The worst place ever literally was looking for a drink in the locked shelves and was told to press the button that s next to the locker after i ve done it at least 3-4 times, the guy from there, his name is LUKE, was making fun of me with his colleague instead of looking for the key and while i was in the meantime struggling to find someone that would be helpful for me to get the drinks, however because of that another 4-5 people been waiting by the queue that idiot LUKE did on purpose as my mates was already there by the till waiting for me to come with the drinks so we can pay the whole bag. LUKE was very disrespectful even in front of his manager’s face trying to seem a smart guy. Very very bad experience and left totally disgusted!!!

Absolutely excellent.. ..the guys and girls in the restaurant never stop!. They ensure great quality food and the cleanliness is second to none. I enjoyed a great breakfast and was asked 3 times if everything is alright.. ..it's more than alright and thank you for going out of your way to make my visit so enjoyable. Not easy these days serving food and pleasing everyone but you did for me. Thanking you everyone for a great team effort.

This is my local and the toilets here are disgusting. I can't even use the men's anymore because of the smell and have to use the disabled toilet which is not much better. Theses toilets have been in this condition for a very long time

They had run out of poached eggs and only had one special left and no salmon or prawn sandwiches....at midday. Staff were very good trying to put things right and that's why they won a star.

Nice cake and coffee - but the venue itself is fairly basic and supermarketty. But at least parking is easy, compared with the centre of Tewkesbury.

Decided to have breakfast here before going to watch the tour of Britain near Pershore. We both had full English breakfasts that were delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful and the cafe and toilets were clean.

Luego trajo - "no" ninguna disculpa. Tan grosero nunca volvería a comer aquí de nuevo. ¡Gran problema de capacitación del personal aquí!

well, that's a new one. order a "big breakfast" and it comes with plenty on the plate but with the "bonus" of a tomato cut in half and just placed upon the plate as though no one in the kitchen knew how to fry it! decent sausages, runny egg, decent bacon with some beans and mushrooms. WOULD HAVE LIKED IT TO BE HOT, but like the tomato it wasn't. This café is a bonus for the folk of Bradford as the locals abuse the parking facilities on offer, so I guess they have the type of café they deserve where staff just simply take money irrespective of the quality they deliver. Recommend you find elsewhere to eat

Been to several Morrisons cafes which were all very good usually. This was a little smaller than others and service not as good. Not bad, just not as good. Soft drinks machine not working. We stopped here before getting onto Motorway and prices are definitely better at Morrisons!

A typical morrisons but it is small and in cosequence the aisles are cramped and with shel filling going on sometimes impossible to walk down. The cafe is quite good with reasonable prices for food and drinks.

£5 for a so called "big breakfast" that contained 2 tablespoons of dried out beans, 2 burnt sausages, 2 burnt mini hash browns, 1 egg 1/2 slice of cold fried bread & a tablespoon of nasty tinned mushrooms! ... absolutely disgraceful ... worst purchase I've ever made in a Morrison's! ... everyone was complaining & the staff didn't give a hoot.

We stopped here on a drive down to Plymouth from Leeds for petrol and breakfast. Close to the motorway, quick service and inexpensive decent meals - far better than overpriced service stations (both food and fuel).

Much better than the average supermarket meals. Nice atmosphere. Most of the customers appear to be regulars and many known by name (nice touch). Food is quite good and staff excellent. What more do you need for a quick stop off..

Having had a great meal and service in the past, I bought two, £70.00 gift vouchers for my family for Christmas. I wanted to use them for a family celebration meal, only to be told I could only use 1 voucher per table. They have had our £140.00 since Christmas. Why then can't we spend it in one go? Is it as good as cash, surely? I am very disappointed that they have had my cash since Christmas and now I want to spend it, the restrictions prevent this. I am not aware of any other company having such restrictions. My advice is not to buy gift vouchers for this establishment as it is tricky to retrieve your cash.

Background: We were given a Virgin Experience Days two-night Cotswolds break with dinner for two at the White Hart Inn. The current retail value of this package is £249. I’ll start with the very few positives of our stay: The lady who checked us in was friendly. The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable. We checked in at the designated time, and the friendly lady behind the bar gave us our key. She told us our room was in the building next door and gave us directions to the entrance. We found the entrance, which appeared to be the lobby for a function room. There was a small door off to the side, and our room was up the stairs. Upon entering, it felt like stepping into a university hall of residence. The carpets were worn and dirty, the doors to the rooms were battered and grimy, and there was a distinct unpleasant smell in the air. Our room door was so small it could easily be mistaken for a broom cupboard, but we entered, hopeful that first impressions can sometimes be misleading. Unfortunately, we were wrong. Walking into the room felt like going back in time to the 1980s. There were random blue plates on the walls, the furniture was old and battered, and the carpet was dirty and stained. There were layers of dust on the (tiny) TV and most other surfaces, and the room felt generally unclean. Unfortunately, the bathroom was just as bad. It had black mould around the shower tray, cobwebs and fluff everywhere, and a completely impractical design with very limited space to place toiletries. Worst of all, there was a strong and pungent smell of damp and mustiness. The room did have a balcony, so we stepped out to get some air. The view of the surrounding area was very pretty so all was not lost but like everything else, the balcony was in a state of disrepair. It turns out the building we were staying in was a function room, as we initially suspected. There was a comedy night scheduled for that evening, so we bought tickets and went along at the start time. The show itself was terrible, and we left at the second interval. However, I suspect the comedians and the event were not directly related to the pub, so I won’t comment further on that. We decided to cut our losses and head back to the room for an early night. Sadly, this was impossible due to the noise from the function room. In hindsight, we didn’t need to buy tickets as we could hear every word and the accompanying laughter from our room. The noise continued until about 11 p.m., after which we finally had some peace and quiet. The final straw came when we turned the lights off. Near the door, there was what I can only assume is an emergency light. It had an LED that was so bright it bathed the whole room in a green glow, making it look like something from a Halloween party. The next day, we went for breakfast, which, as mentioned, was very good. It was great to be able to order anything from the menu. That evening, we planned to use our £60 dining allowance included with the experience. My wife had a shower and started getting ready, but when she tried to dry her hair, she discovered that the hairdryer didn’t work. I took it to the bar and informed the staff. They confirmed it wasn’t working, and the man I spoke to said there was nothing he could do as they had no spares. I explained that my wife was upstairs with wet hair and that we needed a replacement. He checked several cupboards but came back empty-handed. We went down for dinner. My wife ordered the Steak Frites, and I ordered the fish and chips with a side of sourdough bread and salted butter. The steak was extremely salty, and the bread and butter turned out to be chopped-up ciabatta with a small bowl of margarine. The fish and chips, however, were very good. After this, we decided we’d had enough. We went back to the room, packed our things and checked out. We were obviously disappointed we had to sacrifice our second night (and breakfast the next day) but we simply couldn’t face staying any longer.
