M&S Cafe in Richmond upon Thames

Called this store repeatedly about 5-6 times and all you get is an automated voice saying thanks for waiting then sorry call cannot be connected and call ends. Why don’t they have actual people answering phones. So annoyed.

Very friendly and helpful staff but decidedly average fare. My friend had chicken and veg soup which she said was 'gloopy'. I had a baked potato with chilli, which was OK. Reasonably priced.

M&S should have a larger counter to accomodate more food. However, what they serve is always delicious and well presented. The staff is charming and helpful

Thank you to the staff today for a pleasant lunch. The staff worked hard to overcome several difficulties so that we enjoyed our lunch with our granddaughters. PS. Could head office please supply some replacement cutlery?

We called in on a Friday afternoon and ordered hot chocolate and a piece of carrot cake each. The hot chocolate was very good not weak like some you get, and the carrot cake was very moist and tasty. Plenty of seating in the café and the tables were very clean and cleared promptly.

M&S initially did a great cup of black coffee. My choice is Americano. Not too long not too short. Last time I went to M&S I got a very average coffee which was just very flat and bitter. Back to Nero for me who make the best Americano by miles for me. M&S have expanded their food offering into a few microwaved pies and pastries. Not too bad but not really worth going out for !

No es sólo esta tienda, M&S consistentemente parecen imaginación falta en sus cafeterías. Servicio está muy bien y la comida está bien en un limitado M&S café. buscado Prefiero ir a otro lugar.

Esta pequeña cafetería es simplemente comida pero es luminoso y ventilado. El personal es muy amable y muy atento para la gente mayor y los menos capaces, asegurándose de que son cómodos y les sirven en su mesa si es necesario.Es un lugar de encuentro para personas de todas las edades.Los bollos son deliciosos si queso o fruta.
