Expensive (read seriously overpriced) and not very good really. Nothing more to say.

Good food, excellent service from friendly staff. Impressed with range of European beers. Strongly recommend the “Lounge Burger”!

Nice atmosphere, plenty of seating, smart decor. Small outside seating area, dog and child friendly. Varied menu for snacks, mains, coffee, ect, wide range of alcoholic drinks, order at the bar or online.

Good for cocktails, drinks and small plates.

Certainly recommend this shot. Pancake ??made with Frangelica..the taste was very nostalgic. It took me back to when my kids were still at school and making pancakes for them.

Lovely food well prepared and presented.

Great food here I had a bacon cheese burger it was delicious also some lovely homemade drinks strawberry lemonade also delicious I'd go again.

Sunday where there's usually nothing. Perfect for a get together.

Not the best experience. Staff friendly and helpful enough but a very bland experience. Food very mediocre. Have been to a number of the Lounge group restaurants and this is below par.

The food was very nice and we got served our food and drinks very quick by a young waitress despite how busy it was. Overall very friendly staff.

Such a lovely atmosphere here at morro lounge. such a nice place to eat or drink and is so lovely to have something so quirky and different to eat or drink at in Richmond. Me and 3 other friends came here the other day to have some lunch, we were greeted by a lovely young lady who was a member of staff who straight away sat us down and ran us through everything we needed to know. We ordered food and within 10 minutes the food came. We were over the moon with how quickly the food came but also how delicious it was!!! Such friendly staff and great service and not to mention the gorgeous food! Will definitely be visiting here again!!!

Service was really good and really fast despite them being quite busy, the girl that served us was lovely and very attentive

They didn't have some options on the menu. Ended up ordering the steak for £19.95 and it was small. Lady behind the bar dropped a tray of drinks and spilled it all over me. Then blamed me for it!

Great building nice decor food great, service leaves a lot to be desired. We were not told it was bar service and not table service so we waited and eventually we did attract a passing waitress, we both agreed another member of staff would be a plus and a less laid back attitude otherwise a good place to eat and drink

Had a few drinks here for the very first time on our visit to Richmond. Had been lovingly transformed into a lovely restaurant from the old HSBC bank. Very quirky. Also dog friendly too.

Great place to grab some food and a drink with friends or family. You can order at the bar or with a QR code. We often have burgers, which are very tasty. Sometimes you have to wait a bit for food to arrive but it's cooked fresh. Serve food all day unlike some places. It's large inside and has an outdoor area. Plus books and games to entertain. Great indoor decor. Cosy and practical. Expect a hike to the toilets unless you are able to use the disabled ones.

Called for a small snack was very happy with what we had

Beautifully converted old HSBC bank ( shame about the bank ) Nice eclectic decor inside which gives plenty to look at should one’s companion be boring ! Very busy but staff member greeting and directing to empty tables. Difficult to clear tables quickly enough but that is understandable in a busy service. We had a bottle of Malbec and shared the tray of 3 extremely tasty tapas served efficiently and in friendly manner in very good time at a very reasonable price. We personally would prefer no dogs ( at least they were not on laps as often in France ) but understand in this area why that might limit foot fall. This was our first time here having explored most of Richmond’s eateries. For a casual lunch it was ideal and we will definitely return .

Popped in for drinks and as usual the staff go above and beyond to help even just for two drinks! Always polite, helpful and friendly. Welcoming to our dog which we love. Have had food here many times and it has always been to a high standard. Impressed with their treatment of gluten free and they have an extensive GF menu. Would recommend a visit if you are in the area as they can cater to couples, families, allergies and dogs; so got all areas covered!!

Disappointing cos the place looks nice from the outside, only 2 staff on when quite busy so queuing at the bar. Saw a guy use his hands to fill a glass from the blender, YUK. Scruffy floors and tables.

Great place, wish we had one in Tiverton, Mid Devon

You dont get a lot for your money. A tiny burger and a cup full of chips for 18 quid +. Mine was nice but my partners steak fright was like rubber, and the salad was just lettuce. They provided her with something else and refunded the difference, but we won't be rushing back

Bartender was very friendly and professional

Great food, service and environment. Accommodated us for our staff xmas meal. and although there was only 5 of us, were gracious enough to reserve us a table until everybody arrived. Who I can presume was one of the managers gave a fantastic and friendly service throughout, as well as throwing in great banter delivering a brilliant experience. All of us were impressed and will be back again!

Really good food, nice service and super friendly staff. Have been a few times and enjoyed the quiz nights in particular. Unfortunately always a bad drain smell though which spoils it. Have seen other reviews stating this and that it has been fixed but definitely hasn’t which is a shame

Family friendly modern pub in heart of Richmond. Attentive staff, easy and good service, tasty food with menu which caters to whatever you fancy from small to large dishes, healthy to weekend treats.

We stayed for hours on Saturday and had a lovely time. Johnny was particularly great 👍🏼. Grab the sofas if you’ve got kids with you, lots of space and really comfy.

