How is it possible for stainless steel teapots and cutlery to have worn in dirt and grime? Ask Morrison's Cafe Stratford Upon Avon because they have achieved it. Same with the floor and the tables. Unfortunately we had already ordered. The food was as equally atrocious and was promptly sent back. This cafe uses to be a shining light in Stratford, now it's just a dreadful health hazard.

Me & my husband went Morrison for shopping.i like Morrison Bcz Morrison product is so nice & vegetable so fresh ..one Morrison staff his name is tariq ..he is very helpful& behaviour is so nice ..next time again we will go ..

Been coming here very often for months, staff are the most lovely people I’ve ever met, the food is great, the lady who I think runs the kitchen and the young lady with the red hair are always extremely lovely to the children and my disabled mother, nothing is ever too much to ask for. The food is done quickly and always cooked perfectly ❤️

I used to go for a breakfast here many times in the past. I do t go anymore as the service and quality of everything has declined. The staff are never quite ready at 8am so forget an early quick breakfast. The food is like warm. You now have to request sachets of sauce, presumably due to pilfering by guests. The service is awful and then to top it all they prefer you to use the kiosk for ordering- less work for them. Shame on Morrisons as this used to be quite a decent cafe.

Having just moved house & popped in for food , we were starving so stopped here for lunch. We waited & waited & waited till someone appeared . I ordered a toastie & fish finger sandwich. Asked for mustard & anyone would have thought I’d asked for caviar! Categorically told we don’t have it!! Asked for brown bread - no brown bread, in a supermarket! The coffee shouldn’t be called coffee, it’s a bitter brown liquid masquerading as a cappuccino. No wonder there was only 6 people in tbe whole place. Avoid ,avoid , avoid. Worse £15 I ever spent

Vinimos aquí para desayunar. El sistema de mesas era caótico, ya que nos pidieron que eligiéramos una mesa sin que nosotros lo supiéramos, la señora escuchó mal el número y luego la comida casi fue entregada a otra mesa. Nos "regañó" la camarera que no era ideal, pero la comida era barata y alegre. Volvería a desayunar.

Pedimos huevos, patatas fritas, salchichas y frijoles como comida 1 para la comida 2 pescado y patatas fritas con guisantes blandos. Teniendo en cuenta que había menos de 7 clientes en la cafetería, la comida tardó más de media hora en llevarse a la mesa, cuando llegó, los guisantes blandos eran un bulto sólido y frío, el pescado y las patatas fritas estaban claramente cocidos dos veces, el frijoles horneados, salchichas y patatas fritas estaban frías, los frijoles y patatas fritas se habían calentado. el tipo que entregó la comida tenía guantes azules que usaba para limpiar las mesas, los guantes estaban sucios, lo que mostraba claramente que no podía molestarse en cambiarse antes de manipular la comida. El personal se ofreció a calentar la comida, pero ya era bastante malo cuando se cocinaba dos veces y mucho menos una tercera vez. Si fuera posible que una calificación de higiene alimentaria fuera negativa, este peligro para la salud de un café claramente se calificaría como menos 5.También hay una "dama" de mediana edad que habla en voz muy alta con cabello castaño oscuro que es muy grosera y prefiere dejar a los clientes esperando mientras charla con sus amigos y si tiene que limpiar una mesa sucia para ti, se queja, resopla y resopla claramente como un intento de mostrar cuántos problemas le ha causado. Esta es una excusa repugnante para un café y debe ser visitado por salud ambiental como una inspección rápida.

Very slow service and poor quality food. I waited half an hour for my food and when I queried it, I was told they had ran out of what I had ordered. My food then took a further 30 minutes to arrive. I also didn't receive my dessert after waiting the full hour and was made to feel an inconvenience by the lady at the till when I asked for a refund. On a positive, the two gentlemen waiters were extremely friendly and helpful.

Had a fantastic experience today in Morrisons cafe Stratford upon Avon ! I took my church youth Group in for breakfast and all the staff could not have been more helpful. Well done Ash and the team you were so accommodating and made us all feel welcome and went out of your way to make our morning a pleasant one ! Keep up the great work ! Great value, good food, great drinks and they even do soy milk hot chocolates !!!!

The service is rubbish tables covers in dirty plates tables dirty. Service is slow staff need re training. They farther round certain customers my money is the same. Don't complain they are not interested.

