We've ordered from Mrs Browns several times now for lunch at work and the food is amazing! The service we get is brilliant, everything turns up correctly and very helpfully labelled. Would fully recommend the burritos!

Whilst doom scrolling on a well-known social media site, I came across this, what turned out to be a real gem of a cafe. The staff were lovely, the food cooked well and full of flavour. I had a great experience here. Do it! take the time and effort to find this place, and you won't be disappointed! I will be going back.

I’d like to thank Mrs Brown’s for my daughter’s first brithday cupcakes. I’d last minute placed an order and we’re very lucky that they were able to accommodate. When I picked them up, the lady had made personal touches such as a softer buttercream which would be easier for my one year old to eat as well as adorable decorations too. They were beautiful and incredible to eat!!! Thank you so so much again. I’d like to return and try the savoury menu too.

I ordered some cupcakes for my son's birthday to be delivered to his workplace. They were delicious and everyone loved them. The service was outstanding, efficient, friendly and clear. I would recommend.

Not only does Mrs Browns make delicious cakes, wraps and salads they do a banging breakfast too! Georgie also makes little doggy puddings that my dog adores so when it came to his first birthday I had to ask her for something special for him and she did not disappoint! Walk there as I looked on line said opened till 5 .got there was told stop cooking cause was to hot .and there closing I said it says on line that it closes at 5 .but the lady said things change despointed as my husband ill don't get out .much was looking for for nice meal as was told it was lovely

Just wanted to come and say that they did such a good job on my birthday cake and were very accommodating for any ideas and changes. It was perfect and even when ordering a black cake they made sure it was well cared for and didn’t let me leave without knowing everything i needed to. Thank you! Am absolutely crashing from the sugar and definitely need a diet now.

We wanted to incorporate our love of rainbows into the wedding somewhere and Georgie and the team at Mrs Browns aced it! 🤩 🌈 🍰 Whenever we’ve visited for cake, breakfast or Fat Santa’s - the service has always been lovely and the food always incredible - cannot recommend highly enough!

Suitable for students, especially on Friday. Taiwanese people must try it, the meal for two on Friday is super cheap!

We arrived and immediately didn't feel welcomed, it was our first time so we needed time to read the menu to see what was on offer and there is quite alot to choose from, we felt very rushed and they seemed to be surprised that we wanted to sit inside and eat almost like we weren't allowed to. the food was mostly ok apart from the cakes that were rock solid, no baby change in the toilet and they said we could change our baby on the floor in toilet?! First experience wasn't great to be honest, doubt we will come back.

Went there this morning. The two members of staff was super lovely. We ordered two breakfast wraps with bbq sauce and my god it was stunning. My lattee was also perfection. Would definitely go back there for more.

If you are looking for homemade and friendly service, you should go to Mrs Brown. Our family favourite local destination since they opened in 2014, the cake is lovely and the sandwiches are fresh and delicious. A very wide variety of food, drinks and you can pre-order a birthday or wedding cake or prepare for events. A hidden gem of Plymouth, you have to visit!

We ordered the Friday couple set, which was super cost-effective. The platter breakfast was very abundant, with generous portions. The latte coffee was also delicious. The staff were very friendly and would always inquire about our satisfaction with the meals.

I bought a birthday cake for my nieces 16th birthday, rarely are expectations exceeded but they were for this cake as it was out of this world, thanks so much Georgie my niece and family were blown away by your baking skills, you’re our star 👩‍🍳

We have ordered from Mrs Browns for the last three Christmases our Xmas lunch fat santa. This year was the best year! The Fat Santa was the tastiest I have ever had. There was 11 of us and every single one of us enjoyed them!! So much Turkey, and veg with extra pots of gravy too!! Cant recommended Mrs Brown's enough!!

We pre ordered a few days before ,came to collect and all 6 varietys of fat Santa's were perfect , there was a lovely atmosphere when we went to pick up and they had triple wrapped the gravy!! We had a lovely class staff team lunch thanks to you guys!

Ordered 15 items off the Xmas menu for a work lunch and all was amazing. Delivery was an added bonus. Will defo order again

Great place best sandwiches and wrapping I have ever had without a doubt, went today for their Korean mac and cheese wrap and they have defo won me over as a regular and I'm looking forward to seeing what next weeks special is. Looking forward to visiting again, the staff super friendly, will return. Regularly.

Not bad... they had my favourite cake - school cake so that's a winner for me . Bap was good too. Nice strong mug of tea . Nice little hideaway cafe when you need some peace and quiet. I'll be back with my kids at some point .