Converted old HSBC bank located in the Market Square. Great service and excellent food in nice surroundings. Can't fault it. I had the Lounge Breakfast and the wife had a Chicken Shawarma Flatbread. Daughter had a bacon breakfast muffin.

A beautifully maximalist-style decorated restaurant, quite surreal to see if you ever used the bank that it used to be. If you love art you’ll love the walls in this place! Very attentive and friendly staff. They made my vegan daughter’s 18th birthday meal so lovely, with complimentary drinks. The food is always great here. I recommend Rose’s truffle chicken, which is delicately fragrant and rich. We’ve just discovered that Morro lounge do matcha lattes, and they are far better than the ones you can get at a certain green logo coffee shop. Thanks so much to the staff and chefs for a great time, every time 🙂

Beautifully done out place with a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Food was spot on. Liked it so much in the evening we went back for a coffee the following lunchtime.

Beautiful looking building inside & out, very warm & welcoming. I joke you not, probably the nicest cooked breakfast I have ever had!! Highly recommend.

Great place, DOG FRIENDLY and lovely food. Offered loads of Gluten Free options too. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the food was a real feel good eat! I'd return to this place time and time again when visiting and if I see any of their sister establishments on my travels I'll be stopping off there too!

Myself and Husband absolutely love this place ,The staff and the speed they serve you is clockwork and so professional and well mannered. Thats before we mention how good the food tastes.I have told my family about Morro Lounge. I enjoy looking at the deco and the atmosphere ,chatty and lively. So pleased we stepped threw their door.

Disappointing. Lovely decor, drinks were fine and the staff were ok but the table had a sticky surface area, always a bit off putting, and the food was poor quality. Ok for a quick drink but wouldn’t eat there. Elixir knocks spots off Morro.

Food was terrible, especially the portion sizes, I think they brought food out for one and charged for a share platter. Ridiculous

Trendy place, attentive decent staff. Only criticism is there are far too many dogs inside where people are trying to eat. Absolutely love dogs and have no issue with them being at the bar or where food isn't being served, but having dogs where food is being served is very unsanitary and doesn't look good for food hygiene, especially when they are being fed scraps off the table or jumping up by the owners of said dog. Only other issue is the music is very very loud, difficult to hear each other speak. Would still reccomend though!

Nice place and food at lunch nice too

The food was amazing but it took ages to come in fact mine nearly didn't and when we asked where mine was the girl huffed and puffed like we were disturbing her the staff were rude and lazy and even tried to keep our change when we paid them it's such a pity as the place itself is well laid out and the food spot on just need to sack all the staff

Have been here several times but today took my mother in law for her first visit! The food and coffee as always was fantastic with great portion sizes, the service and atmosphere was brilliant too

Service was slow and drinks overpriced. There are other establishments that have a nicer ambience and have less of an impact on your pocket. We only stayed for one drink, and moved on to another place because of slow service

Over priced and definitely over rated food . One of our party ordered salmon with eggs had to look twice for the salmon .I ordered a flafel flatbread when it came there was only one piece of flafel which had been sliced thinly, and no hummus on it when i complained was told they had ran out of hummus ,well it would of been nice to be told when i odered it so basically i was eating dry bread ,said i could have ordered something else but we couldnt wait to leave and would definitely not return .

Awful food, awful service, awful place. Sticky tables and some very rude staff - some desperately trying to get it right though. Ordered beef brisket chilli for my husband (his gluten free) and myself. This took goodness knows how long to arrive and when it did mine was like a kidney bean soup with no signs of any beef! Upon complaining we were refunded with the cost of my food. My husband then said that his was also awful so we left. Never, ever trust all the reviews you read as this place was really bad. Spoke to a local in a shop afterwards and he said it’s a bit hit and miss. Definitely a miss for us!

A gorgeous place with equally as good food and great service

"Our recent visit to Moro Lounge left us quite disappointed. To start, my order for a beer resulted in a shandy instead. The portion of chips that accompanied the adult's burger was child-sized. Even worse, the kids' burger, which was meant to be plain, came with unexpected toppings. Additionally, the child's meal was missing the promised beans. When my wife requested mayonnaise, it took an astonishing 10 minutes for them to locate some. Throughout our dining experience, not a single staff member checked in to ensure our satisfaction. Regrettably, this marked our second and final visit to the establishment, as our prior encounter involved my wife being served undercooked chicken."

Always meet My friends here when i am over its my fave place! The staff are really nice and the food is lovely….would defiantly recommend.

Passing through and tried Morro Lounge for a quick bite to eat. Food and service perfectly reasonable. Flatbread slightly on the tough side. Also slight issues with phone based table ordering system so had to order from the bar, but it wasn't a big deal.

Lovely burger, freshly made. Nice restaurant but a bit quiet. Recommended

Had a great meal here while travelling home from our honeymoon in Scotland. Brad was a great host and even served us both a glass of prosecco on the house to celebrate our Wedding. We're hoping to visit again, hopefully on our anniversary if not before.
