Do not order from here!! Stay far away!! Disgusting customer service when called to find out where the order was as just eat claimed it to be delivered they told us to call the driver as it's a driver problem and was huffy and rude when asked for the number, we then called and the number was not recognized so when we called back for the second time they were extremely rude telling us it's our problem and Uber talked over us when we tried to explain the issue and then hung up on us! Absolutely dreadful customer service and handling off issues so rude disrespectful and quick to point blame anywhere but themselves or help with the issue so we have no delivery, I'd urge you to go anywhere but here

Not gonna lie I been here multiple times and really enjoyed the food but tonight I went for a chicken burger and spoilt my food the chips were nice the burger was a spicy burger and the spice was really good along with the barm cake but the chicken was two very thin fillets and because they was so thin the batter was then rock solid so from now on I will be sticking to the fish

Tasty pretty good actually I wanted just a simple fish and chips and it was nicely cooked with a fainter dash of salt and vinegar than I imagined but it complimented the fish pretty nicely. It was quite nice.

I'm so glad that Sara G had a good experience, when the delivery messed up her order. I however had completely the opposite customer service! I rang this restaurant after Just Eat said they had delivered, but we never received our food. The arrogant person identifying himself as Akil, the manager, told us that it wasn't their problem, after keeping me on the phone for over five minutes, chasing up our order, and to get in touch with Just Eat. No apology, nothing. The fish and chips are nice from here, but there are other chippies in Bolton, you know!? Disgraceful

10/10 to the lovely man, who fixed the Uber eats drivers mistake, the driver left us someone elses food, probably cause he was chatting away on his mobile, after 10 mins trying to contact the driver via Uber Eats help, finally get through to him, he then refuses to return as hes now 3.8 miles away so pretty much get told take it up with Uber, not my problem, even though he delievred the wrong order, to the wrong person. Rang the restuarant directly, the guy who helped us was amazing, nothing was too much trouble, he sorted the food being made again and even delivered it directly to my house, in what i am assuming his own vechicle, very promptly on a busy Friday night, he was so apologetic and sincere, worlds apart from Uber Eats plc and their ignorant driver!! Have ordered from here in the past and im happy to say this has not put us off, simply because of how well it was dealt with by the person I am assuming to be the manager..

really bad. never come here. messed up our order. chips are cold. sausage looks and tastes like my 💩. dont waste your money and avoid at all costs

Outstanding Fish and Chips. Been here a few times and always consistently amazing Fish and Chips and really good value for money. I mean Fish and Chips, 2 sides and a drink for £9.99 that is just a great deal and the quality of the fish and chips is truly outstanding.

Well friendly white female and really friendly Asian Female . Asian males not freindly at all .Been about 6 times and chips can sometimes be needing longer cooking times . Cheese pie when your paying a premium a chepo horribe tasting pie wasn't what I Had expected curry is very weak. Asian rap music isnt nice tom listen to will start going back to town centre chip/restaraunt .