The Cafe at Morrisons is a great place if you are on a budget. The staff could be a bit more alert and I imagine the basic food choices provided could be better prepared if the staff were more qulaified!

Nice place for a good traditional English breakfast. Service was quick and friendly. We enjoyed our meal! Also a very good shop for your groceries

El proceso de extremo a extremo es grave. Si tiene una alergia alimentaria, evítela a toda costa, ya que no se toman esto en serio. El personal es bastante agradable, pero carece de eficiencia. A nadie parece importarle, no ha habido mermelada durante más de un mes. El único que ofrece algún tipo de servicio al cliente es el joven de pelo oscuro en la sección de café, él es la excepción.

Entré a desayunar, hice cola durante bastante tiempo, ¡cuando alguien vino tenía una actitud de "No me importa"! ¡No había cubiertos y nadie a quien pedir! Intenta articular que quieres un tenedor a través de la ventana de vidrio! ! ¡Creo que todos ustedes necesitan tomar clases en el restaurante Evesham! ¡Sería más rápido, más caliente y más limpio!

Very slow service plus could do with cleaning as dirt on floor was still there from two days early. Staff keep going out to kitchen from the till leaving you standing there

Como nuevos clientes de esta tienda decidimos tomar un café antes de comprar. No fue una experiencia agradable, fue una máquina para servirte y el café ni siquiera estaba caliente. Se compara muy mal con la cafetería de Tesco en Birmingham Rd. Observo que la administración no responde a ninguna de las críticas publicadas aquí, lo que sugiere que no les importa.

Well presented jacket potato and salad, plus a toastie with chips and salad. Polite staff. Busy atmosphere. Clean surroundings. Good

Called for lunch time snack, chose cheese sandwich and chips and cold drink. There was a long delay with the chips so proceeded to unwrap the sandwich and on the first mouthful (which was vile) I discovered the filling was a cheese type spread out of a tube. I complained and noted that I was still waiting for the chips. The staff member suggested the sandwich was on the child's menu although in the main cabinet. She agreed a ful refund. Will not visit again, it was that bad.

Food quality was poor for cost my father had fish was thinking and over cooked he could not eat it my bro had sausage beans and chips beans were stone cold would not recommend coming for price £19 for a poor dinner not happy will not come back again

Nice friendly staff and really good value. Obviously not high cuisine but the special offers for families makes it a great place to go.

Just waited 50 minutes for a portion of food - freshly cooked I could understand

Not been here for a while but won't be back. The drink was nice but there were kids running riot. We were trying to have a nice relaxing drink & there were 6 or 7 young children unsupervised running around with small trolleys screaming. I appreciate its the parents responsibility but the staff did absolutely nothing. It was a horrible atmosphere. The straws were paper & falling apart-I had to get up & get another as mine fell apart mid way through. Unless rules are put in place to ensure children are under control & supervised I won't be returning!

What you would expect from a basic supermarket cafe. Ok if you don’t have time to spend elsewhere and are looking to fill a gap. Not a great choice, but hot and fresh.

Went in with husband to grab a quick bite we ended up being in there for 50mins in all!! Lady on the til spoke a different language! Could not really understand me at all. I kept repeating my self. Only 1 folk and a soup spoon to eat with just avoid at all cost !!

We decided to have a breakfast after doing our shopping, but on ordering it we were told there was no mushrooms left because they had been busy.

My three boys and I nipped into Morrisons for out tea this evening. We ordered scampi and chips, diet coke and three kids meals which all came to a total of £12.00! The lady that took our order was lovely and took time to speak to my boys, and the gentleman who served our meals was very polite. The only drawback was out of all the empty tables in the cafe two ladies had to sit next to our table and pinched my fingers in between her chair and my sons

Went with my mom waited 45 min to get food people were walking out service terrible. Food when arrived after 45 min luke warm my mom had lamb shank which was surrounded by grease prior to this they aft 40 min came to say no mash left. One couple had ordered soup and has been waiting hour they walked out. Whilst eating the food they then bought us second lot of same having forgotten we had it. It was so bad couldn’t eat it. The food here is worst ever. The place wasn’t even busy! Cups were brown inside when i questioned it told oh dishwasher doesn’t clean properly. I think health and safety need to be called.

