Really lovely local. They do lots of work for the community and even though we don't go as much as we used to still feel welcomed.

Busy Saturday in the beer garden with the family , kids enjoyed the playground letting off steam . Although it was busy the staff worked really hard and always with a smile . Food was good as usual and drinks were flowing well . If I have any criticism it would be to add another bar as the current one is quite small .

Recently refitted, Pizza on tap, typical pub type meals.

We decided to go here for lunch as it was dog friendly and we had just been out for a walk, so took the dog with us being close by. The young lad taking my order was friendly and the place was welcoming. Sadly the table was sticky, and the food was very average (and overpriced for what it was). I asked for a dog bowl of water which never came, then to top it off I hurt my mouth when I didn’t notice how bent the prongs on the fork were, I handed the fork to a member of staff and said that it was dangerous and had cut my mouth, they replied, “oh we have lots of forks like that.” I sadly wouldn’t return or recommend this place.

Typical chain pub food. Portion size was perfect and tasted good. Only slightly let down by delay in getting my peppercorn sauce by which time I'd eaten half my steak. Staff were really nice and helpful and I will be back soon. Very clean.

The staff were professional and friendly. It was a lovely atmosphere. The food was reasonably priced and delicious. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

This is the second year I have held a big Christmas lunch party at the Myton and they were absolutely amazing - I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The food was delicious, hot and the service Was excellent and great value compared to other local festive menus but by far the best. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and ensured every detail was carried out which made the day extra special. The venue also were kind enough to donate wine for the table as it was a charity event and gave us chocolates too - they really went above and beyond so thank you. A big shout out to Hollie, Luke, Beth, Caroline and all the Management team for being amazing 🤩

Had our works Christmas meal last Saturday at the Myton and I have to say it was absolutely fantastic! I attended with a large party of adults for a Christmas lunch and everything was great. All members of staff were very warm and friendly, the service was excellent and the food lovely. Will visit again.

Went for a meal with work (FCA) and it was a lovely day, with a large group of people, with great 5* service.

As a group of 4, we enjoyed the Christmas fare menu. Staff were friendly and welcoming, looked after us well and served us quickly and efficiently.

Went for a meal Saturday with work for our Christmas night out and had the festival meal £21, we didn’t know what to expect as it was just in a pub but we were all shocked at how amazing the meal was, it was as good as a restaurant, highly recommend it and we arnt easily pleased, the staff couldn’t do enough for us, will definitely be going back so if you are stuck for somewhere to eat go here.

Went for lunch at The Myton with 11 people from the litter picking group. I would like to thank Sarah and Marie who served us. They were very friendly to everyone and helpful to a member who wanted to change their order. The service was excellent and the food was delicious 😋.

Long time since our last visit, very spacious and tidy.Smiling face behind the bar, decent beer and lager, and she took our meal orders and asked all the relevant food safety questions.The food was very good ,well presented, good portions and hot.Better than average pub grub, and reasonably priced. Really lovely friendly helpful staff. We came as part of an autism social group supporting autistic adults and the girl who served us had a huge order of about 18 of us however she was so patient and informative about the meals and drinks that were available. Couldn't have been served by a nicer staff member which makes a huge difference to your visit. So thank you 😊

We’ve been here quite a few times over the years visiting once every few months the food is generally ok, nothing exciting. However, our most recent visit was absolutely abysmal!!! My husband’s main dish came with about 5 chips and my steak was extremely rare when asked for medium and extremely fatty, the peppercorn sauce was inedible. We won’t be visiting again…. I can get a Parmesan from Manjaros for the same price as that steak which is in another league altogether.

I've not eaten in here yet but hear it's nice, I have been in midweek for the football and it was great

The Thai curry was ok. Too hot to eat and taste anything. The sticky toffee pudding was bland and bitty. Pretty average food. The pub atmosphere is lovely. The staff so lovely and happy to help. Great place but food is average.

Visited the Myton last week and was served by Hollie. I had a fab time, food was lovely and arrived quickly. Hollie provided service with a smile and was very polite. Nothing was too much for her even when i needed new cutlery as i dropped it, she came right over with a fresh set. Her customer service was top tier. Atmosphere in the pub itself was great. Will definitely be back because of my experience.

Shambolic service!!! Despite booking a table. Told when ordering food there would be at least a 1 hour wait. Left without eating.

The pub was busy but there was no delay on food. Plenty of staff behind the bar so everyone was served promptly. Friendly & helpful staff.

Came to Myton House with a friend and we ordered nachos through the sharers section of the menu. Servers were nice and served our food very quickly. The portion was a reasonable size however there could have been more salsa and other sauces on top. The jalapeños were spicy and delicious adding a nice kick to the flavour. I’d definitely go here again to try out more things on the menu.

The food is a bit lacklustre. The range of beers is good, but the annoying light bulbs hanging down at the bar at head height for taller folk is just plain annoying, and should be removed. Also the place gets crazy when busy and getting served can be a joke

Hello we visit regularly it’s a lovely bright and spacious place. The staff are marvellous so friendly and polite. We had the fish and chips which were delicious so crispy and light batter the chips are so yummy. My partner had the sea bass with linguine it was absolutely amazing, compliments to the chef. Keep up the good work. Thank you 😋😋

A massive quality improvement since the old head chef left. Food is very nice now and the person is hugely improved and being kept really well. Keep it up after the refurbishment!

Visited friends in the area who recommended the Myton pub, good selection of drinks, open space and nice comfy seats inside. Great play area for kids and lots of benches to sit outside. Ordered food which came promptly, good service all round.

Had an absolutely cracking time at Myton House Farm Pub. This place has a fantastic selection of tap beers, including some brilliant local brews that are perfect for a sunny afternoon. The outdoor seating is just wonderful, with plenty of space and a really chill vibe. It’s a great spot to bring the kids too, with an outdoor playground that keeps them entertained while you relax. One of the highlights for me was the convenience of QR codes at the table to order – makes everything so easy and hassle-free. I couldn't resist trying the espresso martini, which was excellent, although a bit on the pricey side for the area. Still, it was worth it! Even though I didn’t get around to eating, my friend did, and they seemed to really enjoy their meal. The pub also offers some decent specials from Monday through Friday, which I’ll definitely be back to check out. Parking was a breeze, which is always a plus. All in all, it is a gem of a pub that I’m looking forward to visiting again!

Staff incredibly rude. Stand slagging off customers right infront of them. Used to enjoy the myton but now has gone downhill. Wont be returning
