Staff didn't have a clue about the menu, huge queues, food taking ages with no warning, staff arguing, some idiot manager trying to tell the staff off with customers looking on when he could have just mucked in and helped, food order was wrong and cold. Usually this is an ok place to grab a quick cheap lunch with kids, today it was like a circus though

Stopped in for a much needed coffee and snack, pleasantly surprised at the level of service and clenliness. My order was quick and fresh and the staff were friendly.

Noisy, dirty, crowded & tables too close to pull chairs out. Awful place. Run out of orange juice at 12:30. Ordered poached eggs, waited 25mins and got fried instead! Sweet potato fries greasy and hard. Won’t be returning.

After a long walk called in for a breakfast and coffee. Husbands ‘Lighter Breakfast’ was very well cooked, poached egg done to perfection and bacon cooked just right (not overdone as is with some breakfasts). Staff pleasant and cheerful (it was the first shift since the clocks went forward so they had been up an hour earlier than usual!). Restaurant area clean. Well done Morrison’s cafe staff, keep it up.

The quality of the ingredients are quite bad but the portion sizes are quite generous. The coffee is quite good considering it comes out of a machine.

For a supermarket cafe, Morrisons Cafe in Gosport is the best. The food is great, as are the prices.

Clean bright and airy. Order taken quickly. Didn't have to wait for food. Grandson made short work of his ham chips egg and peas. My salmon was ok. Would go again. Handy for shopping precinct. Pleasant serving staff.

Had a varied menu of hot and cold dishes with modest prices. Service was fairly quick with some items available self service, The staff were polite and friendly and very helpful. On my visit I found a couple of cups with unwashed rings around the inside also found a couple of other hygiene issues in the cafe.

Several people had recommended Morrison’s Christmas lunch so we gave it a try. Sprouts cooked to death and unrecognisable. Mashed potato had skin like custard. The turkey looked like luncheon meat sliced from a tinned roll and no pigs in blankets. The tea pot was dirty. We asked if we could have an extra tea bag. This was quite acceptable but cost 1.10. Really? 110.00 for a bag of 100 tea bags at that price! Having paid the price for the extra tea bag, they had run out of milk. I was told that there was plenty of cream or sachets. I don’t think that belongs in tea. We didn’t complain. We do like Morrison’s for shopping but will vote with our feet regarding the cafe.

My friend and I decided to try Morrisons Cafe in Gosport. We were so glad we did. We both had tuna crunch jacket potato with a lovely side salad and an also had an extra of coleslaw. Afterwards we had puddings which were only an extra £1 added to the jacket potato price. The total per person came to under £5. It was all nicely presented. We couldn't fault it. It was a pleasureable experience as the staff were lovely, very helpful and smiles all round. A very nice atmosphere. Thank you Morrisons.

I was stayong nearby on a room-only basis and came in for breakfast. On ordering at the till I was told there was a 20 minute wait for cooked food, but as I had in fact got time to kill I said this was fine. In fact it came in ten minutes and was hot and nicely cooked. My only complaint would be the chairs are a bit narrow for us larger people!

I regularly eat here and think it's good value for money, staff are helpful, polite and very friendly. Unfortunately it gets very hot in the summer and I find myself going elsewhere.

Far better then the normal high street coffee shops in my opinion, roomy and bright with well prepared light meals and very good fresh coffee. Although it was busy when I was there, service was quick and efficient with ample space.

Had an appointment changed last minute, so thought I would grab a coffee and bite to eat for breakfast. Morrison's was round the corner. On arrival waited 5 minutes at counter for service, had to shout out eventually as all staff were chatting in the kitchen, only to be greeted by a young girl who kept rolling her eyes and telling me she was stirring the beans! I ordered the Little Breakfast Bacon, Sausage, Hash Brown, egg, Beans and Toast. Waited then 35 minutes in a café with only 3 other customers for my breakfast to come out, which was served with an apology for the delay. First impressions, where the beans were dry, with lumps of congealed bean sauce, egg was swimming in oil. Sausage was over cooked and dry, Bacon and Hash brown had absolutely no taste to them what so ever. Toast was lovely! Sorry Morrisons but on this particular day your staff, customer services and food was awful. A little staff training would not go amiss, and perhaps testing the food products that you are serving is a must, as I have never tasted bacon or hash browns as bland as the ones I was served.

I've used this several times, as it's close to a customer I visit. It's all okay, nothing better than that, reasonable nosh at reasonable prices, plenty of parking.

A Morrisons cafe is never going to set the World alight, but on a cold, grey afternoon it provided a bright spot to enjoy a snack and coffee. Friendly and efficient staff, a wide ranging menu and very fair prices. Interestingly quite busy, when most of the cafes in Town where quiet and well worth the walk to the end of the shopping precinct.

From the moment we walked in for our lunch with friends we were made to feel very welcome. Our host (Naomi? sorry but I am terrible at remembering names) was exceedingly friendly and cheerful but not at all pushy and happy to engage and give her recommendations. The food was fresh, well presented and very tasty. Overall, good value (there are less expensive places to eat), good food, a good atmosphere and somewhere we would not hesitate to visit again or recommend to others.

I was unaware that this shop has now turned into a love me love my dog kennel. I object strongly to drinking my coffee with smelly dogs it should be a clean eating establishment
