Every table was full with half eaten food, so struggles to find anywhere to sit. Only 2 members of staff working.. one in kitchen and one on tills and restaurant area. Asked for our blue light discount to be told if we weren't in uniform, we couldn't have it, despite showing our card. Really need to review the staffing and policies

The worse Morriston every. None caring staff, food label terrible. Misleading and unfair to customer

All I wanted was a mocha, whilst on a break from work. Waited ages to be served, another customer told me they just don’t have the staff, find out you make you own. No apology for long wait from staff member, just a sorry for your wait. Coffee tasted vile, I couldn’t actually drink it. Despite the cafe being quiet the place was filthy, with dirty tables and plates of food that people had left all over the place.

in all honestly this post is to show an state to people that today I went a brought fresh chicken already cooked supposedly from morrisons in wellington I am absolutely disgusted with the product in question as it is a disgrace that you or any other store can even possibly sell them in the condition it was in. it was unreal so manky an shriveled up dried it looked like it had been standing an on shelf for weeks let alone days. in all fair Ness I wouldn't even give a k9 not even fit to give ur dog please be careful an aware of the contents a products you buy from this store especially.

Never going to use this cafe ever again, the steak pie was like something they could use in the NHL. Coffee machines broke, gravy tasteless, chips tasteless and the staff look like they are ready to shoot themselves out of a cannon.

Went at lunchtime for fish and chips.We were not disappointed.The fish was a generous size cooked to perfection and the batter incredible. The best batter I have tasted in ages.Connor who served us was great, very helpful, professional and friendly.The lady on the till greeted us with a smile and I noticed she made sure tables were cleaned. A great mid day treat will return.

Absolutely shocking from the outset. Only thing social distancing us from the people at the checkout was a bit of yellow and black tape Covid restrictions not adhered to our table was filthy from previous people eating there. Coffee cup stains, food debris over the table. Had orderd a simple breakfast of poached eggs on toast. Except it wasn’t toast it was bread. It don’t think it had seen a toaster in fact a stale bit of bread may have resembled toast better. No black pudding, hang on you are a supermarket..surely you have stock in store. It was obviously beyond someone’s comprehension to go and acquire from stock. So I was charged 75p for a single sausage the resembled some thing dragged out of a pharaohs sarcophagus. The guy who ambled over with our food has obviously not had an ounce of customer services training. It too much to ask for salt and pepper. Thank you Morrison’s for cafe experience I never want to endure ever again.

Once inside and proceeded to finish my shop and join a queue which stretched halfway around the perimeter of the building resulting in about 25 minutes wait. Got to the top of the queue and instructed to go to a certain till where I was met with a scowl from the attendant who asked me if I had joined the queue, I said yes of course and waited for 25 minutes where she replied that she did not know why I was sent to her. I replied back that I don't know why I was sent to her either. As I left I gave her an appreciative comment on her pleasant service lol.

We have been going into Morrison’s at Wellington for 30 years, in fact since it opened. Although the shop has improved since the revamp the restaurant still leaves a lot to be desired. The introduction of unlimited tea (and coffee I think) is a mystery. I can’t find out how it works. I asked other customers who couldn’t help, so I asked the waitress. She didn’t know either, but said she thinks you refill the same teapot and reuse the same teabag. !!! Amazing, is it unlimited tea or unlimited hot water and second hand teabags. The food is usually very good, providing it’s available, which very often it isn’t, and the prices are very reasonable, the tables need cleaning more often and the cutlery station needs monitoring much more closely, but I think generally they are short staffed. We’ve started using Morrison’s at Lawley, which we prefer.

As a regular customer I would expect to see the standard of the cafe to to be same every day, service to be above and beyond for ever single customer that comes to dine with you weather that be breakfast or lunch or a quick snack especially from a company like morrisons there has to be some sort of standard to work along side, on 2 occasions I have been served by Amanda where she has been rude to me and my partner told us that we can only make 2 amendments on our breakfasts in other morrisons I have not faced this before as I come with a fussy eater who dosent eat certan things and we come to morrisons because we have been able to change items so 3 items came off his breakfast and only 2 items could be chosen to replace them , when I challenged it she said it messes with the screens in the kitchen, she sighed and her tone of voice changed and didn't give me the service I wanted, after leaving the till I went to fill my tea pot with hot water and went to find the milk there was no milk cartons only a bottle of milk, there was nothing to put this milk in we went to get another mug to fill it with milk to have with our pots of tea, my partner asked a passing by server if there was anything to put it in he just carried on walking, then a few moments later came back with the little cartons of milk.. if they had them.all this time why were they not out? There was not tea spoons we had to use table spoons to stir the teas with my black pudding was burnt on the out side and raw in the middle, and my mushrooms had clearly been microwaved as the were really rubbery, I swapped my 2 halfs of fried bread for toast and I only got half a slice. There much more to add on to this but I feel like I have covered the main areas of my complaint. Maybe some retraining is needed for amanda.

