Mozalicious in Sandwell

Had a few takeaway deliveries from here and the food is fantastic 👌 Staff have been really friendly on the phone & when delivering. Nice touch giving free poppadoms, salad, onion bhajis. Definitely recommend this place!

Excellent service. Not licensed but great off licence 2 doors away with chilled beers, wines etc. No corkage charge in Mozalicious. Visited with elderly parent and her blind companion - and the staff made sure to look after them really well. Great restaurant, great menu, great prices and all topped off with first class friendly service. And it's only an 18 minute walk from the Holiday Inn at Oldbury. Perfect !!

1. This restaurant in not licensed BUT there is a local supermarket 3 doors away with a huge beer, wine etc selection in their chillers. Mozalicious are happy to provide all the glassware you need and no corkage fee either. 2. The guys in Mozalicious are welcoming, friendly and have the balance right between friendly chat and waffling on. 3. The Menu is huge and prices are probably 40% less than my local in Somerset. 4. We visited with my elderly mom and her friend who is blind. Again, the guys in the restaurant went out of their way to ensure they were looked after. 5. The starters were excellent and so were 3 of the 4 main courses. I wasn't overly impressed with mine BUT that may well have been my menu choices as the others loved theirs. 6. The time came to order an Uber for mom and her blind friend. Again the staff at Mozalicious ensured they were looked after, signalling the taxi and making sure they managed the step. So, an amazing little restaurant that stuck to their beliefs of not serving alcohol but who went out of their way home provide a very friendly welcome to us newcomers. Don't pass them by, they're an 18 minute walk from the Holiday Inn Express and well worth the visit.

Guys, all I can say is you don't need to look at the menu in this place. Make sure Mo is looking after you and let him recommend a meal for you. This guy knows every dish inside out and if you tell him what you fancy to eat, he will get the chef to cook you one amazing meal. I've just had sea bass, which I can highly recommend. The guys really look after you here and make you feel so welcome. Why go anywhere else???

Up on a busines trip from Essex and really fancied a curry . Read the reviews and booked 5 of us a table here. Great place , really busy with lots of regulars , very good menu and excellent curries . I'm hoping I get sent here again! Fantastic service from malik and the team .

Usually go here and usually no problems however yesterday we went ordered the banquet meal curry was served in a balti dish there was hardly any food in that dish you could actually see the bottom of it asked for some more sauce to top it up the guy didn't seemed too pleased anyway after a little while he brought some more sauce we both had some of it. It wasnt even the same curry sauce! My god we had stomach ache through the night and diarrhoea next day and all day waiter/owner must of been really annoyed that we asked for more as we think something else was put in that curry sauce so don't dare complain you will be sorry!!

A fantastic local restaurant with very friendly and attentive staff, serving very flavourful food at a great price. We are from Edinburgh and discovered this place on a trip down last year and it was the first place on our list when we returned this year. We look forward to visiting again when we are back in the area.

After spending early evening at The Barlow Playhouse we walked over to Mozalicious (we had booked in advance which is advisable) - we was greeted and welcomed so warmly - the staff are second to none so hospitable we were recommended the Chicken Parthi which was absolutely delicious served with accompaniments of poppadoms/sauces, rice, naan breads - not forgetting the bombay potatoes - portions are generous - all was very good value for money - Mahmood checked everything was was ok for us and showed interest in where we were from and conversation with him and other staff flowed so easily (my sister is local) but has never been there before) that is definitely going to change as we intend it to be a place to go to when I visit as we had such a good night - by the way good luck to the staff that will be taking part in a Badminton Tournament on Tuesday - regards Mel & Bev

Quality and reasonable Indian fare, staff are friendly, the place is practical but pleasant enough. Always swing by on our bi-annual area visit. If you've not tried it, I'd say it's worth the visit. Great for a family get together, big or small groups, would recommend you book though as can get busy.

Brilliant food, service and atmosphere.

Told the server my chicken was squidgy and the guy told me it was because of the korma sauce? I don’t know if I’m being daft or something but im sure the sauce has nothing to do with the way the chickens being cooked, I was eating rubber covered in curry rather than chicken apparently….

Love this place. Josh and his staff are brilliant. They do a great value deal through the week and the food is always delicious. They are happy to help and recommend dishes. Fabulous friendly atmosphere. Even went here for Christmas Day. Book us in again for this year! 😀

Usually go for the meal deals, Sunday to Thursday, 4 course £12.94. The menu has a good selection with lots of specials on it and the food is very good. The staff are very friendly and it's a cheap night out as you take your own drinks. You might need to book in advance as it is only a small restaurant and it gets busy even on a Sunday.

I booked for 2 people had confirmation all booked for 10 O'clock on 30th September went in to restaurant loads of table free and said not got No tables has they got big party coming in showed them my booking confirmation still would not give us table, Went to Llittle Banger instead had lovely meal. I do not understand why we were refused as when past we saw no big party. All ican say it is discrimination against women if we did that to them we be called racist. So disgusted with this restaurant will never use again or recommend.

Been tonight. Lovely staff, nice little place. Food was fantastic, very acommodating and informative when dealing with Allergens. They cooked a dish a different way to what they normally do to make it work for me, and it was lovely. In fact one of the best I've tasted. Will definitely be returning.

Food is disgusting....chicken is chewy and cold, chips never cooked propley. popadoms are greasy. Payed for extra chicken never got it ...Reception staff are rude and disrespecfufll..never order from there again...horrible place horrible staff horrible food.

We booked a family party for 25 people. Everyone raved about the food and service. Staff couldn’t do enough to help us enjoy our evening. They went out of their way and pulled out all of the stops !! Really reasonably priced mid week set menu . Great tasting food and ample portion size!

I really should have reviewed before now. We used to eat in and take away quite regularly, always excellent service and delicious food. However, we then moved away. Having sampled many local takeaways...we made a 50 mile round trip back to Mozzies. So glad we did, and will be back

Visited New Years Eve, dispite being full, the food was served quickly and was absolutly superb. Also the Staff although busy were very polite. I would recommend you give this very friendly resturant a visit.

Weve been there about 4 times now, food is always absolutely delicious and top notch service, definitely recommended.

Although a regular place for me to visit we took a group of friends from the football here recently and had an excellent experience. The waiters are very polite and helpful. I only found out this time that you can even "mix and match" the menu. For example, I had the Seabass but in a sauce from another curry on the menu. Definitely remember that one for the future. Basically this place will bend over backwards to get the dish you want just right. Just ask if you don't want the one item in a dish that otherwise sounds delicious, they will do it. Josh, the waiter is chatty and friendly and seems genuinely interested in talking. Taj, the chef loves to see you love his food. It really is a great place to eat. It has a cosy feel in the restaurant and is always clean. You can bring your own alcohol and the waiters don't mind pouring your wine. To top it all off it is very affordable! I would always recommend this place

This has got to be the best hidden gem of Oldbury, from customer service to the food. A intimate restaurant in Oldbury that has a cosy feel, clean and fresh decor. The staff are attentive and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. The food was absolutely amazing 👏, for an Indian woman who is a massive foody reviewing this place is an absolute delight. Outstanding flavours, fresh and excellent combinations. The food is sizzling hot arriving straight from a gas flamed trolley to your plate! Great touch guy's!! You are welcone to bring your own alcoholic drinks as it is unlicensed. If you haven't tried this place I suggest you do really soon!
