Good Food Really worth a visit after Shopping

food was stone cold and dried up. couldn't eat anything. have used a few times before, will never use again after this experience.

Wanted a nice warm breakfast from Morrisons cafe. Coffee was luke warm as always. Ordered two breakfasts delivered on cold plates. Had to keep our coats on it was so cold in there. Won’t be back!

OMG the staff are about as rude as it gets, come on Management get a grip and sort your cafe out food is OK coffee machines useless

Just ate £5.50 small breakfast - delicious, hot, every component tasty, great thick toast, lovely butter, pleasant service, clean & warm atmosphere - very very impressed.

me and my boyfriend went here, we had heard good things about it. i had ordered a mac n cheese with a side of fries and my boyfriend a sausage sandwich with an added egg. i was quickly disappointed at the food with my mac and cheese watery and tasting exactly the same as tinned macaroni cheese, and my boyfriends sausages burnt to a crisp and the egg unseasoned and barely cooked. the chips had a strange taste, and some of them cold as if they had been left out and not cooked to order. it was fairly clean but a strange environment and staff that seem like they really hate their job. overall awful food and unfriendly staff, wont be returning at any point soon.

Aspects were over cooked or missing, it was freezing cold, delivery times changing. Just looked like they couldn't be bothered.

This is the 3rd breakfast I've ordered from Morrisons. Good quality would recommend.

Most of my items were missing when i went to the store to resolve this i was spoken to extremely rude i would not recomend

It's a good place to catch up with friends over a coffee or tea without going to a hideous town centre coffee shop

Well if you are shopping and want a coffee or tea pop in here. Very cheat hot drinks and for the money, good value. Their bites to eat are very reasonable prices and okay quality. You get what you pay for. Very clean and the service was okay. All in all it’s an okay place to grab a snack and drink while shopping. If you are watching your pennies this is one of the cheaper places to eat and drink. But as I said before the quality is ok. Easy parking in the huge car park.

Easy to order great selection to choose from value for money. All ingredients fresh and cooked healthily and not all fatty. I would certainly be ordering again.

I ESPECIALLY REQUESTED NO MUSHROOMS AND FOR MY EGGS TO BE RUNNY NOT HARD. I HAVE INTOLERANCES AND I HAVE MUSHROOMS AND HARD EGGS I CANNOT EAT THIS IM SO ANGRY AND DISSAPOINTEd.

unfortunately the food wasn't very good it arrived cold which didn't help, bread was soggy and partially burnt, eggs were overdone, mushrooms were soggy, as were the hashbrowns not sure how much was restaurant and how much was delays but not a good experience

I ordered the roast beef dinner, which I was told I'd have to wait 30 minutes for. Fair enough, sounds like freshly made to order. When it came I was delighted at the generous portion of roast beef, which was in a long strip almost plate width, and a cm thick. It was very tender and tasty. Excellent. The carrots, mash, peas and cauliflower cheese were also fine. The parsnip lacked flavour and was fluffy textured. The roast potatoes did not look freshly done but made earlier that morning and put in a warmer. Sadly they were hard outside and too fluffy within. I suggest using frozen parsnips and not over roasting the potatoes. They don't need to be dark golden brown. Put them in the warmer while still moist and mildly crispy and let that finish their cooking. Or cook them closer to lunchtime but don't overdo them. That way the chef and cafe staff will give greater pleasure to customers. Well done Morrisons for offering this reasonably priced roast. Tweak the cooking times and methods a bit and you'll have a product to be more proud of.

not happy missing 2 things on my order.it would nice to have latte with my breakfast.which I had ordered 2 was missed out.

Awful breakfast, stood waiting totally ignored for 5 minutes or more before being asked for our order by a miserable staff member who obviously could not say Good morning or break a smile , felt like she did not want to be there and doing a favour by serving us . sausages looked reheated , the entire breakfast was bog standard or less.. will NOT be returning ,thanks Morrisons for the lesson learned

forgot one item and for that reason I won't order again think it's also a waste of money and sub standard food go elsewhere is my advice

We Had the fish and chips delicious, Sainsbury’s could take some lessons from here, will definitely be returning soon, only downside both coffee machines out of order.

It's absolutely wonderful when these things happen. 1) they have enough food 2) they have enough equipment working. 3) they have enough staff working. When these don't happen it's a bit shambolic. When they do it's the most wonderful delicious food for a very reasonable price. I always go back and I'll never stop.

