A delightful experience from start to finish. Staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive. Delicious afternoon tea.

A great new find for us. Good varied menu, kind and friendly staff, nice outdoor seating area (with shade). As cyclists we particularly enjoyed Brenda the Blender’s coconut milkshake!

Afternoon Tea for my daughter's 41st birthday was such delicious food Nothing was to much trouble but as not long moved into the area will be going regularly to Mrs sailsbury at Wickham Bishop.

As always excellent lunch and service is always so welcoming! Would recommend both restaurants in maldon and wickham bishops

Perfect. Wonderful and generous selection of homemade sandwiches, fruit scone and 4 different sweet treats all washed down with unlimited tea. Very high standard, great attention to details and nothing was too much trouble. We are coming back for more. Well done team.

Spent an amazing Mother’s Day here with family. 6 of us. The atmosphere was lovely and cosy. The afternoon tea was absolutely delicious and so much of it.. Everything was freshly made with tea and coffee. The staff were very friendly and attentive and made us feel so welcome. I would highly recommend to anyone who likes an afternoon tea & I will making another visit soon.

We had afternoon tea and was one of the most delicious ones I’ve had. Nice think bread for the sandwiches and great selection of cakes. They were very accommodating of preferences for the afternoon tea, due to some dislikes. Service was great, friendly and helpful. They wouldn’t pester but always knew when to top up our tea or clear some plates. Unlike a lot of eateries that end up ignoring you once you have your food. Highly recommend, will be back!

I went for an afternoon tea with a friend. The service was great and the food very tasty and fresh. We could have unlimited tea and there is a wide range of herbal teas which were delicious. We were not rushed and the staff are friendly. Would definitely recommend.

My neighbours and I enjoyed a cream tea yesterday afternoon it was delicious! The staff and one in particular the lovely East End gal Mrs Perfect couldn't do enough for us she filled the teapot and was on hand for any of our needs! Highly recommend it for a lovely afternoon tea with friends or family!

Lovely surroundings and efficient/attentive staff. All food is well prepared. Today I had one of their delicious cheese scones and an excellent chocolate milkshake. Dogs very welcome in the outside seating area.

Usually very good if on the expensive side, especially when the scones are very small, yesterdays and over microwaved! So on this occasion really not good at all. Serving yesterdays scones is a false economy. They are relatively cheap to make for heavens sake!
