Muffin Break serves good coffee, the Americanos are great, get an extra big cup. They also have vegan muffins and gluten free cakes. The service is obliging. It's a great place for an afternoon coffee and cake.

This is in the shopping centre so it is busy and has a varied clientele. The staff were working hard but were really nice to an old lady who had just come from a funeral. They found time to listen and to keep the queue flowing. There was a tiny sprinkle of coconut on the top of the muffin. Inside there were 6 tiny pieces of pineapple. Mean. It is a cheap place to grab a snack but even so, there should have been more of the flavourings.

We often call in during shopping for a rest and indulge in a great cup of coffee and a really good muffin. There is a good selection of muffins and savouries all reasonably priced. Staff are friendly and helpful. Ask for one of their loyalty cards and you get a free coffee when you have purchased 6.Definitely worth a visit.

Took my friend here as it was a different cafe she hadn't tried while she was visiting the U.K. Although on this particular occasion they were quite busy, the staff apologised for delays and were very professional, work well as a team and serve one of the best cappuccino's I've ever tried! Needless to say next time I fancy a cuppa in Lewisham, this is where I will go!

As always, muffin break was just the place to meet a good friend for a proper catch-up. Service was cheerful and we were able to sit for as long as my friend's two-year-old let us! I was disappointed that the gluten free blueberry muffins had just run out but the spinach and feta Gluten-free muffin turned out to be even more delicious.

The muffins are brilliant in this place, evidenced by less sugar use in them. They're so good and have this crisp in them that I really love.

We visit this cafe at least once a week for coffee and muffins. The coffee is great and the food is fresh and tasty. The staff are always friendly and polite. Gluten-free muffins are always available. My only little criticism is that I would like to see a choice of flavours for the gluten-free muffins.

I used to visit Muffin Break a few years ago but today I have to say that the food was lacking, the staff were unwelcoming to most customers. However the crux came when they refused to refund a customer who was upset at the quality of the food. Staff treated her appalling upsetting her to a point that she found it necessary to get angry. They summoned the police. It was uneccessary they could have apologized and offered her a refund swiftly I will not be using Muffin break again, there are many eateries in the centre of Lewisham, independent and internationally recognized.

Great pub. Was welcomed by a barman with dark hair and thick accent (Welsh?) and was treated to a great evening in what is a very traditional pub. Very mixed crowd. Lots of families, couples and mat