Not eaten all day got a sausage sandwich and got food poisoning

Had the all day breakfast on 9th may, was he best breakfast I've had in a long time, eggs cooked perfectly. Mushroom wasnt the tinned ones in the photos here so i think they've listened and changed those. The young girl who served us was lovely. My friend had the battered fish and chips and enjoyed hers too. I've been very lucky with food this week after an amazing steak at the smugglers inn! Will definitely be back

Had the £4.50 small breakfast. Very good value for money and quick service. All that was missing was vinegar from the condiments. Otherwise enjoyed and will defo return again

Dreadful experience. Rude staff only one lady was friendly and chatty to us the restaurant was not busy enough to be stressing at customers over something so petty! We felt we was being watched and spoke about while eating, I will be contacting the manager this week, food was good and great for price I’m just very disappointed with the rudeness and lack of compassion from the staff apart from one member I will return however I will not be made to feel like a doormat again. Thats for sure

Nice food, a little cold but fine, good driver.

Driver rude, did not read delivery instruction's. Very thin bacon, Bacon barely cook and stone cold, had to throw it in the frying pain for 15min just to give a little bit of browning beofre it shrink to almost nothing, Dont waste your money with this as even the white roll is very cheap, order from a real cafe.

Pretty nice breakfast to be fair better than some of the greasy monstrosity that's been delivered from other cafes could of done with toast with it

The Best seasonal lunch delivered this year. Very tastey

I’ve visited many while shopping in Morrisons stores, usually they’re affordable great food and great speedy service. This was none of the above. I attempted to order 4 meals from the Menu and was told “ sorry we don’t have that” “again we don’t have that” I ended up saying “ well what do you have” and settled. It seems to be very poorly managed! We waited 15 minutes for the till to reboot which wasn’t fun! I did go back the next day! Again no better, I actually stood in the que and a member of staff joked “ I hope you’re not wanting food” and was told “it’s over an hours wait” just very poor customer service skills. It’s hard because you can see the staff are friendly. I just think it’s very poor management. The day I did get food, it was pretty quickly and tasted good, the task of getting it however I would suggest. Don’t bother!

Flat white coffee ordered but black coffee arrived with dry toast! No butter and no sugar poor show

Sometimes you just need a hug on a plate, and this was perfect. The breakfast was big and very tasty, perfectly cooked and satisying. Thanks to the team for getting this to me.

I thought i would try again after the last one i ordered was cold. This one wasn't just cold it was stone cold! Not even warm! I think you should refund this time as it couldn't be eaten! Reheated food! Not good refund 😕

Food is ok. Most of the time the cafe is quiet and there is loads of dirty trays left with cups and plates and not cleaned up or taken away on the table. Sometimes the cups are dirty. The worst is the cutlery are still dirty and really grubby. Maybe the dishwasher is broken or done it on a quick wash !.. is an infection risk !..

And was charged for 3 meals anly wanted 1 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Arrived at 11.30 and half the menu wasn't available due to being out of stock. Rude staff who are not very helpful atall.

Staff were rude, food was almost cold when it came out and half the cutlery was dirty in the tray. You can get a better breakfast anywhere else!

Ultimate Breakfast Decided to run into morrisons on my break for a sandwich and found the cafe empty.. So I thought I'd try the breakfast Excellent breakfast for the price (£6.99), cooked well and served fast. Definitely worth the money

Ordered a bacon rolls came out both cold returned them and was told ot was me fault they were cold and member of staff wanted to argue

Terrible food I wasn't and had full breakfast and the sausage was off, when I got it it looks like they reheated yesterday's sausage, I really hope I am fine tomorrow if not I will be making a complaint and reporting to to the food hygiene standards and demand compensation for time off work, if it comes to it

The whole cafe was covered in dirty dishes and trays with no staff attempting to clean as they go. The tray caddies were also full of dirty trays and dishes and the lady who served us was just dull and didnt seem to care about her job.

You should amend your cream teas from comes with tea to comes with a teabag, and state more clearly that it comes with half a sandwich or state exactly as picture. Food tasty.

Sadly, one of the members of staff made this an unpleasant visit. I was waiting for a friend and the staff member who served me was lovely but by the time my friend arrived, it was another member of staff. When my friend ordered, she snapped at her that there were 'only two of them and so a 20 minute wait' for a vegan sausage sandwich. My friend then asked if a toasted teacake would be easier and the staff member almost shouted at her 'still 20 minutes, we are short staffed'! Food is good and reasonably priced but it is pot luck who serves you. Shame.

Every item was present that I had ordered and the food was to a good standard. Will definitely order again.

What used to be a enjoyable place to eat has now become a nightmare, hardly any food available, hot chocolate tasted rubbish and the fizzy drink machine dishes out flat drinks even when you tell them it's never sorted. We will now try a different cafe

I received my ultimate breakfast which didn’t include any sausages at all!