During the school term I visit this store every day to go to the cafe with my daughter and wife while we wait an hour to pick up our older daughter from secondary school. Since May the quality of the cafe has consistently fallen to a point where there was only one cake (literally one) on offer, no water and no fruit juice. The lady operating the till was run off her feet serving and clearing and basically doing everything in her own so no complaints on the staff side. My issue is that by 4.30pm there is hardly any choice and this is happening every day. We are now going to drive to the local retail park instead and go to Costa for at least a consistent choice even though it is out of our way. What's the problem??? I have seen a few other families complaining too so not on my own. Such a shame as really handy location and until recently was ok.

Quick electronic screen for ordering-broken, no problem order as normal at till,most food items on menu not available-out of stock!!, staff had to keep stopping to go to kitchen to check if available!- which held everybody up. On fourth attempt I was able to order something I fancied on menu, it took 50 minutes before we saw our order delivered to our table(everybody there were complaining about the wait), there should have been naam bread with my meal so I had to wait again for that. Food was not bad but we wasted well over an hour for a "quick sunday lunch"-overall bad service,badly managed-will avoid in future!.

Visited for lunch Saturday lunchtime, want a sandwich and cup of tea. There were only two sandwiches available, one simply ham, and a cheese and tomato. Took the ham sandwich. The sandwich was so dry that it was not edible. Took it back and got a refund. Was told that their supplier had not delivered that day. Very poor experience today, has put us off Morrison's, doubt if we will go back

The Food Counter is always rock bottom . never no sandwiches . never no cups , lucky if you get one in the heated tray provided for the cups . the hot drinks machines are always out of order full of coffee waste . knifes and forks not always clean . lack of cutlery at times , never enough staff esp on a Saturday .. waiting 30mins for food . I go into other Morrisons and you never get all these problems ! Wellington pull your finger out or loose custom !!!

Stopped using this some weeks ago ..worst than useless on a fri night at 1700hrs ...no chips.. no bread ..no milk on one occasion..really badly run and well out of stock ..blame delivery faults..what every week..Wellington one is worst I've been to...friends and family stopped using to. Never had a reply from customers service ..just not bothered so we've moved on

My friend and i went there on 6th February for breakfast and must say we were disappointed at the poor quality. The egg was overcooked and resembled rubber, bacon was under cooked to anyone's taste and the beans were dry. In a word - disgusting and not worth the £5 we paid. Won't return.

Morrisons has good stock and variety. It will s centrally located in Wellington and also has petrol facilities.

Really try to avoid this wellington store so many items out stock on a fri its a joke..very hapazard and hit miss ...with massive aldi nrxt door they need get this sorted ..same excuses..stock problems due to delivery issues ..then sort it

Wellington is a lovely quaint town with lots of meandering streets but Morrisons is just out of the town centre. That said, it was good for petrol, shopping and a bite to eat.

If you like supermarkets you’ll like this. You can buy lots of stuff and pay.... then leave. Free parking and a cafe. Supermarket supermarket supermarket supermarket!!!!

Went at 1.45 for lunch. As we were queueing I noticed lots of disgruntled customers. On ordering food I asked and apparently a long long wait for food we cancelled ours Just had a drink. 3 lots of customers were told there was a wait so left

The food is pretty basic but its ok for a quick lunch. We decided to go for something to wat while shopping. I can't say it was memorable but food was cooked fresh.

We have now decided to leave morrisions and split our 90 quid spend between tesco and aldi as fed up of morrisions running out of bread or everyday essentials and blaming ..supplier issues.

Called in again last week..hardly anything in the aisles a disgrace ..called manager who swid very sorry prob with supplier and gave ten pound voucher to cpver fact we had to go elsewhere.

we called in as we were staying in the area & wanted some basics - including petrol at their petrol station. Generally well presented & what we purchased was good value for the money we paid.

Great shop, good prices, plenty of choice, great cheap n cheerful cafe, lots of meal choices, very affordable, regular place to shop for everything.

Shopped at Morrisons this week need advice on what beef to purchase as was doing special Sunday lunch for a lot of people some I had not met before. The butcher was so helpful to my daughter and myself chappie with a beard. He even said how to cook it for best results. It was amazing, melted in your mouth. Bought off meat counter not pre wrapped.

This is a average size of supermarket. Compare to other Morrisons the Isles are small. They don't have any halal options but other things are good. There's clothing section is really recommended, specially for the babies.

Have gone from full shop to half one and go elsewhere to find off. Half time they run out of basics even bread rolls there meat is tough lot time and when aldi reopen next door I think it will hit morrisons very hard as...

Opciones de comida de la cafetería de estilo. En varias ocasiones durante los últimos 12 meses, yo me he tratado con un desayuno caliente. La comida siempre ha sido abundante, perfectamente preparado a la orden y el personal siempre amable. Puede intercambiar un artículo a su gusto en el desayuno si quieres. Nunca he probado el menú de almuerzo/cena, pero la comida es barato y siempre está ocupado.

Morrison coffee shops are always a welcome break from the shopping. I usually elect to wait here whilst the better half does the necessary! Good choice of drinks and great scones.

