Ordered dessert for the family as a lovely way to end Mother’s Day, oh that couldn’t be farther from what happened. Placed an online order at 7:00pm, and currently at 8:50pm still have not received it. Attempted to call and the phone hasn’t been picked up, driver said the staff are being rude to him as he’s been waiting to pick it up. 10/10 do not recommend.

I will not come back. as much as I use to come but they became too stingy very upset

The staff were nice and friendly. Deserts were delicious.

This is not the first time my order has been wrong , the staff in the Romford creams are extremely rude. As this is never different as every order I have made from this place has been WRONG. Me and my partner spend a lot of money on your company to just get disrespectful attitudes coming from staff members and my order is NEVER right. I would ask for a full refund because this is more than a JOKE!

Staff just give you whatever food they want regardless of what you order. No cutlery no napkins, the store is a mess, staff are miserable and lazy.

Tracker kept pushing time back. when driver arrived, he had three other orders from different resturants in his delivery back, perhaps the reason it too so long to collect or deliver to me

Absolutely disappointed in the delivery service provided by the shop along with the fact that you simply cannot get through to them as the line is closed . From 15-30min delivery time the waiting time ended up nearly 2hr wait . SO massively disappointed.

Food arrived stone cold and over an hour late . No communication from the shop and when speaking to JustEat, not fulfilling their word by not following up on our conversation via email . Completely appalling . Will not be ordering again . Bad service . Oh , and the shops phone line was of course closed too - how convenient .

Instead of Creams, I got Wendy’s instead? I didn’t even order Wendy’s, how can someone mess up this bad.

He then passed the boxes which were opened including 1 biscoff going all on my new jumper, he also handed us a milkshake that was half full and the other half in the plastic film. I will be emailing and sending photos so i would like a refund on this awfuwul service

The taste of the milkshake was mediocre as was the cookie dough- it’s not really a cookie dough dessert- looks and tasted like 3 cookies microwaved and melted with barely any taste

I enjoyed the Banana and Strawberry waffle—it was quite good. However, the simple waffle with Strawberry was disappointing. Given the quality of the desserts and service, the prices are unreasonably high.

one of my worst experiences ever. both my waffle and creppe arrive cold. both my ice cream pots arrive as water. I ordered 2 thick shakes which also came as water. definitely not ordering from here again

Went last evening with my two kids and my mum and I had the worst experience ever,we ordered bueno waffles and there was no chocolate sauce in it at all very poor compared to the one shown on the menu They didn’t even bring enough tissues for the five of us ,I had to ask them

Lovely food but I found it difficult to order. The waffles come with ice cream or so I thought as ours were delivered without. The options are unclear as there is no mention of it including ice cream but you do get an option to order EXTRA ice cream?

tlThe Meringue cake is always thrown messily into a box. I think this is to make it fit. still edible and a favourite, though.

I am come for drink. They said not available. All time. I am not come anymore. Ice lemon tea, mojito also if its not available why you is in your manu.

Not happy at all with the cookie dough I received it was very undercooked completely like someone just made it and got rid of it .. it was soggy and just like paste I took 1-2 bites and threw it away .. not happy at all completely ruined my evening.

He obvious made more than one stop which ment our food was cold the tracker said he stopped 10minutr away for 12minutes. Cold food and missing toppings

Toilet very dirty , I mentioned it to one of the staff she said I know , but nothing got done, also no toilet paper in there. I ordered a coffee is was almost cold .

My relatives and I visited here in the afternoon all while my mother ate a hot and cold chocolate fudge dessert. The cake was tasty, but following a few hours, my mom got sick and threw up the entire cake

Really comfortable seats, especially the ones at the booth! I went here for a birthday (it was my birthday) and the service was amazing! There is a birthday discount if you’re ordering something! Not only that but they had remembered me from last year on my birthday so this year, they surprised me with a lit candle on my order and wished me a happy birthday! Extremely great service! The food was also really generous and delicious! I couldn’t finish it all! Great variety of dishes on the menu! Definitely going there again!

They said it was buy 1 get 1 free on brownies but they only sent 1. Also said it comes with a scoop of icecream but that didn't come either.

