Went in to do some shopping with my mum and we visited the café . e had a sausage and bacon buttie. We were served by Alicia who is a lovely polite young lady and Shania Silker cooked the breakfast and it was great, always is in here

Went there yesterday with my wife and granddaughter for breakfast. Worst breakfast ever, no coffee, water for tea luke warm. Don't know where to start with the breakfast. Fried eggs like rubber could have used them as a Frisbee. Bacon & Mushrooms under cooked, beans cold. All in all absolute rubbish. Cost £25. Will not be going back.

I have to say my husband and I used to use the cafe quite a lot and it was very nice . However we went there on Monday with my mum ,we very disappointed , the food was cold cutlery was dirty and where the coffee machine is was absolutely filthy ,the floor and chairs were dirty ,never seen it in such a state . I don't like complaining about the food but the young lady was very nice and warmed my food up . Not a very pleasant experience .

Ordered three cooked breakfasts and a child’s meal. All breakfasts were nice, but were lacking one of the most fundamental things…heat. It’s lucky that we had hot drinks to try and warm the food between each mouthful. The unlimited drinks are a great idea and the fact that my child’s meal was free was also a welcome change.

31 Church StreetI had been here to eat about a year ago, which was good, so booked again for the family. Unfortunately the actual restaurant has now closed so we were sat in the bar. I ordered a burger for £15 or so. The quality of the burger was terrible. Based on the entirely uniform disc of meat I was served I assume it was a frozen burger. It was also very grissly. Absolutely not worth £15. The roasts looked ok. Service was poor too. We had to go up to the bar multiple times to prompt. They were nice people, just clearly weren't expecting to serve a sit down meal to anyone as they were both behind a busy bar. I apologised to my family for taking them there as I felt personally responsible for the choice. In summary, absolutely would not go there for food again. Looks like an alright place to have a drink, but don't be fooled by the fact it calls itselt a bar and 'restaurant'.

2 Rufus CtA bar of legends, this one has been around for a very long time and is one of the best at what it does. Live music and live standup. If you're looking for something to do Fri and Saturday night, this venue is the place to be.

10 Leicester StreetThis Costa is hands down one of the friendliest places I’ve ever been. Lauren, the manager, creates such a warm, welcoming atmosphere, supported perfectly by Radka’s calm, kind presence and Rick’s infectious energy and good vibes. The whole team is made up of genuinely lovely people who go out of their way to make every visit feel personal and positive. It’s more than just coffee here, it’s a place where you feel truly valued and like at home!
