The whole place was filthy. From the cutlery to the floor. Where are the old waiting staff who always had a smile and a quick chat. So disappointing, we won't be back, you can keep your dry breakfasts

Waited 20 minutes for cups when we got to coffee machine it was empty. Disgusting the staff didn't care. It was ah well it will be sorted soon

We were really looking forward to a nice breakfast. However that was not the case. Apart from it being cold, our eggs were snotty, I didn’t have a sausage with my full English breakfast. We were so disappointed we just left.

Well what can I say worst breakfast ever. Coffee was disgusting so hat to do another one Breakfast it'sself was cold the only thing which was nice was the sausage The staff were happy to help but they were run off there feet as only 2 staff that is ridiculous... We come out of there feeling ill so we won't be going back Cut backs is not the answer staff is As us the consumers are Suffering

Not a great experience today for a quick lunch with family. Ordered via the touch screen menu. Waited over 30 minutes. Wasn’t informed by staff that there was almost an hour wait for food! We overheard this from another customer. When we queried it with staff they said our food was being cooked and that it would be out shortly. When it came out it was cold, lukewarm at best. Informed staff and no apology or offer to warm it up, but we were hungry and in a rush so ate it anyway. Hot drinks machine gave us cold coffee and hot chocolate. When the staff member brought out the food he said as compensation we could have a free refill of the so called hot drinks and he didn’t even seem bothered when we told him they weren’t even hot! 11 tables waiting to be cleaned, cutlery was dirty, there was a bucket collecting a leak in ten roof. Several people walked out without ordering. Shambles. Needs more staff and a good manager. Won’t return again in a hurry!!

Tried to eat in Morrison's, the staff were not interested, we could get no one to serve us. We did shopping, returned to restaurant- still no service. We did ask a member of staff to No avail.

On arrival there was not 1 member of staff to be seen.. we ordered via the touch screens. It allowed us to order drinks but the machines weren't switched on.. we were told to just grab a bottle from thd fridge as a replacement. The lady who delivered our food was lovely and polite and the food presentation looked great. But the "cooked" tomatoes and mushrooms from the breakfast were raw and not even warm, the hash browns weren't cooked, the beans were cold, the bacon was not cooked long enough and thd fried bread was solid and to crunchy. It has to be one of thd worst breakfasts we have ever had. The tables were dirty and the place was empty bar 1 other table, but no1 was to ne seen other than the lady who delivered our food. We have had some beautiful meals from other morrisons cafés, but were were bitterly disappointed with the llanelli cafe. Food was disgusting!

We visited the cafe today for a late breakfast. Alison was so friendly and smiled throughout even though she was rushed off her feet busy doing everything.. taking orders, clearing tables, bringing out the food and more. She is a credit to you, Morrisons and deserves to be "Employee Of The Month".

Terrible Service Apart From "NADINE" who went above and beyond for my boys and me! The Service at the front is awful very unclear to what you are actually getting! However nadine sorted this out for us so quickly and humble she's a real credit to morrisons cafe! What A Lady She Is Thank You So Much Nadine x

Called in on Sunday lunchtime and cafe was not busy. Ordered meals online and many of the menu selections were marked as unavailable so we had to choose alternatives. The app advised that we had to collect our drinks from the counter and when we went to get them the sparkling water and coke were not available so we also had to accept alternatives for those. The teas we ordered were available but there was no milk in the jug so we had to ask for it to be refilled. Not a good start, and it got worse. There were only about 3 other occupied tables and no-one seemed to be getting served. We were still waiting after 40 minutes, and the hungry 2 year old we had with us was getting agitated so we had to ask for a refund and leave. At no time was any communication made about delays. I only saw about 3 staff members and something must be very wrong if they cannot cope when the place is pretty empty! I felt sorry for the poor lad on the till as he was quite young and had to say sorry all the time as things were unavailable.

One member of staff taking orders on the till taking orders to the table no plates for cakes no cups for coffee hardly anyone in the cafe and half hour wait for food. No sandwiches or snacks in fridge tables really messy discusting place.

We wouldn't advise anyone who likes good food to eat here. Neither of us enjoyed any part of the experience. First of all we had to queue to choose food from a touch screen. The instructions weren't clear and it took a long time. My brie & cranberry wiith bacon toasted sandwich had good thick white bread. The too thick cranberry sauce was just a nondescript jam with none of the zing. Not sure what had happened to the bacon. It had little taste and was soggy. My husband's cheese and ham sandwich wasn't a pleasant experience either. Perhaps the new owners will put things right.

Morrisons large breakfast used to be wonderful NOW its pathetic about a quarter of what it used to be. NOT WORTH THE MONEY NOW. Go somewhere else !!!!!

Popped in for food on my way back home about a week ago, the food was great as usual. The place was busy and they did inform me that there'd be a slight wait for food, which was understandable. The wait was shorter than expected and everything was great. Couldn't fault the service, and the atmosphere was pleasant also. Will most definitely be back at some point.

No Vegan Cakes in stock and no WIFI I was here waiting for my van to be serviced in J&J Motors so had 2 hrs to kill. Was on my own but thre was no WIFI. The staff were very pleasant. One young lady told me that they have been waiting for over a year to get it sorted. Absolutely shocking customer service!