Stopped in for breakfast. I had the small breakfast (not that small) my wife had the best porridge ever. Just right and covered with fruit. It was a great start to the day and fantastic value for money. We decided to have breakfast at Morrison’s each day of our 3 day break, unfortunately Ross on Wye was as poor as Stratford was great!

Having not visited Morrisons cafe for some time was pleasantly surprised at the revamp,now has a cosy feel just right to enjoy refreshments or a meal. Staff warm and friendly and great choice of menu to suit all tastes also includes free Wi-fi area what more can you ask for.

Me and my family shop here as customers but recently I've been merchandising the store too which allows me to see the store in a different way . All I can say is , I love this store ! The management are always professional yet friendly . The shelves are well stocked , they helped me get everything I need (plans and price labels etc) . We've ate in the cafe and enjoyed our meals , again no problems and good price . Store is clean , well stocked and well managed . I do other stores in the area too (not allowed to say which) and yet I've not found a better store yet . Well done Morrisons ! I've tried to fill out the store feedback at the tills for staff but can't find my way around the site however, wish the store well X

I've eaten here a few times now. The menu is pretty varied with traditional dishes. Children eat free after 3pm with an adult meal over £4. The cooking is basic. Fish and chips is pretty good. You will have to wait a little while, espicially at busy times. Good for a cheap eat

Tonight I was at Morrison with my 4 yrs old son. In every table it said after 3pm child eats free if adult spend 4 pounds or over. I spent 5,50 and the girl at the till charged me 6. I asked why 50 pens extra and she said that was for the child. I said the child should be free and her answer was " oh come on it is not a lot 50 pens for the child's dinner". Obviously that was not the point. Then later on I asked her for some tissue and without looking at me , with a so rude tone of her voice she said someone went to take them . I could go on with other things but I won't bother . I think she was polish , blond hair. She definitely needs some training on how to treat customers. I wasn't impressed at all. On the other hand a guy called Paddy was very kind.

Good food, fair service, reasonable choice, good prices, easy parking, toilets quite good. Jut what you want!

Just had breakfast here for 2 mornings. Great value for money. Plenty of choice. Excellent quality and very quick service. Will certainly consider Morrisons again when eating away from home. Staff really efficient.

We go here because its convenient and child friendly.

A very nice refurbished café/restaurant,but unfortunately the food and service did not reflect this. We ordered the two course festive menu. The first course arrive quickly (pate and a prawn cocktail), but the main course took one and a half hours!!!! After about an hour we complained about the time and were informed it was due to staff shortages (the standard excuse). When the meal eventually arrived it was blatantly obvious part of it had been reheated and the remainder wasn't cooked.The mashed potato had a crust on the surface, the sausage was undercooked, carrots were raw, needed a hacksaw to penetrate the roast potato and the gravy had congealed around the outside of the plate. It was apparent that a number of other customers had experienced the same as us. I believe they mainly related to the Christmas menu. All other orders appeared to be arriving in an acceptable time frame which puts the staff shortage into doubt. This is obviously a management issue and should be resolved as soon as possible. There seemed to be adequate waiting staff, but there may have been a problem in the kitchen.We spoke to one of the managers who was very apologetic.We were reimbursed and given a free meal voucher. I am still pondering whether to use it or not!

I had the fish and chips. The piece of fish was huge and chunky and great value for money at £5. Decent size portion too. Good range of foid, drinks and snacks available including a special section for children. Struggled to get a table at lunchtimes too.

My wife and I often have lunch here before doing our shopping. The place has been renovated since our last visit. It has a cleaner smoother look to it and a large number of comfy armchairs.

Ordered scrambled egg on toast and a bacon roll.

Quite quick and good value basic food and drink. Our usual is the bacon roll, but meals look ok too.

We often eat at Morrison's restaurants, and take advantage of the 'kids eat free' offer. However on this occasion, while on holiday, we were far from impressed. I ordered fish and chips but asked for the steamed fish option, when it arrived it was a battered one and when I complained the server just looked at the bill and said "it doesn't say steamed on here", as they were about to close the restaurant I accepted it. Then I had to go to the kitchen area to obtain the bread and butter, which we had ordered, that had not been brought to our table. I am sure that had the server looked again at the bill they would have seen that it was definitely on it.
