Wrong order. Didn’t come back with the right order

Only thing i would say it toast was soggy over than lovely

Not impressed with this breakfast. It was cold so had to reheat. Bacon was fatty and not cooked enough to my taste. Hash browns were over cooked and toast was cut into triangle so couldn't put bacon on toast. Disappointed. Will not order from here again

Absolutely disgusting cold food

Ordered 2 breakfasts with no mushrooms and an extra hash brown. Was given one breakfast with no extra hash and it has mushrooms on. I called the restaurant and was told a nee number to call, i call the new number they say they cant help. So not only have i not been given enough food to feed the people it was ordered for but it included the one food item that we cannot eat due to allergies. Either a full refund or will be going higher up

Went there yesterday with my wife and granddaughter for breakfast. Worst breakfast ever, no coffee, water for tea luke warm. Don't know where to start with the breakfast. Fried eggs like rubber could have used them as a Frisbee. Bacon & Mushrooms under cooked, beans cold. All in all absolute rubbish. Cost £25. Will not be going back.

Absolutely awful food, inedible. Undercooked bacon, burnt hashbrowns, burnt scrambled egg, rock solid fried bread, weird tasting mushrooms. Never again

I have to say my husband and I used to use the cafe quite a lot and it was very nice . However we went there on Monday with my mum ,we very disappointed , the food was cold cutlery was dirty and where the coffee machine is was absolutely filthy ,the floor and chairs were dirty ,never seen it in such a state . I don't like complaining about the food but the young lady was very nice and warmed my food up . Not a very pleasant experience .

Nice ultimate breakfast and it was still hot!

Ordered three cooked breakfasts and a child’s meal. All breakfasts were nice, but were lacking one of the most fundamental things…heat. It’s lucky that we had hot drinks to try and warm the food between each mouthful. The unlimited drinks are a great idea and the fact that my child’s meal was free was also a welcome change.

Missing items, cold, inedible, 1 hour 20 minutes late!!

Had breakfast in Morrisons cafe this morning but never again, it was cold and the toast wasn't cooked it was pale and under cooked. two poached eggs were hard and cold, my grand daughter had nuggets chips and peas. The peas were cold so she didn't eat them and the nuggets and chips were also cold but she ate a few. The lady on the till was also running around serving so people were having to wait to pay. I will not be returning for breakfast it was terrible and a waste of money.

Delivery driver stood for 10mins outside my property chatting to a woman on the side of the road with my food in his hand.... took me to go and ask him if that was my food before he rudly said yes... and carried on chatting.... food cold as a result

Will make this short & not so sweet! Quick pit stop before work & so disappointing! Asked for a runny poached egg with my breakfast and told, it's not possible due they are precooked in a factory! Oh dear... Bacon was so thin you could see through it and cold as was everything else just microwaved for 20 seconds. Sorry Morrisons, alas no more.

Breakfast was fine. First and last time ordering the Christmas lunch. Turkey is packet sliced! Everything else is tasteless gravy like dish water. Don't waste your money stick to a breakfast

I live a 2min drive away, check how long that was out for delivery its ridiculous

Missing items, no phone call to explain this. No mushrooms or avocado, which a vegetarian breakfast was made plain. However want I need have was really nice.

Fantastic service and food !! Met my sister in law after the school run for a catch up. From start to finish I couldn’t fault the experience. Lovely staff, great bacon batch and coffees :) Will most definitely return . A big thank you to all their wonderful team :))

The worst breakfast I’ve ever had. Cheese on the sausage and egg muffin was vile tasted off! The hash browns were burnt to a crisp, the beans were black and dry and the eggs were like plastic too. First and last time ordering from here

Usual great place is letting it's staff and itself down. Out of alot of menu choices and have no working fryers for weeks. Over half menu not available and no warning signs. Well done to the staff but the company need to get it together. It's obvious that it's constantly low staffed. Stop running it down.

My breakfast was brought to me in a pizza box items missing and damaged meal, food was also late

£1.19 for one rasher of bacon that looked like it had fell off of a tramps boot avoid the bacon!!! everything else was alright

30 minutes late and cold. Missing toast and black pudding. Paid extra for the black pudding. Very surprised as it's great in the cafe.

Half the order was wrong. The fish was in so much oil that im surprised the USA didn't invade it. All bland and wouldnt bother ordering again

Although the delivery time was good the breakfast was cold,missing items and the beans were mainly sauce with a few actual beans swimming in it, very disappointed as have ordered before and it was fine but unfortunately on this occasion it was very poor.

