Munchies Cafe in Bexley

This is a typical workman’s type cafe giving food without any airs and graces at reasonable prices. I can recommend their range of all day english breakfasts. There is an outside eating area. The menu is quite extensive, looking at other customers food it looks to be ok but I have only had the English breakfast which was very good. It has a lot of regular customers Overall. very good.

I have been using this cafe for over 10 years, always a great choice, good food and staff are pleasant. Even though we moved two years ago but still go back here for breakfast!

I've been using this cafe for years. I have never found a better cafe locally. Well cooked food and plenty of it. The Turkish owners and staff are really friendly. The roast dinners are lovely although the roast potatoes could be slightly better if properly roasted but otherwise great value. It is very popular and is often packed with people. It is also very popular with the disabled and elderly, many of whom are regulars.

Local to me so have visited a few times. Good service, menu typical of cheaper cafes, with a few surprises Can get very busy at peak times, and offer take away for some of the menu too

Driven past many times, decided to stop for a bite to eat on rainy saturday lunch time. It looks clean and bright inside with around 40 seats with an additional 16 seats outside, although you wouldn't sit there unless you wanted some free second lung smoke. The menu is the standard chips with everything and looks reasonable value. Service is prompt and friendly. I had the spanish omelette which came with a nice side salad (and of course chips) and very well presented and tasted fine. The coffee was good too. Not brilliant but average doesn't mean it's bad. Has an FSA hygiene rating of 3 out of 5 ("Generally Satisfactory" ) - but you pays your money and takes your choice.
