My daughter and elderly mother go into have breakfast once a week after shopping, I join them when I can. A lady named Sue is amazing with my mum who doesn't understand the self service machine and will take her order at the till where other staff members have rolled their eyes and pointed for her to use the machines. Sue goes above and beyond in actually remembering orders the next week and checking to see if we are okay. We had to go on Saturday this week, no Sue and no customer care, not even a smile. Sue really does love her job and represents Morrisons to the highest level and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. I look forward to seeing Sue again this week.

Ordered full breakfast. Poached egg overcooked to hard. Sausages inedible...... I'm assuming their version of Richmonds. Bacon limp and anaemic. Mushrooms hadn't seen a pan or butter or seasoning...... they were just warmed. 2 highlights....... hash browns good and toasted bloomer good, though 1 pat of butter barely covered half a slice.

Visited this Cafe recently and joined a queue of people trying to order coffee cakes and meals from a self service machine at entrance to restaurant. Everyone was having problems with the machine as it was missing out items that customers were keying in and only showing missing items when it came to pay which resulted in having to key whole menu orders in again from scratch. Everyone was complaining as there was no one around to help, so after standing there for 15 minutes and not even being able to get a simple cup of tea we walked out as did many others. This Cafe is a complete joke and has in fact implemented a system designed to drive customers away. You have to enter a table number as you start ordering yet the machine is at the entrance to the restaurant so you have no idea what table you will be sitting at and people who are with you have to stand in front of the machine to see the menu and choose what they want to order which causes big queues at the Cafe entrance. This whole system needs a BIG RETHINK as its totaly Customer Unfriendly!!

As a family, we are very fond of this store, we go here several times a week to shop and to enjoy the culinary delights in the cafe. The staff are impeccably polite and always greet you with a warm welcome. The customer service is second to none. I would have offered more than 5 stars but that is the limit, good day😊.

After waiting a long time for our breakfast we were left disappointed and angry with both the poor standard (the food was cold) and the rudeness and lack of people skills displayed by an older lady, who clearly did a poor job of representing Morrisons! She pretty much threw down the plate in front of my partner (have no idea why) perhaps she was having a bad day!! Needless to say will avoid the cafe in future !

Delicious sounding menu options and certainly we enjoyed our lunchtime set menu choices today. Two of us had gammon and mini puddings the other had tomato and three bean soup and foresters pie. Everything was super tasty and hot. Soup was delicious served with cheese topped bread slices and the foresters pie was a bit wet but so well flavoured! Gammon came with both fried egg and chargrilled pineapple slices served with chunky chips. We all really enjoyed our food. Parking outside. Friendly staff. Lots of choice and generous portions. Will definitely add to our list of lunchtime venues.
