Muchachos in Gloucester

My favourite takeaway in Gloucester. The chicken burgers are amazing. Defo recommend the honey mustard or honey BBQ. Prices are really reasonable too. 15 pounds for two adults meals including drinks.

Great pricing, good options and customer service smiling. I thought although the food was ok itself the salad was small and unfortunately my friend found a hair in his burger. When staff were told about the found hair the smiling still continued. And he laughed It was almost as if he didn’t get it. Language barrier was a little vhallenging but staff was more than happy to help. Just didn’t understand about the hair. Before the hair was found I tried some of my friends burger (just the meat) and it was actually good quality. I enjoyed it The beef well done and season nicely Maybe I came in on an off day 6.2/10

I ordered tale out, spicy grilled whole chicken with peri mayo and a lamb burger. It arrived on time, hot and damn delicious. The deliver driver was an old man. Bless him, what a gentleman 👏

Thanks for telling me lies to bring back to me the hot sauce to mix with the chicken so I can enjoy that chicken as expected but never show up. I ordered for Periperi chicken but you sent me just marinated grilled chicken. I've been ordering this periperi for a long time from another source so I know the taste. it's quite unfortunate that I didn't order from "just eat" I would have reported you. Anyway, the chicken was thrown in to bin as it was so annoying and upsetting to be treated this manner. Just to let you know.....

Chicken was amazing, sadly missed a side and hit one star review on just eat but fair play they called me back and put everything right. Cracking bunch of boys and even better food

What can I say? Looking after the wife at the hospital and needed food, came here and oh my god. It’s just so delicious. Great selection of food, fair prices and the staff were lovely. Come open a shop in Cheltenham haha. Honey BBQ chicken burger was 👌

Popped in on my way to the station and was so surprised by how much I enjoyed the meal that I felt compelled to review (I rarely get takeaway fast food, and never review!). The burger was a really nice quality patty, and the bun and garnish were tasty too. The chips were great, just like old school burger King chips. The peri peri chicken was super tender and tasty, and the greek salad side was fresh and quite unexpected! Everything was so much better than a typical takeout, I would highly recommend to anyone passing by.

Amazing Service! We ordered on Just Eat and it did not arrive. This has never happened before; We are regular customers. However, a quick phone call later and Muchachos rushed out a replacement delivery of amazing food. They even apologised for the issue when it was clearly not their fault. What amazing service. Thanks!

Great place, nice and warm place to eat

My friend and I ordered food over the phone and informed them we were coming to eat at Muchachos. We got there, got our meal and requested for pepper because we did not get any, the manager told us we had to pay for pepper in a rude tone, we ignored him, paid for the pepper and ate our food. As soon I finished eating, I asked for hand napkins to wipe the sauce off my hands, the manager offered me blue tissue paper for wiping surfaces, I told him it will not help and asked for saviet paper but he refused to give it to me and told me to go get mine from Tesco's after we had paid for our meal which was very insulting and rude. I was disappointed by his response and told him it was bad customer service next thing he did shocked me as he told us both to get out of his shop and was swearing at us for no reason just because we told him we were not happy with his reactions. This is very bad customer service and I will never recommend anyone to Muchachos restaurant in London road, Gloucester because it can happen to anyone and shows how undisciplined and disrespectful and they only care about your money and not having good morale or standards. The Manager was not mindful of his attitude and how it affected me or what I was going through. I will never recommend that place, they have no morales.

Best grilled chicken in Gloucester..go there regularly..plenty of choice, burgers, wraps, salad and drinks.

Delivery was stated as 40-60 minutes, it arrived 1hr 40min later. The food was cold, burnt & bits of the order were missing.

Four of us ordered, food was piping hot, very tasty and fresh. Definitely going to order from here again soon.

Myself and my family were very fond of the place and have been for a long time until we recieved our food looking like this… I went back and he replaced the pitta to then see when I got home my wrap looked exactly the same. 2/4 family members now both have food poisoning because of this. No refund was given and no sympathy was given either. Will never be returning.

