Excellent customer service, prices are up same as everywhere, but a great store

Café experience absolutely shocking, had to wait 55 minutes before food turned up and the place didn't seem busy..... Terrible, won't be back 🤬🤬🤬

Prices have notably gone up and there are only a few check out tills that are manned with people having to use the self check outs so expect queues if you cannot or choose not to use the manned till .Updated...PLEASE if you're only having 2 or 3 checkouts open at noon then have more self checkouts open as 3 were out of action in the self service checkouts and queues were ridiculous. A great "Butchers Choice" and Pizza counter .UPDATED ..Misleading prices when at the checkout and too late to take back when at home means 70% shopping at Aldi and 30 % at Tesco.The cafe used to be ok but lack of staffing there means some tables not cleaned and cutlery is often dirty ,adding they are stingy with sachets of sauce. 2* for old times before they were took over. BYE BYE..

Busy getting in, busy getting out - but a decent store

Always good quality meat and veg. Cafe does really nice cheese and ham toasties, the staff are very pleasant and helpful too.

Love their fresh pies especially the Scotch pies but never seem to be many on the shelves.

First time here and plenty of seating and some comfy booths, ordered food of machine and as there is only one people were waiting,never completed order so ordered rest with women on till counter, good service and food and drinks spot on but i removed some items of my breakfast as not like but thought maybe option to swap with extra food,usually go to the Dancing Betty but prices there expensive now so we will come here for eats before shopping at Dalton Park ,great menu great prices also Morrisons points and free kids meals,tables a bit sticky and lack of staff so only 4/5 to day.would recommend.

Nice store, quite big but quite a small freezer section

The deli, chicken & pizza counter are never open past 5pm. The bread counter never seems to have any sliced fresh bread anymore. They always seem to be low on all fresh produce. The fridges are constantly leaking all over the floor. Even at 6pm they have the aisles full of boxes & trollies as re-stocking. The disabled toilet however is very spacious and even has a hoist

I love Morrisons at Dalton park the shop is very clean and the staff are very helpful. My only criticism would be choice having been in other Morrisons I found a lot more choice in most items.

We live pretty close so use it as a rather large corner shop which is great. Would be great if the prices came down a little.

Just love morrisons always fresh foods and get some great offers wouldn't go anywhere else

Hate the self service tills but have to use them as people on tills are few and far between and there should be a till for people will 3 items or less instead of me with a bottle of milk standing behind 6 trolleys of full sopping

Breakfast stuff reception is not polite

Very good supermarket. You can get everything you need in there. Clothes, home items, food, sweets, drinks, alcohol. Everything is in this shop and it’s not even expensive if you have a more card

Marvellous place to shop spacious and plenty of choice still the best supermarket in the area smells of fresh bread loads of choice bread cakes deli fish cheese meats vegetables all fresh wines and beers always good offers on throughout the year also stocks a wide range of clothing

Large well layed out supermarket, coffee bistro and café. You order your food and drink using the electronic board, very simple to operate. Free parking a great asset. Definitely worth a visit.

Very poor, bought wine on special and charged us the full price when ticket was there, no apology or nothing, will not be back in a hurry, been back and it gets no better, people of deli counter gone on lunch be back in 15 mins what a joke ffs

Ate in the cafe. Breakfast was nice but not very hot.

Mostly decent but I wish they would wrap their fresh meat up better, twice now I've wasted money because there's been a rip in the packaging and the meat has gone bad.

Clean and nicely set out, some good bargains o the wine from time to time.

Why am I always spot checked for my receipt by Morrisons security? Seriously - every branch I enter.

Short staffed Waited 45 minutes for food

I've been sitting in the carpark for 1 and half hours trying to get out. There appears to be only 1 exit and there are road works on the A19. Which idiot designed a Car park with 1 exit. No staff are coming to help. No sign of police. No help at all. People are sending their passengers to get coffee and snacks. Not great.

A bit expensive but good quality

Spot-on, I only came for somebags of slate as they are the best price locally but it was hard to walk past all the baked without getting some cookies!

