Morrisons Supermarket Cafe in Stoke-on-Trent

Brilliant club with happy helpful staff variety of classes for all and plenty of equipment and pools to accommodate all

Wasn't sure after reading reviews but went ahead anyway. Food was nice, still hot and didn't take too long too arrive so no complaints.

As a regular with my family I called into the Hanley weatherspoons on th 12/1/2025 never again I walked in went up stairs with my family and a rude member of staff approached me in a unprofessional manner and told y young toddler No macdonlds drinks allowed I told him it’s nealy empty and I am buying drinks and food he was so rude and abrupt I asked for the manger he said I am the manger I asked for his name as I said I don’t like your attitude he said I don’t have to give you my name I am known as the manger he was a jumped up rude unprofessional kid I wanted to leave but mrs wanted to get food for the kids so we did I wish we didn’t the food was cold I reported this just for the jumped up guy again to say the foods fine he dosnt deserve to work with customers I will never go in another weatherspoons again due to such a rude idot

Absolutely awful service, waited at the till for more than 5 minutes waiting for staff to stop talking and acknowledge me, when I finally got my strawberry matcha latte, it was disgusting, so lumpy and completely undrinkable had to leave it after one sip and having lumps of powder in my mouth, for the price this is awful and I will not be going back! Do not waste your money or time waiting for it!!

Food was excellent and well priced, staff are polite, friendly and very helpful!! Cannot recommend this place enough for a nice chilled meal out!!
