Awful. We had breakfast here this morning snd what a waste. Was so looking forward to it. Firstly I picked up 5 mugs for coffee and everyone was very badly chipped. One coffee was cold Bacon was hard and cold, mushroom tasteless, egg solid, hash browns had a funny taste - sausages looked cremated but tasted ok. Won’t be returning

I ate here recently and felt sick afterwards. The dining area was littered with unclean tables and plates left by previous customers. Staff chatted to each other and were on their phones. Customer service was an afterthought. The bacon was dry and poor quality. The toast had no butter or even a sachet if I wanted to add it myself. The mushroom was cold, egg yolk rock hard, sausage poor quality and beans were average. Not even the cutlery given was clean! The plate unsurprisingly was cold. A very unpleasant experience and I left half of it. How they have the audacity to serve that is questionable. Staff who brought it to the table just plonked it on the table and grunted something. As I left the store, a customer before me exited through the store and activated the security system. The guard just looked up from his phone and then carried on his phone call. The worst Morrisons I’ve ever been in. Should be ashamed of themselves. Avoid.

I went shopping in Morrisons Llanishen store on sat 5/11/22 around 19:45. A staff member named CHARLIE assist me with finding an item. This review is to acknowledge his professionalism and hard work. Thank you Charlie you were fantastic and very helpful.

Yesterday was my first "eat in" since the pandemic. The ordering process has been revamped, and menu has been readjusted to include small breakfasts. Within 2-3 minutes of ordering. breakfasts arrived, with friendly greeting and smile. The breakfasts were nicely arranged, and plenty of it. The only downside being it was a set breakfast, unlike pre pandemic menus. Shall be returning, hopefully on a regular basis.

A very light restaurant, order at the counter and food is brought to you. Polite and friendly staff, reasonable prices. Breakfast was non greasy and very nice.

There are three Morrison’s in Cardiff - if there’s one you are going to be disappointed or feel let down it’s highly likely to be this one. Time after time I’ve been let down here - things left of plate, no gas in cola, cold or dried up because left under hot lights too long because of staff shortages. Sad accusations but all too common

Prior to Covid, I was a regular customer at store, having breakfast before shopping. At the time, I became aware that around 9 a.m shelves were still empty and as a consequence had to double back for items required. Earlier this week I visited the cafe, only to find the menu had been drastically reduced (No small breakfasts) just full breakfasts @ £5.50. Opted for scrambled egg on toast, which arrived reasonably quickly, but the butter pack provided was simply oil. Tables had not been cleared or cleaned for sometime. Moving on to the store, yes the same pattern, empty shelves, and staff not very helpful. Seems many of the previous staff members have left. Rather sad the store has lost its previous informal atmosphere, and moved towards being less accommodating. I live 5 minutes walk from 3 supermarkets, yet chose to drive 5 miles to Morrisons.

We were looking forward to eating out for our first time in months . Staff are friendly polite and very helpful,but It was the worst meal we ever had from there. We chose the all day breakfast which cost £5 50p which has been reduced in size,they won't customise the meal anymore also we were told we could have items we didn't want removed but we would have to pay 75p per item we prefered to be added . The bacon was dried up they forgot to put black puddings on the plates . The used tables weren't cleared for some time . We won't visit there again.

tried getting in touch immediately I found my jar of marmalade bought on 22nd Dec in Llanishen store had been tampered with there didnt seem to be any reasonable way to contact store by telephone and not wanting to visit store on new years eve when probably very busy this seemed my only way the jar of marmalade I had bought had been opened and the seal was broked it opened easily and it appears that a finger had been pushed into the food very concerned in these times of pandemic if the store would like to contact me I am happy to give them details of my visit and give them the jar

First time eating in the cafè although i use the store every week. Found our own table which was clean, ordered breakfasts and when they arrived sent a piece of cutlery back as it was dirty. Food was only luke warm and my breakfast was missing the bacon! (It didn't dawn on me until i got home) They have cups containing condiments for hot drinks but there were only 2 left and table was littered and messy.. just a few training issues maybe..

Have noticed a massive difference in the last few months. Shelves half empty Pallets left everywhere. Can never find what we need anymore. Fruit and veg look half dead. Most staff are quite nice tho but that doesn't feed me and my family Thank God for nearby Aldi and Lidl instead. Can't see it lasting much longer as people will stop using it unfortunately.

9/10 times it's poor, uninterested staff, missing items, poorly cooked, dirty cutlery, coffee machine a mess. Had one good meal there and that's it,only go when I'm desperate. Needs refurbished and better staff not yawning kids who are clueless and don't care at all.

Was in the area with time to kill so thought we would have lunch here and do a bit of shopping. The staff in the cafe must have been having a bad day as they were all so miserable and unhelpful. Went to the till to order as explained that the self service order screen said it had an error for the member of staff to send us back to try again. Yes you guessed it no it wasn’t working so back to the till we go to tell them it was showing an error the member of staff seemed very unwilling to take our order, so the lady that appeared to be cooking came to take it. We ordered 2 of the burgers with bacon & cheese. After a short wait the food arrived and was presented acceptably. The onion rings, coleslaw and chips were nice but the burger was awful. The roll itself was lovely but there was no salad inside as advertised, the cheese on the burger wasn’t even melted with the burger itself over cooked and dry. At least it gave us a laugh that it was so dry that we were struggling to swallow it! If we do ever return will order something different for definite - fish & chips looked lovely!

What better way to end an hour of food shopping,than a sit down to replenish the batteries,in the cafe.Our food was excellent value for money,cooked fresh and served quickly,given the volume of customers.Cheap,basic and served with a smile.Very festive!

Worst breakfast ever very disapointed not only took 30 mins came out cold and beans must of been taken straight out tin hard and cold complian falls on deaf ears need to re train stuff to cook present and customer service I myself work in food industry and this service is unacceptable photo is a small and a full breakfast

I said I’d never visit a Starbucks again after my last experience, however here I am paying extortionate prices for average coffee. It’s so overrated! The prices are ridiculous. I wouldn’t mind if I enjoyed what I was purchasing but It was awful. however the staff were always extremely nice when I complained it’s just a shame their products are not.