Very disappointed. We made an order at 5:30pm for our food to be delivered at 7pm. The app said the driver was on the way at 6:50 then by 7:20 it said it had been delivered but we were still waiting. We phoned up and they asked for our address then told us they are very busy it's with the driver and hung up. By 8pm my partner drove to KFC and we never had any driver from Muchachos turn up.

Having tried a couple of times now to order and receive the correct order very disappointed to find yet again we have paid for items to be added to burgers only to have standard cheese burgers delivered. Sorry but don't think we will be using you again. Also no easy option to report the problem just to report missing the whole item not where the order had not been personalised. The latest order we had I would also suggest the burger wasn't freshly grilled and healthy as promoted much more mass produced this time. Disappointing

Ordered food and had missing food. When you phone they tell you to check again even though it’s right in front of you. Won’t send out what you are missing but quick enough to take your money!! The customer service is absolutely terrible! They are rude. Won’t be ordering from here again! We will definitely be taking our custom else where. Also will be telling friends and family not to be ordering from this joke of a place again either!! Sort your customer service out. Definitely should not be answering the phones in a rude manor!!

When I ordered a single chicken wrap on just eat I was told it was 30-45 minutes. Over an hour and a half later I called to see where my order was and I was met with “it’s just busy tonight”. When I said they need to change the time on their website so others aren’t in this same position he said “I know”. I asked how long my order had been out for delivery as I had received a text 1 hour into my order to say it’s on its way. I wanted to know if I needed to put the oven on to warm it up, The reply was “another half an hour”. It’s simply not good enough. My car was in use otherwise I would’ve driven then the 10 minute journey and picked up something else. Very disappointed

I’ve ordered loads from here snd the order is wrong every time despite when i order it I get them to read the order back to me and I say every time don’t get it wrong please as last few times it’s been wrong. Yet every time it’s wrong l, ring them up and there so in denial and think I’m in the wrong. Terrible customer service, expensive and always wrong!

The food is ok, but I'm not going to buy ever again from them because the guy that takes the orders always tried to overcharge me.

Me and a couple of friends ordered a lot of food, they were missing a lot of food (2 wraps, 2 fries and 2 wraps. They then accused us of lying and would not send us anymore food. Will not order again.

Ordered a Muchachos on 3 different occasions and we were really impressed! The food arrived at our door via just eat, it was still hot and the wedges were cooked to perfection. The estimated delivery for the food was pretty accurate, I think they arrived early! I would 100% get another Muchachos and I really think they do such a good job for the price you pay! I will be ordering again!!

For the third time we've had issues with our order. Also my wife and I suffered serious stomach cramps...this will be the last and final time we'll be eating from here.

Wife and I love it here. Tend to have 1-2 visits per month. Occasionally we have to bang the fries in the oven for a couple of mins (if we have a delivery) just to crisp them up again, but the food is nice enough to still get the 5 stars

The food was good. The staff were very friendly.

Chips were cold. One of the burgers had the wrong filling. Beef was chewy and dry. Delivery instructions that we left when ordering weren’t followed by driver. Very disappointing considering there are similar restaurants in the area offering the same menu at a cheaper price and with free delivery.

The food be lit (ignore the veggies I guess) how e'er it was not the cleanliests of abodes to eat

I come here several times a week for lunch and choose the £3.50 chicken burger meal deal, which is great value in my opinion. It comes with a burger, chips, peri mayo and a drink. Service is quick and you can phone ahead with an order. It's the best lunch I have.

Had a hot burger, Gave me stomach ache not being rude but excellent chips and burgers nonetheless. Great staff just avoid hot and go for mild

Gracias Muchachos! Fresh, tasty and reasonably priced. Plenty options to choose from. Beef, chicken, bun, pita, wrap and more. Guessing that the extra hot options must be served with fire extinguisher as the hot option is already making you drip tears. Loved the meal!