It came Stone cold , bacon looks like it’s not even been cooked , all hash browns chewy and sausage dry and hard

Paid for the ultimate breakfast specialty to get black pudding. There was no black puddin or mushrooms livid!!!

The food wasn't hot when arrived and the fish was over cooked and greasy wouldn't use again. Only used as other breakfast cafes wasn't open at the time.

After waiting 25 minutes for my Ultimate breakfast an obviously stressed woman called out "We're sorry but there'll be a wait, We're short staffed and we've got no stock". Got my breakfast 10 minutes later but the toast and eggs were absent. Not rushing back. Two stars given as what was actually on the plate was quite nice.

Our breakfast was absolutely awful. We couldn’t even eat it when it got to us. Bacon was so fatty, egg was rubbery, sausages were nothing special and the hash browns were almost stale. The butter was already melted to oil when it got to us so couldn’t use it. The whole thing tasted like it had been cooked days ago and barely reheated for us. Utterly disappointed with our breakfast. Also why the small bottles of soft drinks cost us £2.79 I’ll never know.

Brekkie ok but missing bacon. Just what you want when you are hungry. Is it that hard to look at an order and put it in a box ??

Food is fine. But I’ve had my most terrible hot chocolate in my life here. Half of the cup is milk foam while the other half is tasteless chocolate drink 🤷🏻‍♀️. It’s just like water.

Nice cafe, never too busy but really well organised. Food is prepared to order and is always good quality. Great for breakfast and a cup of tea or brunch with a coffee. Good selection of hot and cold drinks and table service is available.

Salmon is on offer at 4.99 kg bargain but buyer beware if you need this to be filleted. I bought a pre filleted one on getting it home and unwrapping cutting it to freeze its full of bones you will be spitting them out for a month of Sundays. I'd rather pay full price and eat salmon instead of bones not happy 😒 I feel the fish has been filleted incorrectly. Buyer needs to be aware all the pin bones are still in the fillet.

What a treat full breakfast bacon, egg, sausage, hash browns, tomato, mushroom toast and beans, at great price all served hot and quickly. Cafe is clean, worth a visit, we will go again.

Staff most helpful but sometimes long waiting times as don't think there is enough Staff at times.

Morrisons cafe is great little place with lovely and friendly staffs. We visited nearly every day ☺️. Decent foods with good portion size and great price. Freshly cooked breakfast ☺️- vegetarian options too. It's a very clean tidy place. U can even have a quick tea or coffee after doing your shopping 🤣🤣🤣. Easy parking- use Morrisons parking

Great little cafe, staff are pleasant and smiley, sometimes there's a bit of wait for grub but it is usually worth the wait, one of my usual drop in places when in Hastings.

Nice place to chillax. Nice beverages at good prices. But the check out lady always seems fed up. And can be quite obtuse. Not the friendly face you expect of morrisons. Apart from that! . Still have a weekly visit.

They had fried eggs but no poached eggs. Apparently nobody is capable of poaching an egg. The checkout lady was off and rude, she looked fed up. The food that did come was fine.

Good, yummy food and cheap. Defiently get what you pay for. Breakfast is good. But they should really have a smaller breakfast but with fried slice.

Comme d'hab excellent. Les meilleurs fish and chips, cuits à la demande. Sticky toffee pudding à recommander aussi. Les toilettes sont propre. Beaucoup de choix et prix spécial pour enfants.

Thought that we would try this to see if they had improved as the last visit was a long time ago - oh dear the haven’t improved at all.Only one menu in the whole place and no prices for tea if coffee anywhere - the staff are oblivious to the customers and so slow in serving that the food was like warm when it arrived at the table. The sausages on the vegan breakfast were tasteless and obviously the cheapest ones that they could find on the market. The staff seemed to be on a go slow and food was just sitting there even Though the cafe wasn’t busy. Sorry but cannot recommend it’s here for the cheap version of breakfasts as would rather pay more for something with a bit of taste and staff who want to work !!!!!!!Come on Morrison’s improve the food and staff customer service.

Popped in for breakfast today. Had to wait ages for my egg on toast despite cafe being empty. The food was already prepared under a hot lamp so I fail to see why the wait was so long. I saw food ready and waiting for someone to deliver it to the customer for over 10 minutes soNo wonder it was cold and soggy toast.The drinks were not priced up anyway except the tea by the till.All in all was not a nice e experience so willNot be returning.

Just came for a breakfast and the staff and food is amazing but the mushrooms on the breakfast let them down, they’re disgusting are they tinned? Taste like metal, it’s my fav item please use fresh mushrooms

Coffee machine not working, why couldn't they have got a jar off the shelf and offered instant until the machine is fixed ???? Must be losing money ??