Called in today for some breakfast,as i just fancied a full English,and my wife wanted some scrambled eggs on toast,so i had the big breakfast, the food arrived very quickly and looked superb (apart from cramming all of it on a plate that was to small) i started to tuck in! oh dear what a shame an essentialy fine breakfast ruined by the fact that it wasn't even luke warm? let alone hot! you can do better than this morrison's,whoever sent this out from the kitchen needs to gen up on food temperatures sharpish.

I went into the store with a list of 11 items needed for Christmas. All but 2 were out of stock!Why put items on offer and have the shelf space empty?

Friday at 17.30...ammount if items not availabe...we do half at aldi now and are giving up on morrisions ..

A great super market situated in the heart of Wellington with easy bus routes and easily in walking distance to homes in the area.

This is a good place to stop off and refuel both yourself and fill up the car, the fuel is the cheapest anywhere and much better than filling up at motorway services.

poor lady had to do cash, restock cups etc, clean tables and serve the food, , and from what i could tell all without washing hands in between each job:( queues on till while she did multiple jobs , over worked AND UNDER PAID:)

Gone are the vouchers where you spend £40 or £50 or £60 and get those vouchers - Now they only offer spend £1000 and get a free voucher a week later for £5 you have got to spend £1000 to get 5000 points - local high street shops are cashing in and reducing their prices Morrisons frequently have the wrong prices for their goods displaced on the shelves - prices have rocketed upwards this year even as much as 50% - we are more selective in what we buy and where we buy it

Oh my, how standards have slipped on the breakfast front! Admittedly I have not breakfasted there for some time, but on today's evidence I have not missed much. One slice of shrivelled bacon, one overcooked sausage and hash brown and a cold fried egg which took 20 minutes to deliver. No need to say any more . . .

I just love this Store, Only thing i do not like about the store is that the fruit and veg is always very close to it used by date... So i tend to shop elsewhere for that prior to my vist.The staff are very friendly and the store is always clean.Just need to sort out putting fresher fruit and veg out with more than 1-2 days left on it when you buy it.If they was to do this i would not have to go somewhere else for the fresh fruit & veg.

We visited morrisons today and it was not the best visit at all. the main shop was really good staff frendly can't nock them at all but the policy in the cafe was the worst I've ever experienced as we have a family member with an allegie and we politely asked if thay would't mind toasting some bread for us we did not mind paying something for doing so but when they came back with the answer no I refused to have any thing as I thought it was unfair as been to asda, tesco, greggs, and many more and had no problems I know that people with some aligies have to be really careful but to refuse to do some toast for someone with a gluten aligie is not the way to keep costumes coming back I know we have to take the responsibility for them doing the toast we was ok with that but to refuse completely is not a aligies frendly shop at all so avoid the cafe shop at all cost if you have food aligies hope this helps we wish thay would do more than just cakes as we were offered a cake but who wants a cake for breakfast .

We absolutely love morrisons bakery! It's better than tesco or asda by far!, also the staff always seem happy ypu get one or two on a bad day but that's very few and far between, whereas asda and tesco have very moody staff most of the time and happy staff are few and far between! Anyway because of friendly staff clean store awesome bakery we do our additional shop (after aldi) here! Keep it up morrisons x

I use Morrison's a lot, some staff go out of their way to help and some just look like they'd rather be any where but at work which I find pretty annoying.. Some items are often out of stock which is a pain. The petrol station needs a few more pay at pump stations and it would be great if it was 24hr. The fish counter always looks good well stocked and fresh. the bread selection is great and the shop often have some good offers on.

Used to be a time when the restaurant was always quick with food orders. It is very much a case of hit and miss now. Sometimes we have almost given up after 40 minutes wait and other times we've hardly sat down and poured our tea and the meals are there! They aren't 'exciting', food prices are reasonable. Quality is okay. For the price it is decent value for a supermarket restaurant. They do try to bring in new dishes now and again, which is nice!

Decent supermarket to pick up any hot food and pastries and baguettes for a picnic etc, and of course wine & beer subsistence

Cheap and cheerful... Nice chatty staff... Good menu choice, only prob I had was seating is to squashed up to try and fit me And my husband and 2 kids in.... But if you want a cheap brekki and to go do a shop at the same time this is the place

Very helpful staff and lovely clean store. Found everything that we wanted. Just around the corner from where we stayed and free parking.

Having visited this store it is really a case of same old, same old. However I was impressed how well stocked the shelves were. Mind you I did visit 1st thing in the morning. pleasant helpful staff.

Very quiet day when I went in to have some lunch, restaurant very clean and welcoming plenty of choice and well set out. Staff were chatty amongst then self and seemed happy in their work at the time. Ps food was of a good standard!

Ok if going shopping and feeling peckish wouldn't go out of my way to go. Hot meals not as good as they use to be,lucky if you get more than 6 chips! Soup just warmed up and tastless,and took ages to come.

Try using some elbow grease and clean the place up Teapots have never seen a sink as well as the cups you have to look through until you can find a clean oneFood portions are of a fair size But just CLEAN the place up

I like Morrisons for two reasons. 1) kids eat free up to 16 yrs old. 2) really good portions for the small price you pay ie: £3:50 for 3 Sausages, beans,chips. Excellent for those on a budget.