We had been here a few times before just for tea and cake, so we popped in on a recent visit to Plymouth. Yes the cake was amazing, but the bacon roll definitely lacked lustre and the tea was served by the small mug [far too expensive] and the tea was weak and cold. This place is great for take-away cake but I wouldn't recommend eating or drinking here. A great disappointment!

Ordered 12 cupcake sized white chocolate and ginger cheesecakes (like the Wagamama one) from the delightful Georgie. They were ready for collection on the agreed time, communication was good and she absolutely nailed the flavour. Will be ordering again! Thank you Georgie and team x

I had to write this review, because I had the chicken katsu sando at the new place, and it is simply the best sandwich I have ever had in my life! Melt in the mouth and amazing flavor! Also bought a few boxes of cakes for the team, they went down a treat! Staff were lovely. I will definitely be returning!

Ordered their special wrap (avocado, egg, siracha and more), amazing food and friendly staff. Portion sizes are great I ate one half for breakfast and took the other half home for lunch. Great food, looking forward to trying some of their sweet treats soon. Coffee was amazing. Iced caramel oat latte and special wrap came to £10.45 which is great, especially considering the portion size being enough for two meals.

I went in to collect a ‘Too good to go’ order today and the two ladies were really lovely and welcoming, the food is absolutely amazing and I’d recommend this place to everyone! :)

I have just eaten the best take out in Plymouth. Fat Santa are so delicious. I could eat one every day. Please put them on your everyday menu, can’t wait in between Christmas and Easter x

What can I say except home to some of Plymouths tastiest treats. I stopped by with friends that had never been before. We bought a selection of brownies, stuffed cookies and my favourite a cheesecake filled easter egg. We weren't dissapointed. Great selection Georgie is so friendly and welcoming as are the other members of Staff. Savoury options look just as good. Will be back again soon.

Great find for a lunch whilst shopping in Plymouth and an alternative to the standard chains etc. Lovely choice of sandwiches and even more choice of tray bakes and sweet treats!

Ordered a cake for my siblings birthday today, picked it up yesterday and it was phenomenal. I asked for the theme and Mrs Browns did not disappoint- space and rainbow. Not only did the cake look amazing, but it tasted fantastic- light and fluffy! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Visited for the first time today with friends and my toddler, warm welcome from the moment we stepped in, cakes were delightful and the breakfasts looked amazing, will definitely be returning!

I just consumed the tastiest roast wrap I ever had! A generous helping of chicken, lashings of cranberry sauce and a liberal application of stuffing. All prepared with care for my nut allergy. I will be eating # Fat Santa again!

We visit here a few times a year to get cake, cakes are good. But fat Santa is the one! At Christmas time and when they announce odd times during the year for fat Santa's I am there. Numerous time!! Fat Santa's are amazing, filled with goodness! Staff are lovely and always welcoming

Absolutely stunning food regardless of whether you want sweet or savoury. Recommended!

I'm not sure I can put into words the most amazing thing that is a Mrs Browns fat santa. We wait for 10 months for the first week in November when the cry goes out that today is the day Fat Santas start. No matter how big the que or how many have been sold. You are served with a smile and friendly greeting by all the staff. You can leave anything out but why would you, a full roast dinner in your choice of yorkshire, wrap or roll is what November and December are made for. If you haven't been what are you waiting for? If you can't get there to Easter then the pancakes are the best in Plymouth. In fact Mrs Browns are your comfort foid blanket all year round. Walking in and seeing Georgie's smiling face makes you feel at home and like you've been snuggled in a warm cosy blanket.

Halloween brownies had nice topping but not buttery how I like. Maybe they are vegan? The cookie dough bar was dry soz. £10 for 4 items is a good price and I will try again but I prefer a buttery indulgence

Just around the corner from Plymouth Museum [the Box] you will find this gem of a small cafe. Yes, it's down a side street, but don't let that put you off. The some made cake selection is vast and you will have to ensure you order a couple different slices to share. The service is friendly and prompt. Seating is a little 'quirky' but seeing you are only there for a quick coffee or lunch, it's fine. While we were there a load of local builders came in for lunch and there plates looked more than ample to 'keep them going'. If you like a large portion then again this is a place for you. We had cake and a coffee and thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay. So forget the expensive cafe chains in the town centre and make your way to Mrs Brown's.

Have travelled down from North Devon on multiple occasions for all that Mrs Browns have to offer and have never been disappointed! Afternoon tea is great value for money, the Fat Santas are amazing and the cakes are incredible! Staff are always so lovely. Highly recommend! Can’t wait for my next visit!

Went in looking for somewhere that could do a nice box of brownies for some clients and they were great. Allowed us to order ahead so we only needed to pick them up on the door. They offer a wide selection of food as well, doughnuts, brownies, rocky road, cookies as well as different flavours and other things as well.
