Brilliant service today. The store has umproves so much. It was full and clean. Service at the tills was quick and cheerful

Poor service: Not enough cutlery, The table was not clean despite asking for help. The cup was dirty.

This is the worst breakfast we have had. It came with disgusting broken overcooked eggs we had asked for poached . I called the young man over who was very pleasant after going to the kitchen ,he was asked to take our plates back to the kitchen where the poached eggs which were cold were plonked onto the plate ,she didn’t even remove the fried eggs We will not be returning and I intend to tell everyone I know about our experience today .I work in retail in our town

The staff are unfriendly. I said "good morning where can I find a mug for the coffee" she just glared at me and got a mug from out the cupboard behind the counter. No friendliness and gave me a look as if I was bothering her The breakfast is disgusting with cheap and poorly cooked. The "grilled tomatoe" had no grilling marks to it and was the small size of a cherry tomatoe. Just awful and incredible they expect money for this crap. It is no surprise this place is never busy I would not recommend

This is what I paid for £4.95 this afternoon, the beans were cold and the amount was to feed a child. Won’t be revisiting the cafe again

great food at reasonable prices, different offers every month, the only downside is that they sometimes run out of meal choices

A lunchtime call for us for fish & chips. Perfect fish, perfect chips and lovely mushy peas. All washed down with a nice cup of tea. Not very busy for a lunchtime so quick service. Friendly staff.

The staff situation in your cafe this morning was abysmal.you had 2 staff on one of them which was cooking and a young girl trying to serve on the till and clear tables and take out meals .The coffee machines were not working and obviously no staff to work the barrister bar.Eventually they had to turn approximately 20 people away while we were waiting for our breakfast.This is down to your management and if you cannot staff it close it until you have enough staff to cease pressure on your loyal staff.

Went for coffee and a bacon sandwich. No coffee - machines broken. sandwich arrived via a silent waitress. no knives, condiments etc . had to ask, they had to go to the kitchen to find. no apology or comment. used to be good cafe. blame it on covid.

By far the best Morisons cooked breakfast I have had. Usually its sitting in oil at the cafes I I tried in London. This was well cooked and I demolished the plate along with my partners bits she doesn't eat. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Very clean, polite staff and quick service. Was easy to order from self order machine using contact less payment.

We called in for lunch and had fish & chips and mushy peas. One dish should have had Tatar sauce but it never arrived. The fish was perfectly cooked with lively crisp golden batter. Chips were golden too. Unfortunately there was no vinegar for the chips. Chips without vinegar? Quelle horreur! Two cups of coffee, which the machine filled only to half way, helped it all go down. Covid-19 regulations in place but it was a bit congested near the toilets and drinks machines.

Excellent value for money even if we did not have the government scheme . Tea for 2was very good . Excellent covid 19 system in place and a good track and trace diary on site .

What a fantastic selection of sandwiches and cakes, and not expecting to get for £5 instead of £10. Great social distancing rules, great hygiene and really friendly staff. At full price it was a bargain.

This simply has to be the best value breakfast around. Friendly staff, very well cooked food and at unbeatable prices. Highly recommend.

We have eaten in Morrison’s many a time for lunch. (We had arrived with my partner’s elderly mother for dinner when shopping one evening, but everything was pretty much sold out and we left, disappointed). I cannot fault the lunches though. The selection is good and clear. They offer free refills on hot drinks (a real bonus as the prices are already really good). The food is delicious. The jacket potatoes come with a side salad. The portions are generous. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the service is great. The food arrives extremely quickly (except for the time we sat outside).

Staff here are very friendly, issues are sorted out every time I've had a problem. Breakfasts are cheap, baked potatoes hot with lots of tuna crunch and unlimited drinks.

Biked 15 miles from Cambridge and had the veggie breakfast for £4! Everything arrived fast and perfectly cooked as I wanted. All sauces were on the table. Staff were really nice. Clean as well.Highly recommended.

Really was impressed with a quick bite to eat after shopping. Good variety of food on the menu and very cheap.

Busy , clean, polite , reasonable prices with an excellent family deal . Big daddy breakfast is the one to have . Really enjoyable . Well done to all at this top ranking supermarket cafe .

