My burger was really dry & tasteless & I ordered a portion of sweet potato fries which I thought were fairly pricey & when I opened the box at home they were burnt. I have a photo but not sure how to upload to the review. The pizza we ordered was up to their usual standard! I don’t think I’ll order anything other than pizza from here in the future.

Food was freezing cold when arrived. I had no confirmation that they had received the order, 2 hours later I was getting ready for bed and the takeaway had arrived. After many phone calls to ask if they had received to no answer. Don't waste your money.

Ew. I’m of the mindset that there is no such thing as a bad pizza but, Mozzarellis sure comes close! I have ordered from here on four different occasions. Each one slightly less enjoyable than the previous. This last one was under cooked yet, incredibly greasy. Never again.

If I could.gove 0 stars I would. Ordered at 17:51, called at 19:00 for an update to be told delivery by 20:00, now 20:28 and no food and not answering the phone. Robbed blind of £23.

First time trying it tonight had pizza bomb delicious as well as bbq chicken nachos and waffle pizza fries was so tasty ! Big fan will return

We've ordered from mozzarellis on a few occasions and the food is always hot and delicious. As others have commented however the wait is usually quite long for food, in our opinion the quality of the food is worth the wait!! 10/10 best pizza in/near Ripon, and better than any of them in Harrogate when we lived there too!!

Phoned an order tonight was told 1hr delivery ..phoned after 75min to be told it was 5min away over 10 min later food delivered barely like warm

Phone up at 6.45 and call disconnected. Called again at 6 .50 and asked to wait while they served another order. Left like that for 25 mins. App doesnt work either so wasted best part of an hour on holiday with their incompetence. Neutral on food as didnt manage to get any.

Ordered food @18:58 and it took over 2 hours for our food to arrive not happy at all. Don’t get me wrong food is good but the time it takes to receive your meal is beyond a joke. Estimated delivery time @21:09 arrived @21:37

Ordered delivery from here to a little B&B we were staying at. Very good selection of pizzas to choose from and not too expensive (much cheaper than a major chain). I found my perfect pizza (meat lovers) and asked for extra sauce, which I got and was very tasty! Took a little longer to get here (an hour) than we'd have liked but was worth the wait and the delivery lady was very nice. Very happy and would definitely have it again!

Just had a delivery ordered 18.20 delivered 20.15 Over cooked and over priced if that's the quality they deliver! Inedible 0 out of 5 The chap who answered the phone really couldn't give a toss!!!

I'm mostly disappointed by takeaways, and restaurants, in the Thirsk and Ripon with the quality of food and value usually being average at best. The takeaway we got from Mozzarellis bucked this trend and was absolutely fantastic. The pizza was good and the chicken kebab had plenty of chicken in the beautiful naan bread which it was served in and the burger bomb was also superb. Thank you

Really great, varied choices of pizzas and other mouth watering dishes from burgers to cheesy chips. Reasonable prices for good portion sizes. Staff are always polite and helpful whether they are working in the shop or driving and always do their best to get your order to you on time. Due to the shops location most orders are delivered but you can pick up direct from the kitchen. We have used "Mozzas" on may occasions and they have been consistently good over a long period of time. Highly recommended and great for those lazy nights in!

Ordered from here 4 times now and every time it has taken so long for a small order and we only live 5 mins away. We say every time we’ll give it another go and each time it takes over 2 hours for delivery. Pizzas are okay - nothing special but the delivery time is the main thing that lets it down. A shame really as there aren’t many pizza deliveries in the area.

Sorry Mozzarellis, but you have let yourselves down this time. Ordered a kebab bomb and a pizza, the pizza was luke warm and very greasy, and to find 2 small pieces of chicken in the bomb was disappointing as well as the base of the bomb being black and burnt unfortunately.

Waited 2 hrs no food gone past time to order from anywhere else no answer after 9 o'clock must be the earliest closing place in the country have to ring every time to see whether it's coming or not will not be using again

Chicken Tikka Kebab was great, been hard to find a decent one around Boroughbridge. Naan was ok, would be better as a soft pitta for the Kebab but overall still great.

Really didn't enjoy this meal, the onion rings was very fatty and soggy and just tasted of old grease rather than being crisp and tasting of onion. The chips tasted the the exact same and was soggy. From other takeaways I normally order half pounder chicken burgers but unfortunately here only offer a small amount of chicken with a bun that's allot wider than it and the lettuce was BROWN and stale rather than green! The tub of mayo was hot. Unfortunately will not be ordering again from here.