In my opinion, morrisons is going down the pan. There are queues at the check out only two tills on. Think they want you to use self service tills. Only a skelton staff in restaurants tables not getting cleared, no saucers for coffee cups. People waiting for food, orders not going into kitchen, food standing on the counter getting cold. People cancelling orders getting money back. Something wants to go in and sort them out the staff are run off there feet two people doing all the work.

Easily the best Morrisons I've ever been in!! There were so many options for different things you can't get in other stores (eg MEAD!!!). Very nice and clean, staff seemed very happy and we're very approachable. Special mention to the woman on self scan for her bubbly personality and great customer service! I didn't get her name but it was just before 1pm and she was blonde with glasses :). Perfect example of a great worker. Thank you so much for your help!!

Generally only go here for beer and sometimes snacks that go with beer. The ales selection is excellent and in my opinion the best supermarket locally. Only Booths beats it and we don't have one nearby. Prices are mid-range but there is almost always an offer if you are buying 3-4 cans or bottles, just make sure they are all on the same offer as I have fallen foul if this at the till on occasion. I'll stick to Lidl for main shopping and bread but this is a decent alternative and a better option for beer choice.

Love the fresh fish counter that most supermarkets don't have.

Went today and called in for some food. 5*service from Leah and other member of staff (sorry didn't get her name) We happened to casually mention it was my wife's birthday during our conversation at the till, because Mum in law and Wifey couldn't decide what to choose and Leah brought us some donuts and a cupcake as a surprise after our meal. Really nice touch. Baby enjoyed her beans, sausage and chips immensely too. So thank you. We will return.

One of the biggest Morrisons around but as usual few checkouts open.Part of the plan to get us to use self service I suppose.Personaly I never will.

Shortage of staff. Staff working in shop and cafe do their very best but all seem to be doing 3 jobs resulting in shoppers having to wait for service.

My sister needed to do a bit shopping she cant walk too far but has her mobility scooter so I took her through to Morrisons Dalton Park well impressed little busy but got parked in disabled parking ok oh plenty room for her scooter mobility, she got everything she needed nice place to tell truth and plenty room well enjoyed this shopping trip to be honest

I generally love Morrisons. Usually shop at the Sunderland store. Came here today as part of a trip to Dalton Park. Unfortunately we decided to get a snack in the restaurant.... What a shambles. Ordering for 3 on the screen is a nightmare. Only one screen. No receipts so when told to go to the counter for drinks, I did not know what my wife had ordered.. She was in the loo with our 3 year old. Staff at the counter couldn't look up the order. Lady on the counter said " you could have ordered at the counter". Am I psychic? The big sign at the screen says "order here". When we finally got to the table with our drinks we had finished them by the time the food arrived. Whilst waiting I watched another couple give up at the screen and walk out. There is a QR code on the table as well... I could have ordered at the table! Photo is of our empty cups waiting for the food to arrive! Went to get some blueberries... Good job I noticed that the ordinary blueberries are cheaper than the budget brand. Went to get some kippers for my breakfast.... Out of stock. Another visit 6th March 2024.... No improvement. Lunch area, sandwiches etc, a total shambles. Couldn't work out any options in the restaurant which had only cheese, ham and cheese and ham sandwiches. Very poor.

I went into your cafe. I was disappointed in the service. It took thirty minutes to get a toastie when I got it was cold, horrible to eat, and had to go through in the bin ... I sat at the table it was dirty had removed the last customer plants & cup waitress was going past tried to get her attention, with no joy in the end my friend had to go and ask her if she could remove then 45mins later ..I do understand it was busy not enough staff sorrow I won't be coming back to your cafe

The floor in this cafe is so thick of grease it is actually lethal if you use walking aids . It was the same in November when we visited Dalton park . Food was ok but needs a good deep clean

Always go with a shopping list but it's always a lot more I buy what isn't on my list

This morning about 11:10 am somebody sprayed strong perfume at Morriston, near milk, opposite of milk, the activities against uk criminal law.

