Handy spot in the small industrial estate frequented by workers from the jnits nearby. Very popular especially over the lunch hour. Great choice on the menu, to eat in or take out & pretty quick service too. The food is definitely OK but where they fall down on each & every occasion I have been there is in clearing the tables! This doesn't seem to be a priority for them at all. Many many times I have had to clear away the debris from someone's previous lunch before I can be seated to have mine! Otherwise they have everything going for them.

The food is nice, the staff are friendly, and the diner is good; however my only criticism is the wait for food...this can take up to 10 minutes! The staff need to work faster to help cut down the waiting time for customers. Another diner I visit in the same area does orders in about 3 minutes max.

I visited with my young son, my mum and my grandma for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. I didn't expect much being on a business park but I was in for a treat! We were met with a bright light airy cafe, super helpful and friendly staff and a massive menu all very reasonably priced with the majority home made.I am currently on a diet so was over the moon to find out they offer slimming world friendly food and the owner really knows about the diet so she was very helpful. The kids menu is fantastic £2.99 for a meal, drink and dessert plus they have a great kids area with lots of toys, colouring in etc to keep the children entertained. There's a really nice family friendly atmosphere in there and all 4 of us enjoyed our meals.I had a warm griddle chicken bistro salad, very generous portion all fresh and delicious. My mum got a parmo and said it was amazing, it was that big the chips came separate and it was only £5.95!Can't fault the place will definitely be back

Popped in for snack and unlikely to return. Two of us ordered toasties. Which don't get me wrong they were lovely but the salad which came with it looked about 3 days old The cutlery on the table to be used was filthy. Most tables had wooden spoon s on them which showed them hadn't been cleared down properly. There cafe was freezing cold .. colder than outside. overall not very impressed unfortunately as it could be a fab location and venture

Lovely food, but you come out smelling like you worked in a greasy spoon all week, just popping in for a sandwich, you need a can of air freshener on before going back to the office, even the cans of pop smell of grease. Come on café owners, surely you can get a better extractor fan?

I'm not from the area and was introduced to the local delicacy the Parmo a few years ago and MIE serves the best I've ever tried. It's a family owned and run cafe serving simple quality food at a value price well worth a visit if you're in the area. Nice friendly people, good selection on the menu eat in or take away service.

This is my go to place for lunch with friends on a working day.The staff are lovely and the owner always is on hand to make suggestions of what is good to eat on the Slimming World diet, however we are always tempted by the lovely home cooked food.Prices are reasonable and the cafe is clean and tidy.

Should be called incredible in-edibles , pastry like rubber , corn-beef and potato filling really dry , chips tasted of grease and we're like rubber , even the gravy was dry . Would get better quality of food at a better price at a greasy spoon cafe . Will not be going there again .

My wife and I popped in for lunch on a Thursday in May.The cafe is in the centre of a large office complex, which is the main source of custom. The menu is quite extensive and the staff are friendly. We ordered a full english and scrambled eggs on toast with coffees. The bill was less than a tenner. The food was served promptly and was very filling. Not the tastiest meal I have ever had but value for money. The cafe filled up at about 20 past twelve. We would go back the next time we are hungry and shopping at Makro in Stockton.

On visiting this lovely cafe we were met with a friendly welcome from the staff and our orders were taken straight away, they're was 8 people in our group and we all ordered the small breakfast, it included everything you would expect for a fried breakfast including tea and toast, all for a few pounds, the quality of the food was excellent and I would definitely go back again.

This is a cheap cafe on an industrial estate in Stockton. For fast cheap food it does the job very well, don't expect outstanding quality of produce though. They do what they do based on what people spend, and the average cost of a plate of food is under five pounds. That said, what they do do, is very good, and a wide range of sandwiches and even salads and stir fries are available. The breakfast is well done too, and they offer free delivery, so, give it a go.

I've visited here a few times now & it's generally busy at the expected times being in a small industrial estate with lots of office workers around yet they generally take your order & serve the food pretty quickly both to eat in or out - your choice. However, on this occasion it was very quiet with only a handful of customers. I placed the order & paid (not unreasonably pricy) but some 20 minutes later no sign of food or drinks! On enquiring - guess what- they just forgot!Very apologetic & eventually it all arrived but not what I'd call good customer service.

I have ordered both food to eat in and takeaway food from this place and have never been disappointed. The food is fantastic and the staff are really friendly. They offer daily specials selling the likes of home made curry etc and its always a decent portion size. Check it out and you will see what I mean. Obviously this place is very busy between 12 and 1.30pm

The Parmos in this place are immense. They are huge!! the Parmo I had at this café was so tasty it came with a huge portion of homemade chips and homemade coleslaw (the best coleslaw I think I've ever eaten) and salad. The staff are really attentive and friendly and the prices are ridiculously low for the quality! loads of homemade options! Would highly recommend!

We had afternoon tea today and it was absolutely lovely. Our waitress Libby was very attentive and made it a very pleasurable experience. Nothing was too much trouble and the setting was perfect.

I used to love this place, the food is good and the staff have always been and generally still are excellent with the exception of the new lady who is very unprofessional and rude and made me feel very uncomfortable when I went in recently. Being around while she spoke to staff and customers the way she did wasn't pleasant, and she clearly has no idea what she's doing. It's very chaotic in there recently, not at all the relaxing atmosphere I used to go in for. Given the rising costs I understand changes being made but putting up the price of milkshakes and cutting the quality is just cheeky, when you buy "speciality" you expect good quality.

Visited last night for our wedding anniversary hoping for something a bit special. Lovely decor and ambiance but we were really disappointed with the food. I ordered the stake with chimichurri. It arrived with peppercorn sauce (I assumed they must have ran out of chimichurri but it wasn’t mentioned). Stake was really fatty and chewy and difficult to cut through. It was served with fries which were just frozen McDonald’s type fries. I expected something more home cooked. My husband ordered a coffee after the meal and was told the machine was broken. He then ordered a whiskey and the server had no idea what he was asking for despite it being on their very limited drinks menu. We then waited 20 minutes for the drinks before being told they couldn’t find the whiskey. He ordered an alternative scotch and it was served with ice. My husband had to send it back and ask for another. When the bill came the peppercorn sauce mentioned earlier was charged as an extra despite this not being my choice. The meal cost us £200 and an additional £45 for taxis back and forth. It really was not worth the price! Staff seemed nice if a little neglectful ( had to ask them to take away empty glasses that were sat there for the whole meal on our small table) and inexperienced. They knew nothing about the menu and drinks available despite the menu being very small. I wouldn’t return.

Our 2nd visit to this Excellent pub, they do 2 for £15 even on a Friday night where lots of pubs are Monday to Thursday only. They have 3 or 4 flavour thatchers on draught that I can't find anywhere else. Warm and welcoming. As a party of 4 we sat in the corner out the way and ordered food and a couple of drinks.... Very reasonable prices. The lad came over 20mins ahead of time to let us know the child in the group had to leave so no rushing about. Definitely somewhere we will be returning to. I would say the car park seems small for the size of the pub and you would expect parking issues but we have never had a problem getting parked.
