Great service in comfortable suttoundings at reasonable prices and the added bonus of a small but well kept garden centre. Thoroughly recommend you visit.

Being a huge fan of the Marlow Hillier Garden Centre for its all year round display and variety of beautiful plants, bulbs, quality pottery items and a delightful gift shop from Easter to Christmas, this is my go to place and the Mulberry & Thyme Coffee Shop offers a delicious selection of homemade cakes and freshly cooked full English breakfast always delivered with a smile. There is a lovely outdoor patio to sit down and enjoy the sun in Spring / Summer after some plant retail therapy. Thank you so much for everyone at the Hillier Garden Centre for being so welcoming and making this Garden Centre so special !

Visited to enjoy the 2 Sunday lunches for £10 each. Great choice, great food with sufficient quantities for the healthiest of appetites. Pleasant hard working staff and everything social distanced. No need to book. Would thoroughly recommend.

The three of us each had their Beef & Reef special which was sirloin steak and breadcrumbed king prawns with chips & petit pois. The meal was utterly delicious. I can't reccomend it enough. Stayed for several drinks into the evening and the atmosphere was great. A superb pub with attentive staff who know how to keep a great cellar.

Full pouring a pint of Guinness... Bad start. Dead on a thursday night. Funny chat from the locals made up for the poor pints.

The vibe in here is so stuffy and dated which sort of lets down the entire experience. It very much feels like eating in your grandparents lounge (carpets, no music or atmosphere, date chairs and very packed in). The staff are really young and therefore lacking any real knowledge of the food or helpful interactions with guests. We asked for bread and our waitress said ‘um we only give you the bread once you’ve actually ordered your food’. I don’t think it’s their fault at all but seems like a real lack of training. The cup of mushroom soup served in an espresso cup as an amuse-bouche was truly not great or appetising in any way. Our mains were okay, beef was beautifully cooked and the set lunch menu is a great deal (£25 for two courses) but this place is truly so overrated and needs a huge revamp to not feel like it’s stuck in 1982.