Superb pizza! Colzone and burger!

Last pizza we ordered was burnt. Ordered this time round and as you can only order online, made a comment in notes when ordering, they didn't even apologise or acknowledge this comment and request!!! Guess what... happened ?... lacking in topping and not burnt but very over cooked. So in my mind, with that said ,with not acknowledging problem last time and getting this order like this ... makes you think was it on purpose as complained of last order? At least when we had an issue before they addressed it. The more successful they have become the worse the food quality has become..shame guys.

Well, what can i say. I've driven past mozzarellis hundreds of times on the way to and from work and finally decided to pull over and drop in (as i live 20 miles away in harrogate). Jesus, I'm so glad i did. I ordered my own pizza (chicken tikka, doner meat, meat balls and jalapeños. The pizza was FANTASTIC! The meat balls were not only much better than average size, but the flavour from them was delicious. The doner meat was big thick chunks and again, was fantastic. The tomato puree/sauce was some of the best I have EVER tasted! As for the base, this is usually just a vessel for the toppings, not here though. It has its own disticntive flavour and when you get to the crust, that's when the fun begins. I will definately be "dropping in" again!

Very rare that you get a real, authentic Italian style base from a takeaway. Pizza here is the best you'll get locally and some of the best in the country for a takeaway rather than an authentic Italian restaurant. Blows all competition out of the water. Sometimes you have to wait 3 years for it to arrive but it's always worth the wait.

What a shower of you know what !!!!! How a business operates like this one i honestly don't know How long till our pizza's arrives? 1hr 30, ok Pizza arrives 2hr 30 ,3 out of the 4 pizzas, most of them went in the bin, 2 itens missed of the order Against our better judgement we decided to give them one last try Ordered on line at 4.15pm for 7.30 delivery, it is now 8.08pm still no delivery, just been on the phone and they were just going in the oven Employ some more staff,get bigger premises, do what ever is required, but ffs stop fobbing customers off with garbage (verbal or edible)

Very dissappointed. Took 1hour 45 mins for delivery. Ordered chicken parmo. Came burnt ,onion rings over done chips warm . This was the second time my parmo arrived burnt. Will not be returning as a customer.

Really good pizzas, very tasty and have gluten free options too. Recommended.

Quite simply this has to be the best pizza around. In a town with many pizza takeaway places Mozzarellis isn't my usual haunt but used as a treat for my daughter and I.

Much better than many pizza places I've tried over the years. There's so many different combinations of pizza's to try, I love the parmo pizza with a bechemel and garlic sauce base instead of the usual tomato. Obviously there is lots more than pizza here, the burgers and Nacho's are also worth a mention!

What a joke took over a hour and a half to come. And when it did it was cold. Hardly any chips and you get two tiny pittas to make your own mixed kebab which It doesn't say that on the website. Don't waste your money. I decided to give these another go. I wish I never did. Yet again it was a awful. Few chips burn parmo which was delivered extremely late and was cold. Don't waste your money here.

Good food utterly ruined by disgraceful customer service,they have certainly lost me as a customer . After a minor menu choice hiccup the conversation went something like this: me “so in view of the fact that you are unable to provide my menu choice could you round my bill down from £43 to £40 as a good will geature?” him “no” , me “ so, you are going to lose me as a customer for the sake of a £3 good will gesture?” Him “yes” me “ business must be good to turn away custom like that” him “it is” . With an attitude like that, this company does not deserve to succeed.

This is by far the best pizza place in ripon. Deliver quickly, the pizzas are MUCH better than the competition in ripon. The added bonus is they are not outrageously over priced like some of their ripon competitors.

Best Pizza EVER!!!! Friday tea time Food arrived hot and very quick Delivery, polite and friendly driver. Easy to order on line so impressed I had to phone and tell them myself!! "I'll be back"!

I was pondering about what to peck my beak on whilst famished in a field and then I remembered that my very adventurous friend recommended a pizza place in the depths of the moors near about sharow next to a studio with flashing lights and sausages so I strolled and found this majestic building. I ordered a 16" meat feast with chips and a bottle of coke. I was surprised by how quick it was; the service was fab. I demolished it all in 10 minutes in a neighbouring field and spent the night dreaming about when my next encounter would be with that life changing pizza shop. Cannot wait until our paths cross again later on this evening !!

rude and ignorant waited for nearly 2 hour for my pizza, the delivery man was rude shrugging shoulders n pulling faces like he didnt care n he had the cheek to say what do u want me to do about it, food was cold n i feel insulted paid over 20pound