Used cafe great clean spacious happy staff nice food good value.

Free parking We enjoy shopping at Morrisons great bakery counter lots of offers recommended.

What's going on? The shelves are empty, no meat , no chicken since Christmas. Hardly any meat at all & no fish?

Cafe disappointing. Ordered by machine and paid. Then told that dessert not available and only one option for replacement which I did not like. Changed £3 dessert for a cake at £1.30. No mention of any refund. Food not very warm and staff seem uninterested. Cheap but not very cheerful.

Great shopping bread scones meat excellent

Staff very friendly helpful and nothing is a bother. They have a disabled toilet with all the equipment in like hoist bed, very spacious.

Absolutely appalling experience for lunch with my mam, ordered a small breakfast and a prawn Sandwich,no cutlery, dirty plates around area of condiments,no serviettes, only a kitchen roll !! Breakfast was cold and very unappetising tea was served in dirty teapots, avoid this place!!!

We had Christmas Dinner today at Dalton Park,on 7.12.23 and most of it was cold which was very disappointing, enjoyed the desert . So unfortunately we will not be going again 5 out of 10 today.

Ordered Cappuccino it was cold asked server for hot water as coffee cold wasn't bothered, ordered breakfast everything cold except fried egg give this place a big miss. Staff have a don't care attitude

Morrisons [BREW] had the misfortune while visiting Dalton Park before going home decided to do a bit shopping in store. Went for a snack and cuppa in Brew absolutely disgusting tried to pick up cutlery after three attempts thought it was dirty cutlery how wrong were we. Before they brought order seen they ran knife and spoons under the tap, still dirty as were the cups food was also awful dont know how Morrisons are having this within there store most unhygienic place ever. Come on Morrisons sort this out .

Great little shop and a great café

Well my wife and I did a little shopping not bad but we decided we would go to the main cafe area and have a bite to eat,BIG MISTAKE there was only 3 people in front of us and only about 20 people seated so not busy but it took 25 minutes to get served the guy on the till (with the grey goatee) was incredibly slooooow we lost the will to live we only had a sandwich and coffee once we ordered the coffee you then have to queue again to pick your coffee up , the coffee and sandwich was fine but just the presentation poor you use to get a nice selection of sandwiches and a few crisps in a carton, not now it's just a sandwich in a pack that you get in a meal deal so beware make sure you have a good hour to spare if you want a quick snack very disappointed 😞 😊

Awful store- the lighting is so dim and depressing. There’s always loads of re-stocking carts blocking the aisles. Enormous queues at the very few manned checkouts. In the cafe the cutlery is always filthy and there no napkins. Very low standard store for people with low standards

Fairly good sized Morrisons, has the range next door too, sometimes lacks stuff the other Morrisons stores stock though

I JUST LOVE GOING TO MORRISONS (BREW) This is where I go like regularly. I have made friends as well. Even the barrista is nice. Just a nice place to sit and chill. read book or idk just sit and talk to your people. Try mocha its nice. This a a no fuss place for me. Just go in get what you want or just wander and then may be get some flowers and come out 😅

Visit to the cafe in morrisons I suggest you go somewhere else. The service is disorganised and slow. You order food then queue again for your drinks, which is sorted by one not so happy person behind a little counter, the cups, teapots and cutlery were all tea stained and in need of a good wash to remove marks. Ordered 2 small breakfasts eventually brought out by another not so happy member of staff. The so called toast looked like it had been done on a radiator and honestly won't call it toast. The food was barely warm and swimming in grease. The floor was covered in food. one person who was slowly collecting empty dishes/trays and cleaning table by wiping them with a napkin. All but one of the staff looked miserable and lacking in morale, who ever is in charge of cafe really needs to re-evaluate how things are done and the work force.

Very disappointed with Morrisons at Dalton Park. There was nobody serving on the deli counter. When I asked a member of staff, I was told to wait! The checkout took so long because the operator was talking to a colleague about a night out! I am a very patient person, but this really tested me to the limit.