Ordered an ultimate breakfast and I received nuggets and chips 🤦‍♂️

I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese muffins one for myself and one for my partner a cup of tea and a bottled drink when the ordered arrived there was only one sausage egg and cheese muffin which I gave to my partner and I had nothing and the cup of tea was cold.

Ordered a cold drink came warm. Kids nuggets and chips was cold. Breakfast was missing. Disappointed waste money won’t order again.

Never had before but was so disappointed in the quality of the food. Had the breakfast everything over done asked to not put blackpudding on the mean it came with 4 hard rocks. I think that was ment to be the blackpudding. Just all very disappointing

Food was very cold there was 4 items missing from each off the breakfast the pot off beans was pur bean juice there wasn't even enough beans in tub to fill a table spoon and bacon had shrivelled to point it was extremely hard this breakfast was shocking tried to call cafe but no help

Quite possibly the worst meal I've ever recieved, was cold ,well overcooked ,the bacon you couldn't even cut ,no cook or chef should send food thos bad out of there kitchen I will never order again

I payed £19 and only £8s worth of my food came I would like that money back of my next meal.

Food was due initially 12:50-1:10 then moved to 1:00-1:20 and came at exactly 1:20

Didn’t even bring the English breakfast

Stopped going a number of years ago because it’s was dreadful. Went this week . No difference whatsoever. Dirty cutlery, chipped plates, Bacon so dry and stiff you could stand it up. Ordered NO toast, just bread requested, toast arrived. Ordered side of black pudding, £0.99p extra. 1 slice arrived.

I ordered Sausage, Egg and Cheese Muffin and it was lovely. Delivery was very quick and the latte was still hot

Driver left food on a wet mat in a puddle. Didnt even wait for me to answer the door before he drove off. food was leeking and ruinned.

I had fish chips today it was rubish the chips were hard the mushy peas were stone cold.. the plate was stone cold and there was a human hair on the bread butter i will never go again

I had poached eggs on toast. My husband had the small breakfast. The poached eggs were cold and my husbands breakfast was litterly small ☹️ The quality of food is poor and portion size is awful. Table looked like it had not had a wipe over in quite awhile. Will not return. Food terrible value for money is awful ☹️

Had fish, chips and mushy peas and my partner had chicken burger, fries and slaw. Could not be faulted, perfect portion size (not too big not too small), tasty, fresh, good price (fish and chips £6.50) and we'll presented. The lady who brought it to us was very friendly and helpful as well. Would recommend.

I called into Morrisons for a couple of bits and decided to nip into the cafe for a quick bite to eat. I ordered 2 fried eggs on 2 pieces of white toast. It was absolutely spot on. Perfectly cooked free range eggs and gorgeous chunky toast. The yolks where huge and bright orange I didn't think to take a picture, I just dived in lol. Thank you Morrisons I shall be back very soon xx

Very disappointed looking forward to the fish excellent at other Morrison cafes. Here the batter so soggy not crispy at all and very greasy. Bad cooking I think

Came in for some break fast and was treated alarmingly staff are very rude don't listen got one order wrong 3 times and in the end a manager had to come over to sort it all out not happy would put less than one star if it was possible

No matter how covid is going, the great spacing makes for a more private experience with the shield walls, and the food is still great!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Went to Morrison’s today (24th July) and a young blonde girl on the door about 17/18 watched me and my sister read the sign on face masks and apologised , she let us into the store but when we left she continued to shout me as she new my name , and I ignored her several times as I felt patronised and when I turned around she said “wear a face mask in the shop next time !!!!!” I will not be shopping here again.

Very clean, food well cooked and presented and staff are very welcoming lovely relaxing atmosphere

We visited this cafe for breakfast last Wednesday. The self order machine was handy and saved queuing at the till. The food came quickly and was very nice the only minor let down was the bacon was cold but this didn't deter from the lovely breakfast.

It's very nice coffee & everything they sell in the cafe is quite cheap, so it's better than most & cheaper all round. Well it's worth a try especially when you pay well over £2 for a coffee in Costa & the other famous one & to tell you the truth the famous ones are the worst coffee's you can possibly buy & they never taste as good as the coffee abroad, so it's certainly not worth the money they charge. Anyway Morrisons is a lot better than the others & half the price. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

Spot on, That's all I can say. All day brunch. Kids eat free , 12quid for 4 of us. We will definitely be back very soon. The Berkhoffs

If you want a cheap and really good breakfast then have one here or even a dinner what is excellent. A varied choice in dinners and a breakfast l like it as l do visit the.cafe a couple of times a week and it is good.

Staff very friendly and helpful, I bring a group of elderly folk shopping, then we stop in the cafe for drinks etc, they love it, comprehensive range of goods in store, excellent.
