Very good, I ate a bread roll and a Diet Coke. Very good, very good, very good I liked it thank you good staff yum yum very good

The service is absolutely terrible. We ordered chips, Packet of crisps bracket walkers and oasis. We ordered via the self service at the front. About five minutes later, we received our chips as we went to ask the woman who put our chips down for some any sort of condiments or cutlery, she looked at us and walked away. She was probably in her 50s with marroonish brown hair. She also did not bring over the drink or the crisps with us so we then had to go wait in the queue for another 10 minutes to just receive our drink and crisps. Once it was our turn at the till we got our drink and asked where our crisps were in a very polite manner and the young man at the till said to us that there was no walkers crisps when we said, “that’s what we paid for” He said We can only have skips However we paid for Walkers crisps and my friend does not like skips and the self service specifically said that there was walkers available. I asked, can I get anything else then? And he just replied with no skips or nothing we have nothing else to give to you. I received this in a very rude way and the service here was utterly terrible. Cream tea good value enjoyed it but with £60 fine for overstaying 90 minutes free parking it will not be revisited. The shopping took an hour to do, and then to eat all the sandwiches and cake, there is not enough time to enjoy. Morrisons management need to review the time allowed if they want customers to spend more money in there.

Foods ok prices are going up every time I visit I’m hoping that it’s because they are doing more for the community

This is the first I had been to Morrisons Cafe and it will be my last. No interaction from the staff serving, one particular young lady barely uttered 2 words, she looked like she'd rather be anywhere but there. No guidance as to where to find cups and other items. The place seemed dull and dreary, not welcoming at all. A real let down.

Horrible English breakfast , never I will buy again English breakfast from Morrisons! I understand it’s 2,75£ but……..

We had a small fried breakfast and poached eggs on toastThe fried breakfast.....fried egg was runny and lovely, the bacon ....there was only 1/2 a rasher, it was all very cold. It came out so fast it must have been cooked earlier. I asked for mustard but was told they didn’t have any. No salt and pepper on the table. I had 2 poached eggs on toast. Both poached eggs were hard and cold. This meant I had 2 lovely slices of bread which I couldn’t eat it all, as it was too dry. I got my coke but no glass so got up to get a mug but that was dirty round the “lip”. I had to ask for a glass. The staff could hardly speak. Unfortunately we will not return

Despite being very short staffed and told our food would take 30 minutes, it was ready in 10. The all day breakfast was faultless. Hot, tasty, the most delicious toast and butter. The staff were 'frazzled' to say the least but remained calm and friendly. One or two customers stomped off due to items being unavailable or because of the wait but I think the staff did a brilliant job and the food was excellent value.

We surprised our friend with a cream tea at morrisons Sidcup Branch Excellent service delicious cakes, sandwiches, chocs scones all well presented individial tea pots and served by a lovely employee Sharon who was so helpful , friendly and professional Sharon could not do enough for us . To top it all she presented our friend with a beauiful bouquet of lilies!!!! Thank you Sharon !!

Afternoon Tea for 2 for £12. Lots of food, fresh sandwiches, cakes, scones served with butter, jam & cream. Tea/coffee. Excellent value & fantastic service by Sharon & her friendly colleagues. We were celebrating a birthday & Sharon handed the 'Birthday Girl' with a large bouquet of white lilies. A really lovely gesture from Morrisons.

Lovely restaurant, sadly the staff do not like to cook after 5pm on most days, they will tell you sorry were out of those items as you run all the way through the menu till you realise they supposedly have nothing left to cook,really,do not wast your time visiting after 5pm

A very well laid out and clean supermarket café with good clean toilets. However the food was of bad quality and poorly cooked. The bacon was almost crisp and burnt. The sausages were of poor quality and seemed to have been kept warm for a long time, The toast was cold. Service was slow at counter and even slower waiting for the table service.
