Korma is to die for. Saag Paneer is incredible. Cannot go wrong here