For 7 GBP per person, we had a Big Breakfast, unlimited pots of English tea and two slices of toast. Pretty economical for one looking to satisfy their fry-up cravings. The Morrisons store is large and modern, and the Café itself is nicely designed with bi-folding doors which open on a good day. Service could be friendlier but our food arrived pretty quickly. The fried egg wasn’t remotely yolky and there was plenty of rind on the bacon but you can overlook this when you want to simply devour what’s in front of you. Good as a one-off.

I can honestly say this is the worst place I've eaten in years! I went to the cafe to have lunch (I ordered the burger and chips) and my lunch was unbelievable (in a bad way!) my burger wasn't a burger. It looked like it had fallen on the floor and that they had tried to put it back together but failed! I called them on this as not only was it bad it was delivered cold. I got a replacement but that was cold in the middle also. The staff was unbelievable, never got offered a refund or anything, even though it was them in the wrong for not cooking the food properly! They need to fire there cook! I won't ever be eating there again! Not sure if I'll shop there too

There is a good selection on the menu, and the staff are always helpful. Prices are not bad either! Loads of room with a choice of different seating options.

Great value cafe. Food freshly cooked and brought to your table. Excellent value. Refillable coffee and a doughnut is only £2. Often pop in when shopping.

Visit most saturday mornings for breakfast before shopping Good range of options, and no issues with additions or removals from the default offerings. Excellent value for money. Unlimited coffee refills. Reliable quality, fast service and pleasant staff

We often pop in on a Saturday and get shopping done early and then have breakfast.Staff are very friendly and helpful.Bit dissapointing when they don’t have pancakes on the menu.

Exceptional value for money ,kids eat free with full adult main meal, best fish and chips ever ,great place to take my grandchildren for dinner after school

Lunch was the order of the day and fish and chips were on the menu. Sweet white fish perfectly cooked in a crisp batter served with golden crisp chips and a serving of mushy peas. We would have liked the peas with a bit more seasoning for our taste but that was easily done with a bit of salt, vinegar and a sprinkling of sugar (the northern way). Good cup of tea which can be refilled time and again for free. Staff seemed a bit rushed, it was lunch time, but service is courteous and with a smile. Excellent.

Love the new style of this Morrison’s cafe and the coffee and breakfasts were excellent. The only down side was that I was in when it had just opened and the service was a little chaotic.

The restaurant was dirty with the tables full of plates with half eaten food on them. We wanted to order 2 breakfast brunches but they had run out of bacon and other components ( it's a supermarket so how can they run out of anything!!!) so we couldn't order the breakfasts we wanted. We paid £13.60 and sat and waited for 20 minutes until we got fed up and walked out. We certainly won't be going back.

I've been to St Ives twice in the last 3 months & both times decided to pop in to either have a drink & meal, or snack. Both times the staff could not do more to help. However while sitting down I've noticed there seems to be confusion regarding the automatic ordering system, the Barista area, & the 'cafe'. There is no clear signage as to what to do & perhaps the staff should inform management there's an issue. Mine was wonderful both times - as in my title, I wish other supermarkets could this good

I love going to Morrison’s. however the restaurant is shocking, to long to wait, especially when on a lunch break. Food is good as are staff. However Greek said I love, did ask for dressing as non on, was told they had ran out!! Not good enough I didn’t have time to re order as time was limited. Had to ask for Knives as no in the tray that we had to wait for as well.

As I only work round the corner this place is great for a morning breakfast especially Saturday morning, they even do take out.

Popped for lunch after shopping with a pal. Really excellent service by a young chap called Reeve. Lovely surroundings and a great lunch for a surprisingly good price, even had a cheeky peroni too. Lovely outdoor area, was really unexpected ladies lunch! Would definitely go again

Great portions, cooked quickly enough to enjoy in a one-hour lunch break. Very nice surroundings, being all new, but you might need a curious mind and possibly higher-level eduction to work out the taps and dryers in the loos to start with (!)

First visit after opening. Had lunch there. Clean and tidy. Bit confusing which counter to go to for the food.

The automatic ordering seems great, except a person then needed to come and explain it.