Order via Uber eats no idea how to eat with knife and fork. When you ask for utensils then said nothings what’s the point

Desserts are good, and they are made / cooked in a clean working area. However, I am not sure why there is a charge of 50p for whip cream or ice cream alongside a crepe or waffle as Kaspas does not charge extra. Adding on, the eating area environment can also improve.

The three ice creams we ordered were packed with the hot desert, which melted the icecream. and the driver delivered to another address 1st. When we made just eat aware, I provided a picture but still was not sufficient. hot brownie was in the same paper bag with ice cream.

Both desserts were freezing cold he peddled a 20 minute route I assumed my dessert was coming by car !!!

We usualy order from deliveroo but today whilst out shopping we decided to pop in and try eating inside. Everything was fine at first , but once sat down we started to notice lots of little flies that kept landing on us and the table, like fruit flies. There where everywhere and once our food came out it only got worse. It really put us off our meals and ordering feom now on :( Tables where also incredibly sticky and atmosphere was a little strange? Unlike any other creams I've been to.

Have been here before for desserts and was always quite good (always order to eat in NOT takeaway). But now they have decided to be cheap and you no longer get the ice cream you used to get with the waffles! So you pay the same for a dry dessert and if you want ice cream you pay extra. It’s a shame because some of the waffles were really good but now I won’t bother going again.

I'm going to summarize the place in 6 points: 1. Service was quick 2. Staff were friendly enough 3. Food was mediocre 4. Portions were mediocre 5. Atmosphere was mediocre 6. Pricing was outrageous I've had Creams before, but this place doesn't live up to the name or quality. Wouldn't go there again.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM THE COURIER. the driver admitted to going past my house to collect another order from a local chicken shop and then proceeded to give me an EMPTY waffle box and no milkshake I am utterly disgusted.

Ordered at 9.30pm a waffle and ice cream, at 11.20 uber eats driver come and handed me a light bag , when I checked it was a small tub of ice cream, I asked were is the waffle his reponse was to phone the shop . I did no response, so I had to go there , fuming !! When I entered the shop the lady said oh your waffle is over there , and blamed the driver , but why wasn't it in the same bag ? , I told her I had been calling her. reply was our phones have never worked darling, well fix them or take the number off your website , and uber eats hardly ever refund if there's a error with order , so expect to have to deal with it yourselves

Food was good once came. Had to complain a couple times before they started to actually make it but once it arrived it was nice. Music gave it a nice vibe and servers where kind enough.

On this occasion I am so disappointed as I order from creams all the time. I ordered a bubblelicious ice cream and I feel scammed having seeing that more than half my sundae is whipped ice cream and what looks like half scoops of the bubble gum. I don’t know whether the gelato was running out or whatever the issue was but I did not pay for 70% of whipped ice cream, I paid for a sundae.

Not sure if management has changed recently but there is definitely a noticeable shift. Most concerning is that the desserts are being handled without gloves and after other surfaces (including the till) have been touched/used. This is across multiple members of staff, not sure how their hygiene rating can be high. They’ve also started to include additional charge for soft scoop ice cream when it used to be included in the price per item.

It was delivered on a bike so they couldn’t take the motorway! Had to go the very long way and my hot pocket is stone cold and not edible!

We walked in an hour after opening and there were already dirty tables. The tables were cleaned half an hour after we came. Customer service wasn't welcoming and it looks like we are actually bothering them there.

order took an hour to get ready and deliver. by the time the milkshake arrived it was runny and not thick what I paid for. Very disappointed.

The ice cream leaked everywhere in the box and the waffle was not presentable at all

I am really not happy with the service received here. I put my order in at 12:11. I could see there were two orders in front in red and one behind mine. 12:22 I still had not received my order. I could see both the orders before mine had gone but strangely, the order behind mine had also been completed. How did that happen? My order was very very simple and would only take 30 seconds for each item. 1 cone with one scope 1 cone with one scope Small slushy How has it taken 11 mins as well as an order after mine being completed first? The staff when asked was awkward, confused and didn't even seem to know what my order was as they said they were making it???? Which from above there was nothing to make? The cleanliness was less than to be desired including the toilets. Won't be going back. I suggest you don't use these

Unfortunately we was given out of date custard that tasted sour and smelt off

Sorry but the milkshake was watery and the cook dough wasn’t worth the money nearly 15£ don’t bother !
